If I had known the Carnation package was just a drive through car wash, vacuum and wipe down I would’ve done that all myself. Was told I had to pay a extra $25 because of how dirty the seats were but they didn’t even shampoo the seats so I’m really confused on what that extra money was for. I never got the phone call that it was ready so after 2 hours I just got a ride up there. I immediately noticed that multiple spots were not wiped down and the seats weren’t clean. I went to talk to somebody and he started pointing fingers saying the lady didn’t charge me for the correct package and they did what they were suppose to. He ended up wiping down the car again and I still noticed multiple spots that were not touched but at this point I was over it and just left. These pictures are all from after the second wipe down.

I am very impressed with this place. Lay gave the best service and she was really knowledgeable. They went above and beyond cleaning my car. I haven’t seen my wheels that clean in a long time. Someone asked me in the parking lot at the store where I got it cleaned at and I told them. Highly recommend.

We love this place! It was open on a Sunday at 6 PM when we desperately needed our car washed, unlike many other places that were closed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they did a fantastic job cleaning our car. The pricing was reasonable, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great service and convenience!

My husbands truck was so dirty. But we had a parsdeto be in so it’s needed a detail. They called it “restoration clean” a yes it needed that. They did a great job. It was $300 just for the inside but they made it look great. He is a painter/contractor and had never been detailed in many years so we did not mind the price because they did such a good job. I have a membership for my car. I wish they had family rates so my husband would come more often 😆. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the seats were soaking wet so were the floor mats. It seems they could have wet vacuumed or something. Left the truck with a bad smell. But the job itself was great. Thanks Juan.

Took the truck in for a free wash as offered from Instagram. Everything washed clean, except it seemed to have left this hard residue/damaged the clear coat of the hood. In addition, it left some kind of lines on the side of the truck’s passenger front door. This being a free wash, I was testing to see if it was a good car wash. Based on this experience, I will not be coming back. Avoid this if you want your vehicle’s paint intact.

Hello, I am a customer at your Rockwall location. I’ve been coming to Blast since it first opened and I’ve always been very satisfied (about every two weeks). Today I purchased the $55 full service wash like I always do and when I came inside my car, I could tell the seats, doors, and middle consoles had not been wiped and there was a wet black towel on the seat. I asked them to please finish up cleaning the interior. I could hear the female employee tell someone else (in Spanish) to just blast the area with air. Some wiping did take place but unfortunately it was still unfinished. I was very excited to have a thorough-service car wash but today it was not the same. I hope this review helps.

Not many people I allow full access to my cars. Alex and his crew are 100% professional and know what they are doing. You get what you pay for folks. Alex is still very affordable but you what you get for your money is over the top. His detailing skills are ridiculous. His skills with ceramic coating is off the charts. Their wraps, stripes, etc. are the best around. If you don't know these guys, you need to.

Took my new Bronco to Harts for PPF and Ceramic clear coat. They detailed my vehicle, then did the ceramic coat and PPF. Removed the wheels, removed the plastic fenders and did a top of the line job. I’d recommend them to anybody looking to protect their car or truck!

I have to give some serious props to Renegade Auto Spa. Took my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate in to protect my investment. Got PPF on hood, front and side qtr panels, Gold Ceramic package, IRX Ceramic tint on all windows, and a BAK MX4 Premium Tri-Fold bed cover installed and could not be happier with how it all turned out!! My husband and I were here yesterday. Bought a wash and no one scrubbed down before entering, back of his truck did not get washed at all. And then as we were going to vacuum we were told we can’t??? Seriously? then he said if he gets a membership he can have access to vacuum and towels. NO thank you. There is too many car washes to choose from to be coming to this nonsense place. Also for my car that I have membership here and my daughters we will be canceling our memberships. Train your employees to speak people with some respect.

SI MOBILE WASH IS THE BEST CAR DETAILING I HAVE EVER HAD!!! This is the second time we have used the service and our 2013 Toyota HIGHLANDER LOOKS BRAND NEW. He arrived (Promptly) at 0900 and IS STILL HERE at almost 2 p.m. He doesn't leave until the job is complete and to your satisfaction We got the top treatment which cost $350....a BARGAIN for making our SUV look like it just came off the new car lot. Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. Eduardo and Johnny did a spectacular job with my exterior and interior detail. They were easy to get in contact and schedule with and the results speak for themselves. Their pricing is fair and guaranteed to be a better value (at the same quality) as any bigger shop. I was very disappointed in my service. The interior looked great but almost none of the carpet stains came out. I did have trapped water in my floorboard and he was able to remove it but I am disappointed that he charged me $200 and didn’t even wash the outside and the carpet stains were still there. The seats were completely dry and I don’t even think he used a professional upholstery cleaner. His reason that the stains didn’t come out was that my car was an older car. I read his reviews and I had high hopes but all I am feeling is ripped off and disappointed.

**Disappointing Experience at Tint World** I recently visited for tinting services for my car windows, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was dismayed to find several issues that detracted from what should have been a straightforward service. Firstly, the cleanliness of my car was far from satisfactory. There were visible fingerprints both inside and outside the vehicle, particularly noticeable on the windows where the tint film had been applied. This oversight was surprising and frustrating, as I expected a basic level of cleanliness considering the nature of the service. Moreover, the quality of the tint application itself was questionable. There were areas where the tint film was not applied smoothly, resulting in noticeable bubbles and uneven edges. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the professionalism of the establishment and suggests a rushed job. Communication with the staff was another issue. There seemed to be a lack of clarity regarding the timeline for completion, and I was not informed of any potential delays or issues during the process. This lack of transparency added to the overall dissatisfaction with my visit. For 700 dollars I expected better work. Overall Rating: 2/5

I usually don't post reviews. But this one in Rowlett, TX, deserves it. They did tinting on my car windows this week. Mo was very courteous, friendly and professional from the 1st phone call to the finishing point of the work. After I took the appointment for the windows , I did more research and decided to cancel it. Walked in 2 hours earlier to let them know about my decision. Both MO and Grant were very polite and asked the reasons behind it. They listened to my concerns and offered me a better option. Also offered the job to start right away, instead of waiting. I am very satisfied with their work, professionalism as well as friendliness. I will definitely recommend my family and friends without any hesitation. I am very happy that I went there. Thank you Mo and Grant for your great customer service.

Had my boat fully restored by Edison at L'Finesse. I couldn't be happier with the results. Edison put in the extra work paying attention to details that most wouldn't bother with. He even removed the swim platform just so he could polish some hard to reach spots! Would definitely recommend, my boat looks like it just came off the showroom floor!

Edison and Trigger did a skillful and flawless job on my 2018 Tesla Model S! I’m glad I decided to go with the multi-stage higher package. That was time and money well spent with getting out all the imperfections and damage in the paint. It came out showroom perfect, and the nano ceramic coating has it shining and protected.

Daniel came very next day for an emergency interior detail cleaning after a bad milk accident in my car. He went above and beyond in cleaning the affected area, at no extra charge. I ve worked next to this place for 6 years .Not well maintained and sometimes even runs out of soap. If you lose your money in one of the machines dont bother calling the number noone has ever called me back and the same machines are broken for as long as I ve been going there .ok in a pinch or if its close to your location but if your looking for a good car wash that is well maintained.This isnt it .This car wash sucks.

i was in line for a car wash , i was behind 3 vehicles when i arrived , and when it got to 2 Vehicles the person in charge , came to me to tell me that that a car that arrived later after a black vehicle behind said he was in front of me , i had been waiting 20 minutes and i asked who said , and he said a co-worker said to him . what a lain excuse , i told him i would leave because apparently they wanted to take care of their friends, so i told them i rather leave been waiting too long , and i guess my business of 3 cars in my household is not with it so it’s ok , you just lost 120$ worth of business my truck and the two cars i will inform the rest of my family and we can look elsewhere , car wash are a dime a dozen nowadays , and respectful ones!!!

I officially joined the Hacienda damaged car club! I was 3rd in line waiting to enter the tunnel when the employee who pre-sprays the front and brushes the back of the cars got lazy. Instead of swapping the brush for the spray hose after brushing the rear of the car in front of mine, he instead slammed the large scrub brush onto my windshield and began raking it aggressively back and forth. My wipers started (I leave them on until after they spray so that I can see to pull forward). The wiper blades got tangled up in the brush being yanked back and forth. One blade completely snapped off and, baton style, flipped through the air landing ten feet away. With a dirty car, only one wiper and dried suds coating the windshield I then drove to an appointment. When I returned to Hacienda, I was given a piece of paper to record my “complaint” as they were all out of forms. Not surprising. After writing a detailed account of the events, I then had to verbally explain it a second time to the owner. He never introduced himself. He denied fault. He offered no apology. He had a condescending attitude and smirked repeatedly while I explained how his employee, and not the machinery, had damaged my vehicle. He also crumpled up my written complaint in his hand like it was a piece of garbage as we talked. He offered to compensate me for only one replacement blade at first as if I would enjoy having two random blades for wipers. Although the damage was minor, the owner’s attitude was appalling. Find some of the bad reviews online and read the responses submitted by the owner if you think I am exaggerating.

I had a great experience just walking through the door. I saw a vehicle online I liked and it was there. The whole team is nice and showed hospitality. Daniel was my sales guy and it was great to have someone look at me eye to eye. #7footers. He was respectful and there was no pressure. Daniel helped me to get the best deal on my Escalade. The finance guy was great also and provided great customer service. Also it was great talking to Nick while my credit score went down a couple digits. Wow!!!! I don’t know where to start but I can tell you this! Francisco was beyond amazing. He took care of my company car that was in bad shape- especially the interior. After he got done the car was like brand new and I could not believe the outcome. Another great attribute of him is his professionalism.
