I purchased a used truck with reflective safety stickers/tape all around it. An excessive amount. They had been on for 15 years and it was uuuggly. The day after I dropped it off it looked like a new truck. All the crap off of it, cut and polished to a high shine. Cody does phenomenal work. Although there are several detail shops between where I live and where Pikes is located, I'll still take my vehicles to Cody because of the great work he does, the communication and the excellent value. Didn’t clean the interior of my windows as promised. Floor mats still have dirt on them. Cup holders still have crumbs. No light stain removal. All of this promised in the basic package… none of it delivered. I essentially paid $140 for them to wipe down my dash board. After it was complete I sent them a text with all of this stuff in it. Didn’t get a response.

For the money I thought my truck would look completely new. However, it did look better than it has since I bought it 5 years ago. It was just the kick start I needed to start taking better care of the interior. So still worth the money. I would still give it closer to 4.5 stars if it let me. Thanks for doing a great job!

The team at Tagg-N-Go car wash facility in Lehi Utah did an excellent job. They help me unload my yard equipment that was in the back of my bed to leave it out while I went through to receive a miraculous car wash inside and out. Alyssa that helped me out was very kind and understanding and very warm welcoming for my service. I appreciate her help and taking care of me. The rest of the team also did a wonderful In servicing me and making I’m well taken care of. I will be returning many more times to that site for quality 5 star car wash. They even went the extra mile to wash out the back of my bed that had grass and dirt in the back of my truck that shows good service.

I took my car in today and I was guided into the tunnel. The worker sprayed my car for 2 seconds tops, then he completely ignored spraying the back of my car which was caked in salt and dirt from the snow, he then proceeded to pull out the brush and scrub on top of all the dirt on the back of my car, as you can imagine, it left lots of scratches all along where he brushed. It makes the back of my look like a bad sanding job. They usually do a good job prepping my car but it seems like he couldn’t care less.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car detail. Booking online was easy and pricing was transparent. No need to “request a bid” just choose your desired services and schedule a time that works for you on their booking calendar. I’ve avoided other companies because so many don’t list their prices on their website. The team showed up right on time and got right to work. They asked if I had any concerns or areas I wanted them to focus on and I immediately knew I was in good hands. They were so kind and professional and honestly performed a miracle on my minivan. We’d just gotten back from a roadtrip/camping trip to the beach with young kids and it and was filthy (see my before and after photos and JUDGE ME! 😅😅). In just a couple hours it was cleaner than when we bought it brand new. They went above and beyond and I honestly can’t believe how clean they got it. There was nasty kid gunk and sand in every nook and cranny and they got it all out. It’s such a nice boost to have a clean car and I will definitely use this business again. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot express enough how good the team at Steam Team Auto Spa is! We’ve used them for years for our car details and they never cease to amaze me at how good they are. Even the stubborn dog hair that I can never get out myself ,somehow they are able to. I decided to give them a try for a vinyl wrap and PPF on my new car. Wow! I am blown away at how good it looks….and how quick it was to get it in and finished! And everyone there is so nice and accommodating! Highly recommend! Took my 2008 Mazda in for a full interior & exterior detailing/cleaning, and they did a fantastic job! They really have pride in their work and went the extra mile to make sure everything was as nice as possible. They even took pictures of it in their shop that I could post online (I got a new car, so I'm trying to sell this one) Keep in mind that I've taken it to a car wash maybe twice in its lifetime and vacuumed it maybe once. It also parks outside where the sun has done plenty of damage over the years. I'm extremely happy with their customer service and the job they did. This is definitely my favorite car wash. I love the various mat cleaners, the soda fountain, and the vacuums. My car is always so clean afterwards (although the tire cleaners sometimes smudge road grime on the bottom of the car). The staff are seriously so friendly and helpful. I’ve interacted with many of the staff members and they’re all so nice and smiley!

Best car wash! I used to go to quick quack but it’s so so rough! Plus they don’t care about customers! Shiny shell is so different! They’re so kind, have drinks included, an awesome floor mat cleaner, spray cleaners, towels, different vacuums on both sides, dash wipes, car fresheners, air and so many fun things for kids too! I’ve heard you can ask for a touchless wash too! We got a membership and I was always against them but they made it 100% worth it!

Great people, great service, at a great price! I contacted Derek through Facebook and he was quick to schedule a time I could drop off my car to get my Engine Bay Cleaned. They do an amazing job and go above and beyond! I was amazed at how good my car looks underneath the hood. (Look at my before and after photos) Derek also does a good job at taking precautions. Blake, Gavin, and Dylan did an incredible job on my truck. I chose the Level 3 exterior detail ceramic coat, R.I.D service for scratch removal, and Level 1 interior detail. Everything turned out better than expected for a well used truck! The team absolutely crushed it. The attention to detail shows throughout their work and process. Blake sent me status updates often and always called me for anything he noticed. After they completed the job I was given correct guidelines for maintaining my vehicle appearance and product performance (which were held together with Drop logo paperclips).
