I've been with this truck for 12 years and it's never looked better ( please don't judge me). The entire process is fluid and convenient. No lines. No drop off. No pick up. SI MOBILE WASH IS THE BEST CAR DETAILING I HAVE EVER HAD!!! This is the second time we have used the service and our 2013 Toyota HIGHLANDER LOOKS BRAND NEW. He arrived (Promptly) at 0900 and IS STILL HERE at almost 2 p.m. He doesn't leave until the job is complete and to your satisfaction We got the top treatment which cost $350....a BARGAIN for making our SUV look like it just came off the new car lot. He has of course many price options to fit your specific vehicle needs. Hands down...I wouldn't go Anywhere else. 1. Rampis was Very easy to get in touch with and very flexible with times and dates. 2. EXTREMELY personable and a Good Man..Honest..HARDWORKING. 3. I’ve been going here for years and I’m so grateful to have this perfect spot and the awesome employees as my go to car wash. My boys and I formed a deep friendship with their main sprayer in the back before he passed away. The guys who towel dry my car do a great job and are friendly and kind, and Gary is always waving and catching me up on the best deals right now. ✨ It’s an establishment where it feels like home and being a regular is the best. I love their monthly car wash membership and their special entry for members where you can get through quicker. And having someone else towel dry my car every single time is clutch. I officially joined the Hacienda damaged car club! I was 3rd in line waiting to enter the tunnel when the employee who pre-sprays the front and brushes the back of the cars got lazy. Instead of swapping the brush for the spray hose after brushing the rear of the car in front of mine, he instead slammed the large scrub brush onto my windshield and began raking it aggressively back and forth. My wipers started (I leave them on until after they spray so that I can see to pull forward). The wiper blades got tangled up in the brush being yanked back and forth. One blade completely snapped off and, baton style, flipped through the air landing ten feet away. With a dirty car, only one wiper and dried suds coating the windshield I then drove to an appointment. When I returned to Hacienda, I was given a piece of paper to record my “complaint” as they were all out of forms. Not surprising. After writing a detailed account of the events, I then had to verbally explain it a second time to the owner. He never introduced himself. He denied fault. He offered no apology. He had a condescending attitude and smirked repeatedly while I explained how his employee, and not the machinery, had damaged my vehicle. He also crumpled up my written complaint in his hand like it was a piece of garbage as we talked. He offered to compensate me for only one replacement blade at first as if I would enjoy having two random blades for wipers. Although the damage was minor, the owner’s attitude was appalling. Find some of the bad reviews online and read the responses submitted by the owner if you think I am exaggerating.

I have to give some serious props to Renegade Auto Spa. Took my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate in to protect my investment. Got PPF on hood, front and side qtr panels, Gold Ceramic package, IRX Ceramic tint on all windows, and a BAK MX4 Premium Tri-Fold bed cover installed and could not be happier with how it all turned out!! Hello, I am a customer at your Rockwall location. I’ve been coming to Blast since it first opened and I’ve always been very satisfied (about every two weeks). Today I purchased the $55 full service wash like I always do and when I came inside my car, I could tell the seats, doors, and middle consoles had not been wiped and there was a wet black towel on the seat. I asked them to please finish up cleaning the interior. I could hear the female employee tell someone else (in Spanish) to just blast the area with air. Some wiping did take place but unfortunately it was still unfinished. I was very excited to have a thorough-service car wash but today it was not the same. I hope this review helps.

I just had my car detailed at Extreme Detail, LLC., and I highly recommend them🤩 I went for their “Gold” package, and my car looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and out and sooo shiny. They really have a great selection of packages to fit different needs and budgets, which I loved too. The owner is super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. They have a very nice office with a waiting area, and a large selection of custom scents as well for your vehicle. Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. This place is almost 5 stars for a reason. Reviews are usually right. Definitely get the premium package; they give it a top-to-bottom, spotless clean. It's one of the best car detailing deals around. Pull up, drop off your car, come back in about 3-4 hrs, and you won't recognize your car.

Not many people I allow full access to my cars. Alex and his crew are 100% professional and know what they are doing. You get what you pay for folks. Alex is still very affordable but you what you get for your money is over the top. His detailing skills are ridiculous. His skills with ceramic coating is off the charts. Their wraps, stripes, etc. are the best around. If you don't know these guys, you need to.

Took my new Bronco to Harts for PPF and Ceramic clear coat. They detailed my vehicle, then did the ceramic coat and PPF. Removed the wheels, removed the plastic fenders and did a top of the line job. I’d recommend them to anybody looking to protect their car or truck!

Nice people, helpful, informative, great customer service. The car wash however is lacking. I paid for a basic wash and had to go through twice because of spots still visible from the driver's seat. After 2 passes I took a look and found many areas still with dirt and stuff stuck to the vehicle. I'm no expert, but it seems that the belt speed is too fast and doesn't allow adequate time for proper cleaning.

Absolutely not worth the money. I used to love this location. You could come for $7, get basic wash and a good vacuum. Prices increased and then one day they took away the brush (windshield and back of car). Now the back if the car NEVER gets clean. Ever. Then there is always soap left on the car that I have to hand wipe off. I bought the monthly membership, but will be canceling. I have come here at least 10x this month (I Uber so I have to keep the car clean) and every time the back isn't clean and I have to wipe off soap! Not worth the time or money. Go elsewhere. Update: I went again today (6/7/24) because I still have until the 17th on my membership. I now have scratches on my hood. 😞

Alittle disappointed because my warranty company gave me this detailer to get my car detailed on the interior. I called on Tuesday and asked if he worked on Saturdays because I’m a teacher so I couldn’t do it during the week. He said yes and he scheduled me for This Saturday in the morning. I told him we had to leave by 2:30pm for football games that day, and he understood. Said it would be bright and early. It’s currently nearly 11am and I’ve called 6 times between 8am and now to get an estimate of when he’d arrive. No answer, no call back. His voicemail isn’t set up to leave a voicemail. I tried contacting on his website, and the link comes up with the 404 broken link status. Now I have to wait for the warranty company to authorize a different mobile detailer (which originally took 2 months!) before getting my car detailed.

He messed my car up . He did an absolutely fantastic job on detailing. But he washed my engine bay without covering anything I had water in my distributor my fuse box in my spark plug cylinders and inside my spark plug wires. The water got in my fuse box and shorted out everything. then I called him to tell him car will not start because he pressure washed it told me he would be by never showed up or called again. Thanks again for breaking my car and not taking responsibility for it

This place lost my business today. I paid $80 after discussing what all was included. In the past I paid around $45 and they had 1 particular person that did an impeccable job. Since my car needed extra attention, I paid for the $80 treatment. My car looked awful. Even the manager agreed. So, they did more work on the interior and ran it through a wash a second time due to poor drying. Looked pretty good after the second wash. However, when I got home I opened the rear door and they had not even touched it! No vacuum, no mat wash, no interior cleaning as agreed upon. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls, so I had to drive back up there, speak to the manager, and they cleaned it. Never again!

If I had known the Carnation package was just a drive through car wash, vacuum and wipe down I would’ve done that all myself. Was told I had to pay a extra $25 because of how dirty the seats were but they didn’t even shampoo the seats so I’m really confused on what that extra money was for. I never got the phone call that it was ready so after 2 hours I just got a ride up there. I immediately noticed that multiple spots were not wiped down and the seats weren’t clean. I went to talk to somebody and he started pointing fingers saying the lady didn’t charge me for the correct package and they did what they were suppose to. He ended up wiping down the car again and I still noticed multiple spots that were not touched but at this point I was over it and just left. These pictures are all from after the second wipe down.

I am very impressed with this place. Lay gave the best service and she was really knowledgeable. They went above and beyond cleaning my car. I haven’t seen my wheels that clean in a long time. Someone asked me in the parking lot at the store where I got it cleaned at and I told them. Highly recommend.

Sami is the man! He put ceramic coat and tint on my M8 and did an excellent job. From start to finish, he kept me updated with pictures and videos. You could tell he genuinely cared about my car and that I just wasn't "another number". For example, he let me know we should put some ppf on my headlights to protect them (at no charge) and the courtesy interior detail was much appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Sami again!
