Professional, speedy service with fair pricing—I highly recommend Aric, Ryan, and their staff. After having a bit too much fun off-roading in my Land Cruiser, I ended up with a few clear coat scratches and pinstripes on the paint. Their team detailed the exterior and removed the imperfections using an SSR (spray-on scratch removal) process and polish. I dropped off my car in the morning, and they offered me a ride home while I waited for the work to be completed. A few hours later, they picked me up, and my car looked as good as new. I’ll definitely keep 1st Call Auto in mind for all my future detailing needs.

I'm a three time returning customer. Nobody does in better than Aric and his team. My 2002 Avalanche incurred some ice storm damage from some fallen tree limbs. There was also some hail damage that needed to be taken care of. Aric's team took care of all of my repairs and brought my Avalanche looking like new again. And they handled everything with my insurance company claim. This is the 2nd time they transformed my Avalanche, after my dad passed in 2015, they reconditioned the whole interior as well. I drive over 2 hrs from East TX to have his team work on all of my vehicles. Thanks, guys!

I have the opportunity to know Tony’s Auto shop. I was impressed of how nice Tony and Lisa are. They are really passionate and know what they are doing. I let my car there for them to install the dash cam. I’m glad that I brought my car to his shop. Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. He exudes the upmost professionalism and kindness. You cannot ask for better a customer service experience, or a higher quality end result! It is obvious Wilson and his crew are masters of this trade. He even took the time to educate me on what had built up around my emblem. This place is almost 5 stars for a reason. Reviews are usually right. Definitely get the premium package; they give it a top-to-bottom, spotless clean. It's one of the best car detailing deals around. Pull up, drop off your car, come back in about 3-4 hrs, and you won't recognize your car.

Usually, they do a pretty good job and the $25.00 package is a pretty good deal. The last few times I've been here, they haven't done such a good job on the interior and they've definitely left bug spots on the windshield. The problem today, though, is that I drove all the way over here to get my car clean so I can pick relatives up at the airport tonight. I checked the website first and it specifically said Christmas Eve hours were 9-3. But they aren't open and no one is answering the phone. I don't know if they're just late, or decided to close without warning. Unprofessional.

Been coming here for almost two years and had to detail and shampoo the car seats. The team did an amazing job with my interior cleaning and exterior wash! The old stains are gone from my cloth seats! Very professional, efficient, and hard working group! Would highly recommend. Aside, after the wash before the detailing found the number plate frame was broken and the plate was bent. They didn’t bother to make it straight and also forgot to clean the trunk door which I noticed after coming home.

I was very disappointed in my service. The interior looked great but almost none of the carpet stains came out. I did have trapped water in my floorboard and he was able to remove it but I am disappointed that he charged me $200 and didn’t even wash the outside and the carpet stains were still there. The seats were completely dry and I don’t even think he used a professional upholstery cleaner. His reason that the stains didn’t come out was that my car was an older car. I read his reviews and I had high hopes but all I am feeling is ripped off and disappointed.

If you're reading this review then you found the right shop to take your car. I took my JL Jeep Wrangler to have it ceramic coated and Thomas explained in detail the process and how long it would take to get it done. After talking to Thomas, I noticed how well he kept his shop, I knew my jeep would be in good hands, so I booked my appointment. Before I left there were some cars getting worked on (PPF/Wrapped), and you can tell that Thomas and his crew are put out quality work, very detail oriented. When I got the call my Jeep was done I couldn't wait to see how it looked and let me tell you, Thomas did NOT disappoint. My Jeep looked like it came straight out of the factory or even better. The paint looked amazing and shiny, you can tell that he took his time and was really meticulous about getting it done right. All the plastic trims and hard top looked black again, no more sun damaged gray. The pics I posted don't do justice, once you see it in person you'll understand. I'm not here to try to sell you anything, but when you have people like Thomas and his crew putting out quality work, you have to give credit were credit is due. Thanks again Thomas!

Fantastic work. Love the Ceramic coating and Clear Bra/film on my Track car! My Porsche 911 997.2 just came back from all new Xpel Ultimate Plus PPF, paint corrections, Wheel well protection, minor interior detail. Hard to see In cell phone pictures.But once he got the old film off it was very discolored (old film was yellowed), and the paint was suffering from some oxidation, stains. Did a paint correction on entire car, all new top of the line Xpel film. Difference was astounding!! 😀 Car looks brighter, sharper, no visible PPF lines. I thought it already looked good, but this was another level.

Tony got my ‘22 Mustang MachE protected against these unpredictable NTX roads! I had only owned the vehicle for 2 weeks and was already missing chips of paint from the solid grill EV design. Concorso took the time to find my paint, and patch it in before polishing. The XPEL wrapping they do here is second to none - I got my front end wrapped and finished it off with a Gyeon Ceramic Coating. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for a full detail after seeing the impressive attention to detail out of this local shop.

Alex is still very affordable but you what you get for your money is over the top. His detailing skills are ridiculous. His skills with ceramic coating is off the charts. Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. Staff was extremely nice, thorough, and knowledgeable of the membership options. Auto car washes are awful. You pay 30 bucks for a mediocre wash everytime. There is always spots of grime and these systems really don't do well with tailgates. I have spots on my truck the brushes didn't even touch with large amounts of grime still present. Overall I could have gotten a better wash at a self serve with just a few dollars or paid the same for a service that includes hand towel or spot check at the end and had a clean truck.

First time at this location, and to sum up my experience, I was left a bit disappointed. As you can see in the picture, my suv is a beautiful red color, and I took it to Jeff's for a full bumper to bumper detail service costing $450. When I arrived, the agent who took my request worked to upsell me a gift card for $500 good for all their locations, and in return, my detail service would be free. I jumped on that as it seemed like an amazing deal. For this amount of money, I was expecting exceptional care and service. When i arrived hours later to pick up my car, at first glance, everything looked shiny and clean, but upon a close inspection, I found that several corners had been cut. The front and rear silver trim pieces were still dirty enough that when I ran my finger over them, black dirt came off. Then I went and checked my wheels and found the same thing. For $450 and a claim of bumper to bumper showroom quality clean, you better hold up your end of the deal. I will not be back to this location. Trust is given the first time, but once squandered, it's over with me.

They do a great job! I typically get a mini detail, but have opted to vacuum it inside as well. My car is always sparkling clean and immaculate inside, especially when they do the detail! Leslie at the check in desk is sweet and the other staff is great as well. Waiting area is outside, but it is covered with fans. Complimentary coffee and water are available as well as mini chairs for the little ones.

Recently visited this place for car wash, and returned home with broken Shark Fin antenna! Went back next day to find antenna and complain about it. The manager ended up showing me a notice board stating they are not responsible for any damage to our car. Wow! how convenient. The notice specifically indicated about antenna damage, which means I am not their first victim. He told me it is my responsibility because I am car owner. It is your place and my car was damaged by the machines of your center!! Then how am I responsible? By their logic, if in future I crash my car by mistake into someone's property or car then the owner of that property / car is responsible and not me. Fixing / Replacing the antenna is going to cost me minimum $500. I definitely don't recommend this place. Please stay away!!! Very disappointed!!

Employees are very friendly and the place is very nice and clean. I was told 60-90 minutes but I was there almost 2 hours. My car was not filthy but had not had a good interior cleaning in about 4 months. So there were crumbs, a fry here and there, some dog hair and dusty. When I got into my car I had to have them revacuum some places. I could not be there any longer as I had to be somewhere. Now that I am home and can look closer I am not totally happy with the interior. I figured by getting get the $55 interior package I wouldn’t need to inspect their work, lesson learned. I added some pics, to show some of the very noticeable places that I feel should have been better. I also purchased the platinum exterior wash, it was ok but I did need to ask that the back get wiped because you could still see dirt and it didn’t look as if it was hand dried as stated in the description. Overall it was not a bad experience

Wow!! It looks like I have a brand new car. These guys were detailed, professional, and flexible to work in our driveway. Our car hasn't looked that great since we purchased it.
