Amazing. I'm a dog groomer so I bring in a lot of hair and I have 2 kids so my car was a mess AND I also spilled giblets gravy in my tunk area and they made my car so beautiful and it smelled Amazing. Like I just bought it brand new again. I'll be back for sure.

Couldn’t find anyone else in town who would polish a chrome 26” rim for me. Reached out to On-The-Go Mobile detailing and he was able to bring it back to life. Will be returning with the bike to get chrome polished next! I’ve included some before and after pictures for reference.

Jesse did an excellent job. The inside of my car was not in good shape, from having a milkshake that spilled in my backseat, and this texas heat cooking it up, so you could imagine how lovely that smelled after a few days. Until Jesse came along and completely outdid himself. The inside not only smells better because of his Ozone Treatment, but looks as if I had just got my car from the dealership. Top notch work, and great price. Would definitely recommend.

Just happened to accidentally find this place, and I checked it out today. Just did a basic exterior wash. There is another place in town that I've used a few times, but it always left my car not completely cleaned. The back was always still covered in dirt and dust. But this place was awesome! You pull in and decide which lane to go into based on interior/exterior or just exterior. Leave the keys in the car, go inside to pay, and you can watch your vehicle go through the wash. There are people wiping it down as it comes out and an extra wipe down after. It is very affordable. I will be returning for a full interior/exterior cleaning and will edit my review and add more pics at that time. The staff provided great customer service and it was very quick. We did the basic wash, windows, and tire gloss all for $14.95 and we were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

I needed a car detail (deep cleaning) bad. I had gone on multiple trips for work with animals and kids in the car and pet fur was embedded in the trunk. I had to ship my car overseas quickly for a military move and so I had to pass a white glove inspection. Smith & Son's got me in quickly and worked around my schedule. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I had a ride back safely while my car was being cleaned. And the cleaning was amazing. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. Fast and impeccable service. And the dog hair was gone!! Highly recommend this company! Before and after photos attached.

I’m sure they offer great detailing services, but I didn’t greatest communication experience. When I initially sent my quote request, I included in it that my vehicle is used to transport my husky, so it has quite a bit of hair. They quoted me $200 for inside and out, which was great. In our email conversation they didn’t ask anything about what state my car was in, what type of car I had, or any additional info. The day of they see my vehicle and tell me it has too much dog hair and the detail will be $150 more. I think the lack of communication of prices or requesting information on the car made this experience a little frustrating. They didn’t end up detailing my car, showed up late to my house without communicating they would be late (I had to call them), and almost doubled the price I was originally quoted.

Last week I used Zips Car Wash for the first time - an employee Daniel, went out of his way to help me - he is an absolute star when it comes to customer service. The wash did an amazing job - but the vacuums were fantastic - I just assumed that they would do just a fair job - because they were free to use - but Zips makes sure they are running in top condition - the only negative thing I have to say is - Zips needs an option for the customer to pay in cash - I was prepared to buy a membership - but didn't because I couldn't pay cash -- Thank you again to Daniel - you make a difference.

Not the best, not even close. Paid for the $30 wash. Several spots, several misses, tires were not clean. I would have to agree with the below 1 star reviews. It seems Zips kept saying they would strive to do better, but it doesn't look like they are trying at all. For $30 I could have done this myself and a much better job. I came here for convenience, but it's not convenient when you have to go back over the whole truck to wipe off all the spots that were missed and scrub out all the water spots.

Wasn't allowed to select my own wash. An employee did it for me. Did not get what I wanted. Sides are clean, but front and back are not. No cleaning fluid afterwards so no inside cleaning.

My parents went through Zips Car Wash located on N. Bryant in San Angelo. Their machinery ended up causing one of their car tires to blow. The guys in the office said they would need to email estimates of a tire replacement to Kyle West. They did that and were told they would be reimbursed via check. That was 2 months ago. My parents are elderly and in poor health and do not deserve the run around they’ve been put through with Zips Car Wash. The lack of concern from the office staff and the owner is very sad. I have personally reached out to Kyle West and have received no response. At this point, our only option is to contact the Better Business Bureau. Long story short, don’t use these guys. Their machinery will damage your car and then management will leave you hanging $186 later.

Updated review (June 2024): they've updated the wash and it's even better than before! The high pressure wash and dryers in particular are much improved. Thanks for reinvesting to ensure we get a great wash! Original review (Oct. 2023): Used Turtle Hole Car Wash for the first time today. I'm pleased with the quality of the wash - my windows are streak-free and crystal clear. The car looks great and I love that it's truly touch-free without metal guides for the wheels. I do wish the credit card payment terminal gave clearer feedback - I couldn't tell if my payment went through so had to pull up my bank app to check if I was charged. (Edited to add: the terminal now provides clear feedback, no issues!) I also found that the air dryers just swirl the water around on the back window instead of really drying it off, but they did well on the rest of the car. Best car wash option in San Angelo IMO.

Great car wash! Great prices. Recently added a new wash package! The only complaint is that it doesn't get the road grim off. My truck looks good from a distance, but up close, it's still dirty. Also needs longer dry time.

As a loyal customer since the establishment of this car wash in 2023, I have consistently trusted your service for my car’s cleanliness. Despite noticing minor scratches on my black car in the past, I chose to overlook them and continued using your facility. On November 6, 2024, I was shocked to discover several scratches on my car’s hood immediately after exiting the wash tunnel. Without delay, I went to the vacuum area and filled out a complaint form. Although the staff responded quickly, I was disappointed to hear from Elijah that the car wash was not responsible for the damage, claiming there were no machine malfunctions. They provided several excuses for their lack of accountability, including that the angle of the scratches did not correspond with the top brush, they couldn’t assess the condition of my hood beforehand because my car was dirty, and that no one else had reported scratches either before or after my visit. I arrived around 8:40 AM, just after opening, it’s likely that only a few customers own darker-colored cars where scratches are more noticeable. While I may not be an expert in physics, I can assure you that those significant scratches were not present before my visit, as I inspect my car visually every day. If you have a dark-colored vehicle, you understand how easy it is to notice any spots or scratches. I have exclusively used this car wash since joining in April 2023. For anyone with a dark car, I advise you to take precautions and be vigilant. As for me, I will no longer be using this car wash.

Went through this car wash and it chipped, scratched and dented my car. While in the car wash we could feel how rough it was being. Called immediately after I left. The manager Kenneth kept avoiding me until I called and got ahold of him, and even left knowing I was going up there to write an incident report after I let them know the time I would be there and calling telling them I was on the way. The car wash didn’t even clean the car either. Just put damage on it They don’t plan on making anything right saying their machine didn’t have any malfunctions. Be aware of this car wash.

I have not washed this RV in over 3 years. It was dirty and extremely dull. I called David and he met me in San Angelo. The job he did on my motorhome was beyond expectations. Professional is the only word to describe him. I will 100% use again.

Very friendly, answered all my questions. I was concerned about getting my 41ft Toy Hauler in and out. Plenty of space. The roof of the bay is a bit low to get on top of the roof of the RV, but in a pinch you might b able to wash the RV roof by crawling on your knees. I love that each side has dedicated tools and can be easily switched from one side to the other by pushing a button. Also like that you can pay by credit card. We didn't do the roof and only sprayed the rig down with water for $35, which would have been a lot of quarters. Speaking of quarters, the change machine actually works, not like some of other Wash bays we've visited.

Everything worked. The spot-free rinse is actually a spot-free rinse. One thing that got me is the time. I fed a few quarters into it while it was still running to increase the time. After four quarters, realized the time wasn't going up. I waited for it to end and then I was good to add another $2.00.

I went to Stripes on Sherwood Way at Sunset Blvd for an oil change and vehicle inspection. The person who is authorized to do inspections was at lunch, so I waited. When this person returned, he stated that he was unable to do an inspection due to computer malfunction. That sounded familiar, as the Stripes at Knickerbocker & Southland consistently gives the same excuse. Meanwhile, another shop worker told me that prices went up and I would be charged $21 more than the price for an oil change that was posted inside. I left and got the oil change and inspection done at Valvoline on Sunset Blvd for $48.16, rather than spending $94.17 at Stripes. Checked online yesterday while we were in town to see if they were open. It showed they were open until 5. We pulled up between 3:00 & 3:15 to get inspections and oil changes on 2 vehicles. A young man walks out and says they have started a deep clean in the shop and can't help us, unless we come back tomorrow (Monday morning at 8 a.m.)I explained we couldn't. I asked, are y'all no longer open on Sundays and he said oh yeah, but we already started a deep clean so we can't help you today. Why during your 'Open' hours would you begin a clean that would prevent you from being able to be open and assist your customers with the very thing you are in business for. Just frustrating and such poor service!

My family has used this laundry mat for bedding the past 3 years until this morning. The amount of broken washers makes it impossible to be efficient with your time and you better hope you’re there early to snag what machines are working. But not too early or you’ll crash the adult slumber party going on up there since the establishment is 24/7 with no overnight attendant? The place has gone downhill at a rapid rate and no longer worth the trip.

The last couple of times I've come in here I was REAL surprised. SO many machines have Out of Order signs on them! I continue to come back because, 1)They take cards and have an app you can start the machines with 2) They are 24hrs 3) They have big tables to fold your clothes on so finishing your clothes quick is no problem. 4) Big washers and dryers for bedding that aren't too expensive. I REALLY don't want to stop coming here because it is so close but guys PLEASE, fix your machines! Makes the place feel trashy. 🥺

Hands down the worst self service car wash I've ever been too. Hardly any water pressure. It wouldn't even rinse my truck. Bays full of mud. No "foam" on the brush. Only got a small splash of soap. Don't come here unless you want to waste your time and money! Would rate less than 1 star if possible.

Bays were all caked with mud. Coin machine was inoperable and on top of that they do not take cards. Their brushes were also worn and well overdue for replacement. Would not recommend.

Absolutely fantastic job! My car looks brand new! I've included some after photos - I would have taken before pictures, but I didn't even realize just how bad my car was in comparison. The shampoo, vacuum, polish just...everything, it's like a new luxury. Seriously, amazing job. Also, the guys were super nice, professional, and quick! We will definitely be hiring them again! Better off letting nature take care for washing your vehicles than wasting any money here. Minimum wage staff are indifferent to doing a even decent job of wiping down a vehicle. The actual wash doesn't even get your car clean. Leaves dirt and debri all over.
