Probably fine for a regular detail but I wouldn’t recommend for mold removal. After we got home from work we found mold in pretty obvious places after the detailer left. He did come back and clean some more, but the next day when it was light out we found additional mold. I would say their attention to detail wasn’t great.

The clean car man, Daniel, is fantastic. He’s responsive, responsible and meticulous. He really cares and will do everything he can to do a great job. Disappointing Experience at Super Shine Auto Detailing My husband recently visited Super Shine Auto Detailing on November 24th for a deep cleaning for his car, which I had gifted him just a month prior. While the cleaning itself was well done, I was dismayed to discover that the leather near the front passenger window had been burned during the process. He promptly reached out to the business to report the damage, but was met with a disappointing response. The owner, Abdi, informed him that since he reported the issue more than 24 hours after his visit, they would not take responsibility. He explained that he had only noticed the damage the next morning due to the lighting, but his concerns were dismissed. We were not seeking compensation, just acknowledgment of the issue. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from the staff left us feeling dissatisfied. While their detailing work may be good, the poor handling of customer service issues is a major drawback. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service & take accountability for the mistake that they have caused.

We had our son’s car detailed to sell it as he is buying a new one. Jesse got his car in quickly and did such an amazing job that his car looks brand new and my son decided to keep it as well as buy his brand new car and have Jesse ceramic coat it and apply the protective interior services as well. Go to the best and make an appt with Jesse to take care of if your car!! He communicated great and he sent us pictures as he went to we could see how it was going. It turned out incredible!!!

Jeff, Juan and the other guy did SUCH an amazing job on my car! My car was stolen, it was recovered with a little water damage and two rat nests in the car! This crew did such an amazing job inside and out. They used the PurTec system on the inside of the car to prevent mold, mildew, bacteria, etc. they cleaned it from top to bottom inside and out. They also put something fabulous on my windshield and replaced my wiper blades, so I can actually see when I’m driving at night!I give this business my highest recommendation, absolutely fabulous experience working with Jeff and his crew!

Outstanding service with really affordable prices! Was shopping around and decided to go with them because they were so helpful and kind. My dirty car needed some tlc and they made my car look brand new! All the stains, scuffs and dog hair are gone and they even did a great job polishing the car. I had some tree sap and hard water stains, but they were able to remove all of it too. Everything is spotless inside and out! The whole process was very easy even though they were busy and I'm so glad they were able to get me in. I'm pretty ocd and I'm super happy with the thorough job they did. The photos speak for themselves I’m very happy, they did a marvelous job car was ready same day all dry, however there was one item that was trash that was still left that was not taken out during the detailing (it was in the front passenger seat a pink makeup brush from the previous seller) and the front glovebox side was not cleaned, the guy who detailed my car connected his phone to the Bluetooth to play music but it’s no big deal I guess, I just removed him on the Bluetooth list, and the detailing deodorizer actually left a strong plastic scent that lingered in my car for 3 weeks post detailing I had to get a car freshener and car air purifier to get the scent out but it is not a problems glad the stains, germs, dust and junk is out.

New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more.

Hikari is a fantastic guy that not only took care of what I needed but went above and beyond about showing and telling me about other things that I could do to take care of my car. He took his time to get to know me and what I do with my car to best help educate me on what I can do with it to keep it looking nice. My 10 year old car had a complete makeover with Gibby’s Auto Spa. What is nice about the service is that John and his team member comes to your home to detail your car (instead of you needing to drop off your car somewhere). I didn’t have to take time off work, and the full detail was done in only 2 hours. I needed the detail because my pet cat peed in the car and there was a smell after making my own attempt at cleaning, but John was able to take care of the smell with the ‘Ozone treatment’ and was also willing to come back at no charge after the detail was complete if I still smelled something funky. Booking the appointment on the website was also very easy. Payment was made in person after the detail was complete and you had time to inspect your car as well. Before and after pics included in this review. I recommend trying out Gibby’s Auto Spa for your car cleaning needs. :)

This place is definitely a neighborhood secret for car detailing. It's rare to find enthusiastic business owners who take such pride in their workmanship. When I got my Jeep back, I was pleasantly surprised—the care they put into my vehicle far exceeded my expectations. Scheduling an appointment online was easy. Communication was smooth, and everything was right on time from drop-off to pickup. Though the pricing was more than I initially wanted to pay, it was absolutely worth the money and truly proves "you get what you pay for." My car feels brand new!

They damaged the tinting on my window and left permanently scuffs in the cup holders, and didn’t even clean the car well. When I pointed out the tinting damage they said it was my dog, then said they’d send the issue to the owner, and now it’s been a month without hearing anything. I don’t post reviews but I’m out $400 for cleaning and $600 for fixing the tinting. Please be professional.

A very smooth experience with Odicar He took time to listen to what I said. He quoted a certain amount and since I found it to be over my budget I asked him to do selective stuff. But on the day of, he ended up doing more than what we had discussed. He also didn't get mad that I dropped off the car late. The work itself looked very professionally done. Very polished. I might revisit the review after a few days because I've not been able to see it under direct sunlight. The business is not at a "premier" location. They don't give out loaners. But if you're willing to let that slide, they keep it simple and give you what you pay for (and sometimes more)

AMAZING! I found this place while searching for an auto-detailing place near me and I luckily found this one. My mom spilled a 5 gallon jug of water in her 2018 Nissan Rogue!! Mold had accumulated over time and the car reeked of mildew!!! JAG auto detailing found the mold and removed it promptly. I don’t know how JAG did it but mold and smell is completely gone. My car looks amazing and I couldn’t find a single stain! They removed stains and smells that’s been lingering in the car for years!!!! I also love that they are a family owned business and you can really tell they care about their customers satisfaction! Thank you so much! There’s no doubt I’ll be back!!

I had my car completely detailed and washed, inside and out and they did an AMAZING, beautiful job last week. I hadn't had my car cleaned out since I bought it in 2021, so it needed some TLC. It was spotless, they cleaned spaces I didn't think would be able to be cleaned. It was like brand new! I had just come off a 12-hour hour night shift, so the guys were kind enough to let me go home to sleep for the day and just be back in time before they closed up shop. Very personable staff. I told them I would try not to eat in it to keep it clean. It was a Groupon deal that was a great deal and I just paid extra for washing the interior. It was money well spent and I will definitely return when I need to have it done again.

Solid 3.5 stars. Car is well vacuumed and wiped down but $80 extra for shampooed seats and they don’t look much different at all. I bought the Groupon. $215 after they have you pay tax on the Groupon and the seats.

We called this company as they specialized in oxidation and I am so thankful we did. our RV was so oxidized, we thought there was no hope other than to paint the RV. we had another company come out and washed and waxed out RV but could not get the oxidation off, we took it to a company in Fife and they told us we would have to paint the RV as the oxidation would not come off. I saw Detail Kings web site that said oxidation is there specialty so I decided to call and let them try to see if they could save our RV. They were AMAZING they got all the oxidation off and made our RV look brand new again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has really bad oxidation as you will be amazed at the difference. Price was amazing and they are really friendly, work hard and eager to answer and help with any questions I had. absolutely a great company.

Disappointing rip off. Long story short, bubbles started to appear 3-4 days after tint install and never went away. They offered zero warranty and will not fix after charging me $1000+ to do the full car. Long story: I brought the vehicle by to have them provide a quote. They said it wouldn't be a problem and I booked an appointment online at the qouted rate of $390. My first concern while watching the install was the installer had their son in the back of the car doing the windows. It would appear that this person was underage and inexperienced which caused the bubbles to form in the tint. When I picked up the vehicle I was told the bubbles would disappear after 3-5 days. So I paid and went home. The bubbles never went away. I called the owner on day 5 after install and they would not return my call. They would only respond to text and were unwilling to help or warranty the bubbles. I then reach out to the onsite shop manager Chad. He said he would be on it once he returned from vacation. He asked for me to send pictures, which I did. I have followed up with him multiple times to be told, you have already talked to the owners and there is nothing I can do, I'm just the manager. Buyer beware at this location and others like it. Poor customer service, shotty work and zero warranty. Do not schedule here. The owners and manager ripped me off, they will not warranty their work and are potentially using 3rd part contractors that bring underaged workers with them to work on your vehicle. They need need to do better and warranty their work. Not being willing to fix mistakes days after install is ridiculous. Reputable tint companies warranty their work and shame on me for not asking... I’ve learned my lesson.

They definitely surpassed our expectations. The car looked brand new once the job was done. We originally brought our car in because of a spilled protein shake on one of the seats. They were able to get it out no problem as well as the pet hair in the back (huge bonus, we weren’t expecting the back seat to look so clean) I work during the weekday so they let me bring it in a few minutes before they opened and it was done by 12:30p. Super speedy turn around and they’re a Star Wars fan!;)

Did a wonderful job!! I had tree sap all over my car and a magnet piece stuck in the cup holder that was nearly impossible to remove, in addition to seat stains. Golden Van took care of that all without a single scratch. I’m impressed by the quality of work done on the interior and exterior and very satisfied with the outcome.
