The folks here are always very welcoming, they put alot of thought in every individual vehicle to have it looking at its best. As you're paying they always recommend you to walk around your vehicle to see if it needs any touch up that they might of missed. But so far it hasn't needed one because of how much effort they put in the first time they detail the vehicle. Time usually takes 1hr & 30min , you could leave your vehicle, wait in the lobby, or waith outside whatever you prefer. Great service 👏🏽 👌🏽

First time here. Came for the $1 special. It’s valid for the first 30 days. Then after that they charge your credit card 18.99/month. Make sure you cancel before the 30 days if you don’t want that recurring fee. Overall it was a good car wash. My car was all muddy from the tires to my windows. The mud is off and I’m happy. They also have free vacuum machines.

So accommodating! I have a wheelchair lift on my car and this is literally the only place in town that will wash my vehicle. The young men who work here are kind and helpful in assisting me in replacing my motorized chair back onto the lift.

It was amazing!! It certainly got my day started on a happy note. I was on my way to work and stopped by for a quick car wash. When I parked to dry it the AWESOME attendants took over. They didn't let me do anything!!! Now I want to stop for a car wash every morning. Thank you for the great experience!!!!

Wish the pre spray was a little more. Overall pretty good wash. Like a previous review said you have to work to dry your vehicle. Also there are only dry towels on one side by the restrooms. There are usually towels in the morning and evening. Usually not the afternoon.

$35 for outside and inside for my Honda civic. They did a good job on the outside but left the cup holders dirty. I had to tell them to clean them again before I left. And even at that I had to clean them better when I got home. Also, they forgot to put the air freshener after the wash. I had to remind them and even at that, they gave me a scent I didn’t ask for.

Cleaned my truck fairly well, unfortunately it didn't clean the rims very well. However my truck hasn't been washed in probably 6 months. If you get your vehicle washed regularly then I'm sure this automatic car wash would be fine for a quick wash to get it looking great again

Do not waste ur money on there new automatic wash. I thought it would do a better job since it has brushes now but I was wrong it left our car streaked. Didnt even get the fresh bird dudie off the roof of the car and when the thing told me it was done there was still soap on it. If you ask me $7 I payed for this wash plus another $5 at a manual wash to clean what that one missed. I rather sit in line at the blue wave all day for a one time $6 and it comes out realy good.

Horrible horrible service! Please don't go here owner does not care what service they provide. The car looks like it was cleaned only with water and the inside was not wiped at all! I literally just picked it up and took these pictures. Paid $25 for a car looking the same. Rims just got washed probably with the water. Now I understand why there was no cars ahead of me.

Terrible place. Paid $20 for a vacuum. I asked for a clean up on the interior only which they charged $20 but upon picking up they had only vacuumed the truck and my dash and cup holders where still dirty.

I chose RGV Premium Detailing based on their reputation and opted for their 5-year ceramic coating, along with a matte leather ceramic coating for my vehicle. Initially, I was impressed with the quality of the job; the technician seemed knowledgeable and reassured me that the coating would offer long-lasting protection against scratches and other damage. However, within a short period, I began to notice scratches reappearing on the paint. This was surprising given the promises made about the durability and effectiveness of the coating. I reached out to the technician, who had assured me that a follow-up appointment would be arranged to address any issues. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened, and I have not received any further communication from RGV Premium Detailing. For the price and the level of service promised, I expected much better results and follow-through. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and the apparent shortcomings in the product's performance. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this service.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Customer service is a huge thing for me - if the price and products are amazing but the experience is something I don't look forward to, I'm out. This place excels at not only their price point for their products, but their ability to take the time and answer any and all questions. A few days after I got my car I noticed paint splatter on the driver side - I'm talking tiny little white/black dots all over the driver-side door. I stopped by after hearing that a more aggressive clay bar kit is what I'd need. I talked to the owner, told him what I was dealing with, and this guy went out back and grabbed a piece of clay I was looking to by so he could try it out on a small test panel. It didn't do much so he went back inside and got a more aggressive type of clay bar. He made sure I understood that it's more aggressive, but showed me that it removed the paint and said, "I didn't want you to take what you were asking for without knowing that it would work for you". Today I stopped by for some supplies now that the car got ceramic coated, asked him for a few recommendations and he pulled up some options he would use and at different price points. Didn't push the more expensive ones, told me how each would work, how much to use, etc. I hate that I can't wash my own car these days, after 5 min of gripping the "trigger" on a pressure washer my hand is shot for the next day or two. But, it's still great having a local place that carries some great products and that they'll take the time to help you find what you're looking for.

I was traveling a long distance from home so I looked up Black Diamond on the web. I talked to Isabella with Black Diamond on the phone about their services. In the end I decided to go with the one year ceramic coating. They had an opening a couple of days out so I set the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 9:00am and the truck was completed by 11:30am. The truck looks fantastic. Isabella was very polite and she was willing to give me advice on how to best take care of the trucks new coating going forward. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond to anyone who would like to protect their new vehicles paint. The truck shines like a diamond. They are personable and do a great job at a very reasonable price. Five stars!

Just wanted to share with you my experience about a Car Detailing service I recently discovered. Being the car enthusiast I am, I've been to numerous car detailing shops in the Rio Grande Valley, but I've always found myself discontented with either the job done on my vehicle or the level of customer service I received. He didn't just do a good job, he breathed new life into my vehicle. I've been to my fair share of car washes, from automatic to self-serve and none of them had a feature that I loved about this place: A Air Dryer! Easy to find, right off the road and with a nice large sign. Clean stalls and vacuum island. Water pressure was average (could be a bit stronger) and available modes was great. After a quick wash, the air dryer came in super handy! With the HOT Texas heat, if you leave that water to dry by the sun, you'll be a owner of amazing water spots! But with the air dryer, you can dry off areas like the hood and front bumper and in the tight spots, like lugnut openings in the wheels, door jambs, trunk jams, side mirros, etc. Sure you can't dry it completely but thats not the point. Pull up the the vacuum islands to do a manual dry with my favorite media. Easy peasy! So this place gets my 5-stars and will have to make it a point to visit it everytime I'm in the area. I just ceramic coated my wife’s Traverse with CSL from Gil’s. They have top of the line supplies and products for pretty much everything in the detail area. Met Gil and his customer service is very good and he’s also easy going. I didn’t even have to ask him many questions because he was answering them before I even asked. He’s very well knowledgeable in his craft. He explained everything I needed to know about CSL. Mind you I’ve been going back a few more times to get more items. Good prices also.
