Tamra at the Lakewood location honestly has the best customer service I have received from any business is a long time. She has helped me multiple times and really has everyone in her best interest plus is very diligent in her work. Classy Chassis in Lakewood is great! I go there all the time! It's very affordable and one of the only car washes I know that will clean the inside of your car without an appointment and for less then $30 depending on what package you get. This makes life a lot easier to be able to have the interior done vs just the exterior. Plus you deal with people not just a machine. Anytime there is missing spots they are happy to re wash to your satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Brandon did an amazing job on my Challenger. It had some defects from the dealership taking it through the car wash so I had him do a thorough paint correction along with his 6 year ceramic coating. Very impressed with this car wash. I’ve always been a wash it myself person, but where I live now I can’t do that and car washes like this one are usually notorious for doing terrible jobs on Wranglers so my expectations were honestly low. Especially because I was running through with light mud all over my jeep. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised! It got all the mud off even from inside the inner fenders! Of course it wasn’t perfect, but it was pretty close! And the customer service was top notch. I was greeted by a very kind employee that described all the washes to me since it was my first time and then when I was utilizing the free vacuums after another employee came over to ask how the wash had turned out for me and if I was satisfied. I’ve never had another car wash do that. And with the most expensive wash being only $19 this will be my new go to spot!

I always come here to use their free vacuums and tidy up here for an hour or two. Today I accidentally left my car in idle for a while, killed the battery and Kim (by far their coolest employee) jumped into action and grabbed a portable. Within minutes I was up and running again. I had been encouraged to contact Straight Line Detailing for work on my vintage cars, and Brandon and Casey fully lived up to their great reputation! The 58-year old paint on my 1965 Buick Wildcat was tired, with lots of chips, scratches, cracking, and crazing. I have taken my vehicle to many full service car washes in the past...but will never go anywhere again after going to Shur-Kleen car wash on Bridgeport Way in Lakewood. The two young men (Michael and Tracy) who did the interior and exterior detail, did an exceptional job!! In this day and age when customer service seems to be a foreign ideal, and work ethic of this current generation is non-existent...these two young man went above and beyond. Thank you to both of these young men for restoring my faith in the fact that there are still young people in the nation that take pride in their work. I was disappointed that I had to return bc the seats weren’t clean. My car seats aren’t worn, they had some stains which were cleaned after returning to have them re shampooed. I found candy wrappers in between the seat that were missed when vacuumed. They did a good job on the exterior.

Came back from a 9 month deployment and found the inside of my pickup was absolutely covered in mold, these folks completely turned my nasty interior to cleaner then when I first bought the pickup. I work at a car dealership, and we had always been recommending customers here for minor dent repair, tinting, etc so I decided to give them a shot myself. I had an ugly dent in my door from the previous owners, and wanted it popped out and have the area buffed well so I could have the paint scratches touched up. They did a great job and really fair pricing! $300 to pop out the dent and buff the paint, which removed quite a few shallow scuffs and scratches. A body shop quoted me $2700 to repair the door (granted that’s paint and prep and everything but still). Very pleased with the work they did! I have another car that needs some curb rash repaired and I plan on bringing it to them to have that done as well! Thanks guys!! My experience with this company was 100/10. The services I needed were detailing and an ozone treatment and when I received my car it felt as if it was just purchased with a brand new car smell. Just received an interior detailing of my SUV from Allen, it was the first time it has been detailed and he did an outstanding job. He got out a red stain on a seat as well as countless dog hairs! 5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!! I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.) I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.

Nice, friendly people, but I’m not sure repairing modern vehicles is their strong point. I had my Saturn Vue there four times in the space of two months. Had numerous parts replaced, but they were still not able to fix it. They were not able to find the cause of and fix a P-0300 (random cylinder misfire) code. It is one thing to be able to read a diagnostic scan; it’s another thing to be able to fix what’s causing the problem.

Copied and pasted from my Yelp review. In 10 years of Yelp, this is my first 1 star review. I thought I lucked out by getting in due to a cancelation by calling since I was in the area. Usually appointment only. Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the rating is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

I wish I had found Steam Green Auto Detailing sooner! Detailed both my vehicles (I was so impressed with the first I had to bring the second a few weeks later). Kinda disappointed! Used to come here all the time when I was in the area. They did what I thought was a great job till I got down the road and truck dried ! Half the hood is still way dirty and now has swirl marks the door pillars still have bugs and road debris all over the fenders don’t look the greatest either for $225 dollars I really expected a better quality wash ! I took my 1997 Ford F-250 to them because it had a big dent on the left side after a lady with a long trailer made a tight turn and hit the side of the pickup and didn’t report it and the military police didn’t care either. My GEICO insurance was going to cover the damage but when I took it here I was told they had to order the whole left side of the pickup. About 4 months later I called them to ask if they got the side in yet. That’s when I was told that they couldn’t get the part (the whole side), because the truck was too old. He could have called and told me that sooner. Another body shop used something to pull the side out and repair it. I guess Lakewood auto body doesn’t know how to do that. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Used this business of John's for the first time. I met John at his shop and learn of his professionalism and knew he was going to do a great job for me. Man was I surprised!!! Not only did he do a great job, it was well beyond my expectations. This car looked tons better than when I bought it from the dealer. I've had my cars detailed before but none were black. Black shows everything and he made the car sparkle inside and out. The car had swirl marks and uneven finish throughout and now it is a MIRROR. The inside also is brand new, smells good, and glistens. It looked so good I didn't want to drive it. Now it is a little dirty since I drove it, but John gave a terrific start to up keep and I will bring all four of my Cadillacs to him to keep detailed for me in the future. Brought in my car in and they didn't do a very good job with the exterior. The contacted me, I believe that day or the next day and wanted to make it right. They worked diligently to make it right and they did. Couple of days after, I brought my car in again and they made it perfect by making the car look brand new. Tires and wheels looked spotless. They even fixed the service bell, to notify team members in the shop that a customer is waiting.

It was a good experience and they did really good work. I brought a vehicle in that I was selling and I needed detailed and they made it look as close to new as possible. After that I brought my new car for them to tint the windows and came out great for a reasonable price. I'm planning on bringing in my truck to have it detailed soon as well. Wrap, tint and ceramic coating which is going to be an future investment for me. Luckily painless dent repair can get it out but for my roof I would have to get paint touch up so I’d advice you if you do have nice things find somewhere else to get your vehicles clean

I wanted to surprise my husband with a freshly deep cleaned car as a nice little surprise for his return home from a work trip and reached out to Emerald Shine for a quote with very short notice. Not only did they accommodate my brief notice of just a few business days, they accommodated my preferred schedule to work while I work from home. The gentlemen who did the actual detailing on the car were prompt/punctual, communicative, professional, and friendly. They had the perfect professionalism of "real person"+definitely professional+not an actual robot. The car had a massive coating of dog hair inside as we have three dogs - one of which being a large white dog who sheds like crazy. It now has maybe a small few throughout, which, if you've ever dealt with dog hair, you know, is a huge feat. I anticipated "much better" not "nearly free of dog hair" so my expectations were greatly exceeded. The car smells good. It looks almost like it did when my husband bought it. If/when I decide to have my car cleaned (no dog hair in mine!), I'll definitely go to these guys. Also, the price was absolutely, 100% worth the experience and the outcome.

Customer service was great, but felt like I was played for the money. Told them I had to have the vehicle detailed to ship and was instantly told I needed the 229 package. Ok, no big deal. Got a message it was ready, showed up an hour later and they were still working on it. Paid 285 after tax and tip. Outside was clean, but not anything special. They got the dog hair up and food on the floor. The issue I had was the glass wasn't clean, and the front windshield was smudged up and had a film on it which made it hard to drive when the sun hit it.
