The filth in my car became one of my bigger stressors and definitely felt embarrassed to have passengers in my car. I’m so pleased with the result of this service. I'm thrilled with the service I received from Edmonds Auto Detail! They worked wonders on my 1998 Ford Ranger, completely getting rid of the musty smell and tackling the stains behind the seats. Good communication, excellent service, and solid finished product. You pay a premium for mobile vs. other details shops, but the convenience of having it done right outside your house is worth it. Note: be sure to ask what specific work you want to be done (wash, wax, buff, etc.) and what package includes it, as the language on the web site isn't very detailed.

Yesterday, I was disappointed and angry, but today things turned out better. “I gave my old SUV a 5-star rating, but now that I've washed my new baby SUV, despite my husband's objections since he's the one who usually cleans our cars. $16 for the vacuum for 4 minutes. I was determined to do it myself because he is so busy. I even planned to wash our other car afterward. But now, we’re both disappointed and frustrated with the results.” I called in the afternoon, and they answered quickly. After that, I went to Kwick N’Kleen and spoke with the manager. Honestly, it’s better to stay calm and ask questions. He answered everything. I usually don’t clean our new cars, but I did clean the old one haha. The manager even gave me a free car wash. I had thought the wax was something else, but now I know it was a zap, and the scratches might have been from small rocks when we came back from places. Afterward, I was just shocked by what had happened, so I’m glad I asked the manager. They were very responsible and calm. Remember, if there’s an issue, stay calm, think, and talk it out.

I had never had my 2014 Honda CRV with 105,000 miles detailed. I couldn’t believe the transformation when I saw my car after the detail and wash. I had no idea my car could look like that again! In addition to the inside detailing, I had chosen the Basic outer cleaning. But this outer cleaning was far from Basic. When I brought the car in, hubcaps were black with soot and grease and afterwards they sparkled, and had returned to their original shine. My crème-colored car’s finish was like new. Inside, every nook and cranny was clean, and a bad stain/spill that had been in the crevice of the backseat for years was gone. Also, the price for RM auto salon services was less expensive than other people shops. Obviously, I highly recommend their services.

Memo went above and beyond with this one! I went almost 8 months without washing my car and when the sun came out I knew just where to go. Memo did a perfect ceramic coat on the car as well as the wheels and it came out better than I expected! I got that new car feeling all over again - to me, that feeling is priceless. Henry's did an outstanding interior and exterior detail service of my vehicle. When I picked it up it, my car was in better condition than when I bought it from the dealership. Over Thanksgiving weekend my brother had vomited in my new car all over the passenger side and down inside the window well. My particular service involved the door of my car needing to be taken apart for detailing of vomit that rolled down with the window. Henry and his team carefully and professionally took apart my car where needed to complete the full detail and remove all of the vomit. I found them to be expert in performance, knowledge of products to use, and how to best care for my situation. The smell is completely gone and my car was put back together correctly! They managed to squeeze me in before I had to head back home. The best part about this business is they are friendly and genuine to each customer. I felt truly taken care of and didn't have to worry if I was going to be taken advantage of like at a dealership. They care about their work and the people that come to them. I tried this service for the first time. I just did a regular oil change on Jul 23, 2020. They forgot to screw two bolts. I came back to the service after I realized something was scraping asphalt on a highway. On a positive side Lynwood Honda fixed it for free. On a negative side - not only they weren't able to do a simple oil change, they did not even apologize for their mistake.

I may not have the most expensive car they’ve ever taken care of in terms of having a vehicle detailed here but I’m pretty sure it’s definitely near one of the dirtiest. Needless to say, I have a tiny human who’s three & I myself am prone to making messes. My chest catches more food than my mouth does and my dry cleaning bill would attest to that. That all brings me to the level of professionalism, courtesy & attention to detail done at NWAS, there’s not a shop that could do a better job at all that and then some. I was honestly worried at the little cracks & crevices getting cleaned out because the interior of my car looked like it had been attacked by an army of crumbs & the crumbs won. Though there was NOT A LICK left behind when I picked it up. What I’m trying to say is my car went to boot camp & it dropped 10lbs in crumbs, dirt, & everything imaginable that a tiny human could leave behind. I’m telling you, my girl LOOKS GOOD. She also must’ve stopped by the salon on the way back to me & got a nice shampoo & shine because the stains were gone (remember that bit about me having a tiny human? well chocolate milk stains on cream cloth interior is NOT a mom’s best friend). The outside is also glistening so bright I swear I could hear angels singing as I approached my car. Had to throw my shades on she was shining so bright. This was a waaaay better experience than the “detailing” I’ve had done at some sub par shops in the past. You truly get what you pay for. Needless to say, I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done by the team here at NWAS. The team that Blake has assembled here for the work that they do at the shop couldn’t be more top notch if they tried. Lastly, kudos to Ben for taking his time & giving me the breakdown on Window Tinting for Dummies. He really walked through my options & gave me a detailed idea of what could be done & what he think I’d be happy with. I appreciated every bit of his time & expertise & will be coming back to get that done so stay tuned for an update on this ridiculously over explained review.

I went with the “detail max” package as I haven’t had this car detailed since I got it! These beige seats pick up stains constantly so I wasn’t sure what could be done….well they look brand new! Happy with my experience. Returned a year later and got the “detail boost” but I was more interested in getting the front seats cleaned so I got the shampoo $30 upgrade. Still happy with the result

Salvador and his team went above and beyond with detailing my Ford Mustang. They walked me through which service best fit my vehicle’s needs and their attention to detail was second to none. I was amazed to see how meticulous they were in making sure that I would be satisfied with thier service. I’ve owned my car for about three years and I have never washed it or cleaned the interior. The body paint and trunk jam was covered in pollen, moss, grime, and dirt. I highly recommend the clay bar treatmeant for anyone who has any kind of hard to remove paint contaminates on their vehicles. Washpodd is by far the best detailing service I have had business with.

I brought my Model 3, which has a small scratch in the right rear door. I spoke with Mike and came in without making an appointment. Katie examined the scratch and I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment , Mike worked on the door for 20~ 30 minutes and he was able to remove the scratch. When I asked for the bill, Katie told me that it was “on the house” and she did not charge me for the service. This was my first time working with them (both Katie and Mike are the owners) and noticed they were extremely busy but made time to work on my Tesla. Based on my own experience with them, I could see why the business (Benchmark Auto Salon) was highly recommended by other auto body shops and customers. It's always wonderful to come across businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service. Katie was professional and friendly. I’m not one to write reviews but when it comes to Scott with custom automotive detailing I knew I had to write one. The attention to detail was like nothing I’ve ever seen before with other detailing services. I was quoted a fair price for 6 to 8 hrs of work but at the end Scott decided to take it upon himself to return the next day because it was getting dark and the car had a couple spots he wanted to go over again. He showed up as promised the next day to finish up the remaining details all while still honoring his price. It was a great experience and I’m very happy with the results.
