I had my car detailed, and I’m really happy with the results! It wasn’t in perfect shape when I brought it in, but he put in serious effort and made a huge difference. The biggest win? The dog pee smell is gone! He also managed to get out the water stains from my (failed) attempt at steam cleaning—something I didn’t think was fixable. His attention to detail really stood out. He cleaned everything—buttons, vents, crevices—I could tell because I had to readjust all my settings afterward! He also got out so much dog hair, and now my car feels fresh, clean, and normal again. For the time he spent, the work he did, and the price I paid, I feel like I got a great deal. He was also super nice and easy to be around, which made the whole process even better. If you need a solid car detail, I’d definitely recommend him!

Five stars is not enough. I heard about 509 through a Facebook post on Spokane Quaranteam and the work they did was great looking so I scheduled. I worked with David to find a good time and he was great about communicating. I had something come up and had to reschedule and he was great about that which I really appreciated. Got the vehicle in and he kept me updated. I planned on doing the pickup the next morning and David messaged me to let me know that he had checked everything over and since he was training someone he wanted to make some adjustments to meet his standard. I was so so impressed by this!!!! Every business trains employees, but not every business holds those employees to the highest standards. The work was AMAZING!!! I am positive my car didn’t look this nice when I bought it! I am absolutely a customer for life after this experience!!

What an absolutely great company! Bought my suv used from Appleway Audi. It wasnt ready for the floor but they promised to get it back in for detailing. Well 2 years of Audi brushing me off I got some extra cash and decided to call up these guys. They did both my suv and my brothers truck. They gave me a very fair price with a multi vehicle discount. I am so disappointed In the communication. Pro Mobile out sourced and shared all my personal information to another company without my knowledge. Nothing like a random person and company showing up at your house. I still have crumbs in this car and it wasn’t even that dirty to start. We mainly needed an odor removed, from pet puke. One door Jam is cleaned and the other isn’t. He didn’t do the head rests, there is over spray on all my windows and a big puddle of chemicals in my center console…the odor still remains- so thanks for that. Now I have to go re clean and wipe down this entire car, with the amount of armoral that’s laced everywhere, we cannot rightful sit in these seats without ruining our clothing.

Solid 5! We had been transporting 5 gallons of white chicken chili when a deer jumped in front of our car. We didn't hit the deer. But the whole 5 gallons of soup hit the interior of our car. It was EVERYWHERE. Under seats, inside dash, you name it. Our Subaru Outback was affectionately dubbed "Soup-aru". We had tried for months to get it out. CRYSTAL CLEAN AUTO created a miracle. A short story as to why I would highly recommend Josh to complete your next detailing project. To start with I believe most companies in Spokane would have sent me walking once they say my project, too much time, not enough money. Josh showed me the value of his company by taking on the project. I had an engine cover from by 25-year-old Mercury Outboard, that was way beyond shinney. On my way to the paint and body shop I drove by Schmidt's; I had used them before on my van and thought what the hey. I stopped, Josh looked at a couple of pics and said if I left it, he would fix it up. When I dropped it off the next day, Ronnie grabbed it and started to work on it, explaining all the time what he was doing and why. after about 10 minutes it was determined more work was needed. I picked it up a few days later and couldn't believe how great it looked, all for the price quoted me for a simple buff. Ronnie was bound and determined to make that engine cover look like new, and with great expertise and skill he succeeded. I thank all of them for helping me with my project, I expect to see them again soon with my next project and suggest all who read this do the same.

Terrible experience! I called Josh to get a bid for detailing work for my 2005 Tahoe. There were several things I initially said that I wanted done, in our phone call; 1) the headliner on the driver's side was detached and hanging down... Josh said "That's no problem, we can fix that. 2) The drivers seat was torn on both the bottom and top sections... Josh said it couldn't be repaired but I might be able to find a good used one and he would charge me $100 to install it. And 3) The carpets were absolutely filthy and stained. Josh said that the Chevy carpets were some of the best and that I would be surprised at how well they would clean up. Initially we talked about all this on the phone and then I took the vehicle down so that he could see what needed to be done. When he came out of the office to look at it he brought to my attention that the front bumper was pretty pitted and needed to be sanded and painted. Then he looked at the other three issues and said he could do the whole job for $500, $600 If I found a seat for him to install. I thought that was a fair deal and hired him on the spot. I also have to say that he gave me a ride home and delivered the vehicle to my house after the work was done, which was a courtesy and not part of the deal. However, when he pulled up in the driveway the very first thing I noticed of course was the bumper... it looked no different than when I took it down to them. When I pointed that out, Josh said "we didn't lock that down." as though it wasn't part of what we agreed on, then he went on to make excuses as to why he couldn't fix the headliner... which was still hanging down and looked no different from before, but of course offered no discount for failing to provide the service. Josh was belligerent and confrontational from the moment I pointed out the things that were not done correctly. Very unprofessional on several levels. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Darren did a top-notch job on my wife's Mercedes. Needed a lot of attention as we have a young child. Car is in good shape but was very dirty. Every detail was attended to and the price was very reasonable for the work done. Finished product was absolutely as good as I could have asked for! I had a wonderful experience with radiant ride detail!! It’s a Small family business that I felt great supporting. Troy the owner was super kind and flexible and great to work with. I asked if there was a long shot chance he could fit me in short notice for a full detail as I have family coming to town and my car was long overdue for a full deep clean. He was able to start it that day, keep overnight and finish the next morning and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. I just picked up my car from being detailed today … and wow! It is so awesome! I feel like a kid out of a candy shop just looking at it. Troy and his crew did an incredible job getting out tons of imbedded dog hair, marks and smears in the doors, and the engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I am sure my car is saying THANK you!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Troy is easy to work with and the business was so convenient to my house which also helped, too. They had even offered a lift to and from if I couldn’t get a ride to drop off or pick up the car at the time it was needed. However, it wasn’t needed after all. LOL. I paid for the interior and it was worth it, but they also spit shined the outside, too. The tires and rims were shined and I could tell my rear bumper was cleaned up and shined around my trailer hitch , etc. I highly recommend this business to anyone thinking about getting your ride cleaned up more than the normal wipe down and vacuum at home. This is truly a nice deep cleaning.

Ron and his staff were great! We took our GMC Yukon there for an exterior detail and engine steam clean, and man were we pleased with the results! When I first picked up my car I was very happy my car looked amazing. Although my seats were still wet because he said he didn't have time to dry them. There's a lot of the interior that he missed everything that is a tan color he didn't wipe down. There is still dog hair on the back seats.... For the price I paid, I'm disappointed in the result...
