First time going here! We got the full interior and exterior detail service and: 1.) Andrew was courteous, professional and communicated clearly. When it was time to pick up the car, he asked us to look inside and outside and inspect the job and to let us know if there was anything they missed. 2.) The customer service: we were told that if we saw anything amiss when we got home, we can bring the car back and let them know. 3.) Super easy to schedule. They answer the phone and had the answers to my questions. They answered my questions thoroughly and were kind and not rushed/dismissive. 4.) We will definitely be coming back and will be telling everyone about this place! Thank you for the great work!

Brought in my headliner, A, and C pillars for reupholstery here (I did the sunroof myself). They did an amazing job for a cheap price, and turned them around fast! I went with a suede fabric that came out awesome. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Awesome!! This was hands down the best experience at any car lot ever! Our guy was Josiah who helped us through our car buying experience and test drive. Honestly, we all had fun the whole time. You're definitely not going to find a more honest place to buy a used car. All the vehicles were in great working order and under the hood, in the car, and under the car.. these guys are definitely putting care into what they're doing. The only issue I had with our ride we were purchasing were slightly foggy head lights. Detail shop attached to the lot, Josiah said no problem and next thing I knew they were looking good as new along with a quick a good last clean up job they did on the car for us! I don't normally take time to leave reviews but it's hard searching for trustable used cars so I had to get on give credit where credit is due. Overall experience = Exceeds Expectations. Thank you again guys!!

I had water leak into my car and cause mold all over and under the seats. Sergey did a fantastic and detailed job at getting all the spores out and cleaning the rest of the car. I’ll just start off by saying my experience was phenomenal! I live near Spokane and have been following these guys on social media for about two years now and jumped at the opportunity to bring my car out to them to have them work their magic on it. What they were able to accomplish with correcting my car’s paint far exceeds anything I would have been able to do myself, and on top of that I learned a few things about caring for the car post detail. I will definitely be coming back in a year as recommended by them to inspect and maintain the protective ceramic coating they applied to my car. I can’t thank them enough as a company for their business, how thorough they are, and taking care of my car’s paint like they did.

Jonathan and his team are AMAZING! We have had two vehicle ceramic coated at D2D, consistently get washes done as well, to keep the coatings in pristine shape! We had accidents in both vehicles last year as well, and when we got them back from the body shops, we called them about having the ceramic coatings redone, and they squeezed us into their schedule right away. We will go to bat for this business and the people who work here. Every person Jonathan has hired on to his crew is personable, well trained, and treats your vehicle like it’s one of their own! Had my car polished and buffed, Fernando was kind and friendly, communicated clearly and came on time. For the price I honestly thought the service would be better, scratches and swirl marks were not quite removed, finishings applied unevenly, detailing was a bit sloppy.

Robert is amazing! Took our filthy, dirty vehicle from an embarrassment to the best Christmas 🎄present our family has had. Dog hair and years of built up dirt and gunk were cleaned out so we are happy to get in our car instead of afraid of what might get on our clothes. Brandon did an amazing job on my Challenger. It had some defects from the dealership taking it through the car wash so I had him do a thorough paint correction along with his 6 year ceramic coating. I had a terrible experience at Detail Central. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for customer service. The quality of their work was subpar, and they actually damaged my car during the detailing process. When I expressed my concerns, they threatened to call the police if I didn't stop complaining. I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the hassle and find a place that values its customers.
