Someone threw a rock through my window, and Josh was referred to me by a good friend. He was right on top of it with communication and getting me scheduled right away. He came to my place and did the most amazing job I could’ve ever hoped for. My car is so clean. It looks like I drove it right off the dealership parking lot for the first time. I will highly recommend him to anyone for their detailing needs. He’s very friendly and professional, and takes much pride in his work. He will always be my go to guy.

I went here to get my car detailed and was very happy with how it looked. However, something they did has caused my check engine light to continually flash. Then we found two rubber pieces just laying in a cavity in the engine compartment. We weren’t even told they had come off and it’s just pure luck that they weren’t lost. So my $410 detail plus what I tipped, is now going to cost me at least $600 for the sensor they ruined. I do not recommend.

AWESOME!!! My van looks NEW! I had interior vacuumed and shampooed. The exterior cleaned, buffed and waxed. The tires and rims SPARKLE!! 🎆🤩😊 They work hard in sweaty tough conditions and I am very impressed by their dedication to get every hidden glob of spider's web and pine needles. It wasn't perfect, but darn near! What's better? "I DIDN'T HAVE TO!" I DIDN'T have to CLEAN IT!

Honestly will only return to have them finish the job they started. There are multiple places on the interior that were sprayed and not wiped down, and just left. How am I supposed to get this cleaned? Definitely wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I had to go in and finish wiping surfaces down. Not sure who I dealt with but definitely seemed like he didn’t want to be there, he said it would be done around 2, I called at 2:10 to see if it was finished and if I could pick it up and he said”yeah it’s been done, when are you gonna get here? I want to go home”. Like okay cool. Definitely will not return.

Eric was extremely helpful and accommodating, had a mold issue in my truck and he took it and brought it back looking absolutely amazing! Had my truck in for scratch removal and my wife’s jeep for an interior and exterior detail , and I couldn’t be happier. Kyle did a fantastic job. Paint on my truck looks amazing ! My wife’s jeep looks and smells great! Having kids it smelled like old milk, which come to find out was an old banana that poor Kyle had to find! He made drop off and pickup a breeze even with my difficult schedule! Price is right considering the level of detail and effort! A highly recommended.

Junior was such a great help today!! I came in for the first time and he really knew how to sell me a good deal. He really looks out for the customers best interest. Excellent customer service! The car wash itself is pretty nice. There are a few spots that were missed by passenger and driver windows but not a big deal. Really cleaned the front of my truck that had quite a bit of old bugs splatter, so happy with that. Overall great experience.

Koby came out to detail my caddy. He was professional, friendly as all get out and was a joy to chat with. He did an amazing job on my car. I had some stubborn hard water spots ( show up so much on a black car ) that I was unable to get rid of. He took care of those and all other concerns that I needed addressed. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I will be recommending to everyone. As well as doing this again when needed. first time getting detailed and had no idea what to expect. My car looks brand new. I have kids and it shows in my car, I also had a dr pepper explode in my front seat and stained my passenger seat and I was so upset. (the whole reason for looking into detailing) When Kevin and Kyle were done you wouldn’t even be able to tell anything happened or I have kids in there. They take pride in their work and it shows, and on top of all the hard work they were so nice. It was pouring by the time they were done and they were still so sweet. Beyond impressed. Thank you so much. Also, wish I would have gotten before pictures and after pictures where it wasn’t dark, also they put covers on everything but I took a few off before pictures. these pictures don’t do justice but here’s a couple.

My car was broken into last weekend in Bellingham. Glass was EVERYWHERE. All of the seats had little glass particles embedded into them, and every nook and cranny shimmered with shard residue. In a panic, I knew I needed my car professionally detailed because I planned on commuting to school with a classmate at the end of September. I wanted to assure my classmate’s family that she would get to UW safely without the risk of her sitting on glass or having glass dust blown into her face when she opened the passenger side window, and so I started assessing the state of my vehicle. My car was my daily ride to work for the last 3 years, and every morning I would drink coffee out of a mug. Whenever I would spill, I would never try to get out the stains because I was too busy to look up a proper cleaning procedure for fabric seats. Getting into my car after work, I would regularly be filthy from the day. Working for the USPS as a Rural Carrier, most summer days end with being sweaty and grimy from delivering in the dust and heat. When you shower, the water usually runs a tinge dark from the dirt. In the winter, your shoes are almost guaranteed to track in mud and plant matter. I even had scratches on the paint from scraping off snow and ice over the course of many December storms. I have long dark hair, and I love to go places with my fluffy Australian Shepherd, Rocco. Rocco comes with me almost everywhere I go, and he likes to sit in every seat of my car no matter if he is wet or dry. We both shed quite a bit, and often you can find tufts of our hair in between the console and under the seat. Can you imagine all that in your car?! TLC Auto Salon, LLC was the first to come up on Google, and so I went with them based on their reviews. I don’t regret it. Travis picked up my phone call immediately, and was able to schedule an appointment within the week. He had my car done earlier than he anticipated, and allowed me to leave my car at his shop when my ride arrived early. Throughout the detail he kept me informed, and the payment process was easy. My car looks brand new, and he deserves to be confident in his services.

Edgar did an amazing job detailing both of my vehicles, a large SUV and a sedan! He walked me through what he was going to do based on the different fabrics and materials and messes in our cars (we have three young kids, so it was messy!).
