I had recently purchased an old work truck for my son. I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. I called Platinum Detailing first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up a few hours later and it looked like a brand new truck on the inside! They definitely worked their magic and the price was great! Since I hope to get more life out of my 2004 Honda, I decided to get it detailed. Just to tell you what Juan was up against, I have two large shedding dogs that sit in the backseat. Their hair is little little needles in that type of upholstery and they get unbelievably stuck. I was stunned when I picked up the car. Of course there was still a tiny bit of hair, but the car looks incredible by comparison. Reasonable prices and super fast. Also my car no longer smells like a dog. At least for now. Thanks, guys!

When I bought my truck, I was most upset that it didn't come with heated seats. Fast forward almost five years, and I discovered Revival Auto Aesthetics. David came to my home and installed heated seats in my Tacoma, and he did an excellent job with the wiring. I was concerned that the switches would look out of place in my interior, but David routed them so well that, aside from the LED lights being a different color, they look like they came straight from the factory. With the heated seats installed, my truck has undergone a remarkable transformation. They heat up quickly, are incredibly comfortable, and have become an indispensable addition to my vehicle. David was fast, professional, and extremely courteous during the installation, which he completed in my driveway. Had a rock come through my sunroof on the way home from vacation. I needed to go to work the next afternoon but a storm was supposed to come through. I couldn't drive it in bad weather. They came out the next morning and replaced it very quickly. He also informed me that if the seal was not quite right to call them and they will readjust it. Amazing service and amazing work!

I purchased an older boat this year. A 1997 to be exact. There was quite a bit of oxidation and scratches in the paint and gel coat. I thought that maybe On-Site Detailing could at least make the boat look clean and fresh but not get the oxidation out. George showed up and went to work. He was up front with me about the condition and said he would try his best. His best is perfection. He spent 7.5 hours meticulously buffing and polishing my boat. I would highly recommend on-site detail and ask for George. You don't see that kind of pride in one's work anymore. Absolutely love how my boat turned out.

Victor did a great job on 2 of our company trucks. He showed up on time and was prepared with everything he needed. The only thing he asked of us was to use one of our power outlets. He was also flexible with his process when I had to run an errand in one of the trucks before he was finished with it. Paid for the top wash but didn't even get their express wash. Pictures show a dirty truck still. Their right side roller didn't even spin. Any lateral surface didn't get touched. The rinse did not rinse and left soap on my whole truck. The air dry just blew the soap around and dried it on my truck. I could have used an open hose and gotten a better result than dried soap everywhere and a "half washed" truck. It basically rinsed the dust off. Will not use again! Would not give a refund. Was told to contact customer service who then said I was supposed to talk to the location manager, who I was also told was unavailable. No resolution and no refund was given. Horrible service!

Price with quality beats any other car wash I’ve ever been to! Employees are super nice and are very patient. I would say it’s nice that they pressure wash the vehicle before starting the wash so that’s a huge plus!! Not only that, but they have people at the end that do all the drying of your vehicle, so you don’t have to!! If you visit this location, I guarantee you will be the happiest customer! I pay for the monthly fast pass which offers a quick check in process, and they send me on my way. WHY CAN'T I LEAVE 10 STARS?!!!???!!!??

The car washes I received were pretty good and it’s fun to be able to get a drink and snack beforehand. However, I have been trying to cancel my membership for a month and have gotten no response. I have emailed and called requesting a cancellation and then was charged again. Great car washes but I don’t recommend the membership because they won’t cancel it.

Good deep clean! Really appreciated the spray cleaners for windows and interior with the towels and vacuums. Loved that the towels weren't damp already, like other places. The attendant on 1/8/25 around noon was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Listen, this truck was trashed. Pet hair everywhere, dried boogers, nasty stains, dust, and smells. John put in extra time to make sure this truck was up to his standards. To me, in 4 hours, it looked beautiful already…but John’s high standards said that it wasn’t done yet. I am extremely impressed with his work, and the low cost for such a service. $250 is not expensive for this quality of work. Usually, it can be over $400. John gives you more value than what you pay for. Right on.

I cannot express enough how good the team at Steam Team Auto Spa is! We’ve used them for years for our car details and they never cease to amaze me at how good they are.
