**update 08/13** PLEASE reconsider going here!! It’s NOT WORTH IT!! Take extreme caution that should you have damage caused by the spa, you will be out of pocket up front. I received two estimates that exceed more than 11K worth of damages from their tunnel. Marcus, the area manager is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. You will NOT be given insurance information or anything substantial to ensure it reaches their insurance. I have hope that google has notified me weekly, how this review is reaching views. & I can only pray you all STAY AWAY and take your vehicle else where. **Incident on 07/30** The tunnel equipment ripped my roof rack off causing significant damage to my vehicle and damaging the roof rack beyond repair. While in the tunnel, I was stuck and honking for help from an employee and nobody showed. To avoid getting hit from behind, I had to forcibly drive out, get out of my car and remove the rack to avoid damages to other vehicles. This business was not aware of an incident until I waved someone down. They only had me write my info down for a call. I was in a car wash in Destin, FL last week with my roof rack with no problems nor damage. I hope this business makes it right as I have yet to receive a call from the manager and nothing was remedied at the time of incident. I certainly hope they have better supervision of the tunnel when vehicles are in service.

I dropped my minivan and it was pretty dirty and had bad smell. It stayed there like 5 hours and when I pick up it was good but would be better. Middle row seats and center console were cleaned without taking them out and some stain were left behind. So not bad but would be better. Those photos are taken right after pickup.

I recently visited Carnation Car Wash in Wylie, Texas, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, especially compared to other Carnation locations I’ve visited, where the service was much better. From the start, there was a lack of clear signage to direct customers to the entry, which caused some confusion. At the register, the employee checking me out seemed disinterested and didn’t provide any guidance on the process. I wasn’t informed that I needed to place my receipt on the windshield for the associates to know I had selected the $20 wash, which includes tire shine. This oversight led to further issues after the wash. Once I had gone through the car wash, I parked by the vacuums, expecting the team to apply the tire shine. After waiting for about 10 minutes with no assistance, I approached an employee who told me to wait. They left and returned without any follow-up, leaving me uncertain and frustrated as I continued to wait. The lack of communication and customer service was quite frustrating, as it felt like the staff was more focused on watching me than assisting me. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory due to poor communication, inadequate signage, and lackluster customer service. This experience was a sharp contrast to my visits at other Carnation locations, where I’ve received much better service. I hope Carnation Car Wash in Wylie can improve its service and training to meet the standards I’ve come to expect.ious positive experiences with the brand, making the feedback more impactful.

Today was my first time using the Bro's, and I was very pleased. Scheduling services was easy and Fabian was on time, respectful, and did a fantastic job. Sami is the man! He put ceramic coat and tint on my M8 and did an excellent job. From start to finish, he kept me updated with pictures and videos. You could tell he genuinely cared about my car and that I just wasn't "another number". For example, he let me know we should put some ppf on my headlights to protect them (at no charge) and the courtesy interior detail was much appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Sami again!

Troy is AWESOME!! He detailed our vehicles before our wedding! It’s really hard for us to clean our own cars because we have back issues. Troy responded right away! My husband drives a corvette and is very particular about his car. Troy was very knowledgeable and took great care of our cars!! I can’t say enough good things about Troy with C&C Auto Detailing! He came out and worked his magic on my 2001 Honda Accord, which was, frankly, my worst nightmare. Best car wash and detail I have had in years. Only $35 for outside and inside clean. I’m a minivan with small kids and it was a MESS! They cleaned every inch. I haven’t had a place move my seats, remove car seats, and deep clean the way they did… and only $35! I’m considering the monthly membership.

I had the same issue that Bryan had. Cancelled my membership on line which they allow you to do. So cancelled on line got a message back that my membership was cancelled. Went on line today and was charged for a car wash while I was under contact. Called to determine what was happening and why I was charged when membership was still in effect. Glad I called because because the membership can only be cancelled in person, but since I was on the phone they cancelled but refused to refund the cost of the car wash. Granted it's only $10.00 but if I hadn't called I would have been charged $20.00 so advice is don't use the website to cancel anything, because it tells you it's cancelled when it's not.

It's one of the best deals for car washes! The monthly subscription definitely saves me money. I like using their free vacuums because I have so much dog hair, and I can spend my time removing it (as much as possible 😅). They also have coolers with water bottles if you find yourself in need of one.

SI MOBILE WASH IS THE BEST CAR DETAILING I HAVE EVER HAD!!! This is the second time we have used the service and our 2013 Toyota HIGHLANDER LOOKS BRAND NEW. He arrived (Promptly) at 0900 and IS STILL HERE at almost 2 p.m. He doesn't leave until the job is complete and to your satisfaction We got the top treatment which cost $350....a BARGAIN for making our SUV look like it just came off the new car lot. He has of course many price options to fit your specific vehicle needs. Hands down...I wouldn't go Anywhere else. 1. Rampis was Very easy to get in touch with and very flexible with times and dates. 2. EXTREMELY personable and a Good Man..Honest..HARDWORKING. 3. I have the opportunity to know Tony’s Auto shop. I was impressed of how nice Tony and Lisa are. They are really passionate and know what they are doing. I let my car there for them to install the dash cam. I’m glad that I brought my car to his shop. Got a free car wash! First time here and I arrived about 7:15am. I followed the instructions and scanned my barcode for a free wash and it directed me around the corner. There was an attendant there to guide me/car tires into the system that pulls your car along. I quickly asked what do I do and he said just put your car in neutral. It was pretty simple. I'll be back!

I wouldn’t recommend this car wash. The vacuums are decent, but the wash itself needs improvement. My car wasn’t cleaned properly—it left soap residue, didn’t dry completely, and even left scratches. For the price, I expected much better quality. Hopefully, they address these issues in the future, but I will personally never come here again.

Greasy Nightmare! Took our company truck up to have detailed and received the truck back incredibly greasy as if cooking spray was sprayed all over everything. We had to come home and wipe down the entire interior. The interior still had numerous spots all over that were not cleaned (see photos) and the exterior of the truck had swirl marks all over it from what we assume is buffing compound that wasn’t wiped off. Nerf bars were dangerously slippery that my wife slipped getting in the truck. What an absolute waste of $125 and that was with the discount because we hold a membership there that will be cancelled.

Customer service has always been wonderful and I don’t mind paying a little extra Bc they do it right ❤️ Y’all please tip these hard workers! They labor and sweat over our babies; they surely worked hard for it! Previous review: We love the detailing they do here! Our car always feels brand new! They shine everything outside and really deep clean all the carpets and everything inside the console! Eduardo and Johnny did a spectacular job with my exterior and interior detail. They were easy to get in contact and schedule with and the results speak for themselves. I was very disappointed in my service. The interior looked great but almost none of the carpet stains came out. I did have trapped water in my floorboard and he was able to remove it but I am disappointed that he charged me $200 and didn’t even wash the outside and the carpet stains were still there. The seats were completely dry and I don’t even think he used a professional upholstery cleaner. His reason that the stains didn’t come out was that my car was an older car. I read his reviews and I had high hopes but all I am feeling is ripped off and disappointed.

Fantastic work. Love the Ceramic coating and Clear Bra/film on my Track car! My Porsche 911 997.2 just came back from all new Xpel Ultimate Plus PPF, paint corrections, Wheel well protection, minor interior detail. Hard to see In cell phone pictures.But once he got the old film off it was very discolored (old film was yellowed), and the paint was suffering from some oxidation, stains. Did a paint correction on entire car, all new top of the line Xpel film. Difference was astounding!! 😀 Car looks brighter, sharper, no visible PPF lines. I thought it already looked good, but this was another level.

Tony got my ‘22 Mustang MachE protected against these unpredictable NTX roads! I had only owned the vehicle for 2 weeks and was already missing chips of paint from the solid grill EV design. Concorso took the time to find my paint, and patch it in before polishing. The XPEL wrapping they do here is second to none - I got my front end wrapped and finished it off with a Gyeon Ceramic Coating. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for a full detail after seeing the impressive attention to detail out of this local shop.

Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. He exudes the upmost professionalism and kindness. You cannot ask for better a customer service experience, or a higher quality end result! This place is almost 5 stars for a reason. Reviews are usually right. Definitely get the premium package; they give it a top-to-bottom, spotless clean. It's one of the best car detailing deals around. Pull up, drop off your car, come back in about 3-4 hrs, and you won't recognize your car.
