Unbelievable transformation! My Bronco sees plenty of trail time and had the scuffs to prove it. Erik did some paint correction and a full ceramic coat. He knows his stuff, treated my vehicle like it was his own, and made those scars disappear. Only problem now is that I’m going to have to change my Bronco’s name from “The Trunchbull” to “Ms. Honey” 🤣. He is unmatched in both the quality of his work and the quality of his character. I really can’t speak highly enough of Erik and Tip Top Detail. Pricing was absolutely fair for the results he delivered. I’ll be going back to Tip Top with all my vehicles. You should too!

It was time to start thinking about trading in my five-year-old truck with 100,000 miles on it. That time when a major service cost several thousand dollars. I took my 2019 Honda Ridgeline to Pioneer Auto Spa and I think they treated it better than if I had taken myself to a spa! They restored the exterior to better than new as a part of the polish and waxing, they cleaned and cleared my headlights, made my truck bed cover look better than new as well as all of the trim. The tires shined as if they just came off the rack. My baby looks reborn. Perfect for the start of another hundred thousand miles. It’s a shame I can only give them five stars. I’d happily give them 10! I also commend them for their friendliness and knowledge and expertise! A winning trio.

I took my daughter’s car to do an interior detail. The inside was a mess, the carpet and seats were so dirty from the car seats and kids. Trust me it was a mess. The staff even waited for me to get off work so I can drop the car and they were so accommodating to fit me in and get the car done. I was worry that it was going to be hard to clean, but I was wrong, when I got there to pick up the car, I was greeted by one of the staff, who once again had to wait for me to get off work, He showed me the car and wow it looked and smell amazing. They did such an amazing job and the costumer service was amazing. Honestly I was so impressed of the work they did and the great costumer service. I have other cars as well as family members with cars that I will from now on bring to them for detail. I will and recommend anyone to give them a chance and trust me you will love the work they do!. Best detail place in Utah!

Loved the car wash, one of very few in the area. What I liked most about the draper wash is it has a machine to wash the carpet, and if it doesn't fit in, you can hang and pressure wash it. So overall, it's an excellent car wash.

Super friendly staff! Air freshener and dash wipes provided. The floor matt cleaner is a nice feature. The buffing roller after the blow dryers removes excess water nicely. Glass cleaner and all purpose cleaners provided with vacuums. Definitely worth the price.

Sandro saved us! We found mice droppings in our car 🤮 our neighborhood has been dealing with mice with all the new construction around. I called Sandro and asked if this is something he could help us with, he was out here the very next morning! Our car looks and smells brand new. I feel safe again. He truly went above and beyond making sure every nook and cranny was washed, cleaned and disinfected. You can tell he enjoys what he does. The tint on my car turned out so well, they fit me in same day and even stayed late to finish it. They had extremely reasonable prices and provided good information on the different levels and tiers of tint that they provide, without making me feel pressured into an upgrade. I cannot express enough how good the team at Steam Team Auto Spa is! We’ve used them for years for our car details and they never cease to amaze me at how good they are. Even the stubborn dog hair that I can never get out myself ,somehow they are able to. I decided to give them a try for a vinyl wrap and PPF on my new car. Wow! I have to say I was extremely disappointed. The reviews are outstanding. The service I received was not. The passenger side was not vacuumed under the floor mat. It does not appear that the back seat was vacuumed at all. Spots were left on the windshield, rear window, and rearview mirrors. Seats do not appear to have been vacuumed, either. Can not recommend at all for the price 9f $269 that was charged for the service.

I purchased an older boat this year. A 1997 to be exact. There was quite a bit of oxidation and scratches in the paint and gel coat. I thought that maybe On-Site Detailing could at least make the boat look clean and fresh but not get the oxidation out. George showed up and went to work. He was up front with me about the condition and said he would try his best. His best is perfection. He spent 7.5 hours meticulously buffing and polishing my boat. I would highly recommend on-site detail and ask for George. You don't see that kind of pride in one's work anymore. Absolutely love how my boat turned out.

Onsite detail is amazing. Customer service is great and they always accommodate me with my busy work schedule. It was freezing cold and they still sent a tech out to do my car. Will arrived on time and provided excellent communication from start to finish. Will did a thorough walk through before and after detailing my car to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had the ceramic coating added for winter to protect my vehicle and it seals the paint finish beautifully. Will was very respectful of my property and vehicle as I chose the mobile detail this time. I’ve been using onsite detail for many years and have yet to be dissatisfied with the services performed. Although I know if there was an issue On-site would be quick to resolve the issue. Didn’t clean the interior of my windows as promised. Floor mats still have dirt on them. Cup holders still have crumbs. No light stain removal. All of this promised in the basic package… none of it delivered. I essentially paid $140 for them to wipe down my dash board. After it was complete I sent them a text with all of this stuff in it. Didn’t get a response.

For the money I thought my truck would look completely new. However, it did look better than it has since I bought it 5 years ago. It was just the kick start I needed to start taking better care of the interior. So still worth the money. I would still give it closer to 4.5 stars if it let me. Thanks for doing a great job!

Very happy with the way my Jeep turned out. I was grateful for the communication selecting how dark I wanted to go. Their ceramic tint product is quality stuff. My front and rear windows match perfectly. I really like how reflective the tint is on the outside and how easy it is to still see through it from the inside. This a great shop with great people, they treat you good! I will be bringing my Wife’s Jeep in next.

My daughter bought her first car and it was in perfect condition. 2 weeks later my husband backed into it with his big truck. The tow hitch scraped and dented her rear driver's side door. She was devastated! I didn't want to report the accident to insurance so I set out to find an excellent body shop with competitive prices. Update: We took our cars in again this week and still, excellent service, beautiful work, very detailed, even cleans the engine! Cash or check, I would suggest accepting Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. Wally, owner and hard worker is excellent to work with, great customer service, he always returned my calls expeditiously and answered any and all questions I had! One of my questions was how long would he need to have my 2004 Toyota Tacoma? 7 or 8 hours depending on the condition. He is very thorough. My truck hasn't looked so good in years! I definitely recommend Complete Detail and we will return to have him detail our other vehicles.

Excellent job, very convenient to use. Jose got all the dirt and grim that had accumulated over 4 years out and it looks new and polished. Paid for the top wash but didn't even get their express wash. Pictures show a dirty truck still. Their right side roller didn't even spin. Any lateral surface didn't get touched. The rinse did not rinse and left soap on my whole truck. The air dry just blew the soap around and dried it on my truck. I could have used an open hose and gotten a better result than dried soap everywhere and a "half washed" truck. It basically rinsed the dust off. Will not use again! Would not give a refund. Was told to contact customer service who then said I was supposed to talk to the location manager, who I was also told was unavailable. No resolution and no refund was given. Horrible service!

Era did an excellent job on a very difficult car. 1966 GT40 Mark 2. Work done was full PPF and ceramic coating. Because of the nature of this car they needed to employ some very innovative technics and some out of the box thinking. The work was of the highest quality and done in a timely manner and on budget. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle.

This place is freaking awesome. Ferrari SLC referred me to Josh, the owner. Initially, I just wanted an Exoshield installed to protect my windshield of my Ferrari GTC4Lusso, nothing more. But Josh told me about Era Auto’s capabilities, and convinced me to add some very tasteful graphics to the car. I had wanted to do this, but having difficulty finding a capable shop. After talking to Josh, he made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. He even offered his professional option on colors, placements, etc. based upon my design brief. He provided me with daily updates with pictures and videos showing the entirety of the process. It was fun working with him on this. I will post some before pictures, but basically the car was entirely white (Bianca Italia 3 layer special Ferrari white to be precise). We added the stripe on the hood in a classic Ferrari style, trying to match the yellow of the brake calipers. There are 3 shades of yellow in Ferrari logos. Also blacked out the A and C pillars, giving the car a complete “halo” effect, making it look like a convertible, sort of. Then he blacked out the entire back with PPF black that looked better than any other black paint I have ever seen. It is gorgeous, and completely unique but clearly Ferrari, as the design brief called for. Oh yea, got the Exosheild too. Josh picked up and delivered the car from the Ferrari dealer too. You can tell he truly cares and LOVES what he does. Sufficient it to say, I HIGHLY recommend Josh and Era Auto. You can’t go wrong. Scott

Do not come to this location!! Their wash scratched up the hood of my truck, BAD! And not only have they done nothing to fix it, I can’t get anyone to respond from management. Awful location, and provided me with zero camera footage showing that scratches were there prior. They also tried to claim these were “surface level scratches”, which they aren’t.

I took my 2019 Mazda in here last week for an emissions test and registration renewal. I didn’t know cars made within the last 5 years don’t require emissions testing. They must not have notice the year either because they went ahead and tested it anyways. It wasn’t until I went up to pay, that they asked me the year. They could’ve very easily charged me for the emissions test they performed, but instead they said “Oh, you did not need an emissions test on this 2019. We’re not gonna charge you for that.” These are VERY HONEST people here. Will always get my vehicles tested. And they have some of the cheapest prices for emissions testing in the valley.
