Disappointed in the interior and exterior basic service. They warned me that some stains and dirt that probably wouldn’t come up which is expected. The exterior is still dirty and there are areas that were clearly missed. For the costs of the service I did expect more— not perfection but just more attention to detail. They did not even clean around my gas tank. Sadly I feel like I did not get the service I paid for at all. I was asked to pay up front and a tip was requested at that point. I did not tip because I had no seen the end product and brought cash at pickup. I am so glad I did not tip because the job was not adequate.

The staff went above and beyond to clean up a tough crab juice spill on my car seat and my car looks better now than it did when I first bought it from the dealer. Matt and his crew did beautiful work on my brand new Subaru. They applied a ceramic coat and wax oil undercoat that made my car pop in color. I feel so much more comfortable driving her around now and look forward to seeing the results after winter passes by. I brought my salt stained, ash riddled 15 year old Mercedes here and they made it look AWESOME. I'm absolutely ecstatic about the work these guys did. The inside of the car looks great, and they even washed the outside and got all the bug guts off it despite only being in for a interior detail. Highly recommend washing elsewhere, they have horrible customer service. They will not return any phone calls and or follow up like they say. This car wash is not touch free and is very rough. The amount of friction being applied to the vehicle is excessive and may damage your car. It tore the trim/molding off and scratched my car doors when I went through with the black tie package on a Sunday, no manager was on duty but the nice gentleman working the wash looked at it with me and then called the manager (Tammy) and let me speak to her. When speaking with her she had said she would talk with the owner on Monday and then they would call me. (Keep in mind this is a new car) Monday came and went, thought I would hear back from them early Tuesday but then again nothing. Tuesday night I reached out to the on call number, Tammy answered I asked her what the scoop was and she stated she was too busy to call me or deal with the matter. I told her I would like to also and she stated that it wasn’t their fault and she would have the owner call me. Thursday comes and still nothing so I reach back out and was promised once again they would have the owner call me and yet here we are a week later without a call. They do not care about the customer here and would make sure to refrain from doing any business with these folks. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

EDIT* I’ve always said that customer service comes before anything else. After my initial review, see below, I was contacted immediately, and the owner wanted to make it right. Understanding that it was still an inconvenience to have to come back, given the fact that I have newborn twins, he worked with me to get the car to the standard I’d expect when paying for a full detail. I was given a car to use while mine was being cleaned. When a business takes pride in every customer it shows. I appreciate the willingness to make it right. For $240 I definitely expected better. Sure the interior was wiped down with armorall but there still plenty of things that could’ve actually been cleaned off which was why I brought the car in to get detailed in the first place. My windows were left with streaks all over, the exterior was splattered with wax that wasn’t wiped off. When I spoke to the attendant, that was there, he simply passed the buck and said oh he’s not here come back tomorrow and he’ll fix it. Well, I have infant twins and getting there was hard enough the first time so I won’t be back. I won’t even use the rest of my gift card that got for Mother’s Day because it’s just not worth it.

Meticulous work performed by a genuine and friendly business owner himself. I recently brought my 2015 Crystal White Pearl Subaru WRX in for a full detail, and it was the best car detailing decision I’ve ever made. It started with a nice car wash, followed by a full paint decontamination using CarPro Iron-X (Iron remover), Tar-X (Tar remover), and a clay bar service. Then a minor paint correction was performed to address swirl marks and restore the paint to like-new condition. Finally, the car was topped with a ceramic paint coating, utilizing the GYEON Pure formula, which will protect the paint and keep it looking great for years. I could not be happier with the outcome, and would 100% recommend Critical Details of Vermont!

Best investment on my car to-date!! I own a 2006 BMW 330i with 133k miles. It was in need of a major paint correction and ceramic coating. The interior was in need of TLC as well. I dropped the car off with the owner, Trevor, and didn’t have very high hopes for the car. When I came to pick the car up, I could barely recognize it! He removed virtually all swirl marks from my car, which had been parked outside for the last 100k miles. The GYEON Pure ceramic coating sealed the paint and created a very hydrophobic surface. The interior is equally as stunning. Critical Details used shampoo and then followed with a hot-water extractor that removed all the salt/dirt from years of New England winters. I cannot praise Trevor enough for his work; he made me fall in love with my car again. Critical Details is without a doubt the best choice for car detailing in Northern Vermont.

Im surprised this place is allowed to work on vehicles. Horrendous buffing skills will leave marks all over your car. Super expensive . Waste of money. GO ELSEWHERE!

All of the workers are super friendly and helpful anytime there’s an issue especially the Manager! I love being able to wash and vacuum my car daily and especially drying/vacuuming in a covered heated space in the Winter. I purchased a black car that never seems to stay clean so spending $30-50/month on detailing it is a good value in my opinion. I love the towel program and hope that never goes away. I’d say my only complaint is that the air dry portion is too short especially on the backside of my car.

Very often they do NOT a good job. Or I'm unlucky and my cars are often left half-washed. I can tell you that I don't do this for a living, but I can assure you that I would leave them much cleaner. It makes me think that they don't like their job and the owners don't care about their business.

I had been to the Champ Car Wash over in Essex, which was a high quality car wash and this one in South Burlington is even better. In VT during the winter we are all basically driving on a quarter inch of salt at all times which eats away at many metal components under and around our cars not to mention the dirty cars are a bit unsightly. I have a brand new car that is now immaculate because I wash it here about once a month for 12 dollars. I didn't realize how necessary an undercarriage wash was until recent research, but it is critical in the longevity of your car! They also have vacuums and are well staffed.

Q auto did a TON of work on my G wagon for me, it came with Chrome accents because unfortunately, that’s all they had. While that’s cool for some. It’s not the look I was going for. Q Switched it all to black for me, they Put a protective coating around the body/ paint, coated the seats and tinted the windows! They kept me up to date on the project, they were super nice and easy going! I have never had work like this done before, but they were super willing to explain the process and how to care for it after the fact. Its held up great. I would 100% recommend. I wanted to protect my investment and I definitely feel more comfortable driving my car down the street.

Photos include the back of my car and a close up: Before After the touchless wash After my own wash The touchless wash was very entertaining to watch, but didn't really do all that much. You can see in the 2nd set of pics of my car it's still fairly dirty, especially on the overhang over my back window. I also included the photo of the prices of a single wash because I was only seeing bundle prices. I used the vacuum (1.50 for a few mins) and ultimately decided to just wash it again myself using the hoses. I included a photo of that price, what things you can choose, and how it counts your time/money. It's $6 for a little over 6 mins of time. Just wash it yourself. Only $6 versus over $10 and you can get it much cleaner and pay attention to what you really want cleaned. That has soap and high pressure rinses and made my car actually squeaky clean. It all worked great. The other big problem is you can throw away garbage there. They have vending machines with all kinds of wipes and stuff to clean the interior but no place to throw away. And not being able to throw away the trash in my car was disappointing because I was hoping to get it fully clean. Alas, I'll have to do it at home I guess. I guess they just don't feel like dealing with trash which I can understand but also, it's a full car wash! Oh well

Never seen such a clean car wash! Justin the owner constantly helps people whenever they need it and if he isn't helping someone he is constantly cleaning the car wash itself. Never seen someone take so much pride in their company. Huge middle bay for RV or large trucks and vehicles. Smaller bays for regular cars. Automatic bay to relax while your car is washed. Busy with Fall bikers, tourists, kids going back to school and construction going on nearby.

Just had an interior cleaning of my Tiguan and when I picked it up I was shocked at how clean my car could be, it was perfect just like when I first bought it. Great place to wash your large vehicle. The far two right lanes are for Semi Trucks at 14 feet height. Someone was there today, super nice in directing me to the correct lanes. Sounds like someone has recently gone too far in the short lanes and did some damage that they had to fix. As previously mentioned, the self wash for large/tall vehicles is on the north side of the highway. Affordable and friendly service, I will be back to wash my RV here again.
