Blake, Gavin, and Dylan did an incredible job on my truck. I chose the Level 3 exterior detail ceramic coat, R.I.D service for scratch removal, and Level 1 interior detail. Everything turned out better than expected for a well used truck! The team absolutely crushed it. The attention to detail shows throughout their work and process. Blake sent me status updates often and always called me for anything he noticed. After they completed the job I was given correct guidelines for maintaining my vehicle appearance and product performance (which were held together with Drop logo paperclips). I took my 2016 with a few light surface scuffs/sctatches, showed them and they said no problem we can buff out and polish the exterior and it’ll be fixed. Their confidence and promise made me pick them. Quoted $250 for full car detail including interior. $310 later, they left stains on seats and didn’t even wipe all plastics, and the exterior looked the exact same. When I asked them why, they simply said “oh we just polish, we can’t do that paint restore here”. Don’t go here, you’ll be disappointed. They do not have the proper equipment, knowledge or expertise to take care of your vehicle properly; they’ll rub chemicals/compounds onto your car, but won’t actually take care of it. I had my truck ceramic coated due to eqsily scratched at car wash. They communicate great almost over communicate which I love as people never let you know what’s happening now days so it is nice to have that. They did a good job. Even have you come back a month later for a checkup to go over it again and make sure everything is good. Very nice.

Full body detail. Exterior of car was not fully washed. Seats were not clean of stains. Interior cabin roof was not touched. Spots missed in base boards. Besides those things, everything else was taken care of properly. Customer experience was good. Last time I paid to get my car detailed somewhere else for $100 less and was substantially better.

I had the front end of my car done and also our new Sprinter Van, we just did the Cyber truck and they removed very old film from our Pontiac Solstice and then they did a paint correction . Logicc Protection is awesome and I have had the best experience working with them over the years. I have used a few different shops over the years within the Salt Lake Valley, but made the switch to Logicc Protection studio a few years ago and couldn't be happier. The team is very responsive and are very flexible in working with your schedule to get your vehicle in. They have done work on several of my cars including my Escalade, TRX, Tesla Model Y and Audi SQ5. I have included pics of my Escalade and TRX. On the Escalade they did a full vinyl Satin Black wrap, window tint, blacked out car badges, and powder coated all 4 wheels. On the TRX, they did a PPF wrap, window tint, applied custom vinyl graphics, and powder coated all 4 brake calipers. I have also used Logicc for exterior and interior detailing and they provide superior detailing services, left my vehicles looking new. Take your vehicle to Logicc Protection Studio, they are great to work with. Marco and team are the best!

These men and women are the real deal!! I’m blown away how good of a job they did. I attached before and after photos so you can see for yourself. I took my civic in because I had a lot of bad stains on my seats, arm rests, and even ceiling, I needed the inside of my car deep cleaned and stains removed. Lots of other places seemed to focus only on the outside. This place had good reviews on the inside which is why I took my car here and I’m so happy I did. They not only successfully removed all the hard stains, they also somehow made my car look like I just drove it off the lot brand new! They cleaned the outside and wheels and also my engine as well which look fantastic too. Please leave the hard workers a tip because they deserve it. I’d recommend this place to everyone and anyone. If you’re looking for your car to be cleaned right this is the only place to go. Really can’t say enough. But I’ll now let the photos speak for themselves.

Took my 2008 Mazda in for a full interior & exterior detailing/cleaning, and they did a fantastic job! They really have pride in their work and went the extra mile to make sure everything was as nice as possible. They even took pictures of it in their shop that I could post online (I got a new car, so I'm trying to sell this one) Keep in mind that I've taken it to a car wash maybe twice in its lifetime and vacuumed it maybe once. I recently purchased a Black, 24’ PowerWagon from a nearby dealership and knew I had to get it protected ASAP to protect the front end and high impact areas from road debris, as well as the paint from contaminates. I’ll start with saying this isn’t my first rodeo with PPF and ceramic coating so I knew what I wanted from the get-go and there is no other company I trust more than CeramicPro with my vehicles. Their coatings and PPF stand the test of time and they are genuinely professional level products. I stopped in to CeramicPro SLC the morning before I bought my truck and spoke extensively with Josh and we went over install, timeframe and cost. I knew this would be the shop for me. They took my vehicle in about a week later directly from the dealership (Josh picked it up and drove it for me as I live in Colorado and was having this done for me from afar). They had the vehicle for about a week which in my opinion is a short time for such a massive vehicle like my PowerWagon with all its surface area. I stopped by a few days before it was done to ask if I could have a Carbon Fiber spoiler wrapped in PPF for my S4 done too. I met Zach and he happily obliged. Zach gave me a status update on the truck and showed me what he had already completed. It was looking amazing already. When I picked it up, I met with Zach and I was blown away with how good it came out. I couldn’t be any more pleased. I called this business to detail the inside of my car because I wanted to get rid of all the pet fur from my exes dog. They did a great job and were very friendly and understanding when it came to my busy schedule. They didn’t clean my trunk but I didn’t ask if that was included so I’m assuming it wasn’t. My car smells amazing and all the pet fur is gone. There were a few spills on my doors that were missed but I can easily wipe those. My main concern was the carpets and the seats Would recommend.

Didn’t clean the interior of my windows as promised. Floor mats still have dirt on them. Cup holders still have crumbs. No light stain removal. All of this promised in the basic package… none of it delivered. I essentially paid $140 for them to wipe down my dash board. After it was complete I sent them a text with all of this stuff in it. Didn’t get a response.

Don't wash your car here!!! This place caused over $1000 worth of damage to my new car and is now giving me the runaround and refusing to cover the damages that THEY caused due to their equipment malfunction and negligence! Everything was punted over to "corporate" and the people I interfaced with in person kept pushing me off and refused to help. The entire wash stopped functioning midway through but the belt kept pulling my car forward causing it to forcefully impact one of the rotating wash arms which dented and cracked my front bumper. When I brought the damage to the attention of management they wanted me to "come back another day" because it would "take a while" to fill out the paperwork for the claim. Well, I did come back another day and now they want to deny the claim because I "waited too long" and the damage "could've been caused by anything". Because a car that only has just over 1000 miles on it and barely been driven was dented only on its top front bumper by something else...use your COMMON SENSE, or maybe review your camera footage that you probably don't have on file anymore anyway (if you ever did at all) and then tell me I'm wrong... And good luck contacting corporate if you have issues...their number just punts you to an online form and there's zero way to speak to a human being. I understand that mistakes happen, but how you handle them and resolve them is what makes or breaks your reputation as a business! You wanna be inaccessible and unhelpful, fine by me, I’ll see you in small claims court.

I purchased an older boat this year. A 1997 to be exact. There was quite a bit of oxidation and scratches in the paint and gel coat. I thought that maybe On-Site Detailing could at least make the boat look clean and fresh but not get the oxidation out. George showed up and went to work. He was up front with me about the condition and said he would try his best. His best is perfection. He spent 7.5 hours meticulously buffing and polishing my boat. I would highly recommend on-site detail and ask for George. You don't see that kind of pride in one's work anymore. Absolutely love how my boat turned out.

Onsite detail is amazing. Customer service is great and they always accommodate me with my busy work schedule. It was freezing cold and they still sent a tech out to do my car. Will arrived on time and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Will did a thorough walk through before and after detailing my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had the ceramic coating added for winter to protect my vehicle and it seals the paint finish beautifully. Will was very respectful of my property and vehicle as I chose the mobile detail this time. I’ve been using onsite detail for many years and have yet to be dissatisfied with the services performed. Although I know if there was an issue On-site would be quick to resolve the issue. RestorFX saved my truck! I bought a truck out-of-state. The paint looked good in the pictures and inspection report, but when I arrived to pick it up there were scratches everywhere. It looked awful and I debated just selling it and moving on. When I got the truck home to Utah, I decided to see if any local shops could polish out the scratches, and by chance I stopped by RestorFX. I'm so glad I did. Rather than a polish, they do a clear coat restoration. It looks like a new truck! Would recommend to anyone.

Avoid if you care about your car. Do not take your car to these guys. While John will give you 20% off all quoted pricing it is still not worth it to use these guys. Below is my 4runner after they did a complete ceramic coating. They claim water spots need to be dried right away and they wanted $300 to get the water spots off saying they would need to “clay bar” it … something that silly sticker they put on car says not to do! However, since 2002 the water spots always washed off my 4Runner just fine, that is, until Luxe Automotive did a horrible job. Around the same time they did a complete PPF and ceramic coating one of my 911s and after about three months the PPF in several areas was beginning to peel away as shown in photo. Their “warranty” is to cut away the PPF that is peeling. On the rear bumper of the 911, one of their own installers told me they installed the PPF in the wrong direction after I took it back to them to asked them why the PPF didn’t got to the edge. DO NOT give your car to these guys. XPEL PPF pulled their product from these guys because they don’t know what they are doing (although will tell you anything to get you in the door) and XPEL won’t sell to them because I am one of hundreds of people with similar issues … Luxe is a chop shop. I think they even tried to sell cars and couldn’t even do that right. Anyway, end of the day I did get my money back as I did a chargeback as they didn’t provide the services they sold me as you can see, but still, AVOID! Churn and burn shop ladies and gentlemen.

I had a wonderful experience at Lux; the tint on my Tesla looks amazing. John was easy to communicate and schedule with. They were professional and friendly; I loved getting an update video while they were working on it.
