There washing machine rips out mirrors and they won't pay for damages done to any vehicles that are not newer than 6 years of the current year. So now I'm out 70 dollars on my mirror. Plus if for whatever reason you want have your vehicle torn up I just went to go ask them about all of this and got to watch there helpers try to put another person's mirror bag on their vehicle that had also fallen out I'm not going back here again

Brought my truck in after some paint transfer from someone hitting me awhile back. He did so good I decided to bring it back and get the full treatment with full detail, with clay bar treatment and all the goods. I’ve never seen my truck so clean. Next stop is the inside! You won’t be disappointed. Always on time and communicates with you immediately if anything else comes up that might prevent him from being on time. Great customer service up and down the spectrum.

I came to this detailing business with the hopes of getting some of the dog hair out of the back of my suv where my dog rides a lot. The back of the seats were covered in his short stuck hair. I thought they would probably only be able to get a bit up but that it would still be pretty hairy but it looks brand new! They did an amazing job, worth every penny.

They took my wife's Expedition after Driving to and from Colorado, with 5 ppl(3 were kids) and 2 dogs in it, from a filthy car-straight back to looking Brand New. We were both like. Is that your car!?(When we pulled up). Who ever is cleaning these cars has a great attention to Extreme Detail and did an amazing job! She has used other places in the past and always had things stolen or not cleaned properly! We will forever be using Extrene Detail.

We spilled yogurt in our car and it was mostly on the passenger side carpet and a little on the dashboard and passenger door. They took $90 and they didn't even clean properly. When we got the car back they was dried yogurt spots on the door and dashboard. They never cleaned the carpet and when asked they said that they told us before but they never said anything about that. On top of that they covered it with a mat so we can't see it directly. Gave 3 because our friends who have been here said they do a great job but maybe our experience was like that.

Ronal was awesome. He volunteered to vacuum my car. All I had to do was drive in the handicap spot. Since I didn't realize it was self vacuum, I was going to get my grandson to vacuum. Ronal said no ma'am drive to the handicap section. Ronal said I don't want you to waste any gas. Great customer service. Thanks. Just opened on 39th by Starbucks and Chic fil.

You guys He knows that car wash is broken He tried to make me feel like I did something by driving up while the car wash was going on but I have been going there for years and I park my car and I turned it off. He's telling me I'm lucky he was there or I would have been in trouble as if I did something to that raggedy car wash. I would not recommend anyone to go here because he knows that the car wash is broken because when The red light says stop you stop and then you turn your car off He's telling me to pull up a little bit more when it told me to stop that tells you something is wrong with that damn machine but he won't fix it so I would not recommend that you guys put your money into this car wash anymore. I've been going there for years and I guarantee you I will never go back. The part that got me was he tried to act as if I was the reason why the thing was malfunctioning. And I see that a lot of people are complaining about they didn't get their money back. Everyone should know about this car wash He is ripping people off and he knows it. Also when he told me to go back through he didn't give me my 9 or $10 car wash because my car was not blown dry and that was a dirty trick so I still didn't get my money's worth.

I do not like to give a low rating…. much less a 1star …. however…. we paid $200 for INSIDE ONLY, DETAIL. I can honestly say…. it only looks like it was kinda ‘surfaced’ cleaned. The front, side door cubbies were still dirty, the console side cubbies were not cleaned, the pockets in the back seats still had trash, the third seats were never lifted & cleaned (we found a sm. ball when we lifted the seat…& the seats had not been cleaned in any way). The floor mats appear to have never been cleaned somewhat; possibly vacuumed only. The detail shop said it was “spic n span clean”. 😳🤔🫣🫤 Sorry, but it takes a lot for us to write such negativity … when we stand very strong for US small businesses…. but we were DEF. ‘taken to the cleaners’ on this one…. & left the same way we came….. DIRTY & $200 ‘gone with the wind’. My husband & son…. rushed to a friends home… who has a “Rainbow System”…. & did a quick ‘cleaning’ …. where we could make our scheduled road trip. Very, very disappointed!🙁😢 * the pic with the circular container is the SECOND vacuum with the Rainbow System. 🤢. The first one was so thick with gunk…. we did it a 2nd time. LESSON LEARNED: ‘word of mouth’ is still the most accurate ‘teacher’. (We went by ratings only)

Update: got my car detailed after having it wrapped for a while and they did great! Gus and his crew took great care of my brand new car. I knew I wanted to get my car wrapped but I was a little nervous leaving my couple weeks old car with someone, so I had a lot of questions and Gus took the time to listen and answer everything. Its a vision come true to have my car wrapped the color it is and im very happy with it. Gus offers a 5yr warranty, which i could not find else where, so If i ever have issues with the wrap they will take care of it for me. That warranty combined with The price was unbeatable. Once my current wrap has lived its life I do hope to get another color on it and I hope to use GRS wraps again. Thank yall for being kind, taking care of my whip, and making my car beautiful!

The took care of a serious "bird situation" I had. The Birds had bombed my car so bad that even after running it through an automatic carwash twice, there was still an extreme amount of poop still left on the car. Did a very good job on the car. Looks new and got all the bugs off. Interior was cleaned as well. Only issue is the price. Pretty expensive for what you get on a small vehicle. Probably won’t go back but I’d consider it if I needed to.

03.08.2024 I went to wash my car. Tapped my card and pressed the button but nothing ever happened. Nothing ever lit up or prompted me to pull forward, so I left. My card was charged today 03.12.24 for a car wash that I never received! A whole 4 days later!? This is the second time I've had this happen to me.

On August 9th, 2024, Glanz Auto Salon provided an outstanding maintenance wash and steam cleaning, both interior and exterior, for my vehicle. The meticulous attention to detail left my car feeling rejuvenated, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the team. I am definitely considering returning for future services. There were two white spots on both sides of the front doors that weren’t fully wiped down during the wash, but the owner, who clearly takes pride in their work, personally invited me to return for a touch-up. Though I was busy the next day, they followed up, and on August 15th, I dropped off my car. Steven, the employee, was very friendly and handled the touch-up. Stopped by to get a wash and detail. My truck hadn't been washed in 6 months and was in need of a deep clean. The staff immediately greeted me and I told them what I needed. They quoted me a legit price and went to work. I decided to stay and went in there office where they have a few chairs to wait. I ended up talking with the owner and few of his friends for about 45 minutes. Afterwards when my truck was ready, I was more than pleased and will definitely be back to Flawless Finish Detail. EXCELLENT customer service and attention to detail! After finding their website online, I called on a random day at a random time, and they were able to service my car within minutes of calling, without waiting in a long line or making a reservation. The owner was very professional and courteous. My car and tires were caked in mud from recent flooding and had a terribly neglected interior (covered in pet hair). NextLevel looked at my car and quoted me a package that was customized to the specific needs of my car. The cost was very affordable compared to other locations. The service was completed within the time frame quoted and when complete, my car came back "showroom ready." I have not seen my car this clean in years!! Took my F150 in to have a basic wash, vacuum and wipe down. This package is obviously a basic package and they offer much more BUT just because you get a basic package doesn't mean they do a basic job. I have gotten this package done several times now on my truck and every single time they do an amazing job! For a basic package they are VERY thorough and the vehicle comes out looking amazing! The interior wipe down blows me away everytime I get it on just how much of an outstanding job they do! This past time i went the outside was caked with bugs, my rims were covered in grime and brake dust etc and it came out looking amazing! If they are THIS detail oriented about a basic package I can't imagine how well a was, wax and more in depth interior package would turn out! Give this location a try and get a basic wash and wipe down and see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

My car was here for over an hour just for it to still have all the bugs on the front & the inside was still dirty like they never vacuumed. Told them to redo it and that took an additional 45 minutes just to get the car back the same way i gave it to them. Cody was very nice & attentive. but will never spend my money here again.

Honest, genuinely kind people who work with you from beginning to end. Keeps you updated while working on your car and sent pictures to see progress.
