I purchased an older boat this year. A 1997 to be exact. There was quite a bit of oxidation and scratches in the paint and gel coat. I thought that maybe On-Site Detailing could at least make the boat look clean and fresh but not get the oxidation out. George showed up and went to work. He was up front with me about the condition and said he would try his best. His best is perfection. He spent 7.5 hours meticulously buffing and polishing my boat. I would highly recommend on-site detail and ask for George. You don't see that kind of pride in one's work anymore. Absolutely love how my boat turned out.

Onsite detail is amazing. Customer service is great and they always accommodate me with my busy work schedule. It was freezing cold and they still sent a tech out to do my car. Will arrived on time and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Will did a thorough walk through before and after detailing my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had the ceramic coating added for winter to protect my vehicle and it seals the paint finish beautifully. Will was very respectful of my property and vehicle as I chose the mobile detail this time. I’ve been using onsite detail for many years and have yet to be dissatisfied with the services performed. Although I know if there was an issue On-site would be quick to resolve the issue. Seth is SO good at what he does! He worked his butt off all day to make sure when I got my Chevy Malibu back it was spotless. It looks brand new now after I picked it up yesterday. Blake, Gavin, and Dylan did an incredible job on my truck. I chose the Level 3 exterior detail ceramic coat, R.I.D service for scratch removal, and Level 1 interior detail. Everything turned out better than expected for a well used truck! The team absolutely crushed it. The attention to detail shows throughout their work and process. Blake sent me status updates often and always called me for anything he noticed. After they completed the job I was given correct guidelines for maintaining my vehicle appearance and product performance (which were held together with Drop logo paperclips). We heard about Boost Brothers from friends who had used them. Our car had some scratches on them from using an abrasive to remove stains and dirt (a mistake). In addition we wanted to clean it up and make it look like new. We weren’t disappointed. Jaden came to our home and worked on our car. We were very pleasantly surprised at his work. Not that we didn’t expect good work, but his work exceeded our expectations. The scratches were mostly removed and the outside and inside of the car was impeccable. Chris was my customer service representative and provided world-class service. My technician arrived at my home at the alloted time and was professional and courteous. I took my 2007 Honda Accord in for a detailing prior to putting it up for sale. It really needed some TLC having survived many years of family use and three high school drivers. By the time Alpine detailing was done with it, the interior looked practically new. They also buffed out a dull headlight cover, cleaned the engine and made the exterior shine. I have been to other car detail shops, but this was by far the best work I have ever seen. It also took them longer than they had estimated, but they didn’t charge me more, putting quality and customer satisfaction first. I also sold my car within 24-hours, for top blue book value and I know the extra clean new look made a difference. These guys are very reasonably priced and the quality can’t be beat. I will definitely be back.

Didn’t clean the interior of my windows as promised. Floor mats still have dirt on them. Cup holders still have crumbs. No light stain removal. All of this promised in the basic package… none of it delivered. I essentially paid $140 for them to wipe down my dash board. After it was complete I sent them a text with all of this stuff in it. Didn’t get a response.

For the money I thought my truck would look completely new. However, it did look better than it has since I bought it 5 years ago. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car detail. Booking online was easy and pricing was transparent. No need to “request a bid” just choose your desired services and schedule a time that works for you on their booking calendar. I’ve avoided other companies because so many don’t list their prices on their website. The team showed up right on time and got right to work. They asked if I had any concerns or areas I wanted them to focus on and I immediately knew I was in good hands. They were so kind and professional and honestly performed a miracle on my minivan. We’d just gotten back from a roadtrip/camping trip to the beach with young kids and it and was filthy (see my before and after photos and JUDGE ME! 😅😅). In just a couple hours it was cleaner than when we bought it brand new. They went above and beyond and I honestly can’t believe how clean they got it. There was nasty kid gunk and sand in every nook and cranny and they got it all out. It’s such a nice boost to have a clean car and I will definitely use this business again. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

I come here pretty often and usually just do a quick wash and interior clean which is always pretty good. But I decided to go with an interior detail for $200. Definitely not worth it. They missed a ton of dirt/dust on my dash and around the air vents. I didn’t notice at first as I just wanted to get home after waiting around for 2 hours (which I knew before hand). If I’m paying $200 I expect the inside to be sparkling clean.

Actually am slightly annoyed with the car wash. first off, not to long ago I used the touch wash on my Subaru and it actually broke my rear wiper right off the car. But I know things happen so I continued to use the wash because I do like their high pressure and options with soaps wax ECT. However the last couple times I've used the car wash self serve portion, I've come home with these lines that go almost all the way around the top of my car and some on the front end quarters and rear panels. Confused AF. Until yesterday while using it I was paying extra attention to what I was doing. Turns out the air shammy hose as it follows around the car with you as you dry. The hose is actually leaving marks that are not easy to buff off it takes a good cleaner and some elbow grease to get these marks removed. Not at all ok, it's bad enough the things are all taped up and cracked or barely working for whatever reason. Now to end up with these marks all up and down the sides of my ride is irritating as hell. Who wants to wash their car after they wash it every time?... I will definitely not go back to this wash and I spent a lot of money there. No recommendation from here id say until they put a cover or something on those hoses and fix their air guns it's not worth the pressure wash options if rather go where I know will leave me clean when I leave

Would not recommend after policy change. I have been going here for many years for my vehicle emissions / safety inspections, for one because they are nearby, but importantly because the cash wash was included with emissions test as provided in the purchase price I paid. I have four vehicles and were provided 4 Basic Car Wash vouchers (no expiration date) during the past year. I was also told that the car wash could be redeemed in the future. I went to redeem a voucher today, and was told (by female W2 employee) that they are no longer honoring the Car Wash voucher, effective as of June 2024. I explained that there is no expiration date on the voucher and part of my decision to purchase from them was because the car wash was included with the price I paid. I said that I won’t be coming back if they don’t honor their prior commitments (voucher). She said that is fine and that they expected to lose business due the policy change. I said that I was planning to bring another car in next week for an emission test, but will now go elsewhere. She said that she didn’t care and wasn’t go to lose her job by honoring a car wash voucher! Her unsympathetic attitude and lack of understanding reflected poorly on this business. I find it extremely odd and disappointing that a company would choose not to honor their prior commitment, especially from a loyal customer who has patronized them for the past 16-years with multiple vehicles per year. Integrity is the backbone of a successful business. Needless to say, I will do my business elsewhere.

The car wash is actually pretty nice. It's in a good location. I think you could fit a decent size trailer through here as well. My only reason for doubt would be the steep incline into the car wash. The bays are pretty big. The brush gives a good amount of soap as well. My only complaint is that the soap brush is not long enough to extend around my truck and had low pressure for the triple soap conditioner. They do have a drying towel area that is free as well as vacuums that are free for customers. Overall I think I was here for more than 15 minutes and I only spent $8.

If I could give more stars, I would! - We recently purchased a used vehicle and got a great deal, however, it had a pretty strong cigarette/cigar odor. We tried many things on our own to get rid of this smell but ultimately needed the professionals. Kelley Mobile Detail was the best company for the job!!! They took my car and completely cleaned and detailed it and the smoke smell is GONE!! I am so happy to not smell like smoke whenever I drive my car. I think their mission of 'Treat Every Customer/Detail as if it was my own' couldn't be more perfect for them. I purchased the Graphene infused trim restoration cubes. It claims to 'keep trim protected and looking new forever'. This is not the case, in fact the trim looks more dried out and damaged after using it,and now I will have to get them replaced. I contacted the company but they did not reply to me. I don't advise that anyone use this product as it is very damaging

I had recently purchased an old work truck for my son. I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. I called Platinum Detailing first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up a few hours later and it looked like a brand new truck on the inside! They definitely worked their magic and the price was great! Found them through facebook and hit them up for an appointment which was easy. They were able to get my BMW 750li done in a day and it was absolutely sparkling. The exterior was well polished and shiny. The interior was outstanding with all scuffs removed, everything polished / conditioned with the correct stuff which made it look and smell brand new. They were pleasant and easy to work with when I picked up the car. Definitely would recommend these folks.

Dog wash is a cool concept, but needs some improvements to really be useful. I've used the same dog wash system at a car wash in North Salt Lake and it's great. I was hoping this one would be just as good, and significantly closer. Sadly, it fell short in a few spots (but easily addressable by the owner, honestly). The water is too cold in the winter. The water pressure while using the shampoo/conditioner modes is far too low, and thus takes too long to properly wash my dogs. The tub is missing the leash/collar attachments that the other wash uses. The vacuum hose has no attachment which makes it difficult to vacuum excess water off your dog. The location in NSL also has hooks for hanging leashes, jackets, etc and a shelf for keys/etc - and a treat dispenser.

It was time to start thinking about trading in my five-year-old truck with 100,000 miles on it. That time when a major service cost several thousand dollars. I took my 2019 Honda Ridgeline to Pioneer Auto Spa and I think they treated it better than if I had taken myself to a spa! They restored the exterior to better than new as a part of the polish and waxing, they cleaned and cleared my headlights, made my truck bed cover look better than new as well as all of the trim. The tires shined as if they just came off the rack. My baby looks reborn. Perfect for the start of another hundred thousand miles. It’s a shame I can only give them five stars. I’d happily give them 10! I also commend them for their friendliness and knowledge and expertise! A winning trio.

Most expensive car wash I've been to and a horribly inferior wash job. The entire back of my car was not clean because I have a bike rack on the back. In addition they missed a huge spot on the right by the mirror, dirt still left around window edges. Won't ever go back. I could do it better myself and spend under $5.

Been a long time member, but recently the drying towels at the end have been damaging my wipers almost to the point I have to replace every 2 washes. It bends my driver wiper every time after 2 bends it breaks and I have to replace. Definitely needs an adjustment. Thanks again for another bent wiper. Well, canceled my plan today after being a member for several years. Sorry to say, but Quick quack is more affordable and gives a better wash.

Workers cool and notices what needs more attention, machines are clean and equipment is new and not ran through by all the off roaders who destroy our Utah car washes. Overall is a good car wash especially if your car isn’t caked or super dirty and just want a touch up. I took my not so dirty car, mine had some typically cake on the doors from the rain and dirt of freeway driving yet wasn’t able to clean it off like I said if your car doesn’t have hard grime and film which I had a small amount of, this is the place to go without any damages but if you want it clean clean as always I would use a self wash and evaluate the equipment there !

I absolutely love this car wash! Tagg N Go goes above and beyond with their car wash service. Free air fresheners, free vacuums, towels to dry and even an air blower to get the water out of all the little cracks—it’s the extra touches that make a big difference. Before your car enters, they spray it down and hand brush it, which really ensures a thorough clean and that the rotating brushes don’t damage the paint like at other places. I can trust that my car will come out spotless and scratch-free every time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality wash with thoughtful details!

Super friendly staff! Air freshener and dash wipes provided. The floor matt cleaner is a nice feature. The buffing roller after the blow dryers removes excess water nicely. Glass cleaner and all purpose cleaners provided with vacuums. Definitely worth the price.

We switched to Shiny Shell from another chain car wash, and with all 4 cars we saved some money. More importantly, it’s a better wash, especially the always stocked towels and cleaning supplies at the drying station. The car mat wash is a nice feature too! Needed to wash off my car owner had signs up that says if you are washing your muddy car that you need to clean out bay when you are done. I couldn't believe it. He wanted the customer to clean out his bay after use, but isn't that his job? lol. Then I went to use a vacuum and 2 of them were out of order. So I had to pull around, and the one I used barely sucked things up horrible.

Great car wash. Owner came by and noticed the bay was full of mud from prior washes. He cleaned the bay up for me and then gave me the wash for free. The pressure washers work very well and kept up with maintenance. Highly recommend this place for self service car washes

Sandro saved us! We found mice droppings in our car 🤮 our neighborhood has been dealing with mice with all the new construction around. I called Sandro and asked if this is something he could help us with, he was out here the very next morning! Our car looks and smells brand new. I feel safe again. The brush provided at the self wash scratched most of the paint of my brand new 2025 Hyundai Palisade. Will be submitting complaint to the BBB. The phone number for the business is disconnected and does not work - so there’s literally no way to even contact the owner to try and work it out. Be extremely careful using the self wash; some of their tools will actively damage your vehicles.

This car wash, whatever its name (Thunderwash/WillowCreek?) offers automated wash and pet wash, but they don't take care of the fundamentals. High pressure wand drops pressure after a few seconds and then you are stuck with a measly stream that ran my charge to $17. This is not the first time I've been screwed here. Stay away.

Just got my car washed here and this is what it looks like. I can easily wipe off these dirty spots with my finger and the car wash did absolutely nothing to them. I paid for the deluxe wash and it couldn’t even get these off. Ridiculous, terrible, it must be broken somehow.
