This location is far below other LaserWash locations. Paid for “Ultimate” wash- See picture for what you are supposed to get for $15. PROBLEMS: pre-soak had no soap, water only. Double pass front & rear did front only. High-pressure soap wash also NO soap! Undercarriage blast pressure not impressive like every other LaserWash. I could’ve paid three dollars at the self-serve wash place across the street & down a little if I wanted to spray my truck with just pressurized water.

Fantastic treatment for the right price! Not too far away from home and easy to use the self wash to get your ride cleaned up quick! Had my interior detailed and I can finally breathe easy thanks to removal of all the dog hair I had under my seats. No stains and no smell. Feels good! These photos are from after the day of detailing, so they definitely show it's not a temporary treatment! Of course until Casper decides to ride with me again. Thank you!

Brad and his crew have been fantastic taking care of my Mercedes CLE 53 AMG. I bought the car Aug 31 and they had me in the shop within 5 days. I decided to go with a full XPEL Stealth PPF to protect the graphite grey magno (satin matte) factory finish. It took them around 1 week to get the PPF done and everything looked amazing. They even gave me a loner car for the week while the car was in the shop. They de-badged the car, ordered new badges from Mercedes and placed them perfectly on the car. On Dec 5th I brought back the car to have the front side bumper PPF panel replaced after a sharp rock hit my car. The PPF was able to absorb the majority of the impact but needed to get replaced because it was ripped in the impact area. Again, they did an amazing job. Communication with Brad and Kevin is great! Brad will go above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care off. I highly recommend Authentic Details! Thank you Brad and Kevin for everything you have done for me.

I don't usually do reviews unless I feel strongly and boy I am impressed! He performed exterior detail and even managed to buff out a couple of scratches. Photos are a couple days later and neighbors white brick is reflection on the front bumper. I even have his info to my neighbor. He was super nice and professional. Only thing I would criticize is he is hard to communicate with at times. We played phone tag day of service, but maybe he was extra busy that day

Wow, I had to get my truck cleaned up after some off-road mudding and Jonathan did an amazing job taking his time to get everything cleaned up. He maintains a high standard and does not rush things. Communication was great. He worked magic to get rid of stubborn stuck mud and made the truck look like showroom new, also getting rid of some scratches. After seeing his work I also got our family car detailed and that looks brand new as well. Highly recommend !

This is WITHOUT A DOUBT the BEST CAR DETAIL that I’ve ever gotten! I’ve got 2 small dogs that go everywhere with me, I kayak and fish regularly so my poor SUV takes the brunt of my lifestyle. My neighbor had Wash on Wheels come out to do her car and from her positive review I decided to call them to tackle my messy SUV! I have 2 kids and a large dog in and out of my car daily. It was filthy, and had accumulated tons of stains and ick in the year we’ve had it. This is its first detail/real clean inside and it looks better than when it was new! Are you looking to have your truck or car look better than the day you bought it? Well these guys can do it! They took out a couple of year of swirls from the car washes. Then applied ceramic coating. Truck looks absolutely amazing and couldn’t be happier. They sent videos and updates throughout the whole deal. Having some that you can trust with your ride is important no matter the cost. But you can feel relief knowing they are taking care of your ride like it was their very own. Highly recommend!!!!

Neo was amazing! I took my car to him to get a ceramic coating and detail done and he was in communication with me the whole time! He even sent little snapshots and videos of the process! I haven't had a new vehicle in 7+ years so it was a big deal for me to leave it with someone for a few days but he made me feel super comfortable! The end results is stunning!! You would think a new vehicle won't have scratch marks or those swirl marks but it did and they were gone when I picked up the vehicle! We could not be more pleased with the detailing service providing by Cayce at Top Gloss. Our Kia Telluride had seen better days. After purchasing our car used from the dealership, some not-so-great wear and tear was left from the previous owner (for example, dried gum on the interior plastic framing). We also have two little kids which means sticks, rocks, and sticky substances are commonplace. Our car was in need of some serious TLC with a side of elbow grease. We disclosed our vehicle concerns up front to Top Gloss and Cayce was able to tackle the gum and kid messes completely. Honestly, once he was done, it looked like a brand new car. We had never seen it look so good. The exterior was absolutely spotless. All bugs, dust, dirt, and grime were gone. The paint looked fresh and the tires gleamed (even where I scuffed them on the curb looked great). He even provided a coating of rain-X on the windshield and intense exterior buffing to enhance the paint. On the interior, the leather was conditioned and soft. All surfaces were dusted and sticky finger-print free. Top Gloss even provided us with an amazing air freshener and microfiber cloth as a gift. We will definitely use this service once again. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Cayce is a miracle worker! My truck had not been detailed in years, but after having my kids and dog in the back, it was long overdue. Not to mention my daughter got sick in the front seat the other day... projectile vomit in all the nooks and crannies that i was able to get most of, but it needed the white glove treatment. He showed up on time, was communicative, empathetic and went above and beyond to have my truck looking good as new! I'd recommend him to anyone for detailing right in your driveway for a very fair price. Will be a repeat customer!

The management is useless and took the car for a wash and these guys are scammers we got the car here in the noon for a wash and but the car was not properly cleaned i came back and told them to do wash it they said they cant which i have not seen in any place. So my advice to all will be to wash your car and make sure these guys wash the car properly.

Paid for the most expensive wash and my car came out still dirty. I would have gone back through but the attendants were rude to begin with. The sales girl was really nice at the front though.

They are very pushy for you to upgrade to a more expensive wash and put you on the spot asking for a tip. On top of that, you have a ton of people using the vacuum spaces to clean up their car with a towel taking forever. Those spaces should be designated for vacuum use only, you can wipe your car clean at home!

I like this car wash, except for one thing… the Tire Shine. The product(s) this car wash uses… slings black all along the side of the vehicle (it seems extra oily…. as if it’s black mixed with sesame oil or something…), plus.. if you just so happen to even slightly brush your clothes alongside your tires, then you have to scrub that crap out. It seems the company could strive for better products for the Tire Shine.. in my opinion. I talked to JP a few days ago, and he said other customers have been complaining as well, and that his superiors are aware of this issue. Us customers should not have to deal with black oil slinging down our vehicles right after a simple car wash, and avoiding walking by our tires like it’s a black hole. It took me weeks to figure out what this oily sludge was.. thank you JP for confirming what I figured it out to be. When the company strives for better products, I’ll remove this rating.

I stumbled upon this car wash, and my initial experience was great. They offer free vacuums, glass cleaner, leather conditioner, and dry towels. After cleaning the interior, we went through the car wash for a one-time wash. We selected a specific tier, and the lady at the gate mentioned a promotion where we’d get two additional washes for free over the next two months. We agreed, paid, and left happy. A month later, we returned and were waved in without being asked for payment, as expected. However, when I got home, I noticed that my card had been charged. I called and was told there was no such promotion, and that I was actually on a monthly subscription with unlimited washes. Both my wife and I clearly heard the promotion offered, so there was no misunderstanding on our part. The employee said they’d cancel the membership (I’ll see if that happens next month), but this level of dishonesty is concerning. Plus, since I returned within a month of my first wash on August 30, shouldn’t that still have been covered under the subscription? In any case, it’s a lot of time waste over $28. You can keep it, but you get a negative review in return. I won’t be giving them any more business. I might still use the free vacuums, but they won’t see another dollar from me. There are plenty of other car washes out there.

This is a very convenient, reliable and high quality spot to get your car washed. The facilities were new/nice/upgraded, the equipment and directions were very intuitive and I was able to get through the process quickly and efficiently. The 24 hr accessibility is great and the water pressure gets all the dirt and grim off, as expected when you get your car washed. I will continue to use this spot and suggest it to others.

I appreciate the convenience of this car wash and the touchless gives peace of mind not messing up my antennae. I drive a ford bronco sport and my wheels seem to come pretty clean as well. Don't get caught riding dirty, Use club car wash! Always friendly and helpful staff, never any issues with damage from the wash machines and I wash 2 separate vehicles there on a monthly plan. It's totally worth it. Just recommend you take your own towels. Theirs are fine but you just never get fully dry or nice and fluffy ones like you can bring yourself. We will be members for a long time, it's just so convenient. The vacuums are strong, they provide cleaning spray and towels (but remember, bring your own towels), they even have a floor mat cleaning machine.

I paid $8 for the first round but the brush left my car dirty. I went for a second round I deposited another $7 and now the machine is stuck my car is covered in suds. I tried calling the phone number but they have the number straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. Please please please turn around and go somewhere else. for the amount of money I wasted I could've driven up the street and gotten better service. I've waiting 10 min looking for someone to restart the machine. I'm thinking about calling the better business bureau. they need to shut down this place!! I'll never comeback to this place Is a joke. All they want is to steal your money. I bet you I love and then the machine will work. I know someone is watching the cameras and they have refused to show their face to help. Worse customer service.

So fun! Reminds me of being a child and helping wash my parents car. It's clean and very comfortable during the day. However one time when I went the automatic car wash took my money :( that's the only complaint I have about this place. Everything else is all good.

Very disappointed with the service at this car wash. The exterior of my car was completely messed up after the wash, leaving me to spend over an hour cleaning it myself. To make matters worse, there was no staff around to assist or address the issue. This was a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I expected much better. I do not recommend this place if you're looking for a proper car wash.

The protection package they offer for Tesla's is super worth it. There were a few scratches in the tint after getting the car back and one part of the PPF was lifting on an edge.. and they fixed it right away, then when we went to pick the car up, the tint was replaced, PPF was fixed, and the car was cleaner than before we dropped it off. My husband told me 'leave them a good review!' so, here it is. ✌🏻 Thanks!

We came to this drive through wash happy that we found a good place. nope!!! Took our money and the whole machine didn't even start? Told us to drive forward, nothing, we backed up to see maybe we drove a bit too forward, nothing. What a waste of time and took our money for free. Don't recommend coming here, machine will just take your money and won't do anything.

First time here. I paid for the top service and there was some malfunction. The Internet guided me to their Facebook page and I was prompted to message there. The person receiving the message responded within minutes and without question issued me a new code to get the wash again, along with tips on how to make sure it went right this time. Not only did the wash end up being great, but I was most impressed with their ability to make things right very quickly. Will be coming back here again.

The interior cleaning service was a complete waste of money. I bought a new car that was mostly clean, but had a smell to it, so I brought it here to get detailed. I paid for interior cleaning and the ozone service. When I got the car back, I did an inspection and noticed there were still a bunch of crumbs under my seats. I also noticed the carpet was still dirty, so I sprayed some carpet cleaner and wiped it with a paper towel, and it was brown from dirt! They clearly didn't even vacuum the carpets. I didn't notice a single difference in the cleanliness of my car, and they missed some very obvious dirt. On top of that, they threw the rugs in the trunk instead of cleaning them or letting get affected by the ozone. They were still full of sand and smelled horrendous, and now my trunk smells horrendous. Absolute waste of money.

Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT service. Only a few hours for a nice deep clean at a very reasonable price (~$130), plus they were able to remove virtually all of my dog’s hair that was covering the floors. 🙌 😂 Cleo & Stephen & co. were wonderfully accommodating & friendly & the car is like NEW!!! 🙌 I regret not taking “before” pictures, because this doesn’t really do it justice! One star Because I couldn't give a minus. First, the wash asks for a 2 dollar start using my card it was just a rinse off, only there about 3 minutes. Charged me 10 bucks on my card. And then water pressure sucks. Spot free, no go. I will make a note and suggest everyone bypass this place.👎👎👎

These guys were great and easy to work with. Quick responses, very quick turn around time for my minor door dent. The gentleman even found another dent on my car that I didn’t even notice and took care of that one too. Though I can’t speak on major dent repair, if you have minor amount of dents these guys will get you taken care quickly, satisfied and at a very reasonable price all things considered.

Short version: absolutely free, great work, great customer service! Amazing work on both of our cars! That hail storm on April 9th absolutely pummeled my wife's car, and did some damage to mine. Funny enough I had just stepped outside when Nathan drove by and noticed me. Talked a bit, did some research into the company, and found it to be an easy choice. Insurance covered 100% of the cost, and ADQ covered the deductible, so it didn't cost my family a single penny! They picked the vehicles up and dropped them off afterwards. Not only are the dents completely gone, but they also detail your car inside and out and make it practically brand new. Had a lady at curbside compliment my wife's car cause she thought we had just bought it! Lol. 10/10 customer service also. Nathan was easy to reach, always responded to my questions within minutes of me asking, and let me know every step they were doing so i wasn't left in the dark. Will definitely be using their services next time a storm rolls around, lol
