Better than I could’ve done, but not quite “great”. Let me preface by saying I drive a minivan and have three kids. My van was not in good shape when I dropped it off. They did a great job with cleaning the carpets, but aside from that, I can’t say I was overly impressed. They missed cleaning a set of cup holders entirely, there was still stuff both on the walls and the dash that I had to come home and clean off, and they had me pay the $15 extra charge to clean the headliner even though it didn’t really seem to be cleaned. Again, it was loads better than when I dropped it off, and they did more than I could do in my driveway, but I don’t think I’d go back.

Carlos and Matt were fantastic—they made sure I was completely taken care of! My car was getting a bit too dirty for my liking, and I wasn’t having much luck cleaning up the dog hair and soda spills on my own. So, I decided to have the interior professionally cleaned and added on the vent cleaning/sanitization and engine cleaning services. Before I paid, they made sure to show me the results to confirm that I was happy with everything. The difference in my air conditioning was immediately noticeable. Fresh air now flows through the vents, and it’s a night-and-day improvement from before! My engine, which was pretty dusty, now looks brand new. The inside of my car is so clean, it feels even better than what you’d expect from a dealership. I definitely plan on returning to Attention to Detail in the future, and I’ll be bringing my other vehicles as well. The name of this business couldn’t be more fitting! My only regret is not thinking to take “before” pictures of my car. While it wasn’t in terrible shape, it feels absolutely spotless now!

Griff is THE man. I walked in with my family to buy some things and my boys were being a bit rowdy. I told them to chill out and Griff said with a smile: "I have grandkids that come in here and do the same thing. I'm not worried about it at all". Obviously it wasn't a hall pass to reck his store, but it made an incredible first impression and really spoke volumes to who is running this business. As for their selection of products... amazing. I drove out of my way to Griff’s Auto Detailing Supplies and let me tell you; This guy is the coolest guy in Utah. 1st he sells Rupes & Sonax products. These are hard to find locally. He has a very great selection of pads, compounds, rags, and tons of other detail specific items. Very affordable pricing as well. The part that I enjoyed the most about my trip there was customer service was just over the top. From initial contact on Facebook to showing up in store. This is the go to place. I will definitely be coming back to buy more supplies there!!! 10/10

Extremely disappointed. At first glance it looked acceptable but as I drove home the more I saw and it wasn’t good at all. I feel I paid $200 to have my carpet shampooed. I used Jerr in the past and they did satisfactory work but I will never use them again. The quality of work is horrible. I don’t think they even attempted to clean my door panels, they looked exactly the same as they did when I dropped it off. My chrome steering wheel was actually dirtier when I picked it up. I could have definitely done a better job myself. If I could give zero stars I would. The chrome should shine like a diamond but falls way short.

I just wanna start by saying I usually wouldn't do this but at this point i don't know what I should do .This place has had our car for almost 3 months now and has left us with no car for almost three months they have told us last month a worker messed up on our car so they had to take it apart and put it back together and that we'd have it in a week that was last month this month a me and my mother in law went in at the begging of this month and the man said they were waiting for a part from japan and we wouldn't get our car till thanks giving ,Halloween the earliest a week later my father in law went and talked to them and they said to him our car would be done by thursday (last week) so we went in with my brother and they told us the put something on it and it would need 48 hours to dry so we called sat and then they said the mechanic was sick so we waited again and the begging of this week they told my father in law they had the part put in and now the engine is making sounds so we waited again and yesterday my mother in law went in and they said they were checking the engine and we could come in today so me and my fiance went in around 10:20am they said they had to do something and our car would be ready in a half hour to an hour as soon as we walked home they said the car was still leaking so we could get it in a half hour that was at 12:00 we called at 12:30 now they are saying the car will not be ready before 1 so I asked if it would before 2 cause we need our car asap we have work at 3 we need to make money and the owner told us the car will not be ready before 2 and idk what to do but we need our car before 2. So in my opinion this is the worst car experience I've had would not recommend to anyone I know I want my car back and we need our car back I just don't know what to do my mother in law payed them up front in advance

Ultimate is not the word I would use to describe this wash. The spinning side brushes hit my vehicle so hard that it tore the painted rubber trim off of BOTH SIDES of my rear quarter panels. Because of this they can no longer be attached via the factory clips. This has not been a problem at any other wash I’ve visited in the state. I understand you waive liability when entering a wash but this was very disappointing. I will not be returning to any Ulitmate Express locations.

Brock at First Choice was very polite and professional and performed excellent full detail service on both of my vehicles. He made a 4 year old 60k+ mile truck look showroom ready. Pricing is very competitive and for the quality of work was worth the money. Both vehicles were completed on schedule. He was also honest with me, showing me that my car had a poor ceramic coating from where it was purchased, giving me watch outs in the future. Highly recommended.

I just moved to North Ogden and received a FREE car wash through the Welcome Wagon program which sends coupons thru the mail. I pulled up, handed the attendant the coupon and she said she has seen these before from other patrons and they Do NOT ACCEPT this. The attendant had to tell the vehicles behind me so I could back out. I will be looking up the ownership to make a formal complaint.

I usually like this place but I got the platinum and felt like my car didn’t get clean, asked if I could run it through again and she said we can’t do that. So I paid for a wash and now I have to go pay another place to wash it. Disappointed!

I’ve been to several car washes in the Salt Lake-Ogden area, but this place is by far the best. Not only do they offer free vacuuming, but their prices are also much cheaper compared to other car washes in the area. The quality of service is top-notch, and I always leave with a spotless car. Self service car wash was out of soap so I was only able to use water to wash our car. At the end the meter showed a little under $6.00 but we were charged $20.00 on our card. I’ll be contacting the owner to see what they are willing to do but overall it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Over all great experience, they did an amazing job on the car, managed to get a few of the scratches in the clear coat from the previous owner out, and had the car looking amazing. Interior felt and smelled amazing, and the car is back to looking like a mirror reflecting it's surroundings.

I called this business to detail the inside of my car because I wanted to get rid of all the pet fur from my exes dog. They did a great job and were very friendly and understanding when it came to my busy schedule. They didn’t clean my trunk but I didn’t ask if that was included so I’m assuming it wasn’t. My car smells amazing and all the pet fur is gone. There were a few spills on my doors that were missed but I can easily wipe those. My main concern was the carpets and the seats Would recommend.

I wish I would've discovered this car wash a long time ago. It's great! It might be a little pricey for some, maybe not to others BUT you get what you pay for. This wash has everything. Especially good vacuums and they all work great. Also, microfiber cloths, window cleaner, and air guns. I would 100% recommend for your vehicle.

Hampton’s Mobile installed the Ceramic Pro Ultimate ION package on our new 4Runner and the results exceeded our expectations. The paint feels smooth like glass and dirt rinses off with water. The package included paint, wheel faces and glass and came with a lifetime warranty.
