The car no longer smells and looks brand new inside- thank you! Updating my review. Had to take the car back because it started smelling like mildew again. The driver side floor mat was burned by a headlamp fire he was using. He said he would replace and he has ordered a new one. Never heard back, when I reached out to ask, got no response.

I have had water leakage in my car a few times on the passenger side (just an issue with the sunroof on the model of my car). I finally got the dealership to fix it, but due to the amount of water, the dealership told me I likely had mold and would need a detailer to fix it. There was definitely a funky/off smell in my car, and at one point I even had a small mushroom growing on the carpet of the passenger side, so there was definitely something off. After some research, I decided to go with Buggy Scrubbers as my detailer (as it offers mold removal, while I found a lot of retailers don’t), and I’m so happy I made that choice! Dennis was very transparent with the pricing, services provided, concerns, limitations, and so forth. I was worried about leaving my car for so long with someone, but felt in great hands with Dennis. In order to get rid of my mold (which was found under the carpets), he ran his ozone machine to kill all of the spores, removed my seats/carpet, and did a full clean/extraction of the car (vents included). He also did a detail of the outside. My car is old, but when I got it back, the inside looked brand new! Never expected to see my car looking so good again. It also smelled very clean and there was no strange odor when driving. My car had some scuffs on the exterior, but he was able to get it shining and polished up again. I’m very happy with the service he provided and his expertise. I feel so much more comfortable and happy driving my car again. Excellent service! My Jeep was incredibly dirty inside and out, including the engine bay, after taking it off-road so I decided to get it professionally detailed. Obyda greeted me with a smile and was very friendly as we did a walk-around my car. I dropped it off the next day and it was done the next afternoon. I was (and still am) very impressed at the how thoroughly they cleaned everything, it looks better than brand new! Obyda was again very friendly and professional as we did the inspection, and the final price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back when I abuse my Jeep again, and will recommend Shaker's to everyone I can.

AMAZING! I found this place while searching for an auto-detailing place near me and I luckily found this one. My mom spilled a 5 gallon jug of water in her 2018 Nissan Rogue!! Mold had accumulated over time and the car reeked of mildew!!! JAG auto detailing found the mold and removed it promptly. I don’t know how JAG did it but mold and smell is completely gone. My car looks amazing and I couldn’t find a single stain! They removed stains and smells that’s been lingering in the car for years!!!! Disappointing Experience at Super Shine Auto Detailing My husband recently visited Super Shine Auto Detailing on November 24th for a deep cleaning for his car, which I had gifted him just a month prior. While the cleaning itself was well done, I was dismayed to discover that the leather near the front passenger window had been burned during the process. He promptly reached out to the business to report the damage, but was met with a disappointing response. The owner, Abdi, informed him that since he reported the issue more than 24 hours after his visit, they would not take responsibility. He explained that he had only noticed the damage the next morning due to the lighting, but his concerns were dismissed. We were not seeking compensation, just acknowledgment of the issue. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from the staff left us feeling dissatisfied. While their detailing work may be good, the poor handling of customer service issues is a major drawback. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service & take accountability for the mistake that they have caused.

Unfortunately, easily the most trashed car wash around with overflowing garbage cans and trash strewn all over the place and inside the car wash stalls. The photos speak for themselves I’m very happy, they did a marvelous job car was ready same day all dry, however there was one item that was trash that was still left that was not taken out during the detailing (it was in the front passenger seat a pink makeup brush from the previous seller) and the front glovebox side was not cleaned, the guy who detailed my car connected his phone to the Bluetooth to play music but it’s no big deal I guess, I just removed him on the Bluetooth list, and the detailing deodorizer actually left a strong plastic scent that lingered in my car for 3 weeks post detailing I had to get a car freshener and car air purifier to get the scent out but it is not a problems glad the stains, germs, dust and junk is out.

New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more.

Just went through this wash, I bought the supreme + ceramic coating. When rounding the bend 2nd in line for the wash; I repositioned my vehicle because my angle was off. The attendant said to me, “first time here? You’re supposed to wait for me to signal you.” To which I replied “sorry I wanted to correct my angle & it looked clear.” Then I pulled up to the wash as directed & instructed the attendants to not spray near my charger port as I had taped it down because it had just been repaired & I asked them to “spray my wheels a little extra & if it had correctly registered the supreme wash + ceramic coating.” They said “the machine does it automatically.” I go through the wash & only 1 type of liquid gets sprayed on the vehicle & then after 25 seconds there is a loud beeping noise & the wash shut down & my vehicle got a brief air treatment before I was signaled to go. Did not get my money’s worth. I wasn’t rude or entitled. I apologized when given additional instructions & I am pretty sure the attendants shut down my wash early. I didn’t say anything there because I had to go somewhere in a timely fashion & I had little faith of a resolution.

This place rocks! I wasn’t able to go through the car wash with my truck’s ladder roof racks on. Instead of turning me away, one of the employees offered to help me take them off and put them back on. (Shout out to Saif for the extra time he spent trouble shooting my roof racks which were kind of finicky.) Awesome service at this place- I’ll definitely be back!

I tore the bumper off my Santa Fe sport while backing over a tree stump. I brought it in to big E auto rebuild as my local repair shop. Bradley, the GM, was so helpful and trustworthy as he explained that they could pop the bumper back in and replace a few bolts. Justin and Dave were also very helpful in getting my car done within three hours. Misty at the front desk was also friendly and helpful when taking my calls. I totally recommend their repair service. They are totally professional!

From start to finish Burien Auto Rebuild truly made my experience of replacing my front bumper seamless and so easy. Marcus and team really took care of my car like their own cars. Naoth Automotive saved me in a stressful repair situation. Our car was broke down 100 miles from home and another mechanic nearby quoted us an unreasonably high price for a new alternator. I called Naoth and they quoted us $500 less. We had the car moved to Naoth and they had it repaired the next day. You can use this shop with confidence. They are very professional and efficient.

This was the BEST experience I have ever had at an automotive shop. I’m sad that I do not live in the area because I would make this my permanent place to bring any and all vehicles to for a lifetime. I am currently on a cross country roadtrip and wanted to have my vehicle looked over since I’ve had a few issues on the road.
