Used this place for the first time last week. The work was amazing. We've had the car detailed before but it never looked brand new like this to include the engine compartment. We will never go anywhere else. The owner is Guillermo is super humble and personable. The location is easy to miss. They don't have a giant sign out there. At the end of the day you will be satisfied.

Wow, what a great customer service experience and job, Super Detailing did on my car. From the first phone call Leidy was so helpful and nice on the phone. I came over and she looked at my car to make sure I didn't need the claybar treatment, so they are not overcharging. I chose their full detail: "The Gold Package" which is an inside and outside clean. I added on the carnauba wax, and ozone treatment. Car came back with that legit new car smell, and looking fantastic! They were able to get me in the next day and finished it all in one day. They have a nice big shop that can hold many cars so everything is done nicely indoors. Pricing is great. I met the owner Guillermo he is a great guy, super down to earth. He has been in business here in town for 20 + years. He also has a carpet and floor cleaning business. Super Detailing is 100% the place to go for all your car detailing needs! I know I'll be back on a regular basis!

Ripped off my mirror cover of a brand new 2024 4Runner. Filled out the claim right there and then with a reluctant employee and been chasing after them ever since as they never reached out as they promised, do not return phone calls, loose things and all in all after 2 months have still not refunded my damage even-though they have the bill. If this car wash can damage a brand new car that easily without any proper way to recover your damages.. stay away… they really couldn’t care less.

Just gave my new car its first wash. I've always had a great experience here. You're always greeted by the polite, friendly and very professional staff and the automated wash is the best! I highly recommend going with the Tsunami with added wax. Of course, milage may vary depending on how dirty your car is but they do offer an unlimited club pass for a year of unlimited Tsunami or Tidal washes. I wont go anywhere else!

I went to the Wave Car Wash on Whitman Ln and had an issue with their brushes too close and damaging my side mirrors. I was concerned because I get my car washed regularly at a different wash and without issues. While I was still there, I filed a claim and got a call from Jeremy, the store manager. Jeremy was really understanding, professional, and didn’t dismiss my concerns. He took my issue seriously and escalated it to the owner, who agreed to compensate me for the damage. I ordered replacement mirrors myself and shared the receipts with them. Because I’m in the middle of moving and my mailing address was complicated, they had a hard time figuring out how to get me the check. To solve the issue, Jeremy personally brought the check to my front door. He went out of his way to get access to my building just to hand-deliver it. I’ve never seen customer service like that—going above and beyond to make things right. Overall, I’m impressed by the management team’s willingness to take responsibility and ensure customer satisfaction, even when things go wrong. It’s a rare level of service these days, and I really appreciate Jeremy and the owner for how they handled the situation.

Car wash is great. I went yesterday and car is super clean. I just feel bad because I accidentally bumped the car into reverse instead of neutral. Scary moments, I am so sorry. I was the lady in a Ford focus hatchback. Great young men working yesterday.

I arrived close to closing time but the young men working allowed me to finish vacuuming my car out thoroughly and I thanked them for the extra few minutes. But then my car didn't start and they quickly helped me get a jump and I was so surprised how kind they were and eager to help even though it was past closing and time for them to head home. What a nice bunch of employees, thrilled. Also, vacuums here work really well compared to other places they have a smaller tip easy to get in and around the car quickly. Will definitely be back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ATTENTIVE AUTO DETAILING. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment for an interior and exterior car detail. I brought my car to the location in good operational condition, no issues with my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle that evening I noticed my middle console was not cleaned at all and the “airbag system service required” warning light was on my dashboard. I brought the issue up to Kelton and he asked me to bring my vehicle back the next day so he can clean the middle console. When I brought my vehicle back to him the next day, I asked him about the “airbag system service required” warning light on my dashboard. Kelton begins to explain his process of how he removes the seats from the vehicle in order to clean underneath it and that I should get it checked out by the dealership. I took my vehicle to my dealership and they ran a diagnostic. The diagnostic stated the “airbag system service required” warning light was “most likely due to vehicle running with seats out of vehicle”. I brought that up to Kelton requesting he reimburse me for the diagnostic fee and the inconvenience all this has caused me but Kelton refused to take ownership. Not only was my vehicle NOT properly cleaned, I received my vehicle back in worse conditions! Having the “airbag system service required” warning light on my dashboard is a SAFETY CONCERN and Kelton refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility for his actions. I have made attempts in reaching out to Kelton to give him an opportunity to fix this issue but he has not taken action.

My husband had someone hit and run in my vehicle and now I need estimates to send insurance for reapplying after my car is fixed. I inherited a 12 year old vehicle from my uncle. He was a heavy smoker and had a short haired dog. Needless to say, the car was a pig stye with lotsa dog hair and smelled like a burn pit. My efforts to clean and use of Fabreeze plus other deodorants did absolutely nothing. I took it to SA Detailing to ask for his expert advice. No problem he said. When it I picked up the car it was clean, no dog hair and smelled like a bouquet of flowers. Now after two years there is still no residual cigarette smoke smell. Since then my two other cars have been detailed here. Thank goodness we have a detailer of this caliber in the Lacey area.

Perfect Touch stand by their name with Jason helming the front as a very personable and professional individual. I had my 8 year old Mazda detailed inside and out by them and was not disappointed. I wanted to get it in tip-top shape to sell so shampooing of the seats and floor mats was necessary. He suggested doing a clean and wax of the exterior and plastic/trim touch up also. I’m thankful for the recommendation as I could not have asked for a better job. My car is in pristine condition and after a couple weeks of mist and rain, the water is still beading off with no issue. Looking to pass this beautification off to the next owner. My daughter and I left our windows down in her truck and my suv. They both molded pretty badly! We are both disabled so we couldn't clean them. Jason had such good reviews, I called him. We took my suv in first, I have really bad lungs so I put my purse in a bag, put rubber gloves on and 2 masks and headed over. Jason went through it and showed me all the moldy spots, a lot more than I thought. He cleaned it so good, it looked better than when I bought it!! Oh my gosh, I'm so impressed! Ty took my extremely gross car and turned it into a masterpiece that I’m almost afraid to drive! 😂 He got the dog fur, crack/crevice gunk and letting-your-kid-borrow-your-car-for-a-year funk out of the carpets, seat, cracks, crevices and underneath the seats! Only needed a power plug and access to water. He couldn’t fix the cracks in my leather front seat… if only he could upholster!?!? 🤪 Seriously, a great job by a professional! Wayne and his employee were able to make my Jeep shine in ways it has never been before. I have 2 short hair white dogs, all of that fur is gone! The shine on the outside is like a mirror. Wayne even gave me a ride to work and picked me up. He stayed in contact through out the day, sending pictures and giving updates. I cannot recommend him enough.

Very quick and easy! I was charged $130 plus tax for regular tint on my 2 front windows. I got the gal limit of 35%. I wasn’t aware of the ceramic tint (never got informed of it as an option) until after they applied the normal tint but that’s fine. It was twice the price anyway. I was in and out within 45 minutes. We have another car needing tint, so it will be coming here as well!

I reached out for information on Sunday and got a call back same day. Dropped it off on Monday night and picked up on Tuesday night. Truck looks great and hydrophobic. I can't begin to tell you how impressed we are with the work that John and his employees did. We bought our car in January and immediately had it ceramic coated. It was done by a different shop.The first time it rained, and we were on the freeway, I was not impressed. Then we were looking at the wheels, and nothing seemed like it really had been done. That's when we found Olympia Auto Recon. John took us through the process that he would do and went through the packages with us to explain the different costs and services. We chose the GTECHNIQ 9 year coating. The first time I washed it after the two week cure, I notice an immediate difference. The way the water repels off of the paint is incredible. Couple weeks ago we took it on a road trip. It rained both ways, and when we came home, the car still looked clean. I can't say enough about the service and how pleased we are, how the car came out. It glows in the dark! It's worth every penny. Thank you again John!

After my favorite detailing place went out of business, I sought a new one for years. I decided to call the Art Of Motorsport to clean up my beloved subie, which has lately been nicknamed, “a roving trash pit” by my friends and loved ones. They got my car done in one day, inside and out, and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It looks as good as the day it rolled off the lot. They tackled all the problems areas in my car, and made it like new. Price was what I expected it to be (what they quoted me on the phone) with no nasty surprises. It was a great vibe in their shop area, and even had a coffee bar. The only tiny negative I have is that it’s not in the “best” area of town, and they have no sign outside their shop letting me know I was in the right place 😅. But as a plus they were very close to the bus station so I was able to ride the bus home rather than wait around for someone to come get me! 😂 In all seriousness this was a great experience and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

This is the second Jeep I’ve brought to them to detail, and both times I’ve been absolutely impressed with the result. This one had dog hair all over and smelled like it. The engine bay was dusty and dirty. They were able to get the bay looking brand new and get the interior practically spotless and smelling fresh in a matter of hours. I had a hard folding BAK tonneau cover installed and an outside detailing of my truck done on the same day. They got the job done sooner than the estimated time. This is the current and best car wash in the surrounding areas. Two staff use pressure washer to clean your vehicle before it goes through the wash. My car came out clean. The heated blow dryer was useless but most of the water dispersed as I drive. $2 discount if showing student ID. Elephant car wash is second best but only if discount code works which the majority of the time it does not so you end up paying full price. The location is just far out so it’s a matter of convenience.
