They were able to buff it and even up the color. Also removed pine pitch and detailed it to where it looks nicer then when we bought it new off the lot a few years ago. Hard working experienced guys. Five stars is not enough. I heard about 509 through a Facebook post on Spokane Quaranteam and the work they did was great looking so I scheduled. I worked with David to find a good time and he was great about communicating. I had something come up and had to reschedule and he was great about that which I really appreciated. Got the vehicle in and he kept me updated. I planned on doing the pickup the next morning and David messaged me to let me know that he had checked everything over and since he was training someone he wanted to make some adjustments to meet his standard. I was so so impressed by this!!!! Every business trains employees, but not every business holds those employees to the highest standards. The work was AMAZING!!! I am positive my car didn’t look this nice when I bought it! I am absolutely a customer for life after this experience!!

I am so disappointed In the communication. Pro Mobile out sourced and shared all my personal information to another company without my knowledge. Nothing like a random person and company showing up at your house. I still have crumbs in this car and it wasn’t even that dirty to start. We mainly needed an odor removed, from pet puke. One door Jam is cleaned and the other isn’t. He didn’t do the head rests, there is over spray on all my windows and a big puddle of chemicals in my center console…the odor still remains- so thanks for that. Now I have to go re clean and wipe down this entire car, with the amount of armoral that’s laced everywhere, we cannot rightful sit in these seats without ruining our clothing.

I dont ever give bad reviews unless you really did me dirty. I sent Antonio multiple details, I couldn't do as an agreement, he would pay us a percentage. But he never paid me. I heard from Lu and Detailer Dojo that Antonio, never paid for his products and quit answering his calls. Ever since last year he has been ripping people off. Just look at his bad reviews. I would not do business with this guy!

Ron and his staff were great! We took our GMC Yukon there for an exterior detail and engine steam clean, and man were we pleased with the results! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an interior detailing, and the results were outstanding! My car is the "dog car," meaning if our 2 dogs go anywhere, it is in that car, and the layer of dog fur in the back proves it. After explaining his usual cleaning tools used for pet fur were on back order so he didn't charge me the pet fur fee, I went out to a car where the back was still nearly immaculate. I can't imagine what it would've looked like if he'd had the tools! I was so pleased with how it turned out, because the amount of pet fur my one dog can shed and still not somehow be bald is no joke. Thank you for the outstanding job, and I am so impressed by your pursuit of excellence!

I would not recommend this business. It is in the process of moving out of a building, they had no water the day our vehicle was there so the engine compartment didn't get done. We paid a lot of money to have the interior detailed and it there were still places that were dirty (a lot of improvement was done however). This business needs to not do anymore work until it is properly set up someplace or can properly do what they claim to do.

Took my jeep here for their gold cleaning. Felt robbed after. The door jams had water and i had to dry the vehicle myself at their parking not to mention some areas near the wheels did not get a scrub. The whole reason for the hand wash was to get the front rims scrubbed and cleaned. Had a lot of brake dust but after drying i noticed they were not scrubbed. Still has lots of brake dust. Otherwise the vacuum was ok but whatever dash shine they use they need to tone down on the smell. Its too strong.

I have always been an enthusiast for detailing. Since the day I repurchased my car in 2016, I’ve been looking for ways to preserve and maintain the look and the shine of the paint. I tried several products from waxes to sealants, but the longevity is not there. A few days later there was an advertisement for ceramic pro coating. I did the research, and I was wow, I got to have this on my car. I was blessed that Ceramic Pro is in the Spokane area, so I made an appointment, checked my options, and saw firsthand the performance of the product. I went ahead and purchased the gold package with full-front PPF. The day I picked it up, the car looked dripping wet. The gloss levels were insane, and the hydrophobic properties were magic. I couldn’t thank Ceramic Pro enough for the remarkable job they did. It’s been a few years since the application and the product is still holding strong with annual maintenance, of course. This last visit was a surprise, I haven’t cleaned the interior and floor mats for quite some time. I believe the crew saw my plea and went out of their way and detailed it. Michelle and her crew at Ceramic Pro in Spokane are remarkable in what they do, they welcome you, listen, acknowledge, and deliver. Took my brand new GV70 here to get a protection package, with PPF on the front and ceramic coating everywhere else. The car came back looking even better than it did driving off the dealers lot (so much for their "detail", the dealer swirled my paint from the start!). All the initial wear and tear the soft paint picked up on my drive home from Seattle was erased, and I was left with this finish so reflective it has to be seen to be believed. It's been easy to spot clean since, but I'll try to update this review as time passes to make sure it holds up through the lifetime of the product. The team here was professional, the ppf seems well applied, and the paint correction + coating is clearly beautiful! Job was done quick too, with my car only being gone for 3 days - talk to Michelle here, I believe her and her team will do your car right!

This was not what I asked for. He said he detailed and cleaned the headliner and seats with the shampoo machine. (My main concern) My car was already pretty clean. There were still stains on the seat, I called and asked if he really did clean the car? He stated he did. I ended up doing my own shampoo, and a ton of dirty water was in the machine...clearly, he lied to me! I also was able to get the stain to come right out!! I feel like he just ripped me off. I should have gotten a refund, but I will NEVER go here again!

Would not recommend, spent $325 to get my car detailed and it was there for 6 hours. There was a lot that was missed. Under the seats weren’t touched, it seemed like the carpets were just vacuumed instead of cleaned. There was quite a bit of dog hair that was missed. All of the cracks weren’t touched. Seems like he was just trying to make it look better instead of actually providing a detailing job. For the price I expected way better and wish I went somewhere else

I had a wonderful experience with radiant ride detail!! It’s a Small family business that I felt great supporting. Troy the owner was super kind and flexible and great to work with. I asked if there was a long shot chance he could fit me in short notice for a full detail as I have family coming to town and my car was long overdue for a full deep clean. He was able to start it that day, keep overnight and finish the next morning and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. I just picked up my car from being detailed today … and wow! It is so awesome! I feel like a kid out of a candy shop just looking at it. Troy and his crew did an incredible job getting out tons of imbedded dog hair, marks and smears in the doors, and the engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I am sure my car is saying THANK you!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Troy is easy to work with and the business was so convenient to my house which also helped, too. They had even offered a lift to and from if I couldn’t get a ride to drop off or pick up the car at the time it was needed. However, it wasn’t needed after all. LOL. I paid for the interior and it was worth it, but they also spit shined the outside, too. The tires and rims were shined and I could tell my rear bumper was cleaned up and shined around my trailer hitch , etc. I highly recommend this business to anyone thinking about getting your ride cleaned up more than the normal wipe down and vacuum at home. This is truly a nice deep cleaning.
