Ran over paint! And stained my Tacoma. 😕 GL Car Wash & Detailing didn’t turn me away! They went above and beyond to remove the paint from the body, tires and under the wheels ! Do Not take your car to Renan at RM Auto Spa for PPF! I have had PPF along with wraps done on several of our cars and what Renan and his guys did to our brand-new car was appalling. First, there are razorblade cuts into the paint from the installers. (See photos) The PPF was torn, not cut… around the door handles and many other areas around the car (See photos) The PPF was also torn along the entire length of the body of the vehicle below the doors! (See photos) The install was so bad that parts of the PPF had literally bunched up in a ball. (See photos) In addition numerous corners of the panels were cut off for some odd reason leaving a dozen or so panels with exposed areas. (See photos) There were numerous areas where the PPF was cut jagged and sloppy. And finally, i got our car home and noticed there were several missing bolts the installers forgot to put back in. Renan is a likable guy who is a slick salesman. He will tell you what you want to hear but when it comes to integrity and standing behind his work he will disappear. He has stopped returning text messages and phone calls and has now ghosted us in our attempt to make these issues right. If you want quality work without damage to your car, find another shop.

I used to be a member of Quick Quack for many years. I've been with Shiny Shell Carwash for 8 months now, I have 3 accounts, and I can not recommend this company enough. Erin, who manages the customer window, is great to deal with. She is great at listening and knows her role well. Whenever I switch a vehicle, it is done with haste and a smile. Stopped in to snag a quick wash at the Shiny Shell in West Valley and ended up leaving with a Monthly Wash Pass. The service was awesome, the wash was great, the vacuums worked effortlessly and had great suction over similar companies. The bonus items is that what sealed the deal for me: the gated off kids play area for when you have to get a wash and have the little, the glass and all purpose cleaners at each vacuum station. Also unlimited microfiber towels to help get the inside as fresh and clean as the outside. They also have an awesome washing machine for the floor mats. Excited for the Kearns location to get up and running they will have a Spray Station which will be sweet and they include free tire air on top of everything else!

Had an huge Armada rental SUV which was absolutely covered in salt and sand from being on the flats and driving in desert area. $18 wash and the two staff on site worked their socks off to clean it perfectly. They definitely went the extra mile and the vacuums were unbelievably good. Worth every star of five stars.

I went in for a wash and came out with scratches all down the side of my car... the manager reviewed the footage, inspected the equipment and told me a brush came loose from a roller and that was the cause of the damage. I was told to go get an estimate and when I gave the estimate to the manager, he told me he would get in contact with the owner and get me taken care of. After months of back and forth with this manager, he tells me the owner has declined to pay for the damages, basically, if I want anything I would need to sue. A little advice from my experience... first get a police report - I know it seems a bit extreme, but this car wash caused almost 4000 dollars in damages to my car and has now told me to go fly a kite. Second, if there are witnesses, see if you can gather statements... get a copy of the incident report signed by the manager on duty as well. Report to your insurance immediately and supply the police report and statements. I hope people will read this and take it as a warning to completely avoid this place... there are better washes out there. The owner of Charlies car wash is about as crooked as they come... he will not stand behind his poorly maintained equipment and the damage it causes.

Paid $22 dollars. Still bugs all over the front of my car, The tire shine scuffed up all the way down my side skirts, I feel like they need to clean there brushes, They definitely hit your car hard and there are scratches or scuffs in many different spots on my car. On the back bumper. I hate to give bad reviews but I feel like my car really has damage after using the car wash. I’m updated my review to 1 star, They wrote a reply and then deleted it.

I recently visited Quick Quack Car Wash, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the results. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I opted for the Ceramic Wash, and my car came out looking spotless. Juan an employee was able to give me all information from the different washes and I knew the ceramic wash was the best. The wash itself was quick but thorough, and I really appreciated the added features like the free vacuuming stations and air compressor’s. Plus, the monthly membership gives great value if you wash your car often. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Quick Quack for anyone looking for a fast, convenient, and quality car wash experience!

Have been using this location for many years. On 9/30, I tried to use the automated wash and only the undercarriage spay activated. No matter how I tried, the wash system never activated and continually showed DRIVE FORWARD. I tried to get the machine to trigger the wash with no success. The owner was stocking supplies in another bay, I told them of my issue and the only thing they wanted to do was argue on what I had apparently done wrong. Instead of offering any solution. They basically ignored that their machine was not functioning properly. I’ve been going here since before the automated wash was installed and have used the automated wash dozens, if not a hundred times. This owner is just an arrogant jerk. I’m disputing the charge with my bank because the owner would do nothing. Use at your own risk

The drive through car wash is awful. It was not clear why it wouldn't start. I called the number on the sign and went through the automated steps to talk with someone. I never could reach anyone. Finally (after being locked inside for a few minutes) someone got an attendant. He "verified" that I paid. Which of coarse I had. Instead of offering an apology or any sort of kindness he started the car wash himself. It basically dripped water on my car. I paid 13$. Here are some photos of how dirty it was after.

This is normally my go to car wash. My car was extra dirty from going camping and I chose the soft touch over the touch-less automatic wash. I chose the free vacuum which is always great, but today it didn’t have much suction so it was hard to get anything picked up plus one of the vacuum stalls was not on, the other had a broken hose, and the one we ended up using was duct taped together, then I noticed my car was not nearly clean enough so I had to do the quarter wash with the pressure wand. The ultimate wash is $15 plus the $5 in quarters we were out of there with after $20 total. So needless to say, it needs to cared for more and maintained better. I hope it does because it was my favorite place.

Had my Mach E covered with film and ceramic coating. Rain just beads up and rolls off. Car looks shiny even with some dust/dirt. No rock chips or paint dings in 3k miles after application. John was a pleasure to deal with, their team are pro's and really pay great attention to detail. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I called this business to detail the inside of my car because I wanted to get rid of all the pet fur from my exes dog. They did a great job and were very friendly and understanding when it came to my busy schedule. They didn’t clean my trunk but I didn’t ask if that was included so I’m assuming it wasn’t. My car smells amazing and all the pet fur is gone. There were a few spills on my doors that were missed but I can easily wipe those. My main concern was the carpets and the seats Would recommend.

I recently (08/05/2024) visited this car wash and had an extremely disappointing experience. My vehicle's back rightside bumper was ripped off during the wash process, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they completely denied any responsibility. Despite clearly seeing the damage, they refused to file a claim or offer any assistance in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their vehicle. The lack of accountability and customer service is truly unacceptable.

This place is garbage, I got my Toyota Tacoma washed today, and within the first minute of entering the car wash, the machines ripped off the fender flare to my truck on the right hand side. Ripped it in half , clean off the truck! I was told “corporate “ would reach back out to me about the damages within 6 weeks! Insane amount of time to wait. Now I have to buy the part myself and hope they will reimburse me.

Tanner saved us after a 2 liter of Diet Coke rolled out of the back of our brand new SUV and shot into the car all the way to the front dash. We’re talking Coke raining from the ceiling! I had my truck ceramic coated due to eqsily scratched at car wash. They communicate great almost over communicate which I love as people never let you know what’s happening now days so it is nice to have that. They did a good job. Even have you come back a month later for a checkup to go over it again and make sure everything is good. Very nice.

I had recently purchased an old work truck for my son. I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. I called Platinum Detailing first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up a few hours later and it looked like a brand new truck on the inside! They definitely worked their magic and the price was great! Since I hope to get more life out of my 2004 Honda, I decided to get it detailed. Just to tell you what Juan was up against, I have two large shedding dogs that sit in the backseat. Their hair is little little needles in that type of upholstery and they get unbelievably stuck. I was stunned when I picked up the car. Of course there was still a tiny bit of hair, but the car looks incredible by comparison. Reasonable prices and super fast. Also my car no longer smells like a dog. At least for now. Thanks, guys!
