Amazing job! Will most definitely be using their services again! Wish I had before and after photos! We bought a used Wagoneer 2 days after Christmas and it is a really nice large 3rd row SUV but it was REALLY dirty inside and had a fowl smell. Extreme Auto Detail was able to get us in the same day with an appointment and my car is now sparkling and feeling brand new! It also smells brand new too! For the price, it was more than worth it! They were thorough and very detailed in their work and I am so pleased! I recommend them 100%!

Holy smokes!!! Ricky and the crew up here are amazing!! Not only are they quick but detail oriented and thorough. I took my personal SUV to them and they did an amazing job. Next I brought them a dirty old work truck…… the thing inside looks like it was just pulled off the lot!! It’s 6 years old. I wish I had a before picture to add. Couldn’t say enough good about this place. Definitely check them out!!

Very disappointed!! I was excited to get my car detailed because they’d done a great job on my mom’s car. When I picked it up I had to have them come out and look at glaring deficiencies such as parts not vacuumed and chunky residue left on the seats e that I paid extra to have conditioned. I had to leave it with them for another 20 minutes and when I went back to swap out for my daughter’s vehicle to be cleaned I had to get them again because they hadn’t wiped or vacuumed dirt out of the cargo space. I gave them a $5 tip because I thought they had been responsive, but when my daughter and I got in my car and drove away, we could see that only part of the dash had been done and the screen was smeared and dirty. I figured I’d deal with it - yet again - when we came back to pick up my daughter’s car. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he’d just left. I asked the employee to come look at my car and when I showed him the things that hadn’t been done correctly he told me I had to pay for a more expensive detail because “The Works” (plus the other options I’d paid for) was basically just a wipe down and then he rushed off saying he had to dry off a truck. As I left he gave me a smug little smile and waved. Won’t go there again!!😡

We took our car to Reflections Detailing to have it cleaned up so we could have it looking it's best in order to sell it. When we picked it up it looked like it did when we bought it. Absolutely spotless, shining, even the motor was so clean (all by hand) that it looked like it had just come off the assembly line. Greg does a great job. Not only did they work at a snails pace, but after 8 hours of detailing all I could see was that the outside had been waxed. NOT worth $560. The carpet had not been shampooed. Trash bins not washed out. Compartments not vacuumed out. Cupholders not even wiped out. Some arm holders when moved showed signs they hadn't been moved to wipe underneath. There was a melted life jacket on the seat I had been working on, but they didn't attempt to get any further on it. (This was why I hired them, in hopes they would be able to get more off). There was a sink that was untouched behind the captains chair. The entire bathroom was not even opened or looked into! The tower wasn't even touched! Because I needed pictures for a deadline I was panicked and my kids and I did our best to basically do a very speedy detail and post pictures that night. I called Ryan the next day and explained how upset I was. He offered to come and do the detail again, but the time was past. My faith in their ability was also null and void. He said he would refund the cost of the detail, minus $100 for the cost of materials. He did not. He kept $210. This was NOT our agreement. He charged me for 8 hours of work. This I find to be dishonest as well since he and his employee took a lunch break. (I have security cameras) I chose this company because they had a 5 star rating and a boat picture posted which led me to believe they were very professional and knew what they were doing. I would not even say it was a "cleaning" job - not detailing and DEFINITELY NOT 8 hours worth of work! I do not have enough thumbs down to show my feelings about this company. Ryan did an excellent job on my Jeep Renegade. It was covered in dog hair and generally dirty/dusty. I only expected interior cleaning but he also did outside. He spent a lot of time and was meticulous on this job. I was extremely pleased with his work. He takes his time and is very detail oriented. Even though it took longer than anticipated I was charged the same price as initially quoted. I wish I would have taken before pics to show the difference. Additionally, I did get a quote from another detailer which was more than double what Ryan charged, and that was sight unseen. Highly recommended.

Love Cole's Car Detailing. Our car is so much cleaner than before and not just in the obvious places. It's fun to discover the spots he cleans that I just didn't think to clean or have the tools to clean. He was able to remove dog fur, which is great because we have a golden retriever. We bought our car used from a dealer and some spots he cleaned were better than when we purchased the car. He is very respectful in his communications and appears to work hard. His staff works hard as well. They seem to enjoy doing a professional job, and that shows in the attitudes and efforts they bring to work.

After being a client for several years, I noticed on my credit card statements that I was quietly being charged 30% more for the last couple of months. I was given no notice whatsoever that rates would be increased. I called and the attendant said that the contract states the owner's don't have to provide notice, so they chose not to. I let him know that I was then going to choose not to do business with them anymore. He was totally fine with that so I cancelled the service. Poor business practices. How hard is it to send an email to let customers know the rates are increasing so they can choose whether to continue the service or not? As others have said, the last few times I've been there my car has also still been dirty after the wash. Once I even ran it back through a second time and it was still dirty. Don't do business here.

I have good experiences at this car wash about 50% of the time. This time I used the new foaming brush pre-scrub and the tire wash but I took too long (9 month pregnant lady here, so I couldn’t go much faster) and had to purchase a second car wash to get it to work. Hopefully the timer can be made a little longer so this doesn’t have to happen to other people.

I don't have a problem with the wash. I used it once for 7$ and it did the job. However, when it comes to communication there is definitely a problem. I texted and emailed to owner because I wanted to clarify some of the information about the monthly plans they have. Never got a response. I will change my review and rating if the person responsible for communication with the customers decides to reach out back to me. Really great wash! I’m new to the Logan area and needed to get my car cleaned and absolutely hate going to quick quack so I figured I’d try out this place and they did not disappoint. The wash prices are reasonable and they even have towels to use after the wash as well as mat cleaners! I’ll definitely be coming here more often!!

Went ok. I got the most expensive wash, hoping that it would clean and protect my car, but when I pulled in to use the vacuums I noticed that all my windows were covered in spots that I had to rub off and the back of my car was still dusty. It did soften up some drops of sap so that I could buff them off with their microfiber cloths and the dust&rain spots washed off for the most part, but I still had to wipe down the entire exterior because it did not clean well enough. I always have a lot of bugs on the front of my car, and I have yet to find a car wash that will take them off. The vacuums and air sprayer work as well as any other place.

Hydro DC does amazing work! They have ceramic coated multiple trucks for me and I couldn’t be happier. They also do all the detailing, window tint, PPF, and any paint correction that may be needed. It’s a good car wash, better than most and has good package deals. Which is nice for multiple family cars. Just doesn’t clean so well on the back of medium SUVs and doesn’t dry to terribly well on my truck either. Thankfully they have the supplied air nozzles to push the water off. Nice having the indoor and outdoor options for vacuuming and anything else. The manager and employees are always in flood moods and great to deal with if issues or questions arise.

I called Auto Spa first thing this morning because I am leaving to travel long distance and wanted a fresh clean car for the trip. My car looked horrible. I am a mom of three and it was the dirtiest it has ever been. I had food, crayons, lip gloss, dirt, etc. stuck in the seats, floor, any crack you can think of. Not only did they pick up my car from Big O Tires for me to start cleaning it they literally cleaned it so well it looked like the day I bought it. I really like this place, I've been quite a few times. I do wish they paid a little more attention to detail. The automotive car wash does a good job but it misses some of the corners especially on the back gate of my Rav4. It doesnt do a great job on the wheels either, while I vacuum I usually notice dirt/mud coming out of the wheels. The service is usually pretty good, always friendly, like I said just more attention to detail.

Dairy spilled in my car and I took it in for a carpet clean and odor removal, he was very responsive, quick and efficient. He even kept me updated as he cleaned. My car smells brand new and looks amazing and even delivered my car to me the same day it was cleaned. It’s been a couple of weeks and my car still smells like new car.
