I had recently purchased an old work truck for my son. I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. I called Platinum Detailing first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up a few hours later and it looked like a brand new truck on the inside! They definitely worked their magic and the price was great! Since I hope to get more life out of my 2004 Honda, I decided to get it detailed. Just to tell you what Juan was up against, I have two large shedding dogs that sit in the backseat. Their hair is little little needles in that type of upholstery and they get unbelievably stuck. I was stunned when I picked up the car. Of course there was still a tiny bit of hair, but the car looks incredible by comparison. Reasonable prices and super fast. Also my car no longer smells like a dog. At least for now. Thanks, guys!

My car was sparkling clean from stem to stern! I had a lot of stains on seats which are cloth and on carpets. They got all stains out plus the root beer that was all over headliner! It looked brand new! The whole inside looked new as did the outside. They cleaned rims , headlights, washed and waxed it. I was so happy after I got it home I kept going out and looking at it! Ryan and Casey are very charming, detail oriented young business owners who really care and have extensive knowledge in deep cleaning vehicles. Their prices are more than fair and I HIGHLY recommend their services!

This is the place! To get you car looking clean and fresh... Even like new again! My truck had been used heavily for work and seen a lot of dirt over the years. I'm amazed how well it looks now. Highly recommended and a great bang for your buck. Looks like you can also get wraps here as well and may consider that in the future.

This car has definitely seen better days, and this might be my last time using it with the membership. Just a heads up: after the wash, only the air nozzle seems to work. The vacuum hoses are missing, and the detailer and window cleaner bottles are broken or absent. It seems like the employees just don't care. The owner is nice, but it's tough to maintain a good business with unmotivated staff. Also, the tag reader occasionally works.

Good deep clean! Really appreciated the spray cleaners for windows and interior with the towels and vacuums. Loved that the towels weren't damp already, like other places. The attendant on 1/8/25 around noon was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I purchased an older boat this year. A 1997 to be exact. There was quite a bit of oxidation and scratches in the paint and gel coat. I thought that maybe On-Site Detailing could at least make the boat look clean and fresh but not get the oxidation out. George showed up and went to work. He was up front with me about the condition and said he would try his best. His best is perfection. He spent 7.5 hours meticulously buffing and polishing my boat. I would highly recommend on-site detail and ask for George. You don't see that kind of pride in one's work anymore. Absolutely love how my boat turned out.

Onsite detail is amazing. Customer service is great and they always accommodate me with my busy work schedule. It was freezing cold and they still sent a tech out to do my car. Will arrived on time and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Will did a thorough walk through before and after detailing my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had the ceramic coating added for winter to protect my vehicle and it seals the paint finish beautifully. Will was very respectful of my property and vehicle as I chose the mobile detail this time. I’ve been using onsite detail for many years and have yet to be dissatisfied with the services performed. Although I know if there was an issue On-site would be quick to resolve the issue. I love the experience of no rails drive-through wash. I use my car for work and like to frequently drive through the car wash just to get a quick clean. I love the people who work there are super helpful. My one regret is the dryers do not work very good. I usually have to use their towels to wipe down my entire car which is not very time saving for me. I do wish they had more locations as well.

The reason I'm putting a 3 is because I am sick and tired of people smoking while cleaning out their cars. There needs to be a no smoking sign. All the other members should not have to deal with secondhand smoke. I should be able to clean my car without having to worry about my kids and myself getting exposed to secondhand smoke. The other reason is there is no phone number to call and talk to anyone. Everything is done online. A simple phone number to call in case I maybe left something there or had a question. Needs better customer service.

Listen, this truck was trashed. Pet hair everywhere, dried boogers, nasty stains, dust, and smells. John put in extra time to make sure this truck was up to his standards. To me, in 4 hours, it looked beautiful already…but John’s high standards said that it wasn’t done yet. I am extremely impressed with his work, and the low cost for such a service. $250 is not expensive for this quality of work. Usually, it can be over $400. John gives you more value than what you pay for. Right on.

Paid for the top wash but didn't even get their express wash. Pictures show a dirty truck still. Their right side roller didn't even spin. Any lateral surface didn't get touched. The rinse did not rinse and left soap on my whole truck. The air dry just blew the soap around and dried it on my truck. I could have used an open hose and gotten a better result than dried soap everywhere and a "half washed" truck. It basically rinsed the dust off. Will not use again! Would not give a refund. Was told to contact customer service who then said I was supposed to talk to the location manager, who I was also told was unavailable. No resolution and no refund was given. Horrible service!

I cannot express enough how good the team at Steam Team Auto Spa is! We’ve used them for years for our car details and they never cease to amaze me at how good they are. Even the stubborn dog hair that I can never get out myself ,somehow they are able to. I decided to give them a try for a vinyl wrap and PPF on my new car. Wow! My car was dirty and I am passing through town on my way to Washington. and I wanted to clean up the car. I found this location on Google maps and decided to come. I went through doing the middle level wash and when I got done I pulled up to the free vacuums and damp towels area which is covered and I love it and I noticed that the car wasn't clean. so I wiped the car down trying to get most of the dirt off and clean the glass. I used the vacuums which were great they have one nozzle of each type, a wide one and a narrow one. The damp towels are conveniently located that you can use free to wipe down the car This is an awesome bonus. There's also a dirty towels basket to toss them in when you're done. Where I'm from they charge you $3 and you can exchange them at any time. One of the best things was a young man who was checking me in, I don't know his name, but this is at approximately 10:00 to 10:15am on a Wednesday morning. I went back through expecting to pay for another wash I told him yeah this time I want to get a ceramic wash. I got all the dirt off and he says oh but we have 100% guarantee that your car will be clean. I'll put you through for free and I was shocked That's awesome he was a great employee was very nice friendly and quick at his job.

Today was my second time visiting Quick Quack and the second time disappointed. Both times, my car is not completely clean. There is dried soap and dirty area. This car wash is expensive and overpriced. I pay $10 more here than where I usually take my cars. I thought I would give Quick Quack a second chance since I was in the area. I went straight to a self wash to finish cleaning my car. I have learned my lesson and will NEVER use Quick Quack again.

Update: We took our cars in again this week and still, excellent service, beautiful work, very detailed, even cleans the engine! Cash or check, I would suggest accepting Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. Wally, owner and hard worker is excellent to work with, great customer service, he always returned my calls expeditiously and answered any and all questions I had! One of my questions was how long would he need to have my 2004 Toyota Tacoma? 7 or 8 hours depending on the condition. He is very thorough. My truck hasn't looked so good in years! Do Not take your car to Renan at RM Auto Spa for PPF! I have had PPF along with wraps done on several of our cars and what Renan and his guys did to our brand-new car was appalling. First, there are razorblade cuts into the paint from the installers. (See photos) The PPF was torn, not cut… around the door handles and many other areas around the car (See photos) The PPF was also torn along the entire length of the body of the vehicle below the doors! (See photos) The install was so bad that parts of the PPF had literally bunched up in a ball. (See photos) In addition numerous corners of the panels were cut off for some odd reason leaving a dozen or so panels with exposed areas. (See photos) There were numerous areas where the PPF was cut jagged and sloppy. And finally, i got our car home and noticed there were several missing bolts the installers forgot to put back in. Renan is a likable guy who is a slick salesman. He will tell you what you want to hear but when it comes to integrity and standing behind his work he will disappear. He has stopped returning text messages and phone calls and has now ghosted us in our attempt to make these issues right. If you want quality work without damage to your car, find another shop.
