The photos speak for themselves I’m very happy, they did a marvelous job car was ready same day all dry, however there was one item that was trash that was still left that was not taken out during the detailing (it was in the front passenger seat a pink makeup brush from the previous seller) and the front glovebox side was not cleaned, the guy who detailed my car connected his phone to the Bluetooth to play music but it’s no big deal I guess, I just removed him on the Bluetooth list, and the detailing deodorizer actually left a strong plastic scent that lingered in my car for 3 weeks post detailing I had to get a car freshener and car air purifier to get the scent out but it is not a problems glad the stains, germs, dust and junk is out.

New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more.

I brought my wife's car in for a much needed detail after being the family hauler for 5 years. Needless to say it was pretty dirty - everything from plain old dirt to food stains and babybel cheese wax. Even with all that it came out looking as good as new! I took my car for detailed cleaning and as hefty as the payments were, I paid happily with hope it would match the cost. My car was the only car at the time they were working on as no one else had come at that time. I got so disappointed because even after paying extra $20 for interir work, the car was still having dirt. The inside of the driver's door had some smudge on it and clearly they never cleaned that. Their services are not worth the $90 I paid. Looking for other cleaners

I was sold a “value package,“ for my interior. The interior of my car was admittedly messy but not terrible. I had cleared everything out of the car so everything was accessible. I even apologized to the technician and tipped him in advance! What a sad surprise when I got it in my car to see the seats and floors were vacuumed, but nothing else was done. Not an inch of the car, including the windshield had been wiped down. Just the seats and floors have been vacuumed.

I was on the search for a detail shop for a while around my area with good pricing and quality work. I am a girl who does not know a lot about details to begin with but their detailed descriptions on their site made it easy to know what I wanted. Upon contacting J&J Auto Salon I received excellent customer service along with great communication from their part, from booking to drop off to picking up my car. I have had my car for a long time and my dog rides along making my car that much more messy. Once I received my car I was extremely pleased to see my car looking like the day I bought it. Found them on fb. Initially thought I was getting a great deal but you get what you pay for. Whatever they used on the outside ruined my hood. At first he said it would go away but then when I asked about it a week later was told they would try and fix it. I waited a month but got no response as to when I could bring my car in. I messaged again and was told that the issue was due to me not taking good care of my car. I asked for compensation which they agreed to but was never done. Will definitely not use again and don't recommend.

MZ Auto Detail did an AMAZING job detailing our mini-van. With small children our car was an absolute mess and they fully cleaned the interior and exterior to perfection! Our son recently moved to Washington and when I drove it up there for him I had a fender bender plus the Texas heat baked the bugs on it. I have had water leakage in my car a few times on the passenger side (just an issue with the sunroof on the model of my car). I finally got the dealership to fix it, but due to the amount of water, the dealership told me I likely had mold and would need a detailer to fix it. There was definitely a funky/off smell in my car, and at one point I even had a small mushroom growing on the carpet of the passenger side, so there was definitely something off. After some research, I decided to go with Buggy Scrubbers as my detailer (as it offers mold removal, while I found a lot of retailers don’t), and I’m so happy I made that choice! Dennis was very transparent with the pricing, services provided, concerns, limitations, and so forth. I was worried about leaving my car for so long with someone, but felt in great hands with Dennis. In order to get rid of my mold (which was found under the carpets), he ran his ozone machine to kill all of the spores, removed my seats/carpet, and did a full clean/extraction of the car (vents included). He also did a detail of the outside. My car is old, but when I got it back, the inside looked brand new! Never expected to see my car looking so good again. It also smelled very clean and there was no strange odor when driving. My car had some scuffs on the exterior, but he was able to get it shining and polished up again. I’m very happy with the service he provided and his expertise. I feel so much more comfortable and happy driving my car again. Disappointing Experience at Super Shine Auto Detailing My husband recently visited Super Shine Auto Detailing on November 24th for a deep cleaning for his car, which I had gifted him just a month prior. While the cleaning itself was well done, I was dismayed to discover that the leather near the front passenger window had been burned during the process. He promptly reached out to the business to report the damage, but was met with a disappointing response. The owner, Abdi, informed him that since he reported the issue more than 24 hours after his visit, they would not take responsibility. He explained that he had only noticed the damage the next morning due to the lighting, but his concerns were dismissed. We were not seeking compensation, just acknowledgment of the issue. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from the staff left us feeling dissatisfied. While their detailing work may be good, the poor handling of customer service issues is a major drawback. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service & take accountability for the mistake that they have caused.

I take my car here regularly for oil changes because of the friendly service and the reasonable price. I also had my car detailed here after my cat got sick on the backseat from taking him to the vet. They did a fantastic job and cleaned the whole interior of the car for a great price.

AMAZING! I found this place while searching for an auto-detailing place near me and I luckily found this one. My mom spilled a 5 gallon jug of water in her 2018 Nissan Rogue!! Mold had accumulated over time and the car reeked of mildew!!! JAG auto detailing found the mold and removed it promptly. I don’t know how JAG did it but mold and smell is completely gone. My car looks amazing and I couldn’t find a single stain! They removed stains and smells that’s been lingering in the car for years!!!! I also love that they are a family owned business and you can really tell they care about their customers satisfaction! Thank you so much! There’s no doubt I’ll be back!!

Jamal took my 2002 CRV from a dump to better than dealership clean. Seriously! Better than dealership! From booking to sparkling was quick & seamless. He busted his butt on my CRV, named Stella. I appreciated that I could book online. The pricing & service descriptions were clear & detailed. Booking online was quick & and user-friendly. My first experience today with David’s Auto Detailing. My car interior was in pretty rough shape, was being used for a work car by someone in the trades and was given to me recently. It had pet smells, a little rust and a good amount of dirt to clean up on the upholstery and floor areas. *update to three stars- they called and offered to redo the cleaning, so they are willing to fix issues, unfortunately too far for me to go back* Just ok. Used a Groupon to see if getting a detail cleaning was worth it and I came out not believing people pay what their website lists for a ‘detailing’ service. The car looked clean when I walked up to it so two stars for that. First thing I noticed was cleaning bristles lodged in the side camera, entire section of my roof was missed, puddles on the floor mats, then I looked around a little more and they didn’t bother to vacuum under floor mats or do a very good job on windows, very distracting driving home with so many streaks and a layer of fuzz on my front windshield. I was pretty hopefully it would be like coming to a new car after waiting three and a half hours, not the case.

Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. The result was beautiful and nearly flawless. After a few weeks I brought the car back for a few very minor details (I am a bit of a perfectionist) and Ben fixed them all with a smile. The car looks flawless now and will now look better than new years into the future. Joey on the detail side worked on the F-Pace and also did an excellent detail job on our black F-Type a couple of years back.
