My car’s interior was destroyed by dirt, mud, and dog hair. Even had a soda stain on the roof liner. Carlos did such a great job with my car that I had him do my wife’s. Completely professional and meticulous. Can’t beat the price for the level of work he does.

Well, I can honestly say this is the worst automated car wash I’ve ever used. The results of this wash for $25 had me so disconcerted. I regret “treating” myself with my hard earned money instead of doing self-service. Never. Again. It’s a good thing they offer free towels though! You will need 10 of them to make your vehicle look halfway decent before you leave. I guess I’ll assume this business caters to people with vehicles that never leave the pavement or drive in the country? I don’t expect miracles, but this was dust and bugs folks. No mud, no tar.

I had dapper detail do my rear window tint and basic detail. When I picked up the car I was very surprised with the outcome. My car looked brand new inside and out and I was told everything done to my car as far as the process. There was some concern areas that they felt would need some work to get to looking new and they pointed out each area of concern. My car was recently repaired from the hail storm and each spot pointed out had a dent that was repaired and repainted. I will be bringing my car back to them to have them fix these areas to have a piece of mind about my car staying in good condition. These guys are the real deal and the prices are cheap for the service they give. I work late and they came back to meet me at the shop to drop off and pick up after hours. If you need your car detailed or tinted look no further.

Dapper Detailing was absolutely wonderful! Communication was quick and my car looks brand new again! He picked up my car from my house in the morning, and it was dropped back off by 5:00 pm. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to detail my car, especially with BMW paint. I highly recommend!!

We recently bought a used minivan and took it in to get the interior deep cleaned (it needed it bad). We're on a budget, so this $300+ decision was not taken lightly -- the reviews of other satisfied customers saying that their cars were "like new" after a cleaning is what convinced us. Unfortunately, the service we received didn't quite meet our expectations (given the price). Although we were pleased with the improvements to the carpet and ceiling (many stains were removed), several hard surfaces, including several compartments, were not touched. This layer of grime and dust that we had to scrub off ourselves was disappointing. Edit: carpets looked clean but were loaded with dirt. We pulled them out and had to beat them with a bat and vacuum them. We assumed a proper vacuuming job would be included at the price we paid. Overall, we would have been happy with the 90% complete job that we received if the price had been closer to $200.

I called about having my car detailed and was able to get it in the next morning. Owner and employees were great to talk to and explained everything they would do for my needs 🙏 I was able to pick my car up that afternoon. When it was done I got a text letting me know, and they had an option to pay online before heading there. That was very convenient. They did an awesome job on the full detail and shampoo ☺️ value, convenience, time from drop off to pick up, and quality of work was fair priced. I’ll definitely come back again! They got it clean but not very well. There towel was dirty and you can smell that when you smell the plastic. It looked gresy on the dash. Didn't even touch the cup holders. The mats were still dirty. And they brushed over stuck on stuff on the car. Worst $45 spent ever.

I have been a customer here for both car wash and oil changes but mostly the car wash and detailing for the last 3 years. I don’t make a habit of leaving reviews unless I receive exceptional service and today I did. I wish to recognize two employees that put the finishing touches on my truck.. I had the pleasure of Nicole and Daniel completing the detail on my truck. Nicole and Daniel were polite made eye contact and initiated conversation. They had smiles on their faces which was also nice to see. When the job was finished, typically they would walk away saying nothing really and ever single time, I had to walk back to find someone that would correct mistakes they had made and one time was really bad. Today for the first time, no mistakes, attention to every detail had been accomplished! Not one complaint and a job well done! Daniel moved onto the next customer but Nicole stayed behind to make sure I was happy with the service and said to me, “ Mr. Lambert let me know if you are happy with the work and if anything needs to be corrected I’m right here. After a quick lap around my truck and a look inside, perfection! So today, I happily give 5 star review!

Joe did excellent work doing a 5yr ceramic coating for my Bronco. Success is in the details and he far exceeded my expectations. Pulled the wheels off, top off, ceramic coated each piece.... and the price was FAR MORE COMPETITIVE THAN ANYONE IN THE DALLAS METROPLEX. I'm happy I found him through referral.

Timothy came to our house with his rig which allows him to do everything autonomously (brought his own water, and generated his own electricity). I even offered to let him use our water, but he said he did not want to inconvenience his customers in any way. He even suggested a spot to park my truck that would allow the water to run off better versus soaking down our gravel driveway. I do have to say that he was running a little behind for our 0900 appointment (which he notified us of as soon as he knew, and kept us posted), and that had us worried he may try to rush, but this was not the case. He ended up spending over three hours detailing my truck (which had a lot of dog hair in it - but not anymore - will again soon...can't deprive the dogs of their rides :) ), and he did an amazing job. The truck hasn't looked this good since we bought it new 7-years ago. This is the first time I have ever paid anyone to detail a vehicle I own, but it won't be the last! Thank you Timothy for doing an amazing job on my truck!!!

It is a good place. Staff I talked to were nice and efficient. Only complaint is they say it closes at 6pm but I’ve showed up in between 5:30 and 5:45pm 3 times and they were closed. I go to work before they open and get of at 5pm. So if it closes before 6 I can only wash my car on the weekends.

I’ve gone to many different car washes around the Sherman Denison area and this has to be the best one so far. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Another thing I love is they provide towels and interior and window spray. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody

The employees are always friendly. I appreciate the free vacuums & window cleaner & interior cleaner. I wish the auto wash was better at cleaning my grill, but Amanda was nice enough to scrub the grill good prior to me going in. Also, wish the auto wash was better at cleaning the back door of my SUV, but she gave it a scrub, too. So, all in all it's definitely worth the monthly cost to keep my vehicle clean. I'm disabled, so I can't do the manual wash anymore, so I appreciate this option.

05/18.. 05/20/24.. same older man working both days. Never speaks, barely soaps your vehicle down with the spray wand. Does not brush bottom or grill. Walks off and says nothing. Very poor customer service, car was still dirty when left. Both times he acted the same way Definitely will not go back when he is there.. I go weekly and the same man and woman have always been there and were excellent.

Vacuums just spit everything back out and made my vehicle worse then it was. Half the stuff in the car wash didn't even come on or make contact. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Wow, wow, WOW! Talk about fantastic service - SYK Rides tops the best of the best! Yolanda did a ceramic coating on my LR Defender and it came back to me looking better than brand new! I also appreciated that she offered a pick up and drop off of my vehicle - so convenient and exceptional! No one can beat their pricing or genuine enthusiasm for ‘SYK’ rides - my Defender looks showroom worthy!

I went twice to have a wrap done. Both times the wrap was peeling. Once I took the entire wrap off myself the car was cut all over the roof and bumpers where there was a stripe or a seam. Took almost 3 weeks to get a refund. Even now I am being ignored after sending several photos of the cuts THEY made on my paint.
