I just had my 2019 Subaru Forester detailed and windows tinted. In the past 5 years I have had numerous cats and dogs in my car. Needless to say there was a lot of pet hair! When I picked up my car this afternoon it looked like a brand new Subaru! I had bought nice seat covers designed for this year and model and the staff cleaned my front seats and then installed the seat covers. What a dramatic difference this made!!! The staff are very friendly and professional. Their goal was for me to be pleased and delighted with their services. I am beyond pleased. I recommend them highly. It was worth every penny. This place made my car look brand new! I took my cat to the vet and he got out, had an accident in my car and after they got done with it everything was pristine and smelt amazing! They are inexpensive for the amount of work they put into your car. Lastly, the girl up front is the sweetest and was so helpful. She was the reason we chose this place over others because of how she was on the phone and how she handled everything we needed! I added before and after pictures to show how amazing they are!

I have a 2015 Camry. Runs great, 136,000 miles, looks really nice. I love my Camry. Well, the interior has shown her nine years. Polyester seats stained here and there, some areas on the doors marked, etc... A friend introduced me to Reggy and he told that he could take care of it. How much? GREAT! Do it Mr. Reggy. I dropped her off at noon, around 5pm, my Camry was sitting out front with her doors and trunk wide open! Kay and I looked over my Camry and my car is beautiful. Everything had disappeared! I loved it! Mr. Reggy even offered Kay a wonderful deal to take care her Impala. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Reggy-O to all. Reggy is a wonderful man, and also Preacher! Really nice gentleman.

Overall id give a high 3 star review. I brought the car in because I had someone throw up with the only amounts inside being blown into the car because of the highway speeds. My man was able to get it out of the seats but seemingly missed the headliner, seatbelt, inside of the door, and side pieces of my interior. I explained the situation and was given a $50 upcharge however I do not feel it was worth it as the only things that really went away were the smell and stains in the seat. I still had to come home and clean up even more but I guess that's a 1st world issue.

This is my 2nd time using Manny to wash and wax my RV when we come down to Waco. They do a great job and are very fast. The cleaning wax they use keeps our RV looking brand new. Highly recommend them.

Thorough, quick, reasonable prices, and ask around good guys! The lobby is not set up yet, but there are chairs and a space heater. Found out Nick did ceramic coatings as well as detailing. So I got a #3 for the detailing and I also got a 5yr Ceramic coating put on my car, and I added the windows and wheels. Cause why not. I asked about under the hood cleaning and he did that as well. Went into detail about how the process goes and assured me everything on the car would be done. He stayed up pretty late working on it to make sure he would be done on time. I know because he gave updated pics and videos of it getting done. I was wanting it done by a certain time and he made sure it happened while making sure the curing process got all the time it needed. He did such an amazing job! Everyone that sees my car compliments me on the wheels and the body. They ask for the person and when I say Nick they say he did one hell of a job. I completely agree with them. 💯👌🏽🤯

I got a coupon for a free wash. I could notice that there were many cars... I really liked how my car was after the wash. I could see that in the vacuum area they lend rags to finish cleaning the car. Excellent!

I've been using this location for the past three years. Initially, I was pleased with the quality of wash I would get, but it's steadily gone downhill. The equipment seems to have aged poorly, drying towels have not kept up with volume and outages have made it too inconvenient to continue my membership. When I canceled my membership today, the manager appeared to not care less as to the "why" for my cancellation. As a local business owner I find this sort of feedback invaluable.

This place is just amazing!! Had my truck paint job get damaged from Dent Guys to remove Hail damage, and brought my vehicle to BullDog for paint correction and ceramic. All I can say is I bought this truck used and if my truck was detailed like these guys did I would be even more excited to have bought this truck. They made this truck look amazingly clean, slick, and shines with pride!! Love it all over again but even more!!! Also excellent customer service and the people were so helpful! Thank you Bulldog! I purchased a firehouse detail and couldn't be happier with the outcome. My 2012 Tundra was in need of some serious rehab and Matt got it looking better than when we drove it off the lot. I chose one of the packages with the Ozone odor removal. It's my work truck and it had acquired a distinct smell over time that was noticed by others, and that I had become used to. BUT now it smells and feels brand new, I cannot go back to the old smell. My wife is grateful. I also had firehouse restore my headlights. I didn't have him add the ceramic originally, but now, with how good they look and how bright they are... I want them to stay that way, so the next detail I get, I'll have him ceramic the headlights and the windshield for the cold and the humid weather. Thanks again firehouse!
