**my review pertains only to the window tinting service this company provides and not their other services. I am sure they do great with their other services** I was very disappointed with the service I received for window tinting. I initially did not want to write a review as I also am a small business owner and recognize the impact negative reviews may have on local businesses, however, after discovering more damage to my car I felt the need to warn others about the window tinting services. I requested standard window tinting on my brand new 2025 vehicle I purchased 7/3/24. My initial appointment was on 7/26/24 and I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am. Just before 6:00pm the technician contacted me and asked if I could bring back my vehicle in again another time in order to complete the back window during a second visit as they ran out of tint after trying a few times to place the tint on the back window. I travelled from Spokane for this service, but agreed and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon getting it home I saw there were several spots the tint was applied very poorly, and it was almost a mirrored tint rather than just a dark tint. I immediately texted the technician my concerns, and then stated I would just like to have the tint removed all together. The technician stated the shop could address the concerns on my next appointment which was scheduled for 8/9/24. A few days after my initial appt on 7/26/24 I noticed one of my back port windows had scratches ALL the way around the window that looked like someone was tracing the size of the tint to cut out. On 8/9/24 I again travelled from Spokane and the technician asked about my concerns. I told him I did not feel the tint was done in an acceptable way. He stated that was why they wanted me to come back in to “fix” the feathering or something. I told him that I also noticed there were scratch marks around an entire window and I’d just like the tint removed. The technicians tone immediately changed to more snippy after I brought up the scratches and he said he was sorry I did not like it and they’d take the tint off. No refund was offered at all. They took the tint off, and that all went fine. Now, on the date I am writing this review, 8/15/24, I notice that there are also scratch marks all around my entire back window as well. I am very upset that I have had this brand new vehicle for just barely over a month and now I am left with scratched windows, no tint, and wasted money.

I took my brand new Ranger Raptor in, the OEM paint was corrected and ceramic coated. I have never had this done to a vehicle. I will be having it done to many more! Simply amazing the depth it added to the paint highly recommend this business and the process.

I'm considering selling my boat to upgrade. I purchased my boat new in 2011. I called Premier on Friday afternoon and was able to schedule a Saturday afternoon appointment. He showed on time and after a quick review of the boat he got right to work. He put in a solid 5 hours of work on my boat. Included vacuum, shampoo, stain removal, buffed and polished the paint and the unfinished aluminum as well - he was able to get rid of most of the beauty marks. He cleaned up the aluminum wheels, treated the tires and the trailer was detailed as well. Very happy with the service and availability of the scheduling. The boat is looking new again! Maybe I'll keep it after all... ;) Thank you Premier Mobile Detailing - I would not hesitate to use your service and highly recommend.

I had my 1997 Audi A4 detailed on the interior and I love it. I bought my car from a kohl's parking lot where it had been sitting for months. The interior was dirty and a little grimy. After some saving, I brought it to White Glove hoping they could clean it up a bit and make it feel like a new car for me. They did a fantastic job getting just about every single nook and cranny. They did miss the underside of my floor mats, however that wasn't a major issue, as I just picked out the debris that was stuck in the spikes. They also didn't clean of a spot of duct tape residue I had on the dash, however it did seem that they had tried, so I commend them for that. That is something I will take care of on my own. I'm very happy with my detail and will definitely be returning when I need to detail my exterior.

I left pretty disappointed this morning. Spanky's usually does a great job. But not this time. There were still dead insects on my hood and headlights. The rear had several areas that were not clean at all as well. I even had to re-clean my windshield at a gas station on my way home. I would have asked to go through again before leaving, but the wait was too long. 😔

Finally a good car wash. Guys were great they hand prep and even do a touch up hand drying. In Kennewick all the car washes have become mister car wash and those places blow. Totally recommend this place.

5 stars review is not enough for this guy. Gorge is a great professional detailing artist. He transformed my dirty car into something amazing! I bought a theft recovery car from auction and came with load of junk and grime with deep stains. Gorge did a great work removing all of it off and transferred it to a cozy and clean family car. recently had my Ram 1500 Sport detailed at Signature Auto Detailing, and I’m really impressed. The staff was friendly and professional, and they clearly care about their work. My truck looks better than when I first got it from the dealer. The exterior is spotless, and the interior is just as amazing. They cleaned every corner, treated my leather seats, and even made it smell fresh without being overpowering. It really feels like a brand-new truck. What stood out to me most was how thorough and careful they were. It’s obvious they take pride in their work. I’ve been to other detailing places before, but none of them delivered this level of quality. If you want top-quality detailing, I highly recommend Signature Auto Detailing. Update: Frank the owner contacted us and apologized for the lack of customer service and refunded us the pet hair cleaning fee. Even though we had issues I believe this company will do a good job detailing your car and if you have issues contact Frank. I now have updated to 4 stars from 2. Thank you Frank. I called to make an appointment and was quoted a higher price than what was stated on their website. I asked why the amount is higher than what’s on the website and she stated they have raised prices but have not corrected their website. She did agree to honor the website price. I scheduled my appt for 10:00 and they were 3.5 hours late with no phone call letting me know they would be late. I called twice and only received voice mail with no call back. When they arrived I mentioned they were late and no apologize given only stating their boss rearranged the schedule. When they finished detailing my car the total they gave was not the website price but the new price not on the website. I stated I was quoted the website price and asked what’s the additional charge? They said there is a dog hair Removal fee and that is the additional fee. No one mentioned an extra fee for dog hair. The gal was not apologetic or willing to adjust the charge. If there is a separate charge it should have been stated. The two stars is only that the car detailing was done as expected. Would I use this company again! NO!

I was almost to ashamed of my cars condition to even get it detailed. But I knew it was detail it or buy a new one. Frank and the team out did them selfs. My Durango is like brand NEW!!!! Even smells brand new!! I dog hair and hay all over the back and they got every piece out!!! I’m blown away!! I will come back once a year from now on!!

I was going to use the auto wash, but it was overpriced for the equipment. I did the hand wash instead and found it convenient that it takes credit card and keeps running until you hit stop. The hot wax might have been empty, but I still achieved the best wash ever using this type. It was $9 for about 13 minutes use.

Go somewhere else. Been here multiple times. Don’t know why I keep coming back - proximity I guess. Half the time the vacuums don’t work or they don’t have good suction. Lots of machines down and no “not in service” signs up. Frustrating. Last time I waste my money on this place.

I used to love going here when the no-touch wash actually clean my car. But today I noticed that they bump the price up 30%. I get that since everything else is up, problem is they made the process shorter and now it doesn't clean my car the way it used to. It used to run the pressurized wash twice and now it only does it once. Higher price and poor quality service.

I don’t hear all the times they’re Hella cool very Nice. They have employees that times a day to make sure it’s clean and orderly. As well as making sure that machines Are stocked up and working. Occasionally, they leave like little towels out so that you can make sure that your windows are dry. I work night shift so I know at night a lot of times or sometimes Early morning. There’s just one lady With blonde hair who works mornings. She’s super sweet, And she even tried to help me with my car when it was having issues (Turned out to be a blown fuse). And there’s been one time when I fell asleep with my car on after working and they were very nice about it. They just came and knocked on my window. Asked if I was OK. I just woke up really confused and I was like oh yeah, and drove away😂 Anyways, I always go out of my way just to go to the car wash because of how much I like the environment and how clean it is. A big thank you to the staff.

I went to Mister car Wash to wash my car and get the bugs off the front of my car after over a 3,000 mile trip because I didn't feel like washing my car myself and doing all the scrubbing to get the bugs off the front but it looks like I will be doing all the scrubbing anyway because I don't think it took a single bug off the front of my car. Very disappointed and will not be going back ever again. It also didn't clean the back of my car. Save your $14.00 and do it yourself. I was not very happy when I wrote this review but Mister Car Wash made it better for sure. They refunded my money and gave me a Premium Car Wash free. I will be going back to see how my car turns out again sometime when it is really dirty. New review is 3 stars just because the first wash wasnt ideal but their customer service and how they handled my first review was very nice of them.

would give zero stars, but that isn't an option. My vehicle was damaged while in the car wash. I was lined up by the employee at the car wash, but somehow my vehicle came off the tracks. This should be an easy fix with an emergency stop, however no emergency stop occurred until after the following vehicle was forced into mine by the track causing more damage, and running into my vehicle twice, they had to honk their horn to get assistance. The staff was quick to file a incident report, and also very quick on telling me that I needed to take care of the problem and the damage utilizing my own insurance. FOLLOW UP -Upon further non- interaction they respond on here to make it appear as if they are doing something to fix issues, however if you send an email to the address provided, or call the number provided there is no response to the email, the the phone # says you have to go in person to the location, where the incident occurred and file a claim in person. Terrible response. NEGATIVE STARS. Don't go here unless you want your vehicle damaged. Any resolution to be taken care of by you .

Drop my car off on the 5th of December for the Express Wax 2 hrs $100, $110, $120 Wash, Dress Tires and Trim, and Machine Apply Finishing Wax Proof that I did service with them “Hi K**, this is a reminder for your booking on Thu, 12/05/2024, 8:15AM”. They were done by 9:19 (AM Incoming Call) an hour and 4 minutes they done. Above they have listed on their website 2 hours. Now you can see why my car was not cleaned properly. Car rear view mirrors still dirty and had dead bugs on it. It’s obvious that they did not do a good job cleaning the car and they were other areas where you could tell that the car was NOT machine wax. I know that was a cheap express wax service but I still think they could have done a better job especially if they called themselves professionals. I do not recommend them.

Awesome car wash. Free vacuum for customers getting a car wash and it’s good. I wash afraid to go through a car wash that has brushes because of my last experience with another car wash that ended up scratching my car and of course they’re not responsible. But Autobahn is a great place to go too. Their price is decent for their service. Your car is air dried and they also wipe down your vehicle. My next visit I am going to pay for the month which is $20.00. Y’all should check them out.

My sister took here car here not a very good job. Dirt left in cup holders the compartment on door was still dirty. Now she also took her trailer here to get awning clean and I think they rinse it with plan water the top was not done at all and I cleaned it with cleaner from dollar store did better then here. Never again. Oh ya and paid $500buck total

Extremely disappointed with the service at Jiffy Car Wash. Paid $36 for the Supreme Car Wash, which supposedly includes interior vacuuming and wiping down the seats. I specifically asked for the seats to be wiped down, as well as the cup holders, door panels, and dash, which are included with the Superior Car Wash. None of this was done. When I raised the issue with the owner, there was no apology or attempt to make it right. The owner was extremely inconsiderate. One-star rating for a complete lack of service and customer care. I would not recommend anybody to go here because you will waste your money and you can do a better job at a coin car wash yourself. Save your time and money elsewhere. Please just look at the photos and tell me if you would spend $36 on receiving this outcome. Just happened today at 4:30pm 4/23/24

I am very impressed with Jiffy. I avoid brushless car washes because they clean poorly so I was happy to go here. Their machines clean really well and the extra touch ups they do make the difference. My 8 year old car was shiny and has stayed nice for two weeks now. The people there are very friendly. It is worth it to me to come over from Richland.

I usually use the elephant car wash but lately it hasn’t done as good of a job. I just got home and noticed it must have a leak in one of the bays cause I have soap drip lines down the whole drivers side of my pickup. i paid for the supreme wash so it shouldn’t have left all of the soap as you see in the pics. I gave 2 stars cause usually it does a decent job but I have not been impressed at all the last couple of times. Edited: The owner was gracious and very kind to address my concerns. Updated rating to 5 stars

Water pressure is too low to remove all debris and basic rain dust, I purchased the $16 wash and within about 4 minutes it was done, I feel like it is too expensive for the amount of time it takes, also the air pressure is not enough to dry a car, i would recommend the blue dolphin car wash!

Ray is the best. The most affordable. Pays attention to every detail. He is consistent and quality every time! He has cleaned my gross mom van multiple times. Like I’m talking gross, see pics. He also removed the rust stains from my van that a sprinkler caused. Miracle worker!! Highly recommended!

Our car looked and smelled the way it did when originally purchased, and well worth every penny spent. I even tried to tip him but he refused! Raymond arrived on time to pick my car up, and delivered it back on time, while sending me text updates on his progress. I was so impressed with the experience with my personal vehicle that I made the decision to send Ross Township Police Department’s boat and cruiser over!
