Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. The result was beautiful and nearly flawless. After a few weeks I brought the car back for a few very minor details (I am a bit of a perfectionist) and Ben fixed them all with a smile. The car looks flawless now and will now look better than new years into the future. Joey on the detail side worked on the F-Pace and also did an excellent detail job on our black F-Type a couple of years back. I was excited to take advantage of this detail service as it's close to my work, unfortunately I cannot recommend them and will not come here again. I ordered a interior/exterior wash, and I will have to spend an hour tomorrow going over everything they missed. The description said they would go over to the tailpipes they skipped them, they also missed the rear diffuser of the car there's dirt and residue everywhere still. It was hit and miss on the interior, they were supposed to clean the cup holders and they skipped them. The left lint all over the interior windshield. Considering the service was $100+ with tip, it was probably only worth about $30. There's better more thorough detailers around for sure, I thought that I would give them a chance and they blew it. I understand that I didn't pay for an interior exterior detail but they skipped the parts they specifically said they would clean!

Great people and service here. I took in my to get some paint repair and ceramic coating and the finished product was absolutely stunning and the car looked brand new. Recently got the Revivify Paint Protection Coating (it acts like a hydrophobic liquid PPF) done from LUXWA on my 2023 ZL1. Disappointed to be honest. While the customer service was great, and the smoke smell really is gone, I found things that didn't sit well with me. For a price tag of $500, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail. Whether it's a high end vehicle, or just someone's daily, they should equally be treated with care in my opinion. It doesn't feel like that to be honest. The front desk people really are awesome, just wish it was done a little better for the price tag.

I worked with Chris on getting a full front PPF and a full body ceramic on my 2025 BMW M340i. I am really happy with the quality of work I received. I observed the vehicle post pickup and the quality is amazing! I also get my vehicle hand washed at ParkPlace. They are very good with exterior. Wonderful service. Good and more importantly HONEST people. I scheduled originally an expensive detail on Saturday (2/1/25) for my Volkswagen Passat. They looked over my car and they noticed that it was already very clean (which I knew... Partially a test. Haha.) and just needed to deal with mostly a mold issue I had. They gave me a lower priced service focusing on the main issue I had. A lot of other short sighted places probably would have just scammed me or worse try to upsell me on (unnecessary detail) packages but I was pleasantly surprised that Eco Cafe turned out to be a very fair and respectable business. This a very important practice that I'm glad this business follows. That's how you build a loyal customer base. 5/5! Would take my car here again.

My husband’s Taycan was filthy after a recent storm. There was moss and pine needles in all of the crevices, and the exterior, in general, was pretty grimy. Eco Car Cafe was amazing! Even though I missed getting into their calendar soon enough to find an opening that worked for me, we texted back and forth and they fit me in quickly. I was happy with the location in the Hyatt Regency garage on Bellevue Way, right by 13 Coins. I could tell by their set up when I arrived that they took their work seriously. Edgar greeted me promptly and he was very professional and courteous. It took about three hours to complete the Elite package and an extra half hour to remove some tree sap from the windows. The results were night and day from how the car looked when I dropped it off. My husband was happy when he saw it and I know we will use Eco Car Cafe again soon!

We called this company as they specialized in oxidation and I am so thankful we did. our RV was so oxidized, we thought there was no hope other than to paint the RV. we had another company come out and washed and waxed out RV but could not get the oxidation off, we took it to a company in Fife and they told us we would have to paint the RV as the oxidation would not come off. I saw Detail Kings web site that said oxidation is there specialty so I decided to call and let them try to see if they could save our RV. They were AMAZING they got all the oxidation off and made our RV look brand new again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has really bad oxidation as you will be amazed at the difference. Price was amazing and they are really friendly, work hard and eager to answer and help with any questions I had. absolutely a great company.

High quality work! These guys came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I brought my brand new Lexus in for tint, film, and ceramic paint coating. Scheduling was easy, they took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations. I ended up tinting my front windows, sun roof, and the windshield - so happy I did, makes a huge difference in heat and UV protection for the vehicle. The ceramic coating was worth it. It’s been almost 1.5 years and my paint looks brand new and is still super hydrophobic. I love it. I will be working with Accutint Bellevue again!

When I got my Model S a couple years ago, I researched detailing shops in my area and the one that kept rising to the top was Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. Living in Seattle, it was farther than west-side shops but I wanted the best and I concluded that that means Metropolitan Detail. I met and talked to Lee about my best options to protect my new car’s exterior and we settled on a ceramic coating. That proved to be great advice and an excellent decision. Now two years on, I went back to Lee to see how best to continue my proactive exterior car care. Lee, with much knowledge and patience, walked me through the options. We ultimately settled on doing a gloss black wrap on my (to me, very handsome) black Model S (aka The Dark Knight) and the installation happened mid-December 2024. Every aspect of working with Metropolitan Detail is of the highest degree of expertise and professionalism starting with conversations with Lee and continuing with team members like Charles in the office and shop floor, and top-notch installers like Colby. You probably have seen that show where a realtor competes with a house designer, to have a property owner keep their property instead of selling it, after some creative transformation. Well, that's what I felt when I got my Sienna van back from Josh at this unassuming auto detailing business hidden away in the heart of Kirkland. I was very surprised at how Josh transformed the engine, most of all - I wish I had taken "before" pictures! Josh is amazing and what I enjoyed the most, was working with him, telling him my plan and the story behind the vehicle he agreed to detail. And then, listening to his stories - we laughed and could see eye to eye. I knew instantly that my van was in good hands. My car hasn't looked this good since it was new!!! Josh did an amazing job on my 2014 Fiat 500e. He got all the stains out of my white upholstery and has great attention to detail. He also has a great sense of smell. He detected mice droppings while he was cleaning the interior. It turns out they had made a nest near the starter battery. He cleaned everything under the hood as well. He did an interior detail, exterior detail and engine steam for a very fair price. Going to bring our other car here next month!

I recently had David do an interior/exterior detailing and racing stripes added to my Mustang. David was really great! I think it's a special thing when the owner is still active and involved in his business and he was very happy to do the work and talking through what would be done. He and his team did an amazing job on my car, I think it might look better than it did when I bought it new. The exterior detail is immaculate and the racing stripes added are done perfectly. I have no complaints. In fact, I plan to see him a couple times a year to keep the car looking amazing. His pricing was very fair and I definitely got my moneys worth. What he quoted me is what it cost and I can't tell you how valuable that is these days. Very strong recommend to anyone that wants to get these services. I have started taking my 4Runner to Metropolitan Express after I decided to ceramic wrap the vehicle to protect the paint. I live on a dirt gravel road. Jordan always does a great job of washing and drying my 4Runner. I inquired about the best way to keep the back-up camera view clean as I would like it to help me see what’s in the rear. Jordan applied a protective film to the back-up camera lens and it works great! I have better visual mode when putting the 4Runner in reverse. My 4 Runner looks great after a wash and dry, and everyone who sees it clean is impressed at the ceramic wrap and color. New to the city. Have been searching for a good car wash/detailing shop that offers a fair price for awhile now. First time trying out the exterior hand wash package from signature auto detail. You have to call beforehand to schedule an appointment. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially love how good the wheels look after they clean it. The exterior hand wash was only 40 dollars and they were fairly efficient with it, in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a few different packages that goes up in price for more work done on the car. Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more.

I loved the service and my car after the detail! It felt great driving it after the detail, everything was clean and the outside was shiny, it felt brand new! Most importantly I really appreciated the service. They were communicative with me the whole time, and walked me through everything they cleaned and were very meticulous. TLDR: Quick. Gets the job done. Trustworthy. Clear out your car first. Let me start off by saying that I usually do my own vehicle cleaning/waxing/detailing but wasn't able to this time around so I decided to have Max help me out. I knew exactly what I wanted done and listed everything and got a quote pretty quickly. I do appreciate a waxed car (especially the windows) during the rainy season because it makes all the difference when driving--sometimes I don't even need the windshield wipers! Max and Alex worked on my cars and are polite young gentlemen. Rest assured, you will get what you want done and if there is anything awry or something that may need more work, they will let you know before doing anything that wasn't quoted for. I'm sure they would be mindful of decals on your vehicle but I took a second to mention mine before they began cleaning because I didn't want them to be damaged by any pressure washing if any. Prior to your appointment, I highly recommend clearing out your car so they can clean it easily. Remove children's carseats if installed (they can remove them for you but legally you have to put them back yourself). I had two vehicles cleaned in one mobile appointment and it took about 3 hours, even with an unexpected mold discovery (yikes) in one vehicle that we barely ever drive. They were able to determine the cause of the mold--apparently there was a 1ft chunk of weather stripping missing on the rear passenger door that led to the moisture intrusion allowing mold to fester (eek!). Thankfully, they were equipped and knew how to clean it out! They have different stages of interior and exterior cleaning. I specifically wanted one vehicle to be cleaned with a clay bar (stage 2 exterior) and one vehicle to have a carpet shampoo (stage 2 interior). So, I had one vehicle have stage 1 exterior and stage 2 interior while the other vehicle had stage 2 exterior and stage 1 interior. Stage 1 is just bare basics wash, wax, vacuum, wipe down. At the end you can do an inspection and they will touch up anything you find that was missed or needs attention. One thing I do wish they would have done is to have tidied the area and rinsed the soap suds off the driveway and sidewalk after they finished. There were several large soapy puddles that could potentially be hazardous slip zone if trekked on (especially for kids running around the neighborhood), not to mention it did look a tad sloppy on the concrete. Don't get me wrong though, the vehicles were super clean! Venmo is a payment option. Overall, very satisfied with the work done and they saved me a bunch of time (and a sore upper body)!

It went really well. Scott got me in within 24 hours. He finished up in under 4 for a very thorough complete detailing. The exterior looks like new. The paint shines and the original luster is back. He fixed a few small chips too, which I wasn't expecting. The inside smells new and the seats and carpet stains are gone. All the skuff marks on the back of the front seats (kids) and the dog hair from the cargo area are gone too. Scott did a great job and I will go back to him if needed. This probably won't be for a bit because I feel the new look will last for at least a year, depending on weather.

The owner did a wonderful job cleaning my car and getting it ready for sale. He did extra work that I hadn't expected such as cleaning under the hood and in the trunk. The price was higher than I had originally hoped to spend, but there were no surprises. We agreed on a price, and he stuck to it. And considering how much time he spent cleaning, it doesn't work out to very much per hour of his time. I now feel that the price was more than fair for the amount of work he did.

This company takes customer service to a whole new level! They went so far above and beyond what was expected and then afterwards he power washed and sanitized out garbage bins for FREE. His work is beyond impeccable. I cannot recommend him enough. FIVE STARS 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

I booked a full service detail with Perfection and Travis provided mobile service at our underground garage. He was prompt, communicated very well and coordinated everything to make the service a success. He assessed our vehicle condition, was very fair in adjusting price to reflect the already good exterior conditions, did a stellar job and finished early! My wife’s comment was that the car looked stunning, and when we went to present it for an offer to sell at our local dealer they gushed over the vehicle condition inside and out. We got a great offer and Travis definitely helped out in a big way to put our best foot forward!

I truly hate leaving a negative review for a small business … but wow what terrible driving behavior on the road! Tailgating everyone (including me) within a few feet of the bumper, darting in and out incredibly close between cars only to arrive at the same signal light as everyone else a couple cars ahead. All with a giant billboard for your business painted on your van. Please be more considerate.
