I wanted to get my car ready for a car show and was looking around and came across their shop. I read some reviews and took a look at their photos and decided to call. They fit me in their schedule on shorter notice and were honestly amazing to work with on dropping my car off and picking it up. My car turned out way better than I had expected. Fantastic work. Love the Ceramic coating and Clear Bra/film on my Track car! My Porsche 911 997.2 just came back from all new Xpel Ultimate Plus PPF, paint corrections, Wheel well protection, minor interior detail. Hard to see In cell phone pictures.But once he got the old film off it was very discolored (old film was yellowed), and the paint was suffering from some oxidation, stains. Did a paint correction on entire car, all new top of the line Xpel film. Difference was astounding!! 😀 Car looks brighter, sharper, no visible PPF lines. I thought it already looked good, but this was another level.

Tony got my ‘22 Mustang MachE protected against these unpredictable NTX roads! I had only owned the vehicle for 2 weeks and was already missing chips of paint from the solid grill EV design. Concorso took the time to find my paint, and patch it in before polishing. The XPEL wrapping they do here is second to none - I got my front end wrapped and finished it off with a Gyeon Ceramic Coating. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for a full detail after seeing the impressive attention to detail out of this local shop.

I found Jones and Jones on Google and was impressed by their 100% 5 Star Ratings on Google. It's nearly impossible to get reviews on Google and, as we know, most people only post negative reviews. So the fact that they had 100% reviews was impressive. But not nearly as impressive as the work they do. They took a mud-covered off-roading Jeep and turned it back in time to showroom condition! Their attention to detail is incredible and their prices are more than fair. They've earned my business on all of my other cars. Very nice guys who are hard working and ethical. Gavin answered my inquiry on a Sunday and had the car in showroom condition by Tuesday. Gavin's company - Jones and Jones is worthy of a 5 star rating! Update: 01/30/2024 - I had 2 more cars detailed by Gavin yesterday. He and his apprentice are masters at taking 5-20 year old cars and making them look like you just drove them off the showroom floor. We had a Range Rover that was swirled beyond belief by the previous owner. Gavin went way above and beyond to make sure that all of the swirls were gone. He must have polished alone for 4 hours. Pricing is beyond fair for a detail that you won't find anywhere else!

I don’t know if this place doesn’t use enough soap or have enough scrubbers, but I was highly disappointed after paying $20 for a wash that was supposed to include wheel cleaning. All 4 of my wheels were still incredibly dirty along with my hood and undercarriage. I gave an extra star because the one vacuum that was working in my parking space had decent suction and there were plenty of towels. Reached out to management via email so they could make things right and haven’t heard back. I’ll stick to my normal $8 washes down the road from now on.

Reasonable prices, I had my exterior and interior cleaned for $55. They did a great job with my CX5 Mazda(SUV). I was impressed with how clean my interior looked and they even cleaned out my trunk! I have the opportunity to know Tony’s Auto shop. I was impressed of how nice Tony and Lisa are. They are really passionate and know what they are doing. I let my car there for them to install the dash cam. I’m glad that I brought my car to his shop. Fair exterior detailing, but poor interior detailing. The paint artifacts prevalent throughout the car's sides, back, and top were reduced greatly, if not corrected. But the detailer refused to touch the front of the car (paint chips), and also did not seem to focus on the edges on each car door. As for the interior the seats seemed to be mediocrely steamed, and the surrounding floors vacuumed, but many areas around the car's buttons, ceiling, and other parts of the dashboard weren't touched at all. This is one of the more expensive detailing packages I've paid for, and I am not really that impressed. I understand the detailer put in effort, but there might still be a lack in attention to detail.

Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. He exudes the upmost professionalism and kindness. You cannot ask for better a customer service experience, or a higher quality end result! It is obvious Wilson and his crew are masters of this trade. He even took the time to educate me on what had built up around my emblem. Tested out Red wave a few times before ultimately buying a monthly pass. Great wash from top to bottom and undercarriage. Employees are great, will give vehicle good prescription to get stubborn bugs off. Free vacuums and covered parking around back to do it.

My Palisade had gotten extremely dirty inside and out from moving. Without an appointment, I brought it in to Redwave and asked for the full detail package. They fit me in on a busy Saturday afternoon and did a FANTASTIC job on the car. It looks brand new!! They also made sure to show me where they put the mats and that they weren’t quite dry so they put paper mats in as well. Since they had the car for several hours, I went home and they called and text me when it was ready. The team who worked on it was so nice and wanted to be sure everything was perfect for me. Great service!! I will be back!!

I will start by saying the staff I interacted with were nice and friendly. I went to get the outside of my car washed, and while it IS cleaner than it was when I got there, my car is not COMPLETELY clean. There is still dirt and gunk in places all over my car, which I would expect to be sprayed off with the initial little soak 🤷🏾‍♀️ but perhaps it is my fault for waiting so long to get my car washed. But I would expect with paying for the most expensive "platinum" exterior package that my car would be completely clean as a result. Maybe that only comes if you leave your car there for a full detail and not just a run through a machine.

EDIT: After I left my initial review, the company directed me to reach out to them via the form linked below (which I have, twice) and have not received a response. Customers beware. Whitewater damaged my car (mirror inoperable and dangling) and then told my husband that because my car was over a certain age, they were not responsible even though my car was whole prior to their car wash and broken immediately after exiting. There is also video evidence of this. We were told corporate would “review and respond in writing” to our concern but this never happened. I waited nearly two months prior to writing to this review to give the company time to make this right and my husband called the manager and left messages multiple times during this time period with no reply. I am disappointed as we have supported this business since moving to the area. I’d be happy to discuss this further if the company would contact me but as they haven’t, here is what my car looks like after visiting your business. Customers beware.

I've known Erik for 8-9 years. Honest man. If you don't go to him, you're wasting money. He tells you what he's gonna do, show you after what he did, and what's going on. Only detailer I will trust to take my car too. Ever since my ceramic coating, I got 6-7 months ago it's a breeze to wash myself and looks better than from when I picked up my new truck. The thing that I don’t like about other carwash facilities is that their vacuum cleaner suction is so weak. But not this one. They provide towel, air gun, and powerful vacuum cleaner. This is my prefer carwash within Plano.

Would highly recommend! Was looking for somebody to come same day because another detailer canceled. Was looking around and gave Blue Star Detailing a call. Owner answered and I asked if he could come the same but he said it would not be possible due to giving his guys the day off and they had the trucks with all the necessary equipment. About 10 minutes after the phone call received a text stating he could do it and arrive within the hour. Owner arrived on time with all necessary equipment. Needless to say customer service and the detailing are excellent. Would most definitely recommend!

Chris at Flawless Detail did a fantastic job restoring my 2006 Mazda Miata to like new. It was parked outdoors for a year and the convertible top leaked water inside. I had no idea and when I opened it a few months after the last time I drove it, it was completely covered in mold and smelled like a swamp. Chris ensured me from day 1 they were very comfortable working on it and guaranteed the mold would not come back with the ozone treatment. They are one of the few places in Dallas who do mold removal. The owners of the shop were excellent with communication and reached out to keep me updated through the multi-day process. Exterior looked great. Ever since change in owner ship you don’t get what you pay for interior wise. Upcharge $15 bucks cool, at least wipe down the interior doors and make sure the dirt is out of the car mat and door crevices. When it was a different management company, it definitely was a lot better, I really wanted to give them a second chance, and it did me no favors. As a service dog, Mom, I have smudge marks from our dog on the window. They couldn’t even get that off. I guess I’ll be detailing my own car when I get home.

This place has gone downhill fast. I have been going here for years - it’s always been mine and my husband’s “go to”. This last time I went, I was shocked. I told my husband and showed him pics and he told me he heard it’s under new management. Well - it shows (as you can see in the attached photos). $40 for their “Best Car Wash” and I had to re-do the entire inside when I got home. I’m def no longer a Trademark fan.
