Found 210 Mobile Detailing through an online search and after reading the other great reviews- booked the signature service for my VW Atlas. With two younger kids and dogs.. it was definitely overdue for a good clean! Matt was very helpful and nice when I called to book. I left my vehicle at home when I went into work and they were incredibly responsive: letting me know when they were headed to my car, when they were finished, and sent pictures. I was thrilled with the service, my vehicle looks (and smells) so refreshed. Well worth the prices. Highly recommend!

He explained why they use the products they use. He left me with a peace of mind that the process would go smoothly. Sterling did an awesome job polishing my vehicle and applying the ceramic coating. He reached out to me prior to scheduling to gather all relevant details about my vehicle and gave appropriate suggestions of the direction we should go. He kept me updated throughout the process and left my Mustang Mach E looking clean and mean! There was fog the next day and all the water beaded up and rolled right off as expected. First rate job done by the crew at Mirror Image. John was very helpful in scheduling my Ceramic coating and detail service, even when I got lost the morning of. He answered any questions I had about the service and how to best take care of my investment. However, the best was yet to come. A little over 4 hours later I was called to come and pick up my 2024 Volvo XC60. I walked into Mirror Image and was totally blown away and in awe! Excellent! Brandon was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and informative. The hood of my 2010 Tundra needed a paint correction . I personally had a bad experience polishing a vehicle myself. This time I called a professional and Brandon was great. He explained the entire process: prep, products, equipment, application techniques, and after care. He allowed me to watch, learn and ask questions. Which I appreciated. From scheduling to the morning of mobile appointment Brandon was great with communicating via text. I highly recommend especially for a newer vehicle or older vehicle (Like mine).

Marco and the Diamond Detailing team did an amazing job with my all black sedan and silver suv! The single stage polish really cleared the swirl marks from the previous owners trips to the automatic car wash and the ceramic coating looks amazing! The Detail Code is an apt name for this outstanding small, but growing detail business - they have a code for quality, professionalism, pride and utmost care in the services they provide and it shines through in every facet of your experience working with them! I was shopping for a place out of the dozens of options in the greater SA area the week of April 22nd, and this one happened to pop up. I'm so glad it did, because I was super impressed by their customer service. I called at least 4 other shops, and The Detail Code was unique, in that they have you fill out a contact form and then THEY take the time to call YOU to ask about the services you want, and it's an actual conversation. That to me was the first thing that immediately stood out, it shows that they are invested in gaining your business. Other places would just give me quotes and explain a little bit, but it was more one-sided, matter-of-fact. Amber talked to me for almost 20 minutes about what is involved in having a Cermaic Coating and my options, since I'd never done that to my cars in the past. It helped me feel really at ease and made it easy to feel confident that they were the company that would do it right and gain my loyalty. I got my estimate, booked the appointment and dropped my car off on 26 April. They also take the time to shuttle you to and from for services that require sleeping the car, so that was awesome and much appreciated! I was blown away by how amazing my car turned out after getting my paint and wheels ceramic coated. It looked showroom new, if not almost better! But after my initial interaction, I was not surprised that The Detail Code did a phenomenal job, because they proved from the get-go that they are unique and truly care about their customers and their work. Aaron and his team did a fabulous job restoring shine to my Jeep. The previous owner liked to mud-auto brush wash-repeat and you could tell. I could see brush marks and weed whacks and the surface felt matte in places but not any more! My Jeep shines like glass! The ceramic coat is beautiful. And the interior was very well cleaned, with the damaged rear leather seat returned to almost new condition. My husband and I are so pleased we signed up to have his Jeep cleaned up next. Great job!! Update: My husband’s Jeep now looks brand new too! We ordered a touch up kit from Amazon and the Detail Code team were able to fix many dings from rocks. The inside looks great and smelled great too. We also appreciate their ride service. Being able to drop off the vehicle and be driven to work or home really makes their service convenient. It is also fun to pick up the vehicles a see the team all proud of their work. 😃

After getting the car painted, Alexis performed a full paint correction, detailing, and ceramic coating, and the transformation was incredible. The paint correction was flawless—Alexis meticulously addressed every minor imperfection, leaving the finish absolutely perfect and better than I could have imagined. First vehicle I brought to Runner Detail and they did great! A long bed Ford 350 is a lot to cover and they didn’t miss a spot! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the laziest "detail" I've ever received. This used vehicle was just purchased and I was looking to spend more than usual to get a deep quality clean. I did not get that. Instead, I spent a couple hundred dollars to receive shoddy work. I asked the co-owner why the back mat was still dirty (which I had pointed out wanting to have cleaned specifically before the appointment) and his excuse was "oh we only pressure wash the front of the mats." I didn't want to argue about the rest of the crappy work so I just paid and left unsatisfied. Don't go here, save your money.

I have been going to this car wash for the last couple of years and have always loved it. It’s not big or fancy, but it is reasonably priced and usually clean and well cared for, and that is what I like. I went on February 3rd, bought some tokens and put 3 of them in to start the car wash in the middle bay. The lights were working and I turned the knob to soap water and the nozzle started spraying. I sprayed the tailgate of my truck and went to go around the drivers side and it shut off. I looked at the control panel and the lights were off. I tried to change the setting and nothing happened. I had to move to another wash bay, buy more tokens and wash my truck. I went to their website and used the contact us link and it let me type everything in and then wouldn’t submit it. I copied and pasted their email from the same site and sent an email only to get the email back stating it was an invalid address. There was a sign that said if you have problems to leave a note on their door, but I am not leaving my info on a door for all to see and I didn’t have anything with me to write on. While I only lost $3, the inability to contact them and the experience will prevent me from returning. I used to live down the road from there and now that I have moved the location is not convenient for me, but I went out of my way to go there because I liked it.

I was in desperate need of an interior detail with a short suspense date. I brought Robert a 2020 Toyota Sienna that had been used as a daily driver for a family of 6 with 4 kids under 10. Please make no mistake. The van was an utter mess. I was mortified to drop it off, but desperately need an interior detail in order to drop it off. Not only did he act with complete respect, and never make me feel bad about the condition of my van - he left it looking like a brand new vehicle. He is both respectful and affordable and does a PHENOMENAL JOB. I wish I had before pictures to give you an idea of the miracle he worked… but I will share the after. I cannot recommend this man enough. I have every intention of seeing him every couple of months to keep the new car in tip top shape! Don’t hesitate! Just do it.
