Can't say enough good things about this place. Customer service is a huge thing for me - if the price and products are amazing but the experience is something I don't look forward to, I'm out. This place excels at not only their price point for their products, but their ability to take the time and answer any and all questions. A few days after I got my car I noticed paint splatter on the driver side - I'm talking tiny little white/black dots all over the driver-side door. I stopped by after hearing that a more aggressive clay bar kit is what I'd need. I talked to the owner, told him what I was dealing with, and this guy went out back and grabbed a piece of clay I was looking to by so he could try it out on a small test panel. It didn't do much so he went back inside and got a more aggressive type of clay bar. He made sure I understood that it's more aggressive, but showed me that it removed the paint and said, "I didn't want you to take what you were asking for without knowing that it would work for you". Today I stopped by for some supplies now that the car got ceramic coated, asked him for a few recommendations and he pulled up some options he would use and at different price points. Didn't push the more expensive ones, told me how each would work, how much to use, etc. I hate that I can't wash my own car these days, after 5 min of gripping the "trigger" on a pressure washer my hand is shot for the next day or two. But, it's still great having a local place that carries some great products and that they'll take the time to help you find what you're looking for.

Awesome car wash! Very friendly and great customer service. We took my husbands Toyota Tacoma to be cleaned on the interior and it came out looking brand new! My husband was so happy and his truck looks so clean. He also added an exterior wax job and wow so shiny ✨ I can’t recommend this place enough! I just ceramic coated my wife’s Traverse with CSL from Gil’s. They have top of the line supplies and products for pretty much everything in the detail area. Met Gil and his customer service is very good and he’s also easy going. I didn’t even have to ask him many questions because he was answering them before I even asked. He’s very well knowledgeable in his craft. He explained everything I needed to know about CSL. Mind you I’ve been going back a few more times to get more items. Good prices also. Poor service. Asked Attendants if they could take care of moths on the front of my vehicle, attendant said yes, I got this. They didnt spray down the front of car, nor did they spray it with bug remover. Vehicle came out the same as it went in. Horrible!

Does a good job and I like and appreciate they supply the towels and glass and interior cleaners. Only drawback was yesterday I didn’t get the full pre-spray from the attendant but the attendant at the gate was very helpful and informative on the membership packages as well as being very courteous and nice and friendly.

On the fence with this review because customer service was top notch unfortunately the cleaning was not. I want to say I'll be back because the employees were such gentlemen,from assisting me with carrying my diaper bag to assisting me with carrying my car seat. Definitely five stars for customer service. However the work itself was a bit disappointing, many of the common areas that collect dust and grime like the cup holders, the slots for coins or the handle areas on the both doors were just completely left untouched and neglected. They were finished with my truck very quickly and while at first that impressed me now I see why it was so fast. I was charged $30 ,and even left a $10 dollar tip. I now believe I over paid after noticing all of the forgotten uncleaned parts of the inside of my vehicle. Id like to add it wasn't a large vehicle.its a. one cabin truck with space for two people, no back seats, no carpet in my truck either. Let me say, this is the best wash our car has ever received. We decided to park under a tree last night, and the birds thought it was a potty pad (before pics). I was traveling a long distance from home so I looked up Black Diamond on the web. I talked to Isabella with Black Diamond on the phone about their services. In the end I decided to go with the one year ceramic coating. They had an opening a couple of days out so I set the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 9:00am and the truck was completed by 11:30am. The truck looks fantastic. Isabella was very polite and she was willing to give me advice on how to best take care of the trucks new coating going forward. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond to anyone who would like to protect their new vehicles paint. The truck shines like a diamond. They are personable and do a great job at a very reasonable price. Five stars!

First time using them for a interior clean not detail, and they did a bad job. 0 star if possible. 1 star at vacuuming the inside, left a bunch of specks behind probably cause there vacuum was not strong enough. They also damaged my wife's interior with what ever chemical they used to "clean". He said they use 1 chemical for all interior cleaning. Red flag. Did not want to make it right, blamed the previous carwash guys we used. His wife/helper called my wife a liar that it was already like that. Do not recommend.

Went here because of the reviews but I’d say don’t waste your money here! The interior just looked like they sprayed oil all over. I had to run napkins all over and they were filled with some blue spray they used for the leather but they even sprayed it all over the buttons! I asked if she could clean the speakers since they had dirt in the little holes and she said she would but they look the same. And they didn’t even clean the center right. Very disappointed and payed $70 for nothing. Heads up the lady gives you attitude.

Just wanted to share with you my experience about a Car Detailing service I recently discovered. Being the car enthusiast I am, I've been to numerous car detailing shops in the Rio Grande Valley, but I've always found myself discontented with either the job done on my vehicle or the level of customer service I received. I called during the week and talked to Al Gonzales about availability of a product. He told me he could get it for me the following Monday. He even quoted me a price of $20. On Monday I waited for a call, but Mr. Gonzales did not follow through, so I called him. He said he meant the following Monday. The following Monday I waited for a call and saw he had called, but didn’t bother to text me or leave a message. I called him back. He didn’t answer. Called him again. No answer. That same evening after hours Mr Al Gonzales calls. Had I called him, he asked. He never mentioned the product he promised and said he had called me by mistake. This man is not a serious businessman, and this is not a serious business. There are plenty of car supply businesses around, like Turco. As for Mr. Al Gonzalez. Well, he wanted to sell me a$289 Rupes polisher. Reasonable price from a man I can’t trust with a small $20 item. I am staying away from a business whose employee is not a man of his word.

Their "ceramic duck" package is a COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM! I invested my hard-earned money, trusting that they would deliver on their promises. But what I got was a half-baked, rushed job that was nowhere near the quality they advertised. It took me weeks to discover the truth - that their "ceramic coating" was nothing more than a cheap, temporary fix. The prep and installation process they claimed would take hours was actually a rushed, sloppy job that left my car looking worse than when I brought it in. I feel RIPPED OFF, LIED TO, and UTTERLY BETRAYED by this company. They have no regard for their customers, no integrity, and no shame. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Take your hard-earned money elsewhere, to a reputable company that actually cares about delivering quality service. And to the company, let me make one thing clear: I am not alone. Based on your reviews, I know I'm not the only one who has been victimized by your fraudulent practices. Several other former customers and I are seriously considering filing a collective lawsuit against your company. You have been put on notice. We had some water get into the back seat, so we visited this place for a full interior and exterior detail, including a wax, headlights, and engine. Overall, great customer service and amazing work and attention to detail. Sort or pricey for first timers but worth it! Definitely recommend.

The guy that tells you to go forward before the car wash begins was terrible. He knocked off a piece of my car! Put it back, and sent me through the car wash. Obviously the giants brushes and water pressure knocked it right back off. What the hell, who does that?! Thank goodness the first car wash was free, not spending my money here.

Free wash was a good deal. It didn’t work too well with pick up truck shape though. I had to really clean the details afterwards. The machine wash was so powerful that it turned my side mirror backwards, which sacred me first. But it was ok. Friendly staff.
