For a 9.5 hour 580.0$ detail not empressed Not really DETAILED more like cleaned door jams still dirty and many little things missed they gave me an opportunity to call each little thing out but after 9 hours I shouldn't have to inspect every cranny carpets still wet just not what I expected photo is from what I wiped down after they were done and I got in to inspect thoroughly

Mason was great! He sent a text with an ETA, was super gracious when I explained we only had street parking, and even made sure I wasn't adding on extra services that were unnecessary. There was a super crusty gross spot underneath my driver's seat that I thought would require additional shampooing, but he took a closer look and said he could probably just scrape it off. He could have taken advantage and charged more so I really appreciated him being so genuine and saving me money! So happy to no longer have coffee/soda stains everywhere :) Definitely will book another mobile detail once my car needs it again!

For the money I thought my truck would look completely new. However, it did look better than it has since I bought it 5 years ago. Terrible experience! My car was undamaged and with no after market parts. I took it to this car wash and towards the end I heard wat sounded like someone hitting the car repeatedly. I got out and noticed my bumper was hanging off on one side. I then filed a report with a very rude and rushed manager. I waited 7 days longer than she told me to only get an email that said they could do nothing about it. I tried to email them back for more information and my email was immediately blocked. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!

decent wash but horrible customer service. I had a membership but then tried canceling in October, didn't " go through" so i was charged, tried to cancel again on November and was still charged. By December when i saw that yet again i had a pending transaction for my membership, i called customer support, which is also a joke, and they said they would cancel it too. I was still charged. I called back and had a refund request put in and they said it would take 30 days. By the 44 day, 2 weeks after the 30 day mark i called again. They said that it should've gone through and that i was approved for the reimbursement. later that day i got a call from book keeping, she said that my card had an error on it and they couldn't refund it. what??? at this point i'm so over the back and forth. I ask her what my alternatives were and she said she could either give me a code for a ONE time free top wash, or extend my membership for 30 days since i did pay for it but didn't use it because i was supposed to be getting reimbursed. I asked for the extension. Surprise surprise i went to wash my car and they said my account is inactive and i never got that extension. I call again and talk to them, the guy then proceeds to tell me that per policy they actually can't extend memberships and that lady shouldn't have told me that. Also coincidentally, they cant find the phone call from when that lady told me that i could have an extension, even though "all phone calls are recorded". Don't go with this wash unless you plan on never cancelling!

This car has been sitting under a tree for a year not being used often as the owner could no longer drive. There were stains on the seats I was told had been treated but would never come out, the amount of dirt and grim and build up was gross. Honu Detail not only did a phenomenal job but they went above and beyond any expectation. They were kind, hardworking and worth every single penny. The headlights are actually visible through the casings, and the seats are completely stain free! Every single inch inside and out shines and is absolutely beautiful! These guys are the best in the city! I've been using JNG for the last couple years. The quality and professionalism is amazing. Jamie always goes above and beyond with his work. I bought a used black Mercedes that had pretty bad paint. A lot of the local detail shops are not paint guys. I asked Jamie to come and correct the paint. The final job was far better than what I expected. He made the car look brand new. Jamie has an eye for detail and he knows paint better than anyone I've ever worked with. He's the only shop I will let touch my vehicles. Hands down, no other shop compares. I highly recommend JNG.

OH MY GOODNESS! Our truck was in need of a deep clean! My husband hunts with our yellow lab so the truck was covered inside in mud and dog hair. We haven’t driven it in a while because it was so dirty. We called Crystal Clean Detailing and were completely honest how dirty the truck was. They were kind and professional. I have been a long time monthly member. I visited the Orem car wash on Wednesday. As I updated my credit card information I was told i am on an old plan and have been paying too much. I would have liked to have been notified and the account corrected. I would like to have a refund of the overage amount. I will continue to visit Take 5 however, the monthly membership is very convenient way to visit and wash my vehicle. It is always very clean and shiny.

This was the first time since Supersonic was bought out/turned into Take 5 Car Wash. previously you could go through the self-serve automatic car wash and it was max $10 for a regular wash. That was just a few months ago, I went through today and they had doubled their prices to $20 which I thought was insane since they are offering the same service. I wouldn’t give such a low score just for price, but after going through the car wash there was still a ton of gunk on my car and I’ve attached pictures. It’s like they just rinsed my car. What saved the experience was that they had someone come to clean the front of my car. I really appreciated that and that they were so nice about it, however I don’t think that I should need this to be corrected for what they’re charging.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car detail. Booking online was easy and pricing was transparent. No need to “request a bid” just choose your desired services and schedule a time that works for you on their booking calendar. I’ve avoided other companies because so many don’t list their prices on their website. The team showed up right on time and got right to work. They asked if I had any concerns or areas I wanted them to focus on and I immediately knew I was in good hands. They were so kind and professional and honestly performed a miracle on my minivan. We’d just gotten back from a roadtrip/camping trip to the beach with young kids and it and was filthy (see my before and after photos and JUDGE ME! 😅😅). In just a couple hours it was cleaner than when we bought it brand new. They went above and beyond and I honestly can’t believe how clean they got it. There was nasty kid gunk and sand in every nook and cranny and they got it all out. It’s such a nice boost to have a clean car and I will definitely use this business again. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Great car wash! Especially when leaving the tunnel, the manager was waiting for me on the other side to inform me that I was paying too much for my wash!! Apparently, prices had decreased for the monthly wash plan, and he let me know I could save AND get a better wash! When the manager invited me into his office, I let him know we had two vehicles on the same plan. So, after all is said and done, we are saving over $200.00 / year AND we now have an upgraded wash plan!!! Unbelievable customer service!

First time here. Horrible service. Attendant up sells me to $22 car wash . Doesn't say anything about my car being too dirty for war wash. I go through car wash and it missed half my front bumper and rear bumper . I tell a worker the car wash missed some spots. He told me my car was too dirty so it's not going to clean all the dirt off. That's a pretty lame excuse. I'd suggest having someone with soft wet brush going around your car like other automated car washes I've been too.

My car hasn't been detailed in over a decade. Lots of build up of gunk dust and dirt in every nook and cranny. Plus trash under the seats etc. After lots of hard work Art and Carlos got my car looking brand new. I never thought I'd see it looking so good! Even the air vents blow air more consistently. I returned after 10+ years as I remember they did an amazing job... I still VERY impressed. I never thought my 2019 Nissan Rouge would look that great. I got some sanding thing with wax to remove water spots and some oxidation. He informed me that it won't be perfect but EXCEEDED my expectations. I will definitely be returning to do my other car. Certain things were also done that I didn't expect or thought I paid for. I had a friend throw up on a drunken night and my car smells amazing. Great work!! I had VERY BAD hard water marks on half the car that had come from the sprinkler system and they were able to remove them all, on the car and on the wheels. In addition they cleaned my headlights. Jimmy did an outstanding job. I will definitely return in the spring.

Ivan is a car master!!! Our car was beyond redeemable until we found Ivan….it was a used car we bought that had smoke, pet, and paint damage in it. Ivan walked us through his whole process for professional cleaning and was amazingly fair with pricing. In addition, he is EXTREMELY thorough and detail oriented. A warning to those with vehicles older than five years: If your car is damaged due to their equipment, they will not help you. Even if they are at fault, they will use their five-year policy against you, and you will receive no help. I was going through the car wash one morning when I heard a loud thud. That's when I realized that the machine that spins (with the cloth strips attached) broke my side mirror. I immediately talked to a worker and filed a report. The worker said it would take around three days for management to contact me. After four days of not hearing back from Quick Quack, I went to the car wash and asked for management's phone number or some method to contact them. The workers kept saying that they would contact me soon. Nine days after the incident, they finally contacted me (the incident occurred on August 19th, and they got back to me on August 28th). Management gave me the same excuse that they give on their Google reviews: that they checked the cameras and could detect no malfunctions with the equipment - which is to say that they're not at fault. Since my vehicle is older than five years (a 2016 model), they won't help cover the costs of repairing the mirror. Instead, they offered a month of free carwashes when I already had the premium membership WITH the flock pass for two other vehicles. It's ironic how they offer free carwashes after they've just damaged your car. A message to Quick Quack: Feel free not to respond to this review. I don't want your month of free carwashes, I don't want your excuses, and I don't want your apology.

I love this Quick Quack car Wash location 🧡 The staff was very friendly, especially Andrew. I was more than taking care & he was able to answer of all of my questions + my car looked great when I was done. I do have to admit my favorite thing was finding out that they have Quick Quack Air Fresheners that are so dang cute. I, of course, got the one. Great attention to detail. One of my kids had spilled ice cream and I was never able to get it out of the carpet, but Jon was able to get it out. He left my Explorer all polished, and smelling amazing. The outside looked new again. He took the time before beginning to ask if there were any areas of concern on my car. I am saddened to give a low review but I would give a 0/5 if I could. I came here with the expectation of getting my car washed. My expectation was not met. The entire back of my car did not even get wet. Disappointing. After I noticed this I went to talk to the attendant who said there is nothing they could do. How about washing my car? Anyways.
