This car has been sitting under a tree for a year not being used often as the owner could no longer drive. There were stains on the seats I was told had been treated but would never come out, the amount of dirt and grim and build up was gross. Honu Detail not only did a phenomenal job but they went above and beyond any expectation. They were kind, hardworking and worth every single penny. The headlights are actually visible through the casings, and the seats are completely stain free! Every single inch inside and out shines and is absolutely beautiful! I am so glad my friend told me about them, I will be using them in the future and I will be telling EVERYBODY about them!

I returned after 10+ years as I remember they did an amazing job... I still VERY impressed. I never thought my 2019 Nissan Rouge would look that great. I got some sanding thing with wax to remove water spots and some oxidation. He informed me that it won't be perfect but EXCEEDED my expectations. I will definitely be returning to do my other car. Certain things were also done that I didn't expect or thought I paid for. I had a friend throw up on a drunken night and my car smells amazing. Great work!! I had VERY BAD hard water marks on half the car that had come from the sprinkler system and they were able to remove them all, on the car and on the wheels. In addition they cleaned my headlights. Jimmy did an outstanding job. I will definitely return in the spring.

Mason was great! He sent a text with an ETA, was super gracious when I explained we only had street parking, and even made sure I wasn't adding on extra services that were unnecessary. There was a super crusty gross spot underneath my driver's seat that I thought would require additional shampooing, but he took a closer look and said he could probably just scrape it off. He could have taken advantage and charged more so I really appreciated him being so genuine and saving me money! So happy to no longer have coffee/soda stains everywhere :) Definitely will book another mobile detail once my car needs it again!

For the money I thought my truck would look completely new. However, it did look better than it has since I bought it 5 years ago. It was just the kick start I needed to start taking better care of the interior. So still worth the money. I would still give it closer to 4.5 stars if it let me. Thanks for doing a great job!

I am saddened to give a low review but I would give a 0/5 if I could. I came here with the expectation of getting my car washed. My expectation was not met. The entire back of my car did not even get wet. Disappointing. After I noticed this I went to talk to the attendant who said there is nothing they could do. How about washing my car? Anyways. Serious disappointment

Absolutely amazing work!!! I brought them a 2021 Chevy Tahoe I just purchased. I got both the ceramic coat on the entire vehicle, and the PPF on all the front facing surfaces. Not only did they minimize the appearance of all existing dings and scratches, but they also completely eliminated my ability to see many of them entirely. The ceramic cost make the color of the vehicle pop more than any brand new car I was while car shopping. At the first meeting they walked me through the options available, what they did and didn't do. At no point did I feel like they were trying to "up sell" me. They simply informed me of what they had to offer, what the benefits were, and mentioned any potential downsides (not going to a carwash with brushes... who cares, I wash my own cars). They also had a vehicle on hand to show me results of the process. They were very accommodating to my schedule. During the process they kept in tough with me the entire time, sending update pics with each step. They even stayed over an hour after they closed to allow me time to get dropped off after work to pick the vehicle up. Even after the process was completed, they've been very responsive to any questions I've had. Every single person I've shown the vehicle to assumes its brand new. They cant believe its 3 years old. I cant recommend them highly enough. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I brought my truck to Isabelle due to a spill that caused some buttons and controls not to work properly. She came highly recommended and the service absolutely didn’t disappoint! She absolutely exceeded my expectations. The truck is spotless, smells amazing and all the issues from the spill were resolved. She was very fast and the cost was far better than what I’d been quoted elsewhere.

For a 9.5 hour 580.0$ detail not empressed Not really DETAILED more like cleaned door jams still dirty and many little things missed they gave me an opportunity to call each little thing out but after 9 hours I shouldn't have to inspect every cranny carpets still wet just not what I expected photo is from what I wiped down after they were done and I got in to inspect thoroughly

We had a great experience here and would highly recommend. They got stains out of our car that had been there for years, and it looked pristine inside and out by the time they were done. Pricing was also very competitive - more affordable than all the others we researched on Provo (and included more services like steam cleaning the seats without additional fees). $170 for full detail (inside and outside)

Terrible experience! My car was undamaged and with no after market parts. I took it to this car wash and towards the end I heard wat sounded like someone hitting the car repeatedly. I got out and noticed my bumper was hanging off on one side. I then filed a report with a very rude and rushed manager. I waited 7 days longer than she told me to only get an email that said they could do nothing about it. I tried to email them back for more information and my email was immediately blocked. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!

decent wash but horrible customer service. I had a membership but then tried canceling in October, didn't " go through" so i was charged, tried to cancel again on November and was still charged. By December when i saw that yet again i had a pending transaction for my membership, i called customer support, which is also a joke, and they said they would cancel it too. I was still charged. I called back and had a refund request put in and they said it would take 30 days. By the 44 day, 2 weeks after the 30 day mark i called again. They said that it should've gone through and that i was approved for the reimbursement. later that day i got a call from book keeping, she said that my card had an error on it and they couldn't refund it. what??? at this point i'm so over the back and forth. I ask her what my alternatives were and she said she could either give me a code for a ONE time free top wash, or extend my membership for 30 days since i did pay for it but didn't use it because i was supposed to be getting reimbursed. I asked for the extension. Surprise surprise i went to wash my car and they said my account is inactive and i never got that extension. I call again and talk to them, the guy then proceeds to tell me that per policy they actually can't extend memberships and that lady shouldn't have told me that. Also coincidentally, they cant find the phone call from when that lady told me that i could have an extension, even though "all phone calls are recorded". Don't go with this wash unless you plan on never cancelling!

Got my car done at with these guys a few weeks ago and it was a used car with some scratches and paint imperfections, they were so professional and made the process super easy for me, my car looks better than brand new, it's crazy shiny and the rain/snow runs right off and doesn't leave any residue. It also makes washing my car super easy, dirt and grime doesn't stick to my car, I'm excited for the winter for my car to look clean and shiney even after driving through snow! Definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to take care of their vehicles and wants them to look amazing for a lot longer!

Awesome car wash and AMAZING customer service!! Had a muddy Jeep and these guys took extra time to spray it down and make sure it got clean! I actually can’t believe how good and clean it came out!! Saved me a ton of time, and was cheaper than going to a self serve wand car wash. They even have a place to wash floor mats which is free. Best car wash I’ve ever been to!!

SHOCKING Don't get me wrong. I LOVE shiny shell with the cleaning items, the mat cleaners, the playground, the members lounge, the dash wipers and car fresheners. It's the best! However when I went today; I was about to enter the car wash, and the employee who comes out to guide and spray the car was on her phone the whole time. Not being invested in her job. Then in the members lounge there were several drink items sprawled on the ground and counter (straw wrappers, lids, and some napkins). Sure there's pretty decorations but not to cover up the mess. Just makes me a sus about the employees job effort, made it a bit unpleasant at this location in Provo.🤨 10/7/24 Late Afternoon

Jamie does fantastic work! I can always count on him to make my cars look perfect again, and he is incredibly responsive, even at odd hours. I have yet to give him a job that doesn't end up looking excellent, including bumper rash, deep scratches, pitting, etc. You truly get what you pay for. These guys are the best in the city! I've been using JNG for the last couple years. The quality and professionalism is amazing. Jamie always goes above and beyond with his work. I bought a used black Mercedes that had pretty bad paint. A lot of the local detail shops are not paint guys. I asked Jamie to come and correct the paint. The final job was far better than what I expected. He made the car look brand new. Jamie has an eye for detail and he knows paint better than anyone I've ever worked with. He's the only shop I will let touch my vehicles. Hands down, no other shop compares. I highly recommend JNG.

I seen all the 5 star reviews and thought this is THE PLACE to get my body work done after someone backed into my m3. It took Julio only 3 days!!!!!!! And the job that was done was honestly astounding I don’t think anyone in the country could do better work than what I received from Julio and his wife. If you read this review just know you’ve found the place to get your work done. Honest hard working people with amazing prices and service. I’m blown away. Pics below show damage and then the amazing job he did to fix it. This business deserves the 5 stars it has. Can’t say enough. He even washed my car and polished my rims!!!!! Julio did an amazing job! I can't even begin to say how happy and satisfied I am with the repairs! My car had damage and deep scratches across the two driver's side doors. Other shops told me the door would have to be replaced for nearly $2,000, but Julio assured me that wasn't necessary and he would put in the work to fix it at a fraction of the cost. AND HE DID!!! He fixed both doors in only 4 days and the car honestly looks like new! He also went above and beyond and washed and waxed my car and tires. Julio and his wife were so friendly and nice and their work so good I wanted to smooch them both on the mouth. I can't recommend them enough!!

Sundance detail is the best! I've had them do countless details for me and every one looks great. Recently I purchased an older Porsche that had been severely neglected for a long time. I dropped it off with Tyler and hoped for the best. When I went to pick up the car I was amazed! It not only looked brand new, but it smelled brand new too and the leather was plush again. I was planning on having the car painted or wrapped, but after they cleaned it up the paint looks so good that I don't have to touch it. I couldn't be happier with their work and will continue to recommend them to everyone that I can.

We have had 3 appointments with them and we have been no showed every single time. Sundance detailing is a waste of money, time and energy. I sincerely hope they go out of business. Prices have gone up considerably but quality has gone down. It’s almost to the point you should just drive somewhere else. $8 for the most basic wash? Common. Maintenance and the overall experience has taken a nose dive since I was in high school. You can and will see better results for the same amount at the big car washes, and much better quality at comparable self service washes.

These guys are great. I’ve had two vehicles detailed with Sleek and I just had my new car paint corrected and ceramic coated. These guys go the extra mile and do very high quality work. The amount of time and effort that went into making my new car perfect was incredible.
