The gentleman working, Christian I think, did an amazing job of spraying off the snow and dirt and then scrubbing our Yukon XL before sending us through the car wash. We came out clean and the wash seemed gentle. Unlike the popular "duck" carwash which almost ripped our mirrors and license plates off!! And cheaper too!!

Worst detail ever!! Had to leave the car for a second day due to back area and headliner not getting touched. They did not shampoo any of the seats either. I should’ve done it myself and saved $214 and 2 days of not having the car. Lousy service

Just needed a quick clean after a road trip. $12 is the minimum price for a ‘good’ car wash here. I don’t think the car wash lasted the length of 1 song on the radio. Results speak for themselves. I gave 2 stars because the sides of my car were somewhat clean. A group of junior high cheerleaders running a fund raiser car wash would probably do a better job.

I would give them zero stars actually! I purchased a membership and went to this place 3 different times to wash my car. The 3rd time the machine broke the front grill metal piece off my car. I didn’t notice it till I showed my daughter I washed the car but then it rained immediately. It was the only place I went that day. I returned to this business and told the girl what I suspected happened, the employee went to the storage room where they keep peoples broken parts. And yes my part was there! Cracked broken scraped up. This part was brand new before this. The employee took my information. The manager later called me and said because my car is e than 5 yrs old they will NOT DO ANYTHING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. The party only cost $54.00 and labor for professional to install it is $50. And the manager refused to reimburse me the amount and also refuse to refund my credit card for this month, in which I haven’t used it at all in October. I will be doing a dispute with my credit card. I’m sure a company that has many stations all over this state and other states…. Could afford to be honest and have better customer service than this! $100. Compared to the thousands they make every month. I asked my dealership that my family member just purchased a brand new car about these kinds of car washes and they advised us to stay completely away from this particular type of car wash because they’ve proven their car washes do scratch the paint on vehicles! I took my black car in to have them inspect it for me and my black car has many scratch swirls that is very obvious came from this quick quack car wash machine. Soo here’s my advice to all people, don’t ruin your cars at this place! This company has no integrity to replace what their machine broke on my car! I have pictures to prove it was from this place! I guess if you don’t care about your car you can take it their!

Recently, I had an experience where I genuinely thought that I had car damage through the car wash. TLDR, it looks like the damage was on the car before entering. Jazmyn was who helped me out through this and she was very kind and patient with me throughout. She was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and took steps that would help me feel confident that Mister Car Wash wasn't the one that damaged my car. Now I have the mystery of how I got the marking, but Jazmyn helped to at least eliminate Mr Car Wash as a suspect. The team here is very kind. Normally for carwashes, I rate them about 4 stars because they are convenient, but they always miss a lot. Something that I wouldn't expect from a carwash however is excellent customer service.

The owner is extremely nice and understanding! I came here for a car wash a few days ago and the new card machines weren’t working properly (it wouldn’t stop the wash). I called to let him know and he immediately addressed the issue and apologized. He gave me a refund and the car wash was really nice, all of the soap and even the dryer worked super well to get all the dust, dirt, and grime off!! I will 100% be coming back to the neighborhood Carwash. It has very good prices as well I believe $6 for 10 minutes! Please show this car wash some love because it is family owned and they totally deserve it!

I've been a member here for a year plus and these are my greatest takeaways Pros: fast and convenient. Vacuums work great and they always have clean microfiber towels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: micro scratches to plastic trim, micro scratches to paint finish, deep scratches in the glass, damages have greatly depreciated my car's value. Although it has been convenient and effective for the past year plus, the damage it has caused to my 2022 RAV4 over that period of time is significant and I'd suggest finding a touch-less wash if you value your cars exterior.

I have been boycotting this car wash for over a year ...The owner claimed I was wearing out the brush by not having the water run through it. I had the vehicle covered in foam at the time and was finishing scrubbing the car before all the soap slid off. Then I payed for round number 2. I thought I would give this car was another try. Luckily I did not run into the owner this time. The car wash machines are old and they take way too long to switch cycles. You soap up your vehicle and switch to rinse then wait for it to switch (the counter is ticking down and soapy water is still coming out). When it does switch to rinse you don't have enough time to rinse all the soap off so you have to put another $2.00 in the machine. This is how they double their money. I'm going to spend my money at another car wash.

I’m not sure what’s changed but I’m not using this car wash anymore. It takes way too long for the wash type to change and you’re being charged as you wait for it to finally switch over. I can’t believe the residue left on the car. I had to go in three times to try and get it off. I even brought hand towels and used them in between each “rinse”. My car, and two other cars next me were comparing results in the vacuum bay. All our cars looked terrible. I paid almost $20 just so that I can actually wash it properly at home. The brush is garbage. It will ruin your paint. Not only do I not recommend this place, I urge people to not use.

15/10 as a car enthusiast it can be stressful looking for a great place to take your car. Just got my Audi S7 back from Parker and WOW… no words. His work is PHENOMENAL, customer service is even better. Very honest guy, and honest great work! Was able to experience his “Wrapping” service after the detail was done also! They made an older and VERY dirty car look great. I was highly impressed with this job. Yes I would recommend them, they do a great job. I'll tell ya, My late husband's car was probably their biggest job of 2022. It was filthy. Dry soda that had exploded from the sun / heat, and loose chage stuck in the soda. Wow it came back spotless.

This is absolutely the place to get your car serviced! I've been bringing my RX-8 here for a couple years now and Scott always sets me up right with top notch work. I run my car on the racetrack so everything has to be guaranteed to perform at its maximum when I need it to, and I fully trust these guys (shoutout to Kyle specifically for my full suspension rebuild/upgrade and plenty of other work!) to make sure I'll be safe every time I'm out there pushing the limits. I'm no stranger to wrenching on my own car, but when the job is too much for the driveway and I really need to know it's put together right this is my one and only shop to go to! I've added a photo of my car at the racetrack (the picture isn't of this location, but they've worked on the car a lot) after over 50 miles of flat out driving in one morning with zero issues thanks to them!

Wish I could do less stars. I cannot believe the outrageous price I paid and the work I received. They made it very clear how much of an inconvience it was to do the work on the car because I have dogs (mentioned it many many many times). I got it back with garbage between the seats on the dash, spills still on the ceiling, dirt on the touch screen and in corners, I could go on. I paid triple what any other place would have charged because I was in a desperate time crunch. I got my car back three days later (3 days to detail a car!!!) I called and they redid it and 3 days later I got it in the same state just vacuumed over again. I am so regretful I go scammed this way. Hope others read this, and save the money.

Definitely below expectations. Was told their "average" price was $250, and quoted a price of $350 to have the interior detailed after they saw it, which seemed fair--I knew it would be more work than maybe an average job. On picking it up and seeing the condition, I pointed out the things seen in the pictures I've attached and was told they did "$350 worth of work" and "some jobs go over $700". Basically, for $350 (plus tax) and 4 days they did a job I could have done at the local quick wash--they just vaccumed it out and wiped things down--not detail it. Definitely not using them again and won't be recommending them.

These guys are world-class! We went in for an estimate after we had one of our cars get rear-ended. They were fast, efficient, and their staff was super great and friendly. Paid for the second most expensive wash and it didn’t clean our step bar at all. They were nice enough to let us go through a second time and it did a much better job. We used the vacuums after and the water from the washed cars was freezing on the ground and was extremely slippery and I unfortunately hurt my ankle. No salt or efforts to combat the ice

Great place for a quick wash. Definitely take advantage of the one time pay per month unlimited washes. Pays for it self in 2 washes. So why not? Best car wash in town (not many pre hand wash before the actual car wash anymore). With summer coming up there is so many mosquitos and bugs, while I was driving on the West Davis Corridor my windshield and car got completely full of yucky bugs. I stopped by Slim Olsons car wash and Donny did an amazing job pre handwashing my car he took his time and literally got all the bugs off my car, So shout out to him! Highly recommend this car wash :)

I used the carwash here - I thought that it was touchless, but it's not. They have a staff that does scrub your car - When I got through the car wash and got out to dry off my vehicle, there was a scratch on my driver's door. That stinks - But that's why they get 4 stars and not 5. The car did not have a scratch on it... now it does. :( It's so sad.

I took my 2016 with a few light surface scuffs/sctatches, showed them and they said no problem we can buff out and polish the exterior and it’ll be fixed. Their confidence and promise made me pick them. Quoted $250 for full car detail including interior. $310 later, they left stains on seats and didn’t even wipe all plastics, and the exterior looked the exact same. When I asked them why, they simply said “oh we just polish, we can’t do that paint restore here”. Don’t go here, you’ll be disappointed. They do not have the proper equipment, knowledge or expertise to take care of your vehicle properly; they’ll rub chemicals/compounds onto your car, but won’t actually take care of it. All smoke and mirrors.

I booked an interior cleaning with Justin for my BMW X5, and he absolutely killed it. His attention to detail is astounding and I don't say that lightly. I've had other detailers in the past miss the most basic of things, to the point where you as a customer feel guilty for critiquing the work of a supposed professional. I'm beyond impressed with Justins work and will be recommending him to others in the future, which is not something I normally do since most service-based industries are mediocre or acceptable at best. He's great and you need to give him a call! Don't bother with anyone else that will half-butt the work for a quick buck.

Chaos theory (Justin) is awesome! I absolutely love the services this company offers! I have two huge 100+ pound dogs that shed like crazy. He brought my Toyota Highlander back to pristine condition. Justin showed up on time, was easy to communicate and schedule with. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a small job or a big job. This guys is one of the biggest clean freaks I have ever met. His attention to deal is not something your going to get from your average teenager working at a car wash. I highly recommend Sierra and Prima Detailing! I got a brand new car from the dealer with no appearance protection. Sierra treated the interior with a ceramic coating. The exterior needed help. It had hard water stains that had etched the paint and marred the grill. I was not even sure what it was but Sierra knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. It now looks beautiful inside and out! She did an amazing job!! I LOVE it. I did not know her or her company but am so very happy she was referred to me. I do not know much about cars or anything about appearance protection. She patiently educated me and gave me confidence of the proper care for my car. I went to DC Customs for window tint. I walked in the staff was super knowledgeable and walked through everything with me. They helped me pick out the best tint for my needs. I didn’t feel pushed into anything I didn’t want. When I went to pick up my car I was so impressed the car looks amazing!
