Dropped my vehicle off to Hawkeye Auto Detail in pretty bad shape! Vehicle was covered in stains drinks, candy pretty much all through out. In a number of hours, Robert was able to almost complete rid the seats and carpet of stains. It was like new! Great customer service and quality work. Would recommend to friends and family!

Hands down the BEST detail shop in town!! Very professional and courteous, with hometown charm. Went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I just bought a new 2020 car two months ago, and it totally looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership parking lot. It was immaculate inside! Had a appt for my boat and truck to be detailed. Had agreed upon a price with the owner and showed up Saturday morning to drop off. Got the boat cover removed and the ski rack lowered so they could get it in the shop to clean. Got a call about 30 minutes later that they wanted another $100 to clean the inside of the boat. He said the $400 price for the boat didn’t include the inside. What detail shop doesn’t include the inside of the boat in a detail. Owner never even spoke to me again, only the kids he had working there. Crazy. Hour and half of my life I can’t get back. I went and picked my stuff up immediately. Would not suggest doing business with this company.

When I thought there was no more honest hard working people left on this earth that wouldn’t bamboozle me on prices, I was wrong! Mike was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He cleaned my truck and put ceramic coating on my truck. Even got rid of my spider with scratches I had on my truck. He made it look like it just came off the show room floor. Never will I come here again. Lost my valve stem cover would do nothing about it. Did not put the mud cover back on the underskirt. If you take something off to work on it put it back on!

Horrible car wash.. I went yesterday and spent $20 for a wash and tire cleaning. The wash ok just ok-still left bugs on my hood and windows and the tire cleaning was a joke. He put this pink stuff on a sponge, went to each tire and spent one second to swipe the pink on and that was it.. save your money!!

Went in for a quick windshield wash, place looks outdated, the machines don't have the option to use cards, went the coin machine to get change, machine ate my dollar without giving me coins and the red light wasn't on.

We drove our white suv/truck through this, thinking it must be good with all the traffic going in it. Ha, NO, it was horrible. I got out to look at my vehicle, and it looked just like it did before we went in, so not only did we waste 10 bucks but also our time. That car wash is a joke. Frankly, it's worse than a dishwasher!

Lovely staff. Does a good job slightly pricey but they do military discount which. Greatly appreciated. Has pretty good vacuums and window spray and rags for you to dry after. Facility is still clean. Over all nice

Chad is the only guy worth taking your vehicle to. His prices are incredible, and the quality of work will put anyone to shame! Especially anyone in Wichita Falls, don’t waste your time or money, go to Chad! Not only was the quality amazing, Chad was super professional, and fast. I stayed in the shop while he tinted my truck in only 1 hour, he kept me company the entire time and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed him showing me how the software works to cut out the tint film for my windows. Seriously can’t say enough good about my experience.

Its a good experience...though I learned the lesson to read the instructions first. I've added pictures of the instructions for your convenience. We have to press the green button next to card reader again to stop the time, otherwise the card used will be charged for the entire time whether you use the service use or not. I think it's best to bring our own sponge and towels instead of using their 'form brush' and start with $2 for 4minutes. Sock/wash the vehicle first and then spot clean with sponge/towels while the timer is done and then start another $2 at the end to rinse off everything clean...or add coins as needed. (Instead of keeping the timer running the entire time while we spot clean - that might save some 💰.) Or even better to bring a friend to spot clean one side while you work on the other side...and don't forget to help the friend in return🫡

I took my car through this wash BECAUSE it's a self service type car wash, however, they have a young guy who works there that goes above and beyond a self service car wash. This guy HAND-DRIED my car, meticulously, after I came out of the wash. My beauty looked so good! He seemed surprised that I tipped him! That was GREAT, unexpected service! Go there! Tip this young man for his job well done!

We are relatively new to the area (a couple years), but we’ve not really had any car trouble since being here. When I needed brakes on my car, I asked for recommendations then I also did an internet search. Falls Town Auto came up as an extremely high rating. I read reviews and decided to call and make an appointment. I’m glad I did! I will now schedule all of appointments at this establishments, including oil changes. Took 3 weeks to complete and was still not a quality job. In reply to the response. This is a 100% honest review. I have no reason to lie about it. The original repair did take a week. I picked up the truck and noticed imperfections in the paint when i got it home in better lighting. I took it back then i took another week and the job was horrible. I dent was visible that was not there when i originally dropped it off or picked it up the first time. The owner argued with me and pretty much said i was not truthful. I wanted to take my truck with me but he would not let me have it until he fixed what he called someone else's problem. I had a friend look at it and he concluded that the area that was blended was not prepared properly. I left my truck with him another week this time. At this point when i picked up the truck after being without it for 3 weeks i just wanted it back and did not want to argue about the imperfections in the paint.i did shake his hand and told him it was fine . I just wanted this to be over. I needed my truck for work. My Honest experience was bad. The work was not good. I was insulted. The owner made excuses for bad quality of workmanship over and over. I would not go back or recommend anyone use this business.
