Recently moved to San Antonio and everyone said you need to put a coating on your car to deal with the heat, sun and pollen. After talking with a number of people, one company kept coming up - Concours Auto Salon. From the first call to the pickup, their focus on customer service and delighting their customers is top notch. I had the 5 year NXTZEN ceramic coating applied am extremely happy. They treated my Maserati with the same care that I would and that's even when I was not looking! They work on all cars for sure, and can tell they love taking care of them. He explained why they use the products they use. He left me with a peace of mind that the process would go smoothly. Sterling did an awesome job polishing my vehicle and applying the ceramic coating. He reached out to me prior to scheduling to gather all relevant details about my vehicle and gave appropriate suggestions of the direction we should go. He kept me updated throughout the process and left my Mustang Mach E looking clean and mean! There was fog the next day and all the water beaded up and rolled right off as expected. First rate job done by the crew at Mirror Image. John was very helpful in scheduling my Ceramic coating and detail service, even when I got lost the morning of. He answered any questions I had about the service and how to best take care of my investment. However, the best was yet to come. A little over 4 hours later I was called to come and pick up my 2024 Volvo XC60. I walked into Mirror Image and was totally blown away and in awe! I have been going to this car wash for the last couple of years and have always loved it. It’s not big or fancy, but it is reasonably priced and usually clean and well cared for, and that is what I like. I went on February 3rd, bought some tokens and put 3 of them in to start the car wash in the middle bay. The lights were working and I turned the knob to soap water and the nozzle started spraying. I sprayed the tailgate of my truck and went to go around the drivers side and it shut off. I looked at the control panel and the lights were off. I tried to change the setting and nothing happened. I had to move to another wash bay, buy more tokens and wash my truck. I went to their website and used the contact us link and it let me type everything in and then wouldn’t submit it. I copied and pasted their email from the same site and sent an email only to get the email back stating it was an invalid address. There was a sign that said if you have problems to leave a note on their door, but I am not leaving my info on a door for all to see and I didn’t have anything with me to write on. While I only lost $3, the inability to contact them and the experience will prevent me from returning. I used to live down the road from there and now that I have moved the location is not convenient for me, but I went out of my way to go there because I liked it.

I paid $100 and they didn’t even blow the water out of my side mirrors so once I left, there were heavy water streaks all over the side of my vehicle as if I went through a cheap $10 drive-through wash. Additionally, somebody stole two bottles of perfume and a Louis Vuitton umbrella. My car was a little junkie and they bagged everything up And when I got home, I noticed that was missing once I went through the bag, There are other reviews that are reporting the same experience of theft. They went through all of my compartments and did things normally is not done on a vacuum and wipe down.I would not recommend this place, I’m sure he pays all those people under the table cash. They give off hater vibes.

Found 210 Mobile Detailing through an online search and after reading the other great reviews- booked the signature service for my VW Atlas. With two younger kids and dogs.. it was definitely overdue for a good clean! Matt was very helpful and nice when I called to book. I left my vehicle at home when I went into work and they were incredibly responsive: letting me know when they were headed to my car, when they were finished, and sent pictures. Marco and the Diamond Detailing team did an amazing job with my all black sedan and silver suv! The single stage polish really cleared the swirl marks from the previous owners trips to the automatic car wash and the ceramic coating looks amazing! My 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited’s head lam lens were showing signs of oxidation and I got hooked up with Armour Details Guys how came out to my property promptly and in no time restored in head lamp lens to at close to like new contortion as possible at a reasonable price. Loved the service and how awesome my care came out after the exterior wash. Currently, my car is wrapped and I am a bit apprehensive in using automatic car washes even if they are touchless. Had PPF and window tint installed on my 2024 Honda Civic Si. The results were awesome. They did an amazing job. Customer service was great. I held off on getting PPF installed by an authorized Xpel dealer because of warranty and not all installers are created equal. Chris explained all the products and what application would be best for my car. No high pressure upsales, but wanted to give you information to make your informed decision. The beige seats in my vehicle is extremely hard to clean - any residual water from a cleaning is extremely visible. Do not answer phone. Do not answer texts. I have been calling and texting for over a week trying to get a hold of these guys and nothing. Still planned to get my car cleaned while I got a massage at the Hyatt. Since they said they were open on Google, i decided to take my chances and still try to take my husband and I’s car - no one was there. At least text or call me back to say you will be closed! Complete waste of my time and energy. So unprofessional. These guys are too good at their craft to be operating this business this unprofessionally. Do better.

They did a phenomenal job on a full detail. I have two toddlers and the backseats were beyond disgusting. I thought there was no way they could clean all the stains, but they did. It looks brand new. I’m selling the car and was able to get an excellent price because it’s in perfect condition now. Service was extremely friendly. I asked them to touch up a few missed spots in the interior and they were happy to do it. Absolutely would return.

It’s not bad but it’s not the greatest. $35 dollars for the top notch wash there’s still a lot of debris on the front! Sides look good but they need to work getting the front a lot better . I used to be a detailer so I’m very particular when I was my truck. I thought I’d try it out and this was the result. Friendly staff though.

I live in Humble and have to go here to get a good self service car wash. Just 50 cents for dry vac, 50 cents for wash like 2 minutes or so. Around Humble, the self service car wash are at least 1 dollar, if you get lucky and the machines work.

We came in at night and it was very well lit and everything worked as it should. Needed to get change and the change machine read my messed up dollar bills just fine and there was music playing which was pretty cool also there was a engine flush option on the selector dial with a hose that connects to your engine earmuffs. Very disappointed for 130$ you would think k my truck would shine like a diamond. Unfortunately it’s still dirty had to go around and rewash a lot of spots and talk about the spots, windshield still has bugs on it. If I would have thought that o take pictures before I spent the time cleaning it then this review but a few I can’t reach. This blue beacon needs some refresher course on clean. I was in desperate need of an interior detail with a short suspense date. I brought Robert a 2020 Toyota Sienna that had been used as a daily driver for a family of 6 with 4 kids under 10. Please make no mistake. The van was an utter mess. I was mortified to drop it off, but desperately need an interior detail in order to drop it off. Not only did he act with complete respect, and never make me feel bad about the condition of my van - he left it looking like a brand new vehicle. He is both respectful and affordable and does a PHENOMENAL JOB. I wish I had before pictures to give you an idea of the miracle he worked… but I will share the after. I brought my car in quite dirty. It had water spots that I could never get out with a car wash anymore. One Detail at a Time gave my car new life!
