I had been encouraged to contact Straight Line Detailing for work on my vintage cars, and Brandon and Casey fully lived up to their great reputation! The 58-year old paint on my 1965 Buick Wildcat was tired, with lots of chips, scratches, cracking, and crazing. They worked carefully to bring back the car's original beauty, while protecting and preserving the original paint. I was blown away to view the car after their work; the car is beautifully transformed! I requested the ten-year ceramic coating, and am confident that this will minimize upkeep and maintain the shine for the years ahead.

Wow! Thank you Brandon and Team, my car looks amazing. My dog decide to scratch the drivers and passengers doors to try and get in to my 3 week old car. I called Brandon who told me to bring my car right in so he can have a look. He not only dropped what he was doing to explain what he may be able to do, he got right to work. Guys there are very easy going and do a fantastic job. My wife’s car had never been detailed inside (2014 crosstrek), and when we got it back it looked brand new. Parker and his team took great care of my car and did an expert job installing PPF on it. This is my first new car and first time doing PPF so I was worried about the expense and possible issues. Parker alleviated all that concern and wrapped edges perfectly wherever possible. It looked excellent and felt even better when I picked it up. Parker also saved me some money, gave me some extras for free, met me on a Sunday due to my work schedule, and set me up with a loaner for a week. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I could tell from my copious research that this was a top tier job. I will definitely be back in the future.

I work at a car dealership, and we had always been recommending customers here for minor dent repair, tinting, etc so I decided to give them a shot myself. I had an ugly dent in my door from the previous owners, and wanted it popped out and have the area buffed well so I could have the paint scratches touched up. They did a great job and really fair pricing! $300 to pop out the dent and buff the paint, which removed quite a few shallow scuffs and scratches. A body shop quoted me $2700 to repair the door (granted that’s paint and prep and everything but still). Very pleased with the work they did! I have another car that needs some curb rash repaired and I plan on bringing it to them to have that done as well! Thanks guys!! Educational Experience with John's Son: Upon arriving at the shop, I met John's son, who shares the same name. Took the time to educate me about window tints, showcasing examples of different tint percentages. Notably, he showed me his own Tesla with a specific tint percentage and another employee's car with a different tint. His expertise and willingness to engage in detailed discussions helped me make informed decisions. I took my new truck through a car wash and it came out with scratches. When I bought the truck I paid extra to get this protective layer at the dealership that was sold to me that it would help deter scratches, dings, and paint chips but it has done nothing of the sort and I regret wasting the money on this. I went to this shop to get an assessment of how to fix the scratches and was offered various options on how to address it. I chose having Icon put on it since it comes with a 15 year warranty and out of all the options seemed to be the best. I was nervous in making this commitment because it is expensive and the Reddit comments on this product were pretty negative but one key comment I heard was it matters on how this product is put on and the prep work that goes into it. When I met with Mike and another one of his team members for the assessment I had a strong feeling that there was a high level of integrity in their work. This is a family owned business so I do think the quality of their work matters to them. After having the Icon put on my truck it is so shiny and I'm very pleased with the results. They even addressed the paint chips. I'm glad I made this investment and thankful this shop is here in our community 🙏🏽

I’m really disappointed by the service I received today at this car detailer. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I have two toddlers and I waited three hours for my mini detail to be completed. The outside outside of my car looks fine, but the inside was very disappointing. I paid extra money for the size of my car and to extra attention to my seats and mats and doors, but as you can see in the pictures there are still trash in the car. There’s still dirt on the door and the seats. I’m confused about how this could happen because I asked the attendant if I should upgrade my package to make sure that I received services I wanted and she assured me that everything will be covered in the mini package. Furthermore, I think a lot of my disappointment could’ve been avoided if I had a walk-through with the manager like other customers, but that did not happen. Three hours was a long time to wait for below average results. Cars getting hand washes that looked better than my SUV. Honestly, think it was negligence on behalf of the employees because I saw cars getting the hand wash service that have better interiors than mine . Ultimately, Their prices may beffordable prices, but I cannot recommend this location for quality and customer service.

Megan and her sidekick did a fabulous job detailing the inside and outside of my 2011 Nissan Rogue. The seats came back to looking new. The paints surface is once again as smooth as can be. EDIT: As I stated in my previous post, I just used his service again to wrap my 2nd car. This time, I went with a clear PPF and had Anthony also tint my windows. He made sure that all the tint shade were same and the ceramic tinting will definitely cut down on the heat in my car. I also had a clear film put on my windshield to protect against road debris and potential chips and cracks. I am very satisfied with the professional work he and his crew have done. This place did such a great job on my KIA Soul. It hadn't been really cleaned in a long time and had lots of pollen and tree residue on the outside which I had tried numerous times to remove myself and could not get off. They were able to completely remove it and the wax job was exceptional. Definitely highly recommend!
