Had a full exterior and interior detailing done and was so impressed with the work! I accidentally spilled an entire large iced coffee with milk on my passenger seat and with the heat and the material of my car, it was soaked up immediately, so I couldn’t do much to salvage it in the moment. Luckily my brother reccomended Sam, and he made my car look brand new. No joke, my car seats look better than they did when I first got the car! Definitely will be using him again and recommending him to everyone I know.

Have been here for over 3 months. Have had no issues. I don’t mind paying for a membership that means I save time and have a clean car. UPDATE: Will be canceling membership. Took my wife’s car through car wash. At the end felt two big bumps coming from the rolling track. Dented the two left side wheels. They don’t offer towels for self interior and exterior cleaning. There always a risk with these type of car washes but cmon :/ can’t imagine how many cars are getting messed up wheels from here. 2 vacuums didn’t even work.

I wanted to get my car ready for a car show and was looking around and came across their shop. I read some reviews and took a look at their photos and decided to call. They fit me in their schedule on shorter notice and were honestly amazing to work with on dropping my car off and picking it up. My car turned out way better than I had expected. Called Antonio to do an interior detail on my mustang GT. He was able to fit me in only 1 day later and took the time to call and thoroughly explain the packages/ what he does. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This establishment should be ashamed of offering scam services and FALSE advertising. These pics are AFTER they completed their “Deluxe full service detail”. Granted it was a 30$ service and my car needed it badly from a recent outdoor trip with pets…but it looks like they did not even do a single wipe and barely vacuumed. Not even worth 5$ for this rushed job. Completely Unacceptable. Very shocked this place has high ratings. Please do better.

These guys do excellent work and stand by it. After 6 years of zero problems, one of my windows developed a slight finger like bubble at the top. I wish I could post the video I took, but videos / pictures doesn’t do any justice for how this looks in person anyways. My seats were stained pretty bad and my carpet was super dirty with mud before getting my car detailed. Fair exterior detailing, but poor interior detailing. The paint artifacts prevalent throughout the car's sides, back, and top were reduced greatly, if not corrected. But the detailer refused to touch the front of the car (paint chips), and also did not seem to focus on the edges on each car door. As for the interior the seats seemed to be mediocrely steamed, and the surrounding floors vacuumed, but many areas around the car's buttons, ceiling, and other parts of the dashboard weren't touched at all. This is one of the more expensive detailing packages I've paid for, and I am not really that impressed. I understand the detailer put in effort, but there might still be a lack in attention to detail.

Would highly recommend! Was looking for somebody to come same day because another detailer canceled. Was looking around and gave Blue Star Detailing a call. Owner answered and I asked if he could come the same but he said it would not be possible due to giving his guys the day off and they had the trucks with all the necessary equipment. About 10 minutes after the phone call received a text stating he could do it and arrive within the hour. Owner arrived on time with all necessary equipment. Needless to say customer service and the detailing are excellent. Would most definitely recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Washguys Automotive and Lube for over a year, but my recent experience has been nothing short of disastrous. On December 13th, I brought my car in for a routine oil change—a straightforward service that I’ve trusted this shop to handle in the past. However, not even three days later, my engine completely locked up due to the oil filter not being installed correctly. Upon inspection, the damage was so severe that my car now requires a full engine replacement. As if that wasn’t enough, I’ve been forced to cover the cost of a rental car for an entire week to maintain my daily responsibilities—all because of their negligence. I was given a number to call and initially spoke with someone two weeks ago. The representative assured me they would get back to me, but I have yet to hear anything further. Since then, I’ve left multiple voicemails and text messages, all of which have been ignored. This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Routine vehicle maintenance should not lead to thousands of dollars in damage and untold inconvenience. To anyone considering using Washguys Automotive and Lube, I urge you to think twice. I sincerely hope this business reconsiders its approach to customer service and accountability, but until then, I cannot recommend trusting them with your car.

Very disappointed I paid 24 dollars for a car wash and my car was not clean . Still had to scrub dirt off my windows after coming out. At this price I don’t feel like I should have to buy a membership and have my car washed several times for it to be cleaned. I was asked to purchase the membership 3 times after I said NO the 1st time . I’m almost positive I’ll never get my car washed here again . I’m leaving pictures of the hood which looked like no water even hit it at all although it did .

This place is great! I've been coming here for over a year and can say they are consistently maintaining and increasing convenience and features. Whether you're looking for a great place to detail-clean your vehicle, or just to give it a quick once-over, it's ideal for it all. They have an app to use if you don't have quarters, and they have all the bells and whistles in their bays. There are vending machines to purchase microfiber towels if needed, and you can even get an air freshener and use the vacuum. This place is a hidden gem.

Solid car wash. Well maintained. I bring my own wash mitts and a bucket of water for scrubbing. I use their wash wand for all the cleaning agents and spot free rinse. It gets pretty busy on the weekends, but that’s to be expected. To save some money, I subscribe to the monthly wash club on the Coinless app. If you load $20 to your account, you get an additional $10 credit to use. Ends up making the wash 50¢ a minute vs the standard 75¢. I wash every 1-2 weeks, so it makes it well worth it.

Easy 5-star service from Jeff at ShineWorks Detailing Studio. I took my new BMW M340i to him for a ceramic coating about a week ago. I opted for "The Works" package that included paint, wheels, windows, trim, etc using the C6 Ceramics Hydro coating. I was amazed how incredible it came out! Jeff did a fantastic job with the coating. I just did a quick detail to lift the layer of dust off and it was by far the EASIEST quick detail I've ever performed. The dust just slid right off with virtually no pressure. The pictures do not do it justice. If you're on the fence about having Jeff install a coating, I would easily recommend him 100%. He's very respectful and a true professional. He'll listen to what your needs are and will make appropriate recommendations. He'll do an amazing job!
