I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an interior detailing, and the results were outstanding! My car is the "dog car," meaning if our 2 dogs go anywhere, it is in that car, and the layer of dog fur in the back proves it. After explaining his usual cleaning tools used for pet fur were on back order so he didn't charge me the pet fur fee, I went out to a car where the back was still nearly immaculate. I can't imagine what it would've looked like if he'd had the tools! I was so pleased with how it turned out, because the amount of pet fur my one dog can shed and still not somehow be bald is no joke. Thank you for the outstanding job, and I am so impressed by your pursuit of excellence!

Five stars is not enough. I heard about 509 through a Facebook post on Spokane Quaranteam and the work they did was great looking so I scheduled. I worked with David to find a good time and he was great about communicating. I had something come up and had to reschedule and he was great about that which I really appreciated. Got the vehicle in and he kept me updated. I planned on doing the pickup the next morning and David messaged me to let me know that he had checked everything over and since he was training someone he wanted to make some adjustments to meet his standard. I was so so impressed by this!!!! Every business trains employees, but not every business holds those employees to the highest standards. The work was AMAZING!!! I am positive my car didn’t look this nice when I bought it! I am absolutely a customer for life after this experience!!

We just got our Ford Expedition Max done here and HOLY SMOKES!!! This car looks BRAND NEW! No flaws in the job, no box unchecked, no hiccup in service. Very Pleased! Super professional, excellent work and results! We had some uneven finish where a factory decal had peeled off our teardrop RV in the winter. They were able to buff it and even up the color. Also removed pine pitch and detailed it to where it looks nicer then when we bought it new off the lot a few years ago. Hard working experienced guys. Incredibly professional, got hit roughly 2 hours before I called, same day able to help fix damages and even detailed interior upon request, overall incredibly satisfied by the process and how professional they were, they also reccomended options towards further repairs and gave locations for them and pricing, if I need another interior cleaning I’ll definitely be coming back. Jaden did a fantastic job on my car. It smelled amazing and I love the Diamond 💎 symbol on the floor mats, makes a nice finishing touch. Terrible experience! I called Josh to get a bid for detailing work for my 2005 Tahoe. There were several things I initially said that I wanted done, in our phone call; 1) the headliner on the driver's side was detached and hanging down... Josh said "That's no problem, we can fix that. 2) The drivers seat was torn on both the bottom and top sections... Josh said it couldn't be repaired but I might be able to find a good used one and he would charge me $100 to install it. And 3) The carpets were absolutely filthy and stained. Josh said that the Chevy carpets were some of the best and that I would be surprised at how well they would clean up. Initially we talked about all this on the phone and then I took the vehicle down so that he could see what needed to be done. When he came out of the office to look at it he brought to my attention that the front bumper was pretty pitted and needed to be sanded and painted. Then he looked at the other three issues and said he could do the whole job for $500, $600 If I found a seat for him to install. I thought that was a fair deal and hired him on the spot. I also have to say that he gave me a ride home and delivered the vehicle to my house after the work was done, which was a courtesy and not part of the deal. However, when he pulled up in the driveway the very first thing I noticed of course was the bumper... it looked no different than when I took it down to them. When I pointed that out, Josh said "we didn't lock that down." as though it wasn't part of what we agreed on, then he went on to make excuses as to why he couldn't fix the headliner... which was still hanging down and looked no different from before, but of course offered no discount for failing to provide the service. Josh was belligerent and confrontational from the moment I pointed out the things that were not done correctly. Very unprofessional on several levels. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Ron and his staff were great! We took our GMC Yukon there for an exterior detail and engine steam clean, and man were we pleased with the results! The exterior is black, and after 5 years, was showing some swirl marks from the car wash. Ron quoted us a fair price, scheduled us in and had it done same day! Thank you Ron & Team! We’ll be back!

I had 2 SUVs I needed detailed (one had a ton of cat hair). We left it in the shop with windows open and our cats slept there since we never used the car. I had a baby recently and I’m a mom of 4 so I’m super busy. He came to my house and did it all at my convenience! He was so professional, detailed and thorough. He also replies really quickly! Oh my- if I could give 10 stars I would! My husbands truck was an actual dumpster fire. He’s a contractor and I hated having to go anywhere with him because I’d always end up filthy with all sorts of dust and debris! Brett cleaned up the interior so well you’d think it was brand new now. He went WAY above and beyond- even fixing a few things we thought were lost causes. I’m looking forward to taking the truck out and my husband swore he will do his best to maintain the clean. (We all have dreams, right?) Bryan was very helpful and happy to answer questions. He worked hard for several hours and my Acura was so clean at the end. The carpet and chairs are cleaner, and brighter than I’ve ever seen them. I had a wonderful experience with radiant ride detail!! It’s a Small family business that I felt great supporting. Troy the owner was super kind and flexible and great to work with. I asked if there was a long shot chance he could fit me in short notice for a full detail as I have family coming to town and my car was long overdue for a full deep clean. He was able to start it that day, keep overnight and finish the next morning and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. I just picked up my car from being detailed today … and wow! It is so awesome! I feel like a kid out of a candy shop just looking at it. Troy and his crew did an incredible job getting out tons of imbedded dog hair, marks and smears in the doors, and the engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I am sure my car is saying THANK you!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Troy is easy to work with and the business was so convenient to my house which also helped, too. They had even offered a lift to and from if I couldn’t get a ride to drop off or pick up the car at the time it was needed. However, it wasn’t needed after all. LOL. I paid for the interior and it was worth it, but they also spit shined the outside, too. The tires and rims were shined and I could tell my rear bumper was cleaned up and shined around my trailer hitch , etc. I highly recommend this business to anyone thinking about getting your ride cleaned up more than the normal wipe down and vacuum at home. This is truly a nice deep cleaning.

I am so disappointed In the communication. Pro Mobile out sourced and shared all my personal information to another company without my knowledge. Nothing like a random person and company showing up at your house. I still have crumbs in this car and it wasn’t even that dirty to start. We mainly needed an odor removed, from pet puke. One door Jam is cleaned and the other isn’t. He didn’t do the head rests, there is over spray on all my windows and a big puddle of chemicals in my center console…the odor still remains- so thanks for that. Now I have to go re clean and wipe down this entire car, with the amount of armoral that’s laced everywhere, we cannot rightful sit in these seats without ruining our clothing.

I dont ever give bad reviews unless you really did me dirty. I sent Antonio multiple details, I couldn't do as an agreement, he would pay us a percentage. But he never paid me. I heard from Lu and Detailer Dojo that Antonio, never paid for his products and quit answering his calls. Ever since last year he has been ripping people off. Just look at his bad reviews. I would not do business with this guy!

I gave my dad a gift card for a full in and out cleaning of his full size, 4 door, long bed pick up! I must say we were all shocked at the outcome of quality work. Don’t get me wrong I figured it would be a good job but this was way better than anything I would have expected! These days that doesn’t happen so to experience it feels great! Bo is top notch. I messaged them on Facebook asking for my boat to get detailed and he was able to squeeze me in and get the boat detailed inside and out faster than I anticipated.
