Updated: Caleb and Ryan tag teamed my car, and let’s just say that calling my car a disaster is an understatement. It was a filthy awful mess. They worked incredibly hard, and my car looks brand new! I was honestly shocked at how good they did. We will be using Gleam every time we need a car cleaning! Caleb did an excellent job cleaning out my husbands truck! We had just gone camping with our 4 kids, so it was really dirty. He was very thorough and super kind. 10/10 recommend!

This kid knows how to work and how to provide an amazing service. I left my wife’s minivan with him as a gift for Mother’s Day! He took the time and effort to make it look flawless! It looks like a new car and smells like it as well! I included before and after photos which say it all! Freakin amazing job! I’m not sure it’s even the same vehicle! He even included a little towel wrap with mints and a “Happy Mother’s Day” card (see the photo). I will be using him again! He exceeded all expectations!!!!

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND* - My giant Toyota Sequoia SUV had heavy hard water stains all over it and I couldn’t get them off myself. I called Blue Motor Auto Detailing in the afternoon and received immediate service. He was done in a couple hours and had all the hard water stains gone from the entire vehicle. Ivan is a car master!!! Our car was beyond redeemable until we found Ivan….it was a used car we bought that had smoke, pet, and paint damage in it. Ivan walked us through his whole process for professional cleaning and was amazingly fair with pricing. In addition, he is EXTREMELY thorough and detail oriented. This review is reflecting my opinion of this specific location. Wiggy Wash itself has always been a relatively good bargain I have thought. So much so that I have had active weeki Wash subscriptions at the highest tier on multiple different vehicles for over 10 years. I'm giving this location two stars because after all of this time having these subscriptions I am moving to somewhere that doesn't have wiggy Wash locations. Due to this I have to cancel my subscription. I wanted to grab one last wash before I headed out but my subscription had ended that day. I asked if there was any way if I could just get one wash after explaining this. And without even a second thought I was told no. No looking into it no asking anyone else no sympathy at all. Just kind of stings when you're so loyal to a business for so long and are just treated like nothing the day that your subscription ends.

Update: Dear Wiggy Wash Owner. I sent an email over 2 weeks ago as you recommended. Still no response from Wiggy Wash… Disappointing… I took my stock truck (no lifts or modifications) through this car wash, and it tore off my roof trim on both sides. Fortunately, I noticed the damage while hand-drying my vehicle. I spoke to an employee who documented everything and submitted a claim. I was told I would hear back the following Monday, but after waiting an extra week, no one contacted me. I've tried calling, but they don't answer their phone. I emailed them at Wiggywashcustomerclaims@wiggywash.com and they do not respond. After researching, I found that this company has a history of not repairing damaged vehicles, according to the Better Business Bureau: https://www.bbb.org/us/ut/spanish-fork/profile/car-wash/wiggy-wash-llc-1166-22315568/customer-reviews. Be cautious—if your vehicle is damaged, they will not help you. Update: 8-10-2024 This is not the same car wash it once was. Took my truck in to get a hand wash, and they told me that their hose was broken and that the other hose they couldn't use. Left the truck because they said they could do inside but had to wait for maintenance to fix hose. Waiting til Monday to see. I believe I may look into switching all my subscriptions. Inside looked amazing, they never got their hose fixed so just paid for the inside. I would have thought after paying 100.00 to do just the interior I wouldn't have to point out things. O well, maybe they are just having a tough week. I have spoken with Brent on multiple occasions and he has always been a Fair person to deal with. My Wife and I both have had VIP passes for a while now and even sometimes pay for the upgrade to inside and out. Every customer service based business will have its little hickups but they have always been quick to fix the situation. I have also read some of the negative reviews left and find them comical. Love the convenience of their car wash!

We went thru w/ Basic $6 wash. More like POWER WASH , it stripped my blk trim paint off my car, we reported right away (to the son who came out and looked) he gave us his dad's (the owner) # we waited a few days to call since the sun said they had company. Anyway we explained situation and sent pics. Etc from 2 phones - he claims he never got them. Then when we finally did talk he called us swindlers. We actually got a very low quote from a good friend to help save$ but the owner said not his fault , claim it on OUR insurance.. NO .. I'm not paying deductible for YOUR MACHINE STRIPPING the paint from our car. Now he's won't return calls or texts.. BAD BUSINESS I decided to look up reviews because he said he's NEVER had ANY issues with anything... WHOSE THE SWINDLER? Your reviews say YOU! My pics aren't the greatest but you can see where the power pressure stripped of blk trim....

They cleaned our 2023 CRV. Did a good job at getting dog hair when cleaning the interior. This is the only positive thing I have about the experience. The negatives. They left big oil spots on almost all interior plastic pieces. We have tried cleaning but they will not go away. There was product sprayed on the inside of our windshield that looks like a sneeze. Which we had to clean ourselves. Even after all that when dropping the car off the staff would not acknowledge me so that I could pay for the cleaning. Took almost 10minutes of waiting in an empty lobby. I would not recommend going to this car wash for detailing. But the exterior wash is fine. Edit: I ended up finding even more oil spots I can’t clean on the sides of the back seats when putting them down. Also, I still haven’t been able to clean the oil spots off. So that’s a massive bummer.

Live the idea. Wish their was an option for more of less time. My doodle takes a good amount of time to scrub into her right curls and needs even longer to dry. Otherwise the place is great. The clean up part should be free so people actually do it.

Hopefully any lame-o’s who leave their mess behind wake up and realize mommy isn’t there to clean up after them. “I like this place and it deserves more stars but the dog wash needs a camera inside and a way to charge the D-Bags cards who don’t clean up after washing their pet. I shouldn’t have to spend my first 5 minutes cleaning up and sanitizing because of pathetic, cheap & lazy people ruin things for the rest of us. Our last few visits to the dog wash were VERY messy. The car wash bays are awesome and the owner stays on top of them very well.”

This place snapped off a piece of my trim and didn't remove a bunch of dirt from my roof. That star is for Drake, who found the piece of trim and got it back to me. Went in and got a basic wash. I realized a bunch of dried dirt was still stuck to my sunroof after the fact when I drove out. Whatever, no big deal, I thought, and went about my day before I got home and noticed a piece of trim missing from the back of my car. Desperately tried to figure out what had happened before realizing that it must have been the car wash I'd gotten earlier in the day. Went back, asked about it, and they found it inside. Props to Drake for getting it back to me. Anyways I have to buy new trim and get some body work done, so I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here. It also didn't clean my car. For 14 dollars.

Got my car done at with these guys a few weeks ago and it was a used car with some scratches and paint imperfections, they were so professional and made the process super easy for me, my car looks better than brand new, it's crazy shiny and the rain/snow runs right off and doesn't leave any residue. It also makes washing my car super easy, dirt and grime doesn't stick to my car, I'm excited for the winter for my car to look clean and shiney even after driving through snow! A star for each disappointing pass through the carwash. Unfortunately we didn't have time to pass through 4 more times due to other appointments and the expectation that $28 + raving reviews would be more than adequate to clean the vehicle with one pass. Also the worker who sprayed our vehicle was rather lackuster in her efforts. Super disappointing. Visited on 10/01/24 at 1100-ish.

Didn’t clean the interior of my windows as promised. Floor mats still have dirt on them. Cup holders still have crumbs. No light stain removal. All of this promised in the basic package… none of it delivered. I essentially paid $140 for them to wipe down my dash board. After it was complete I sent them a text with all of this stuff in it. Didn’t get a response.

For the money I thought my truck would look completely new. However, it did look better than it has since I bought it 5 years ago. Absolutely amazing work!!! I brought them a 2021 Chevy Tahoe I just purchased. I got both the ceramic coat on the entire vehicle, and the PPF on all the front facing surfaces. Not only did they minimize the appearance of all existing dings and scratches, but they also completely eliminated my ability to see many of them entirely. The ceramic cost make the color of the vehicle pop more than any brand new car I was while car shopping. At the first meeting they walked me through the options available, what they did and didn't do. At no point did I feel like they were trying to "up sell" me. They simply informed me of what they had to offer, what the benefits were, and mentioned any potential downsides (not going to a carwash with brushes... who cares, I wash my own cars). They also had a vehicle on hand to show me results of the process. They were very accommodating to my schedule. During the process they kept in tough with me the entire time, sending update pics with each step. They even stayed over an hour after they closed to allow me time to get dropped off after work to pick the vehicle up. Even after the process was completed, they've been very responsive to any questions I've had. Every single person I've shown the vehicle to assumes its brand new. They cant believe its 3 years old. I cant recommend them highly enough. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.
