Just picked up a 2025 Model Y for my wife. Needed to get it protected with PPF before we started driving it. Jackson is a beast, he fit us in quick and knocked out the install in record time. Their quality of install is far superior to any other shops I’ve been to or used in the past. They even cured the PPF film under IR lights so that I could drive it the same day vs having to wait days to drive like I had to the last time I had this done. A++++ service and quality. This is literally the best one could hope for. Ven and Justin are super nice car guys too and I’ll definitely be taking my personal cars to them for any ppf or detailing work in the future.

We went with the Icon and couldn't be happier. AI Autoworks has phenomenal customer service, and it's obvious they love doing what they do. AI Autoworks in Round Rock is 1.5hrs away from us and absolutely worth the drive. These folks are highly skilled in their craft and truly care about their customers!

I brought my 2022 Highlander to get inside detail and they quoted me $209 + $50 for dog hair. Y’all I clean my car regularly (1-2 times per month) so it’s pretty darn clean. The only reason I can’t this time is because I’m 9 months pregnant and wanted to get it detailed before baby comes. WAY too high price and the reviews and photos show they don’t even do a great job.

I had a full front, front & rear fenders flares PPF package, windshield tint, and a ceramic cost done to my 2023 Branco Raptor. When selecting the PPF on the finder flares, I originally wanted to have a gloss finish. Lan took the time to listen to what I wanted my end result to be and made a few recommendations. I have to admit I am pleased that I lesson to what he had to say. The attention to detail and care that went into the process was outstanding. I’ve taken a few cars to other shops, but never felt comfortable recommending one. But if you are in the market for PPF, wrap, tint, or ceramic coat trust that Lan and the Paragon team will take care of you. Thanks guys!

Worst place ever , the people drying the vehicles are so careless , I paid for the 24.99 car wash that supposed to include the tire shine and the bug removal along with other staff ,but they did a really bad job , actually I had to ask them if they were not doing the tires and his answer was , oh , you want your tires clean ,my response was , I just want the service that I paid for , they finally did it but the tires look duty and the bugs they don't even touch them . My first and last time in this place !!!

Ever since the name change this place has gone to crap. They hire the laziest set of high schoolers they can find. The wash is not as thorough as it used to be, and the drying leaves streaks everywhere. Today the laziest set of dryers refused to do my tires because I didn’t have my receipt on me. The lazy boy who checked me in did not give me one. Been a member for several years now, cancelled immediately. Too many other places I can go to now.

The protection package they offer for Tesla's is super worth it. There were a few scratches in the tint after getting the car back and one part of the PPF was lifting on an edge.. and they fixed it right away, then when we went to pick the car up, the tint was replaced, PPF was fixed, and the car was cleaner than before we dropped it off. My husband told me 'leave them a good review!' so, here it is. ✌🏻 Thanks!

I went through the wash and the back doors on my van didn't get hit the best on the first go around. I brought this to Justin's attention, and he was extremely nice and respectful, and told me to bring it back through. Him and the other teammates made sure my van was completely spotless. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Amazing staff, and great atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

Walked into this Round Rock location and wasn't really sure what all I wanted / needed to keepy new car looking its finest, but I was fortunate enough to have Aaron's knowledge to walk me through it all. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and wasn't a typical pushy salesman. He showed me around the shop, informed me about all the upcoming car events they're having, and explained all the sales they have on those event nights. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop for all your car detail needs!

It had been months since I last came here. Car was still very dirty after the wash. The car did not get dried at all. They're blower to dry as you're coming out is horrible. At least supply towels for people to wipe their car off if you're not going to have anybody here to wipe it off. The vacuum suction is horrible. I'll never come back.

I’ve been going to this car wash for over a year. Every time I go thru the car wash I make sure the back of my truck is clean and there is no debris that could fly up. I have a tow chain in the back (60 ibs) that I’ve never took out not one time. They have asked me twice before the situation today and both times they let it stay in my truck bed deeming it was heavy enough it wouldn’t cause a problem. This time they made a big deal…. Keep in mind I’ve been through this car wash over 50 times and I never once have I took out the chain.This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. She stopped the assembly line and continued to argue with me for over 20 minutes while I was just trying to explain to her then she proceeded to gaslight me and saying I was the problem and that she would run the car wash with my window down??? She then took the chain out herself and gave it to me. She was even struggling to hold it. BC ITS 60 POUNDS. The general managers name was Taylor, she had the same problem with my girlfriend when she took my truck. They let her go through with the chain in the back AGAIN deeming it was heavy enough to not be an issue. There was no issue with the chain even the 50 + times I’ve been through before encountering TAYLOR. So it seems like she is on a high horse. The gm deserves -5 stars

Aaron does fantastic work and is very knowledgeable. My wife and I both used to detail and just don't have time to mess with it these days. I had my radiator bust on me this week and it made a mess of my engine compartment. Aaron was able to work me in right away after the repair to get it shining like new again and stop the coolant smell that was driving me crazy. Would definitely recommend giving him a call!!

I like this car wash, except for one thing… the Tire Shine. The product(s) this car wash uses… slings black all along the side of the vehicle (it seems extra oily…. as if it’s black mixed with sesame oil or something…), plus.. if you just so happen to even slightly brush your clothes alongside your tires, then you have to scrub that crap out. It seems the company could strive for better products for the Tire Shine.. in my opinion. I talked to JP a few days ago, and he said other customers have been complaining as well, and that his superiors are aware of this issue. Us customers should not have to deal with black oil slinging down our vehicles right after a simple car wash, and avoiding walking by our tires like it’s a black hole. It took me weeks to figure out what this oily sludge was.. thank you JP for confirming what I figured it out to be. When the company strives for better products, I’ll remove this rating.

I stumbled upon this car wash, and my initial experience was great. They offer free vacuums, glass cleaner, leather conditioner, and dry towels. After cleaning the interior, we went through the car wash for a one-time wash. We selected a specific tier, and the lady at the gate mentioned a promotion where we’d get two additional washes for free over the next two months. We agreed, paid, and left happy. A month later, we returned and were waved in without being asked for payment, as expected. However, when I got home, I noticed that my card had been charged. I called and was told there was no such promotion, and that I was actually on a monthly subscription with unlimited washes. Both my wife and I clearly heard the promotion offered, so there was no misunderstanding on our part. The employee said they’d cancel the membership (I’ll see if that happens next month), but this level of dishonesty is concerning. Plus, since I returned within a month of my first wash on August 30, shouldn’t that still have been covered under the subscription? In any case, it’s a lot of time waste over $28. You can keep it, but you get a negative review in return. I won’t be giving them any more business. I might still use the free vacuums, but they won’t see another dollar from me. There are plenty of other car washes out there.

We could not be more pleased with the detailing service providing by Cayce at Top Gloss. Our Kia Telluride had seen better days. After purchasing our car used from the dealership, some not-so-great wear and tear was left from the previous owner (for example, dried gum on the interior plastic framing). We also have two little kids which means sticks, rocks, and sticky substances are commonplace. Our car was in need of some serious TLC with a side of elbow grease. We disclosed our vehicle concerns up front to Top Gloss and Cayce was able to tackle the gum and kid messes completely. Honestly, once he was done, it looked like a brand new car. We had never seen it look so good. The exterior was absolutely spotless. All bugs, dust, dirt, and grime were gone. The paint looked fresh and the tires gleamed (even where I scuffed them on the curb looked great). He even provided a coating of rain-X on the windshield and intense exterior buffing to enhance the paint. On the interior, the leather was conditioned and soft. All surfaces were dusted and sticky finger-print free. Top Gloss even provided us with an amazing air freshener and microfiber cloth as a gift. We will definitely use this service once again. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Cayce is a miracle worker! My truck had not been detailed in years, but after having my kids and dog in the back, it was long overdue. Not to mention my daughter got sick in the front seat the other day... projectile vomit in all the nooks and crannies that i was able to get most of, but it needed the white glove treatment. He showed up on time, was communicative, empathetic and went above and beyond to have my truck looking good as new! Brad and his crew have been fantastic taking care of my Mercedes CLE 53 AMG. I bought the car Aug 31 and they had me in the shop within 5 days. I decided to go with a full XPEL Stealth PPF to protect the graphite grey magno (satin matte) factory finish. It took them around 1 week to get the PPF done and everything looked amazing. They even gave me a loner car for the week while the car was in the shop. They de-badged the car, ordered new badges from Mercedes and placed them perfectly on the car. On Dec 5th I brought back the car to have the front side bumper PPF panel replaced after a sharp rock hit my car. The PPF was able to absorb the majority of the impact but needed to get replaced because it was ripped in the impact area. Again, they did an amazing job. Communication with Brad and Kevin is great! Brad will go above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care off. I highly recommend Authentic Details! Thank you Brad and Kevin for everything you have done for me.

My neighbor had Wash on Wheels come out to do her car and from her positive review I decided to call them to tackle my messy SUV! I have 2 kids and a large dog in and out of my car daily. It was filthy, and had accumulated tons of stains and ick in the year we’ve had it. This is its first detail/real clean inside and it looks better than when it was new! Everyone was friendly and professional. I was scheduled quickly and communication was kept before, throughout and after my appointment. These guys are absolutely fantastic! I asked for a thorough detailing for my 2015 Camry. The car was a complete mess with dog hair scattered all over... But they worked their magic, and now my car looks as good as new! I really regret being in a bad mood that day because of a terrible headache, otherwise, I would have left a much better tip for the girl who took care of our car. Great job on our vehicle, very responsive business. The auto tech was on time, friendly, and self-sufficient. We have a large passenger van with people in and out a lot - now it looks squeaky clean again♥️. Even though we try to keep the van clean, everything is just too hectic, and the van is too big to not get out of hand. Tim and their team are fantastic. I shopped around with several competitors, and Signature offered the best quality at the best price. Their work and customer service are exceptional. Very thorough and will answer any questions you may have. I got their 9-year graphene, and it came out great.
