Paid for the top wash but didn't even get their express wash. Pictures show a dirty truck still. Their right side roller didn't even spin. Any lateral surface didn't get touched. The rinse did not rinse and left soap on my whole truck. The air dry just blew the soap around and dried it on my truck. I could have used an open hose and gotten a better result than dried soap everywhere and a "half washed" truck. It basically rinsed the dust off. Will not use again! Would not give a refund. Was told to contact customer service who then said I was supposed to talk to the location manager, who I was also told was unavailable. No resolution and no refund was given. Horrible service!

They cut a hole in my tint to remove the old decal after Rocket wash bought them out. Refused to help replace it. That was last year. I continued my membership because the employees do a great job and they’re the only ones who do interiors. But this month the tunnel broke my mirror of and Rocket wash (the company that owns Sparkle express) refused to replace it pointing out that it say in my vehicles manual that it is suggested to pull the mirror in when in a automatic car wash. Never mind the fact that it was the rod that holds the spinning washers. They brake up your vehicle and deny any fault. Shady company.

Listen, this truck was trashed. Pet hair everywhere, dried boogers, nasty stains, dust, and smells. John put in extra time to make sure this truck was up to his standards. To me, in 4 hours, it looked beautiful already…but John’s high standards said that it wasn’t done yet. I am extremely impressed with his work, and the low cost for such a service. $250 is not expensive for this quality of work. Usually, it can be over $400. John gives you more value than what you pay for. Right on.

Took my 2008 Mazda in for a full interior & exterior detailing/cleaning, and they did a fantastic job! They really have pride in their work and went the extra mile to make sure everything was as nice as possible. They even took pictures of it in their shop that I could post online (I got a new car, so I'm trying to sell this one) Keep in mind that I've taken it to a car wash maybe twice in its lifetime and vacuumed it maybe once. I called Platinum Detailing first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. Found them through facebook and hit them up for an appointment which was easy. They were able to get my BMW 750li done in a day and it was absolutely sparkling. The exterior was well polished and shiny. The interior was outstanding with all scuffs removed, everything polished / conditioned with the correct stuff which made it look and smell brand new. They were pleasant and easy to work with when I picked up the car. Definitely would recommend these folks.

Amazing! This was a 5 star experience and service. My car looks absolutely spotless. I had just the interior cleaned and it looks brand new and also smells great. I paid a small amount extra to have one of my window seals deep cleaned and they absolutely went above and beyond. They were very friendly and super accommodating and squeezed me into the schedule on short notice. The pricing is fantastic and really reasonable. It's also spelled out pretty thoroughly on their website. I had additional questions which they addressed easily when I called for the appointment. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I have nothing negative to say so definitely recommend if you're looking to get your car cleaned.

Great convient car wash. Water pressure is on point and soap doesn't take forever to switch between rinse. I never use the brush since my vehicle is ceramic coated and soap and a good rinse does great. Great value car wash.

It might have been low. *Air dryer air flow is very slow. Don't bother using it. This can easily be the best self wash in the area if the air dryer was stronger and presoak foam cannon gave more soap!

Blake, Gavin, and Dylan did an incredible job on my truck. I chose the Level 3 exterior detail ceramic coat, R.I.D service for scratch removal, and Level 1 interior detail. Everything turned out better than expected for a well used truck! The team absolutely crushed it. The attention to detail shows throughout their work and process. Blake sent me status updates often and always called me for anything he noticed. After they completed the job I was given correct guidelines for maintaining my vehicle appearance and product performance (which were held together with Drop logo paperclips). To finish off the great service the guys left a handwritten thank you card on my center console... How many businesses still do this? Thanks guys!

I purchased an older boat this year. A 1997 to be exact. There was quite a bit of oxidation and scratches in the paint and gel coat. I thought that maybe On-Site Detailing could at least make the boat look clean and fresh but not get the oxidation out. George showed up and went to work. He was up front with me about the condition and said he would try his best. His best is perfection. He spent 7.5 hours meticulously buffing and polishing my boat. I would highly recommend on-site detail and ask for George. You don't see that kind of pride in one's work anymore. Absolutely love how my boat turned out.

Onsite detail is amazing. Customer service is great and they always accommodate me with my busy work schedule. It was freezing cold and they still sent a tech out to do my car. Will arrived on time and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Will did a thorough walk through before and after detailing my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had the ceramic coating added for winter to protect my vehicle and it seals the paint finish beautifully. Will was very respectful of my property and vehicle as I chose the mobile detail this time. I’ve been using onsite detail for many years and have yet to be dissatisfied with the services performed. Although I know if there was an issue On-site would be quick to resolve the issue. I took my 2007 Honda Accord in for a detailing prior to putting it up for sale. It really needed some TLC having survived many years of family use and three high school drivers. By the time Alpine detailing was done with it, the interior looked practically new. They also buffed out a dull headlight cover, cleaned the engine and made the exterior shine. I have been to other car detail shops, but this was by far the best work I have ever seen. It also took them longer than they had estimated, but they didn’t charge me more, putting quality and customer satisfaction first. I also sold my car within 24-hours, for top blue book value and I know the extra clean new look made a difference. These guys are very reasonably priced and the quality can’t be beat. I will definitely be back.

No soap, spot free rinse doesn’t work, yet they still charge your credit card $15. No way to contact them to get your money back. Another rip off carwash. Recommend avoiding this place and spending your money elsewhere.

This place is the worst. Sorry, but it’s obvious that the owners gave up on this place long ago. I am driving away to find another car wash now, but wanted to leave a quick quick review. The vacuums didn’t accept my credit card. They had broken displays. So I pulled cash out of my wallet. Both dollar machines are broken. There is no place to get change at a car wash!! One of the bays never has soap It just doesn’t work Another bay has super low pressure Not usable the third bay has the ceiling crap hanging down from neglect. This place does not even keep up maintenance to offer basic car wash functionality In addition to that, I don’t even think it’s a safe place to wash a nice car. I have tried to use this place over and over. Not sure why.

I work on a construction site, so my vehicle tends to get very dirty. Especially as the winter and the rainy season has come to an end, there was mud and dirt everywhere. I decided to look into detailing and found Oasis. Danny did an AMAZING job. I first found it really easy and convenient that he comes to you, so you don’t have to go anywhere. This Carwash used to be great but they sold and now it under new ownership. The new ownership doesn’t care to invest money to help maintain this once state of the art facility. The tunnel stinks because their reclaim water system doesn’t work and cooperate doesn’t allow them to turn on city water. At least that what the management team told me. I’ve also heard rumors that the old owner might buy it back so fingers crossed for that. That way they can bring back the old management team that actually cared for the sites. No wonder it’s become a ghost town when half your equipment doesn’t work and the smelly tunnel doesn’t help either. I bet previous members went to quick quack or mister because this place has gone downhill. Hopefully soon sparkle can be great again. MAKE SPARKLE GREAT AGAIN.

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Ivan. He arrived on site at our home to clean our 2021 Prius Prime. He brought all of his own tools and supplies with him including a large tank of water in the back of his SUV that he used to wash our vehicle. We tipped him an extra $50 dollars early in the in the process and he ended up working for nearly 4 hours making sure everything was absolutely spotless and pristine inside and out. Era did an excellent job on a very difficult car. 1966 GT40 Mark 2. Work done was full PPF and ceramic coating. Because of the nature of this car they needed to employ some very innovative technics and some out of the box thinking. The work was of the highest quality and done in a timely manner and on budget. I LOVE Fast & Friendly Express Car Wash!!! It is the most complete, customer friendly car wash EVER!!! I have one of those quack car washes near me (they live up to their name, quack). I'd much rather drive from my home in Tremonton to South Jordan for the beautiful job I get at Fast & Friendly Express Car Wash. I really LOVE how they provide clean towels to wipe down my car. Like in the area the blowers can't reach. Then I use the towel to clean the windows, dashboard & other area's. They have an area (before the car wash) with buckets of solution & brushes to help you get off those extra dried on bugs, bird droppings, etc. My car comes out so shiny & BEAUTIFUL!!! I stand back looking at it with such pride; it is as if it was just off the showroom floor. I am totally THRILLED with this car wash company. It is Fast & Friendly & I Love them!!!
