Blake, Gavin, and Dylan did an incredible job on my truck. I chose the Level 3 exterior detail ceramic coat, R.I.D service for scratch removal, and Level 1 interior detail. Everything turned out better than expected for a well used truck! The team absolutely crushed it. The attention to detail shows throughout their work and process. Blake sent me status updates often and always called me for anything he noticed. After they completed the job I was given correct guidelines for maintaining my vehicle appearance and product performance (which were held together with Drop logo paperclips). They did a WONDERFUL job on our BMW X5. I've struggled for a while to find a reliable detailing service until I recently discovered Robsen and his team. Envision Detail was highly recommended to me to do a full detail, sanitation, and disinfection of my daughters car that was stolen. When the police found her car a lady was driving it and they found 10 cats in the car who had peed and pooped all over her car. There was also trash and other items strewn throughout the car. The cars dashboard and visor had been graffitied with foul, vulgar words. The owner of Envision Detail was very nice and professional. He explained everything they would do to get my daughter’s car looking new again. He was very accommodating to get the car completed as quick as he could despite a very busy schedule. The car looked great after their full detail was completed. I give Envision detail my highest recommendation.

As in most things, “you get what you pay for” with Dusty and his team. I would venture on to express that with Envision Detail, you get much more than you pay for. The quality of the service is top level, but the quality of the customer service is next. My cars are only washed/detailed/coated/maintained by them. Whether a car is worth 50k, 500k, or 5mm, no one better to trust with your car than Dusty, and no one has more attention to detail…no one in Utah at least.

These men and women are the real deal!! I’m blown away how good of a job they did. I attached before and after photos so you can see for yourself. I took my civic in because I had a lot of bad stains on my seats, arm rests, and even ceiling, I needed the inside of my car deep cleaned and stains removed. Lots of other places seemed to focus only on the outside. This place had good reviews on the inside which is why I took my car here and I’m so happy I did. They not only successfully removed all the hard stains, they also somehow made my car look like I just drove it off the lot brand new! They cleaned the outside and wheels and also my engine as well which look fantastic too. Please leave the hard workers a tip because they deserve it. I’d recommend this place to everyone and anyone. If you’re looking for your car to be cleaned right this is the only place to go. Really can’t say enough. But I’ll now let the photos speak for themselves.

I purchased an older boat this year. A 1997 to be exact. There was quite a bit of oxidation and scratches in the paint and gel coat. I thought that maybe On-Site Detailing could at least make the boat look clean and fresh but not get the oxidation out. George showed up and went to work. He was up front with me about the condition and said he would try his best. His best is perfection. He spent 7.5 hours meticulously buffing and polishing my boat. I would highly recommend on-site detail and ask for George. You don't see that kind of pride in one's work anymore. Absolutely love how my boat turned out.

Onsite detail is amazing. Customer service is great and they always accommodate me with my busy work schedule. It was freezing cold and they still sent a tech out to do my car. Will arrived on time and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Will did a thorough walk through before and after detailing my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had the ceramic coating added for winter to protect my vehicle and it seals the paint finish beautifully. Will was very respectful of my property and vehicle as I chose the mobile detail this time. I’ve been using onsite detail for many years and have yet to be dissatisfied with the services performed. Although I know if there was an issue On-site would be quick to resolve the issue. My tire was perfectly fine when I entered the car wash but somehow was damaged by the machinery operating during the wash.I went into the office after the wash to notify of the issue.  I asked if I could use an air compressor or if they would put my car on the lift so I could change the flat tire quicker.  I was told that there was not an air compressor on site, the lift was "broken"  nor were there any tools available to change my tire.  I had a work appt that I needed to get to and would have appreciated some help with the unforeseen flat tire.  One of the workers walked out to the bay to check for any sharp objects, nails or screws that could have caused this damage.  Nothing was seen, I explained that I believe the flat was caused by the metal leads on the ground since the damage was on the side wall or the tire. There were 2 able body workers just sitting in the lobby that could have helped me but refused to.  I was told sorry but have a good rest of your day. So I drove over to the Maverick Gas Station across the street to change my flat tire.  Surprisingly, 3 people came up and offered to help me.  Random strangers are willing to help me and not the employees of a car wash that damaged my tire.  I am writing this email and including pictures to Management is aware of this issue and make any repairs needed so other partrons and their vehicles dont suffer damage to their tires like I did and maybe make an air compressor available for when tires are damaged or low on air.

I was going threw the soft touch carwash. The brushes actually scratched my paint on my car and then quite working and there was soap all over the back of my car. I went to the office it was before closing. The doors were locked but the open sign was on. I knocked for a little bit no one answered. I took pictures of my car the soap and the scratches from their brushes. I went back the next day, explained showed the pictures. And what time I was there. The reaction was nonchalant. I ask for another wash they hesitated. They finally said yes. But I went thru the touchless and didn't accomplish anything. I'm not happy and will not be going back there.

My car looks brand new! After a summer of driving on dirt roads, car camping and throwing rafting gear into the back a lotttt of dirt and grime covered the interior of my car. Jameson and his team were able to fully clean my car in 3 hours and returned to me a beautifully detailed car!! I wish I took before photos to compare with the after photos below. I took my 2007 Honda Accord in for a detailing prior to putting it up for sale. It really needed some TLC having survived many years of family use and three high school drivers. By the time Alpine detailing was done with it, the interior looked practically new. They also buffed out a dull headlight cover, cleaned the engine and made the exterior shine. I have been to other car detail shops, but this was by far the best work I have ever seen. It also took them longer than they had estimated, but they didn’t charge me more, putting quality and customer satisfaction first. I also sold my car within 24-hours, for top blue book value and I know the extra clean new look made a difference. These guys are very reasonably priced and the quality can’t be beat. I will definitely be back.

I recently purchased a Black, 24’ PowerWagon from a nearby dealership and knew I had to get it protected ASAP to protect the front end and high impact areas from road debris, as well as the paint from contaminates. I’ll start with saying this isn’t my first rodeo with PPF and ceramic coating so I knew what I wanted from the get-go and there is no other company I trust more than CeramicPro with my vehicles. Their coatings and PPF stand the test of time and they are genuinely professional level products. I stopped in to CeramicPro SLC the morning before I bought my truck and spoke extensively with Josh and we went over install, timeframe and cost. I knew this would be the shop for me. They took my vehicle in about a week later directly from the dealership (Josh picked it up and drove it for me as I live in Colorado and was having this done for me from afar). They had the vehicle for about a week which in my opinion is a short time for such a massive vehicle like my PowerWagon with all its surface area. I stopped by a few days before it was done to ask if I could have a Carbon Fiber spoiler wrapped in PPF for my S4 done too. I met Zach and he happily obliged. Zach gave me a status update on the truck and showed me what he had already completed. It was looking amazing already. When I picked it up, I met with Zach and I was blown away with how good it came out. I couldn’t be any more pleased. There are a lot of detailing options out there, but few that can offer the high level of service and attention to detail that Drip City Auto does. Ami is from Switzerland, maybe that's the reason. Maybe it's that he's worked in the auto industry his who life, and is truly passionate about detailing. He really loves it and it shows. I brought a work truck there and it was a mess. He left me with a truck I can now drive my family around in. He went above and beyond to provide great service and even voluntarily dropped my truck off as he was going my way one evening which was super kind as we have a new baby and things like picking up a truck are difficult. He realized this and was headed right by anyway, so it really helped. The truck was cleaned in and out, engine compartment, and the seats were shampooed and so was the roof liner multiple times to get out the dirt. we also did the ceramic tinting which came out great. Ultimately when you deal with a business, you deal with the people who run that business and their own personal attention to detail. Business owners create the corporate culture of a business, they create the vibe. Ami is in business because he loves what he does and the end result shows the passion. We will always be customers of Drip City Auto and we trust them to take care of our investment. Having run a car wash in California myself, I can confidently say that this Take 5 Car Wash location is easily one of the best car washes in the nation… They offer literally unlimited use of their facility all month long for the price of a single self service wash! All state-of-the-art equipment. Super convenient, well organized, and extremely efficient. Never had to wait in any line and I was impressed by their cleaner and towel kiosk among the dozens of free vacuums available. The assistant manager Cameron went above and beyond reminding me to lower my antenna so it wouldn’t get damaged…really good people who enjoy working with the public makes all the difference…n the free air fresheners smell great 👍 This place deserves all the business they can get! They are conveniently located near two major freeways and you can enter and exit into their property no matter which direction you are traveling on State street. Really worth trying them out…

Thought I’d try them out and the guy that’s supposed to guide you in didn’t give me directions. I clipped the edge of my wheel on the wheel guide and broke off a piece of my hub cap. I know it sounds trivial but it’s a Nissan hub cap and I don’t know if I can get another one. The first thing the manager said was “We don’t cover that” and I said “I didn’t ask you to, I just want you to ask your guy to do better” and he said “yeah we don’t cover that.” They just want your money, they don’t want to give two turds about you.

I had my truck ceramic coated due to eqsily scratched at car wash. They communicate great almost over communicate which I love as people never let you know what’s happening now days so it is nice to have that. They did a good job. Even have you come back a month later for a checkup to go over it again and make sure everything is good. Very nice.

Full body detail. Exterior of car was not fully washed. Seats were not clean of stains. Interior cabin roof was not touched. Spots missed in base boards. Besides those things, everything else was taken care of properly. Customer experience was good. Last time I paid to get my car detailed somewhere else for $100 less and was substantially better.

Me and my vehicle got a wash!!! I purchased the 12 coins for $10 and inserted half the coins into the bay 3 coin machine, selected pressure washer and water started gushing out of where the hose meets the swivel arm. The water not only started pouring on my vehicle but it’s was enough pressure that I got sprayed too. Instinctively I moved and when I did the arm rotates and then water started leaking out of a second location, where the arm attaches to the ceiling. At first I thought maybe it was just was just coincidental, something just failed. But once it started leaking in a second location I realized there’s no way both of those just happened at the same time, they probably been leaking for some time. Which is concerning because that makes you think they’re not checking their equipment regularly or properly. So I was wet and out $6 and would’ve left but I still had my other coins and moved over to the next bay, that went much better. The only issue I had with that was the coins getting stuck in the slot and having to take my car key and push them in. It’s an older car wash and facility which does not bother me if a place like that is properly maintained. It’s easy for me to insinuate the owners are not maintaining it and I could be wrong but what I have to go off is my experience and it wasn’t great. But I learned a valuable lesson, next time I go to a car wash I will only insert one coin until I know the equipment works properly, lol.

I had recently purchased an old work truck for my son. I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. I called Platinum Detailing first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. Found them through facebook and hit them up for an appointment which was easy. They were able to get my BMW 750li done in a day and it was absolutely sparkling. The exterior was well polished and shiny. The interior was outstanding with all scuffs removed, everything polished / conditioned with the correct stuff which made it look and smell brand new. I have been debating on posting a negative review because I honestly loved this Carwash. I have been coming to Take 5 since it was a super sonic and I had no problems. Around the beginning of the year I had something fall through my car and shattered my rear window. I had no choice but to drive through the rest of the car wash with soap, water, and glass blowing everywhere. (I had cars behind me, I was unaware honking would have them stop the wash.) I spoke with the manager at the time of the incident, where they “cleaned” out of car but it was still covered in glass. I was furious. They then taped a garbage bag on my car to cover and sent me on my way. After fighting for weeks to get all of the damage paid for, I walked away with a fixed car but so much stress. Despite all that happened, I kept my car wash pass because accidents happen. Well around the end of July a lady told me about a special they had so I switched plans. Today, I checked my bank and noticed 2 charges from take 5 cash wash. I started investigating and see that I made my payment July 31st. However, they charged my my membership fee on the 2nd, 20th, AND 28th. August AND October. Hard to believe it was just “a system error” considering September it didn’t happen. Let’s also not talk about how they have no direct customer service line, or at least that’s what the employees will tell you. They give no compensation for the horrible business they run. Today, I cancelled all both memberships I was paying for when it was only supposed to be one (still unaware of where the third charge was coming from). I would definitely NOT recommend take 5 car wash, save the hassle and go somewhere else.

This car wash needs some help. It’s rough on your car, and doesn’t even get close to drying it. Every time I come out there’s still soap everywhere. Vacuums and cleaning tools are great though. Thinking about finding a new car wash if they can’t makes some serious upgrades.

Workers cool and notices what needs more attention, machines are clean and equipment is new and not ran through by all the off roaders who destroy our Utah car washes. Overall is a good car wash especially if your car isn’t caked or super dirty and just want a touch up. I took my not so dirty car, mine had some typically cake on the doors from the rain and dirt of freeway driving yet wasn’t able to clean it off like I said if your car doesn’t have hard grime and film which I had a small amount of, this is the place to go without any damages but if you want it clean clean as always I would use a self wash and evaluate the equipment there !

I absolutely love this car wash! Tagg N Go goes above and beyond with their car wash service. Free air fresheners, free vacuums, towels to dry and even an air blower to get the water out of all the little cracks—it’s the extra touches that make a big difference. Before your car enters, they spray it down and hand brush it, which really ensures a thorough clean and that the rotating brushes don’t damage the paint like at other places. I can trust that my car will come out spotless and scratch-free every time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality wash with thoughtful details!

Wally is very professional and smart. I had some deep scratches on a door which went past the clear coat but he was able to buff it out quite a bit and even though it’s still there, it’s close to invisible:) Will go back again in 9-10 months l.

Over all great experience, they did an amazing job on the car, managed to get a few of the scratches in the clear coat from the previous owner out, and had the car looking amazing. Interior felt and smelled amazing, and the car is back to looking like a mirror reflecting it's surroundings.

I called this business to detail the inside of my car because I wanted to get rid of all the pet fur from my exes dog. They did a great job and were very friendly and understanding when it came to my busy schedule. They didn’t clean my trunk but I didn’t ask if that was included so I’m assuming it wasn’t. My car smells amazing and all the pet fur is gone. There were a few spills on my doors that were missed but I can easily wipe those. My main concern was the carpets and the seats Would recommend.

Truly so happy with our car purchase. Jorge and his wife are truly so kind, worked with us to get the money together and get the car we really wanted. They detailed it AMAZING before we got it even after giving us a killer deal and working with us to make it a possibility. We have bought a lot of cars and I would come here again 10x before going to the bigger dealerships or even any other small one. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I truly felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them and I normally get all sorts of bad vibes. Seriously kind people and I would check with them before buying a car!
