Marvin and his teammate were friendly, extremely detailed, and transparent about the process. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail on my car, even though I didn’t get the most expensive package! Marvin really took into consideration the spots I wanted the most focus on, and completely delivered with the results. This has completely stopped me from thinking about buying a new car! I brought my 2024 Accord in for ceramic coating, which had some scuff marks from raccoons and typical road debris. Zainil did an outstanding job! The car wash is rather pricey, but the interior is immaculate. On the weekend, there were only two cars ahead of me and I was out in less than 45 minutes from start to finish. I elected for one tier lower than the highest level and got the platinum for $42. Only the titanium was higher at $46. My package included cleaning on inside and out, tires, wax, and the whole nine yards. I didn't see the real difference between the two tiers. If you want to spoil your vehicle, then this is a nice place to start. There was also an option for unlimited washes but I elected not. FYI ... You lose 1 star for the cup holders not being addressed.

Paid $46 dollars for a service to have to come home and finish detailing my own truck. This is bad business people expect to receive what they were told upon purchase. The salesman said the $46 dollar package was the works if this is the works I will never come back or recommend this place.

I have been a loyal customer of Sud Deluxe Car Wash on Highway 90 in Sugarland, Texas, for over a year without any issues. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience. Despite showing my window sticker to verify my membership, I was not allowed to wash my car. This was particularly frustrating as I am an auto-pay customer and use the service 2-3 times a month. Mr. Jose, who was on duty, refused to let me proceed with the wash. Given this experience, I have decided to cancel my membership. It’s unfortunate because I have always enjoyed the service and even referred friends and family to this location. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to other loyal customers.

They did such a good job they took their time got everything cleaned inside and out looks like a brand new car again will be returning!! Returned but this time there was a bunch of little dots left on my front windshield it’s like you gotta scrape it off with your nail it’s not just wiping off and the fender liner still has dirt it seemed cleaner the first time I came like more time was taken

Pushy and untrustworthy employees work here at Colony Car Wash. A basic wash is $7 and I said I wanted a basic wash so they told me $10 assuming I wanted them to dry my car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Also, they only accept cash so be prepared.

I thought this wash was a very poor value. I spent almost $30 for a single drive through wash. It did not get my car very clean. The hood, windshield, lower trim, and wheels were all left with gunk and dirt. Furthermore, the vacuums have poor suction. The area where I parked my car to vacuum the interior was flooded with several inches of water so my feet got all wet while vacuuming. They do not provide towels to detail the exterior or towelettes to clean the interior. I normally go to quick quack on 90 which provides a higher quality wash with more amenities for a similar price. I won't be returning to this location.

They need to upgrade their system. It does not clean my SUV, the back is never clean. One time I paid for undercarriage to be cleaned... can't tell me it was cleaned, I know better. Paid for wheel shine, that was a joke. Barely any soap is on my SUV, guy does not spray front of vehicle and when I asked, he was acting like it was a problem for him. Just terrible service all the way around. I have decided to not go back there ever again. I have found me a detailer who comes to me and does an AWESOME job on my SUV at a reasonable price.

I like going to quick quack car wash , but unfortunately i had a bad experience with the particular location. On March 14, 2024 me and my family went in to get our vehicle cleaned and there was an accident with the machine or as it had a part of a rope with a hook attached to it that repeatedly hit our vehicle. We had severely damaged to our car. We talked to associates that were working there and filled a claim and were told that they would reach out to us. The employees and manager at the time took photos of our vehicle. They assured us that this was their fault and they would take care of the damage to our vehicle.Long story short they have not reached out to us and we have called and emailed them several times only to be told that they would escalate it to that store’s management. Not one acknowledgment of what happened has been made to us, even though the claims form filed at the moment says they will contact us in 3 business days its been18 days and counting.Well we also escalate it to small claims court if this is not resolved.Please do the right thing!

Booked two car maintenance detailing packages. From other reviews, I knew I would get quality work, but seeing it in person, pictures, and videos don't do it justice. Brandon with Father & Sons Car Washing has washed and detailed my Highlander twice now. He is AWESOME 🤩!! If you want your car looking like brand new, then I highly recommend you reach out to Brandon. He is super nice and professional. A real GEM!! I have an older vehicle but I do take care of it since I really don’t care to take in a car note anytime soon. Brandon really makes my car / suv look soooo nice. It’s definitely worth the expense. He uses great products as well. Even the engine area under the hood is cleaned!!! I've signed up for the basic level unlimited washes and love being able to zip my car thru whenever is convenient (and I try to go once a week). I also had an additional full interior detailing done on a previous car about a year ago and they were very thorough and quick! I was able to sit in their comfortable lobby while I waited. The only downfall is sometimes on of the brushes in the wash won't be spinning but I assume that more from the fact that SO MANY cars go through that wear and tear happens frequently l....ita usually back up and running the next time I make it through.

Do better! I went to this location for the first time (I normally go to another location) to get my truck detailed and they robbed these items from my vehicle. Not just that but they took over 3 hours to clean my vehicle. Smh! They said my stuff was in the "lost and found" How can they do this and think it will go unnoticed. The sad part is the items belong to my 13 year old son. Minus the Stanley cup. I even gave them a great tip before I realized they had stolen from me. They apologized and offered me a free detail!? Do they really think I trust them after this!! I think not !

I went to this place because of the high reviews, but I was really disappointed with the detailing service. I paid $157, and they missed some obvious spots, like the middle console and the driver’s side door handle. They spent about 3 hours on my car, but I still had to clean some areas myself when I got home. For that price, I expected a much more thorough job. It might be fine for a quick wash, but I wouldn’t recommend their detailing service.

So this review is about two weeks overdue, but much needed. I was looking for a place that could provide a really deep upholstery clean for my 13 year old vehicle. Between sporting events and just day-to-day mishaps (i.e. “What do you mean you accidentally dropped the Chick-Fil-A sauce on the seats?”), these seats needed a revamp. I have visited the Alief/Stafford/Edge of Sugarland location previously and was impressed with their have wash service. An employee recommendation for to location’s interior detail service made it worth the he visit. Their signage is not clearly visible, but they are working on it. Now, to the finale… How they were able to remove years (and I do mean years) of stains and obvious wear to my seats I do not understand, but they made my interior look “like new” again! I do not before photos, but since I have a cream interior, you can only imagine how they looked before. Thank you Extremely Clean & Detail for your AMAZING work! A big thank you goes out to Ms. Elizabeth for all your hard work, making my car look so good, and to Tim for your kindness and patience as I waited for an Uber. So far he has detailed three vehicles for us. F350, Ram 3500, and a Yukon. I can not be any more happier with the outcome of his work. The Ram 3500 has cloth seats and the dirt he got out from shampooing it was amazing. His prices where more than fair considering he had to clay bar and wax them.

I had a full car application of Suntek PPF and a Modesta coating done on my Super Bee. The results were amazing. Vive truly knocked it out of the park. The PPF is flawless, absolutely flawless. The Modesta makes the B5 Blue absolutely pop and shine. Even after overlooking the vehicle again at home I just can’t get over the craftsmanship behind the PPF. You can’t even tell it’s on the vehicle—all of the graphics that come on the Super Bee were no match for the skill that Vive has in the PPF world. They were able to PERFECTLY lay the PPF over all the graphics on the Super Bee. Not just anyone could’ve done that, I truly appreciate the time they took to make the PPF over the graphics look perfect. I’ve done a lot of business with this shop between my Super Bee and a Nissan Armada w/ a full chrome delete, and I don’t regret a single penny. The time, care, and overall effort Vive puts in your vehicles is unmatched in my opinion. I also want to mention that the all of employees here are great as well. The customer service and communication they provide to each and every customer for each and every job is excellent.
