Let me start off by saying how great the crew is, I came through after a day of mudding I had mud up to my roof they handled the situation exceptionally. Austin, Gabe and Gavin scrubbed the sides and where completely unfazed by how dirty my car was. they even offered to rewash it after the first pass. Excellent customer service and care.

My first experience today with David’s Auto Detailing. My car interior was in pretty rough shape, was being used for a work car by someone in the trades and was given to me recently. It had pet smells, a little rust and a good amount of dirt to clean up on the upholstery and floor areas. *update to three stars- they called and offered to redo the cleaning, so they are willing to fix issues, unfortunately too far for me to go back* Just ok. Used a Groupon to see if getting a detail cleaning was worth it and I came out not believing people pay what their website lists for a ‘detailing’ service. The car looked clean when I walked up to it so two stars for that. First thing I noticed was cleaning bristles lodged in the side camera, entire section of my roof was missed, puddles on the floor mats, then I looked around a little more and they didn’t bother to vacuum under floor mats or do a very good job on windows, very distracting driving home with so many streaks and a layer of fuzz on my front windshield. I was pretty hopefully it would be like coming to a new car after waiting three and a half hours, not the case.

We called this company as they specialized in oxidation and I am so thankful we did. our RV was so oxidized, we thought there was no hope other than to paint the RV. we had another company come out and washed and waxed out RV but could not get the oxidation off, we took it to a company in Fife and they told us we would have to paint the RV as the oxidation would not come off. I saw Detail Kings web site that said oxidation is there specialty so I decided to call and let them try to see if they could save our RV. They were AMAZING they got all the oxidation off and made our RV look brand new again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has really bad oxidation as you will be amazed at the difference. Price was amazing and they are really friendly, work hard and eager to answer and help with any questions I had. absolutely a great company.

Excellent!! Their crew of two came and detailed my 40-year old Boston Whaler. My expectations for what could be done with my old boat weren’t too high. They blew me away, it looks so good! Colin detailed two cars for us and did an incredible job! We have two dogs and needless to say both cars were covered in dog hair. I never thought we would get the cars clean. It was coated in so much fluffy plant material that it looked furry, but the "fur" was so well stuck you couldn't just sweep it off. I couldn't believe the difference after 30 minutes of work. Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. The result was beautiful and nearly flawless. After a few weeks I brought the car back for a few very minor details (I am a bit of a perfectionist) and Ben fixed them all with a smile. The car looks flawless now and will now look better than new years into the future. Joey on the detail side worked on the F-Pace and also did an excellent detail job on our black F-Type a couple of years back. Fair pricing! Made my model y look absolutely new inside and out. Honestly looks much better than the time of delivery. Highly recommended. I don’t write reviews very often, but this experience was absolutely AMAZING! I had some rusty water dripping on my car in a public parking lot that I couldn’t remove with a regular wash or iron remover. I showed up at J&A AUTO SALON (without an appointment), and these guys really know their craft. They removed the marks from both the paint and plastic moldings within minutes, and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my day!

When I got my Model S a couple years ago, I researched detailing shops in my area and the one that kept rising to the top was Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. Living in Seattle, it was farther than west-side shops but I wanted the best and I concluded that that means Metropolitan Detail. I met and talked to Lee about my best options to protect my new car’s exterior and we settled on a ceramic coating. That proved to be great advice and an excellent decision. Now two years on, I went back to Lee to see how best to continue my proactive exterior car care. Lee, with much knowledge and patience, walked me through the options. We ultimately settled on doing a gloss black wrap on my (to me, very handsome) black Model S (aka The Dark Knight) and the installation happened mid-December 2024. Every aspect of working with Metropolitan Detail is of the highest degree of expertise and professionalism starting with conversations with Lee and continuing with team members like Charles in the office and shop floor, and top-notch installers like Colby. Metropolitan is not kidding when it says its team “is always focused on quality.” Oh, and did I mention Metropolitan provides loaners while they work on your car? How did my car turn out, you ask? The guys at Metropolitan Detail are great to work with. This is a high end place that takes their time and performs quality work. I was recommended a 20% ceramic window tint on my ZL1 and I couldn’t be happier. It’s not too dark where it’ll draw attention, but not transparent enough to see inside. They do an excellent job with PPF and ceramic coatings as well. Highly recommend.

Not only was their customer service amazing by getting me on the schedule right away and getting my car done quickly, but they significantly increased the value of my car. I had them do a full detail before selling my car and because of that, I was able to get $2000 more for my car than I thought I would because they were able to buff out small scratches and dings, get every ounce of dog hair out of the carpet, and just made the car look amazing. I've used a lot of detail shops in the several cities I've lived in, and this was by far the most professional and best value for money I've experienced. Even if it's just for a spring cleaning, your vehicle will look vastly better after a full detailing. They absolutely didn't ask me to write a review, but I wanted to share my experience to give Mark's the credit they deserve.

Great people and service here. I took in my to get some paint repair and ceramic coating and the finished product was absolutely stunning and the car looked brand new. I had to bring the car in twice, the first time I got it back, they pointed out the bumper of my car didn’t turn out perfect, so they willingly asked to take the car again to fix it. Had a full car did both exterior and interior detailing with Osprodetailing. I like the fact the it provides an option to either wash the car on my drive way and have a pick up service. They did a great job cleaning my car parked under pine trees with a lot of needles and spots. Great service. Will come back.

You probably have seen that show where a realtor competes with a house designer, to have a property owner keep their property instead of selling it, after some creative transformation. Well, that's what I felt when I got my Sienna van back from Josh at this unassuming auto detailing business hidden away in the heart of Kirkland. I was very surprised at how Josh transformed the engine, most of all - I wish I had taken "before" pictures! Josh is amazing and what I enjoyed the most, was working with him, telling him my plan and the story behind the vehicle he agreed to detail. And then, listening to his stories - we laughed and could see eye to eye. I knew instantly that my van was in good hands. I don't have a job right now - but believe me, as soon as I get one, I will be over at Josh's in a heart beat. Thank you, Josh, for putting your heart and soul in your work. =)

My car hasn't looked this good since it was new!!! Josh did an amazing job on my 2014 Fiat 500e. He got all the stains out of my white upholstery and has great attention to detail. He also has a great sense of smell. He detected mice droppings while he was cleaning the interior. It turns out they had made a nest near the starter battery. He cleaned everything under the hood as well. He did an interior detail, exterior detail and engine steam for a very fair price. Going to bring our other car here next month!

Disappointed to be honest. While the customer service was great, and the smoke smell really is gone, I found things that didn't sit well with me. For a price tag of $500, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail. Whether it's a high end vehicle, or just someone's daily, they should equally be treated with care in my opinion. It doesn't feel like that to be honest. The front desk people really are awesome, just wish it was done a little better for the price tag.

Selected the interior and exterior hand wash. And saw that they damaged the paint. This was my very first wash on a new car. Very disappointed. And some white cleaning material was not cleaned off properly.

My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. They got into EVERY nook and cranny. While it was pricey, it’s well worth doing every few years. The drop off and pick up was super easy and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

We had the unfortunate timing of a truck running over a can of spray foam in the middle of the road and exploded on the side of our car. The staff at Eco Car were all amazing, super friendly and did an excellent job on removing as much as they could in the time they had getting it off. I had already tried multiple ways to remove what was basically glue dried onto the car. My husband was super happy with the results and thought it was going to be a lost cause, so you all did a great job of figuring out how to get the side of our car looking like new again!

The photos speak for themselves I’m very happy, they did a marvelous job car was ready same day all dry, however there was one item that was trash that was still left that was not taken out during the detailing (it was in the front passenger seat a pink makeup brush from the previous seller) and the front glovebox side was not cleaned, the guy who detailed my car connected his phone to the Bluetooth to play music but it’s no big deal I guess, I just removed him on the Bluetooth list, and the detailing deodorizer actually left a strong plastic scent that lingered in my car for 3 weeks post detailing I had to get a car freshener and car air purifier to get the scent out but it is not a problems glad the stains, germs, dust and junk is out.

New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more.

I desperately needed a detail after driving my car to Sun Valley twice this winter. Horizon NW came out and took care of absolutely everything; all I had to do was unlock the car. It was so convenient and the results were really impressive. My Volvo looked like it was brand new.
