Tried to book for mobile detail but because it was raining the day of my appointment so I had to bring it to him. My car was not very dirty to begin with I just wanted extra details cleaned along with the cleaning of seats some outside TLC etc., and specifically told him in the crevices of where my button controls are on my door. Once I picked up my car I saw it wasn’t cleaned where I specifically asked and had to say something. After paying almost $500 for deep clean on my luxury SUV and gave specific instructions I would expected it to be done correctly, then when I went to pay with cash he said he was a “cashless business” apparently and so I had to end up giving him more than owed because there was no change available. Everything else was okay but I wouldn’t return because of this.

My experience with this company was 100/10. The services I needed were detailing and an ozone treatment and when I received my car it felt as if it was just purchased with a brand new car smell. It was so clean! They took care of my car and Allen was very approachable and kind. I chose Advanced Mobile Auto Spa because I heard they were the best in Tacoma, and my honest review is that they are! They recently won an award for best auto detaining btw!! I was disappointed that I had to return bc the seats weren’t clean. My car seats aren’t worn, they had some stains which were cleaned after returning to have them re shampooed. I found candy wrappers in between the seat that were missed when vacuumed. They did a good job on the exterior.

I used to details cars for the top Cadillac dealerships for 6 years. Once I moved I didn’t have the equipment to do the details myself so I brought it to AZ and they’re on a totally different level of cleanliness and detail. My haze-y headlamps look factory again! My car was next level filthy. I work out of my car, haul teenagers, dog and friends everywhere. I’ve had broken windows from theft, just a lot. Winter was slow in work so I haven’t been able to bring in my car in a long time. (And I don’t like cleaning my car as you can see oatmeal spilled in the back like a month ago. So embarrassing ) Fatz gave me back my car like new. On top of that, her customer service was awesome. She wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Didn’t make me feel bad for being dirty and I even had an emergency (had to take my niece and her mom to the ER) so couldn’t pick up my car till the next day and she worked with me and kept my car safe. That meant a lot. Not to take advantage of that, I’m sure they can’t overnight cars for everyone since they don’t have a lot of space. So thank you and I’m not advertising that. Lol I also love the smell. Usually car cleaning or fragrances give me a headache. It smells clean and fresh and no headache! No slimy parts that make my hands feel dirty. Just clean and I feel like it’s been a boost for my accomplishment and stress. Will be returning and referring.

I would highly recommend! It is a bit pricey but worth it. I get my car detailed yearly and will usually go to places on the Eastside. After today Diamond Detail has become my new favorite. It’s done in a day from 8-5pm but you can leave your car and drop your key in the overnight safety box. They also have The Dent Whisperer, Travis, who took care of the few dings I had and you can’t even tell where they were afterwards.

I work at a car dealership, and we had always been recommending customers here for minor dent repair, tinting, etc so I decided to give them a shot myself. I had an ugly dent in my door from the previous owners, and wanted it popped out and have the area buffed well so I could have the paint scratches touched up. They did a great job and really fair pricing! $300 to pop out the dent and buff the paint, which removed quite a few shallow scuffs and scratches. A body shop quoted me $2700 to repair the door (granted that’s paint and prep and everything but still). Very pleased with the work they did! I have another car that needs some curb rash repaired and I plan on bringing it to them to have that done as well! Thanks guys!! Took my Benz to MM for a couple of bent wheels, after talking to Derek, I felt comfortable enough and ended up getting my whole interior done including paint chips, ceramic coating & paint my calipers. Let me tell you, when I picked up my whip it looked show room floor new, better than it did when I purchased it. I was soo juiced and so was Derek. Used this business of John's for the first time. I met John at his shop and learn of his professionalism and knew he was going to do a great job for me. Man was I surprised!!! Not only did he do a great job, it was well beyond my expectations. This car looked tons better than when I bought it from the dealer. I've had my cars detailed before but none were black. Black shows everything and he made the car sparkle inside and out. The car had swirl marks and uneven finish throughout and now it is a MIRROR. The inside also is brand new, smells good, and glistens. It looked so good I didn't want to drive it. Now it is a little dirty since I drove it, but John gave a terrific start to up keep and I will bring all four of my Cadillacs to him to keep detailed for me in the future. I’m really disappointed by the service I received today at this car detailer. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I have two toddlers and I waited three hours for my mini detail to be completed. The outside outside of my car looks fine, but the inside was very disappointing. I paid extra money for the size of my car and to extra attention to my seats and mats and doors, but as you can see in the pictures there are still trash in the car. There’s still dirt on the door and the seats. I’m confused about how this could happen because I asked the attendant if I should upgrade my package to make sure that I received services I wanted and she assured me that everything will be covered in the mini package. Furthermore, I think a lot of my disappointment could’ve been avoided if I had a walk-through with the manager like other customers, but that did not happen. Three hours was a long time to wait for below average results. Cars getting hand washes that looked better than my SUV. Honestly, think it was negligence on behalf of the employees because I saw cars getting the hand wash service that have better interiors than mine . Ultimately, Their prices may beffordable prices, but I cannot recommend this location for quality and customer service.

When I arrived where cars line up to go through the car wash, there was no line. No wait time allowed me to read a sign that offered a free deluxe wash. All I had to do is text "LAKEWOOD" to the number it provided. It was probably the best drive thru car wash experience I've had. It was free and when I got out of the car after I got home, it was spotless! It was clearly dirty before the wash but there was NO dirty grime it missed. I'm usually disappointed after a drive thru wash because it's still dirty and I later have to go wash it again manually which costs more money, time and for me, pain. I'm definitely going back there next time. The results were surprisingly excellent and I highly recommend their services. Thank you Classy Chassis! 🚗✨ 😃

I had power pros auto detail. Come to my house a detail. Both vehicles, one, In particularly Was my 1993 Chevy blazer I bought it brand new and it's all black. The vehicle looked Brand New. Husband made an appt. We show up guy isn’t even there, another guy tries to call him but his phone is off (very unprofessional ). So the other guy washed my car for me. Not worth the money I have so many water marks everywhere but are still on my car, I went on a road trip so this is why I decided to pay the money to get a good wash. Just very disappointed with the whole service. Was there almost 2hrs for a wash only, not worth the time it took and price. But thanks to the one guy that he did try to help.

Our whole experience using Top Gun Auto Detailing was fantastic!! Reaching out was super easy to get a quote and they got us in right away! I love that it’s a home-run business and that they take such care and detail with your car. I was so happy they took their time and full attention on my car and got it all ready for our baby boy to come! We were amazed at the stain removing on my back seats (really all of the seats), all the gunk and grime from my dash is gone and I completely thought my mats were grey not black. Incredible. I wanted to surprise my husband with a freshly deep cleaned car as a nice little surprise for his return home from a work trip and reached out to Emerald Shine for a quote with very short notice. Not only did they accommodate my brief notice of just a few business days, they accommodated my preferred schedule to work while I work from home. The gentlemen who did the actual detailing on the car were prompt/punctual, communicative, professional, and friendly. They had the perfect professionalism of "real person"+definitely professional+not an actual robot. The car had a massive coating of dog hair inside as we have three dogs - one of which being a large white dog who sheds like crazy. It now has maybe a small few throughout, which, if you've ever dealt with dog hair, you know, is a huge feat. I anticipated "much better" not "nearly free of dog hair" so my expectations were greatly exceeded. The car smells good. It looks almost like it did when my husband bought it. If/when I decide to have my car cleaned (no dog hair in mine!), I'll definitely go to these guys. Also, the price was absolutely, 100% worth the experience and the outcome.

Best car mold remediation service in Tacoma/University Place. I was away on vacation for over a month not knowing that one of our cars had a leak in the sunroof. I came back to a car full of mold as shown in the images. I had a bit of transportation issues so one of the staff offered to pick up our car, clean it and brought it back like almost new. Copied and pasted from my Yelp review. In 10 years of Yelp, this is my first 1 star review. I thought I lucked out by getting in due to a cancelation by calling since I was in the area. Usually appointment only. Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the rating is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.
