Car Detailing Near Me in Redmond WA - Top Auto Detailing Services

When I got my Model S a couple years ago, I researched detailing shops in my area and the one that kept rising to the top was Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. Living in Seattle, it was farther than west-side shops but I wanted the best and I concluded that that means Metropolitan Detail. I met and talked to Lee about my best options to protect my new car’s exterior and we settled on a ceramic coating. That proved to be great advice and an excellent decision. Now two years on, I went back to Lee to see how best to continue my proactive exterior car care. Lee, with much knowledge and patience, walked me through the options. We ultimately settled on doing a gloss black wrap on my (to me, very handsome) black Model S (aka The Dark Knight) and the installation happened mid-December 2024. Every aspect of working with Metropolitan Detail is of the highest degree of expertise and professionalism starting with conversations with Lee and continuing with team members like Charles in the office and shop floor, and top-notch installers like Colby. Metropolitan is not kidding when it says its team “is always focused on quality.” Oh, and did I mention Metropolitan provides loaners while they work on your car? How did my car turn out, you ask? The pictures speak for themselves. Experience is a great teacher and my experience has taught me that you can’t do better than Metropolitan Detail. The guys at Metropolitan Detail are great to work with. This is a high end place that takes their time and performs quality work. I was recommended a 20% ceramic window tint on my ZL1 and I couldn’t be happier. It’s not too dark where it’ll draw attention, but not transparent enough to see inside. They do an excellent job with PPF and ceramic coatings as well. Highly recommend.

We called this company as they specialized in oxidation and I am so thankful we did. our RV was so oxidized, we thought there was no hope other than to paint the RV. we had another company come out and washed and waxed out RV but could not get the oxidation off, we took it to a company in Fife and they told us we would have to paint the RV as the oxidation would not come off. I saw Detail Kings web site that said oxidation is there specialty so I decided to call and let them try to see if they could save our RV. They were AMAZING they got all the oxidation off and made our RV look brand new again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has really bad oxidation as you will be amazed at the difference. Price was amazing and they are really friendly, work hard and eager to answer and help with any questions I had. absolutely a great company.

Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. The result was beautiful and nearly flawless. After a few weeks I brought the car back for a few very minor details (I am a bit of a perfectionist) and Ben fixed them all with a smile. The car looks flawless now and will now look better than new years into the future. You probably have seen that show where a realtor competes with a house designer, to have a property owner keep their property instead of selling it, after some creative transformation. Well, that's what I felt when I got my Sienna van back from Josh at this unassuming auto detailing business hidden away in the heart of Kirkland. I was very surprised at how Josh transformed the engine, most of all - I wish I had taken "before" pictures! Josh is amazing and what I enjoyed the most, was working with him, telling him my plan and the story behind the vehicle he agreed to detail. My car hasn't looked this good since it was new!!! Josh did an amazing job on my 2014 Fiat 500e. He got all the stains out of my white upholstery and has great attention to detail. He also has a great sense of smell. He detected mice droppings while he was cleaning the interior. It turns out they had made a nest near the starter battery. He cleaned everything under the hood as well. He did an interior detail, exterior detail and engine steam for a very fair price. Going to bring our other car here next month!

Carter detailed my car and let me just say it needed it bad. The carpets were pretty stained due to my sunroof leaking and the interior had never been detailed before. He is incredibly detail oriented. He got all of the stains out of the carpet and did a wonderful job on the interior of my car! I highly recommend taking your car here. I don’t write reviews very often, but this experience was absolutely AMAZING! I had some rusty water dripping on my car in a public parking lot that I couldn’t remove with a regular wash or iron remover. I showed up at J&A AUTO SALON (without an appointment), and these guys really know their craft. This company does a solid job of getting your home spotless. They work hard and are detail-oriented. They are also very easy and flexible to schedule with. *update to three stars- they called and offered to redo the cleaning, so they are willing to fix issues, unfortunately too far for me to go back* Just ok. Used a Groupon to see if getting a detail cleaning was worth it and I came out not believing people pay what their website lists for a ‘detailing’ service. The car looked clean when I walked up to it so two stars for that. First thing I noticed was cleaning bristles lodged in the side camera, entire section of my roof was missed, puddles on the floor mats, then I looked around a little more and they didn’t bother to vacuum under floor mats or do a very good job on windows, very distracting driving home with so many streaks and a layer of fuzz on my front windshield. I was pretty hopefully it would be like coming to a new car after waiting three and a half hours, not the case.

I got premium interior detailing service. This place doesnt feel like a professional auto detailing service. The work they did was very amateur with vacuuming and some carpet cleaning. The stains from the seats/carpet werent removed. This is part of a gym/rec club. The service is not worth your money.

The staff at Eco Car were all amazing, super friendly and did an excellent job on removing as much as they could in the time they had getting it off. Absolute rip off. This place used to be great.......I paid $40 for the top detail and clean which used to be very good and they would spend at least 5-10 minutes vacuuming and another 15-20 minutes detailing the inside. On the visit today, they spent 60 seconds vacuuming, then after when they do the rest of the package (wipe down all surfaces inside, clean windows and remove trash.........none of this was barely touched. I watched then spend 3 minutes barely wiping down the inside. The windows look like crap, the center console area and cup holders were even touched and they don't offer car smell anymore. My car isn't that dirty to start with either and I pull 100% of everything out of the vehicle. Apparently they have new owners.......it shows, this place has gone WAY Downhill.

They recently switched owners, and here is my story. I inherited a company car and had to get it cleaned... I paid $50 including a $10 tip for them to clean the interior of my car. They called me to come out and get the car and it hadn't been done so I'm not sure what I was paying for. They went back to clean the car and it was only halfway done. They literally didn't wipe down any surface. I paid extra to have spray and to have the mats washed, and none of it was done... And I took plenty of pictures. I would really like to get my money back. I had to get back to work and it wasn't worth the battle, but I definitely won't be going back. Too many cars? Maybe not enough employees? Maybe but that's literally the business. You literally clean peoples cars so why not just do it right? very disappointed. wound up cleaning the whole car myself And didn’t get a refund. But at least I know I got it done, right!

It went really well. Scott got me in within 24 hours. He finished up in under 4 for a very thorough complete detailing. The exterior looks like new. The paint shines and the original luster is back. He fixed a few small chips too, which I wasn't expecting. The inside smells new and the seats and carpet stains are gone. All the skuff marks on the back of the front seats (kids) and the dog hair from the cargo area are gone too. Scott did a great job and I will go back to him if needed. This probably won't be for a bit because I feel the new look will last for at least a year, depending on weather.

So grateful to find this place! Was gifted a car that had developed a severe internal mold problem due to a window being left open on a very rainy fall day, and then the car left unused and closed up throughout the winter. There prolific mold growing on every surface, including the entire stretch of every seatbelt! My spouse and I tried to clean it with a combo of vinegar and rubbing alcohol, but then the entire care wreaked like vinegar, and there were tons of stains from the mold. Plus, the ozone treatment means there is absolutely no residual scent of any kind, which is important because my spouse and I are scent-sensitive. Disappointed to be honest. While the customer service was great, and the smoke smell really is gone, I found things that didn't sit well with me. For a price tag of $500, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail. Whether it's a high end vehicle, or just someone's daily, they should equally be treated with care in my opinion. It doesn't feel like that to be honest. The front desk people really are awesome, just wish it was done a little better for the price tag.

Selected the interior and exterior hand wash. And saw that they damaged the paint. This was my very first wash on a new car. Very disappointed. And some white cleaning material was not cleaned off properly.
