First time trying this location and I’m going to give it 2 stars. The interior was perfect and that’s where the good stops. Exterior was about 1/2 star. Bugs were left on the entire front end, mirror caps, and fenders. They proceeded to wax over those locations. I dropped it off for my appointment at 7:20 AM and was told to pick it after lunch. Arriving at 1:20 they had just washed it and seems to me rushed it through. No offers were made to discount price or bring it back to make it right. They only wanted to scrub the bugs off with some kind of blue cleaner after the fact. Locals may get a better shake but I would choose other wise. For $225 it was a slap in the face and I could have stopped by a fundraiser on the side of the road for a more thorough wash. Edit for rebuttal: Pictures speak for themselves and actions speak louder than words. I was in a hurry due to work commitments.

Amazing work done on both my wife's and my car! The black Saleen came back to life after spending time at AJ's, the car looks better than it did off the showroom floor, amazing results! My Shelby went in for ceramic and car is absolutely gorgeous! Amazing results when it comes to this business! Best part, locally owned! A.J. & Justin are friendly and professional, explained all the work to be preformed in detail. They detailed my 8 yr. old Shelby that had never been waxed, even hand detailed under the hood, wheels, and brake calipers. Update: Dealing with the manager over this is a nightmare. My husband has requested I wait to post a full update until it’s done. There’s quite a bit to this, so bear with me. 1.) They’re more expensive than anyone else in my area and employees don’t take no for an answer with their “promotions.” 2.) It’s better than some of the cheap washes, but we were discussing getting rid of our membership because a lot of places are cheaper for just as good of wash. 3.) They pay excellent attention to any truck when scrubbing, but not my husband’s little Honda and it’s annoying when we’re all getting the same wash. So that has also gone into our debate about switching. They’re banking on it being easier to not switch (because it is) and we’ve fallen victim to our own laziness and work schedules. On to today’s events: We go to the wash and it’s always a bit bumpy at the end. We go to our next destination and when I get out, something scratches my leg. I look down to see that the piece of trim along the bottom is missing. We return to the wash asking if it was somewhere there. They find it trapped in the wheel scrubber (I think). So, my husband asks if there’s anything we can do. No one seemed concerned or apologetic about the situation and they kind of give him the run around. He puts the piece in his car while I look up how to file a complaint because I’m not one to give up. Corporate requires you to file one in person, but we can’t because the manager leaves before noon and is required for filing a damage claim. We call corporate to see if there is some other way to contact the manager. The representative was rude and condescending to my husband. I get that all customers are idiots or whatever, but you can’t blame people for being upset your equipment ripped things off their car with no way to deal with it. My husband is emailing corporate as we speak and I will update after we hear back or somehow manage to get it dealt with. Update: They seem ready to resolve it. More details to follow.

I am picky when it comes to auto body work... no doubt about it, Tim is the real deal (seriously). I was met with exceptional customer service and great quality of work. Be careful!! This store or someone who works there has stolen our credit card number and ordered parts or some type of custom seats to be delivered to the shop. We definitely didn’t order anything to be delivered 500 miles away.

I have been going here for years, and over time, everything is slowly falling to crap. When I go, most things don't work on car wash. One Stall literally takes money, and nothing works, not even the water. All other stalls the triple foam doesn't work. When you choose it, the Triple foam only turns on in one stall even though you're in a different one. Usually, only 1 vacuum works at a time, and you're the one throwing money away to figure out which it is. Then when you contact them they want to give you vouchers for their car wash. I wish they would fix these things and get this car wash back to how it used to be. It's used to be my favorite one!

I lost $10 in the automatic wash yesterday evening. I purchased the $8 basic wash which charged me $10 somehow and the car wash never would work. I tried for a good while to get it to work, but no luck. I drove around looking for a number to call, but their was nothing. I called the number provided online, but it isn't a working number. Their should be a way to accommodate the customer, but it doesn't appear to be of importance to the owner. I would not recommend going to this place to was your vehicle. I really would like my $10 back!!!

Got the most expensive wash, and it was a waste of my money. After going through their were still spots on my car that didn't get cleaned well. Examples are tires, sides of the car, and under carriage. I won't use them again. I will be doing it myself from bow on.

I called on a Wednesday morning seeking a rack & pinion replacement; Mike told me he could have my rack in on Friday and he can start on my replacement in Mon. Work began Mon and I received my vehicle back that following Wednesday. Very pleased with Mike and his work. He and his workers helped me greatly because I need my truck to go outta town for work and every other shops were giving me a 1-2 week wait time. Custom Car Care is the shop to go to.

Took my truck in on Friday morning to troubleshoot a noise under the hood. Received a call with the diagnosis and a quoted price for the repair by 10:00AM. Picked it up before 5:00 on the same day. Excellent service, knowledgable technician, quick turn around and reasonable price for the work. I can't think of anything more you could ask from a mechanic. Stopped here on your way home from the beach to was our car. Price was comparable to other drive thru car washes. Service was awesome! A person greets you and you pay for th was you want. Then a thorough "bug removing" scrub. Then you go to the wash where a person sprays soapy water on your tires, tail gate and running board. At the very end you drive thru the wash and another person finishing drying your car after going through the blower. Car is CLEAN! Will definitely go back on future trips.

Fine scratches all over my brand new truck didn’t even wash it properly, I saw the reviews and everything before taking the truck and it’s all a lie. Also it was the first wash ever that the truck has gotten since it was picked up from lot. Don’t take your new vehicles here. Also if you have power folding mirrors good luck, and of course they will never take the blame don’t trust them at all.

Charging me 130.00 I felt that they could have done a better job! Dried wet spots, paid 70 for engine bay cleaning needed more attention, and the INTERIOR! missed a whole lot of spots that didn't clean.... never coming to this place again.

A few weeks ago, my wife hit a deer on her drive to work, she has a Ranch Hand brush guard on the front of her truck, so the damage was minimal. She called USAA and they recommended that she use Classic Collision for the repair. Classic Collision completed the repair in about a week and we picked up the truck. Everything checked out fine at the shop but by the time we got home we noticed that the brush guard was loose. My wife dropped the truck off at Classic Collision the following Monday to have it tightened. I checked the brush guard when my wife got home and noticed that it was still loose. My wife spoke with someone at Classic Collision the following day and was told that the brush guard was not the correct one for the truck. Apparently, the problem for Classic Collision is that the Ranch Hand engineers don’t know what they are doing. I called Classic Collision and told them it was still loose. The service manager I spoke with on the phone said that he didn’t think anything more could be done but he put me on hold to check with his manager. He informed me that his manager would not agree to do anything more to the truck because Classic Collision was finished working on it. At this point, the discussion became heated, and he told me the brush guard was as tight as it was going to get and that it was loose when the truck was initially brought to them. I called USAA and had the adjuster reach out. Two weeks later USAA still has not heard anything from Classic Collision. The simple solution would have been to have me bring them the truck and show them what was wrong, but Classic Collision insisted there was nothing wrong and they were done with our truck. Apparently Classic Collision’s limited lifetime warranty only lasts until you drive off the lot. It leaves me wondering what other work on my vehicle Classic Collision left undone. I’m very disappointed in this shop and will not recommend Classic Collision to anyone. For anyone else considering Classic Collision, forewarned is forearmed.

My vehicle sat outside forever with just plastic on the windows, when they finally finished the job they gave me the wrong antenna for my car didn't tell me they broke my back wiper and didn't put a piece of my car back on I had to go back twice after picking up my car just to get the right antenna and to have them set my headlights straight because they had put them in crooked. I'm very upset at them and my insurance company for sending us there. NEVER AGAIN!

Paid cash for the $12.00 car wash and supposed to get a $3.00 discount after entering the code. The total cost was $9.00. I fed the machine $10.00 and was supposed to get $1.00 back. The machine gave me .25-cents back and said it did not dispense all my change. I pressed the coin return and nothing. I called their number, spoke with the lady who took my name and address to give me back my .75-cents and I never heard from them or received my .75-cents back. 😡

I came here to wash off hard water from sprinklers at the hotel. After soaping up to remove the hard water spots I switched to spot free rinse. Or at least I tried to. It is not working. They should tell you that on the coin box before you waste your money. Now I have hard water spots all over my car instead of just one side. Edit to add 2 years later and it still has no spot free rinse. They obviously don't want to spend the money repairing the spot free system.

Felipe did amazing work as always. I had an accident where the hood and grille had to be replaced and VLZ Elite concepts got the job done. Ive been coming to Felipe for a few years now and is the only person i trust to work on my cars especially on this rare Mustang GT Regency.Felipe also went above and beyond and was able to get the wheel caps back on my rims without me asking. Thats how you know Felipe actually cares about his clients. The wheel caps were falling off before and I wouldn’t of been able to figure it out on my own. I was down visiting family and had a leak in my back hatch of my Yukon XL. Pedro came recommended by the GMC house here in town and when called he set up a time for me to come by and take a look.
