This business is not at this location and if it is it is so difficult to find that it may as well not exist. This review is not a reflection of service just in case anyone was worried. Avoid this place. The interior cleaning was beyond shoddy. At pickup, I walked around my vehicle and pointed out the numerous missed areas of cleaning (interior). Art can attest that I stood there pointing for over an hour as he cleaned up each area (such as cupholders, doors, windows dash). It's embarrassing to have your customer inform you of areas that should have been rightly included with an interior cleaning that costs over $225. Not worth my money or time. Then the owner blamed "a helper" for the shoddy work. Owner Art should be embarrassed to call this place a detail shop. No detailing whatsoever.

Visited Wash Tub San Marcos on 8/5 with BMW 2024 X3 paper plates & received multiple scratches on my vehicle. Michael the Manager of San Marcos reached out and planned a time and didn’t show up. Covering manager Chris was unaware of my arrival in absence. Planned another day to meet with Marco the Area manger and he states it’s not scratches. My car still has paper plates brand new and had absolutely no scratches prior to this car wash. I was even given a tour of the tunnel - filthy brushes that rub up against EVERY vehicle that are NEVER cleaned per Marco. The walls are FILTHY! I even witnessed another Blue Cadillac receive SIMILAR scratches as my car while on the tour! Pictures attached below - the lack of customer service, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I’ve already spoken with upper management and no solution has been made for the damages to vehicle. 9/11/24- The Wash Tub damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility. Here is the area manager trying to fix the scratches that were put on my car. If you didn’t cause the damage he should’ve never touched my vehicle and claimed they weren’t done by the wash tub from the beginning. I’m still pending a response for the demand letter for damages

Don’t waste your money. The staff is friendly, but they can’t clean. I tried it twice. The second time I was even over charged and would have to chase a manger for a refund. I’m not going back. I’ll spend $15 and 30 minutes myself to have a better clean instead of $30 and an hour wait.

Hi, yall don't have a phone number, so I can't call to share this with yall. I've been going here since yall opened, and like it because it's a hand wash on my classic truck but yesterday your men climbed onto of my classic truck denting the hood and it's currently in the shop right now because it won't open without ripping the trim. There is nothing yall can do about it now, but I want you to be aware to not climb on top of people's vehicles......

Top of The Line Detailing lives up to their name! They do fantastic work! We wanted our car detailed because we were selling it. I truly believe we were able to get even more for it than I was expecting because it looked SO GOOD! For an 8 year old car, it basically looked new! On top of the excellent work, the attention to detail, Joseph and his tech went above and beyond! They came to my house a whole week early, squeezed me in even though the job before me took longer than he was expecting. They still came over after I explained to Joseph that we were showing the car the next day. I am truly, truly grateful to them! Joe was very professional and worked with us to schedule a convenient time for the service. He came to the house several days before the job to explain what he would do and what we could expect our severly paint-challenged car would look like. after spending two weeks, camping and off roading in the Chihuahuan desert with three dogs my truck was thrashed, inside and out. When I picked my truck up from getting detailed, it looked brand new inside and out. Excellent job for a fair price.👍

A friend of mine had his Maserati detailed by Premium Auto Cosmetics so after taking my Levante mudding and hearing about the great work that was done I had my Maserati detailed as well. I recently visited and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, and attentive. They took the time to explain the different wash options and helped me choose the best one for my vehicle. The wash itself was thorough—my car came out sparkling clean. They even managed to remove some stubborn stains that other places couldn't. The entire process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend and i’ll definitely be returning!

JOSHUA was awesome! He really understood the assignment. I had bought a used vehicle and it didn't feel like my own. He detailed it out and it looked beautiful. He wasn't happy with the seat and went and bought a different product to use so he could get the seat to his standards. I appreciate it. He was great to work with. He communicated well and I will definitely use him in the future. . Had vehicles detailed out many times and left thinking man I could've done that, but that was not the case.. He treated my vehicle like it was my own if you noticed anything that was wrong he notified me. Communication via videos text and pictures.

Awesome car wash!! Finally a self service with vacuum and an air blower! I did the $7 wash and it was fantastic. I blew the dog hair out of the nooks and crevices then vacuumed with one of the best vacuums I have ever used 🤩 Will definitely buy the monthly pass for my wife!

The young lady at the front gate, Ariel, was incredibly rude. Disrespectful on a shocking level. I had recently bought a new car and went through the location in Kyle. At that time I wanted to cancel my membership for personal reasons. The young ladies there were so helpful and informed that I had to cancel through their QR code and my membership ship would still be valid until 10/9/24. I was given a ‘fast pass code’ to continue using without getting a sticker put on my windshield. Fast forward to 10/1/24, Ariel was the young lady at the San Marcos location who clearly was irritated that she had to walk alway across the parking lot to the front entrance booth. No polite greeting, no hi how can I help you, nothing. As she stood there I presented my ticket with the fast pass code and she didn’t even look at it before she said ‘we don’t take those’. I explained the situation that was presented to me at the Kyle location. She rolled her eyes!! And snatched the ticket from my hand. Ariel stated I needed to have a sticker on my windshield as well as my door. I explained again, I had a new car and my membership would be over in 8 days. She insisted on telling me how small the sticker was and ‘it’s no big deal’. At this point her attitude had me fuming. I told her to give me the sticker and let me go through. She STILL went on about this sticker. I said fine put it in my door. Ariel didn’t say a word after that, aggressively returned my fast pass ticket and opened the gate. Also with no sticker. I don’t care what your policies are, rudeness shouldn’t be tolerated. There is no need for it. Also, one policy should match all locations and each employee should be abreast of them. After getting done with my wash, I noticed in my BRAND NEW car a scratch down the back side of my car. This is insane. I am not happy at all. I’m more than happy to cancel my member ship now.

Stopped by for the $1 special going on and it didn't disappoint. The tire shine was evenly applied and didn't spread all over my wheels. Wash did a great job and the dryers actually left my car very dry, most washes in the area can't do that. Free vacuums, towels, compressed air, floor mat cleaners and glass cleaner to use while you're there. They use Sonny's equipment (Best equipment in the tunnel wash industry) so your car is guaranteed to come out clean. Great job on the new site, hope to see many more to come 😊

I love suds deluxe car wash. I have never in my life seen such a fully equipped car wash and their memberships are so affordable. This supply with towels, so you can dry your car, Windex for your windows, leather conditioner, for your leather seats, and even fragrance that you could spray in your car. Their staff are so friendly. It’s the best car wash in the neighborhood. This is coming from someone who used to live in San Antonio and have never seen a car wash like this.

Went through the automatic wash, and it didn't wash anything at all!! It sprayed the car with water, not even soap, no brush ever engaged, and we didn't even get air dried! $7 stolen for them to lightly hide us down for a moment! Absolutely do not recommend, complete scam ripoff!!

It said $10 for the wash I chose and since it didn't look good I paid an extra $1.50 for the hand pressure wash. And they charged $18 that's not right that's not serious or honest.

The car wash on Invasion & Knox street is your standard self-serve, coin-operated coin wash. It has 7 washing stalls: 6 are DIY and 1 has a no-touch, automatic car wash. It has 7 drying/vacuuming stalls with 4 machines. It has your standard fare of cleaning chemicals options. The brushes and cleaning wands are decently maintained, as are the vacuum machines and hoses. Pros: Convenient and gets the job done; Razor "disco" automatic car wash is fun and fast. Cons: Signage faded and overall car wash in need of a good refurbish; doesn't feature trifoam or clear coat protectant; lighting could be be better; time per quarter feels pricey (36sec/25¢) and minimum of $5 for a credit card sucks.

Good and clean facility. The automatic bay is Meh at best, $8 is a good price for what you get though. The "diy" bays are very nice and always kept up with. Vacuums are a great value for only $1 and accept credit cards, Overall super nice car wash!

This business just opened and I thought it was good until yesterday evening when I got my car wash they scratched the entire top of my hood! I went and spoke to the assistant manager he was very nice about the whole situation even showing me what was used brush wise on my car. I do not think the scratches are bad enough to warrant a claim. However I do suggest being cautious of where you get your car washed.

The person from corporate that was there was friendly and helpful, and the worker who was sitting out by the payment kiosk was amazing and very friendly! I ended up getting a membership and it’s totally worth it! The air freshener that they gave me is amazing and makes my car smell awesome! And I’ve never seen my car cleaner or shinier! Also love the free vacuuming service and air for my tires. I won’t be going anywhere else!

If I could leave half a star I would. I have had the worst experience with James and Zach. My car was to be repaired after a front end collision. They drained my transmission and then told me car was ready. Claimed to have “test drove” it and said it was all good. Then lied about draining my transmission and driving it will it was empty. Took it back the next day and they claimed to have topped it off but within 30 minutes on a closed transmission. Still noticing issues, took it back again and they claimed to add more fluid. Still have issues and now my car needs a new transmission. James continued to lie to my insurance and claim it was my fault the vehicles transmission needs to be replaced. They claimed to have replaced my condenser twice and that was not fixed but hey Statefarm paid them so they’re good on their end. There’s also some weird noise as well my car makes now and they couldn’t figure out why and it wasn’t there before the accident I was in. We also had our truck there and they messed that up as well. Will never go back to this place and STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone take their vehicle to them.

I have been looking for paint correction ever since I scratched up my truck using automatic car washes, and then I found Danny. It was my first time ever dealing with any paint correction and ceramic coating process and he made it a breeze! Super professional, super easy to book and also sent me example of his work beforehand! We went ahead and did it and then he came back for the maintanence wash and left it looking brand new AGAIN.
