The bundles I’ve chosen for my Silverado 2500 HD are Sapphire package (Interior) and exterior wash for $260. The job was complete in 4-5 hours and I’m satisfied with the job Paul has done. I will come back again next year.

Did they do what I would call a professional job detailing my vehicle when I paid for the complete hand wash, hand wax, super clean, carpet shampoo, and leather conditioning? No,I have to say they did not. I mean just look at the pictures. there's still plenty of bug marks on the front bumper, a ton of tar that wasn't even attempted to be removed on the back fender, there are way way too many places on the vehicle that still have wax that hasn't been wiped off which I now have to wipe off myself. The chrome wheels were not properly cleaned as shown in my pics. The white that you see in the pictures is the wax that they didn't wipe off because they didn't take the time to actually get next to any crevices that would be any harder than just wiping your hand over it. Basically what I'm saying is that if it required effort on the exterior of the vehicle they did not clean that part. Is my car cleaner than it was when I took it there, yes. That's about all I can say. Leaving one star because I am now buying my own products to wash it MYSELF BY HAND WITH SOME ACTUAL EFFORT.

Good enough for the price. I get really annoyed with the lady that stands at the machines and makes you go to a certain lane even if the other line is shorter, that is REALLY obnoxious and I hope she stops doing that. It doesn’t make anything go faster and I can press the screen myself thanks. It also has one lane that doesn’t work sometimes so that’s shitty but probably beyond their control. But lady if you’re reading this, stop standing at the machines. If you don’t want someone to use one lane, block it with a cone! People can choose their own lane and press their own buttons.

I want to give a shout out to Gulf Coast Ceramic Coating. Jeff did an amazing job on detailing our boat. Not only did the boat shine but he was able to get the seats to look their best after many years of enjoyment of being on the water. We asked Jeff to apply a ceramic coating to a relatively-new car, thinking that it would give it better protection from the elements, but I was shocked at how much shine he was able to bring out of the factory metallic paint! I visited the new location very excited about the $8 promotion. It was 8 in the morning and I was starting my day with a car wash and fill up for the upcoming week. I entered the parking lot and was greeted by Devon who explained the program to me. Easy enough. I gave my credit card information and excitedly pulled around. There was another guy directing me forward. I rolled down my window and told him it was my first visit so just tell me what to do. There was some hesitation from my vehicle as I entered and he motioned for me to stop. I did so. He then told me to put it in neutral but I still wasn’t moving. He did something on the computer machine inside the wash and I began to move forward. My Mercedes light came on IMMEDIATELY showing “Tire Hazard ⚠️ “ my air pressure began to decrease from 38 to 20 while still in the wash. Of course there was nothing that I could do until it stopped. I drove out of the wash with my pressure showing 12 and pulled into a parking spot and motioned for the attendant to show what had happened. Needless to say I was given the “We’ve had 3000 customers and nothing has ever happened.” I was able to drive 1/2 a mile to Jiffy Lube. They told me the tire stem was bent and the all of the air had been released. I had to tow my car to Discount Tire after a two hour wait for AAA. Seven hours later I have two new tires and a half clean car. Never made it to the gas station. Oh! After I picked up my car I returned to the car wash and was told that they were reviewing the footage. Long story short.. or not, if you value your vehicle and hand car wash is recommended. Omg! Edit. 9/23/2024 I returned. Thinking I would give them another chance because maybe I was the Unicorn. The exact Same Thing Happened!! I was told that it was my fault that even though I spoke with the attendant about my previous experience with my tire Before entering and being guided through the wash, I was at fault. The previous experience cost me $600 and I have receipts. I didn’t report them but this is within a month’s time and now I can’t get to work tomorrow because my car is sitting on their lot. I will be taking legal action. Thanks to their assistant Devon who proceeded to show me on his camera why my Mercedes was not fit for their car wash.

I recently hired Michelle from Xclusive Mobile Detail for a car detailing service, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. I paid a hefty $250 for the service, expecting a thorough job. However, Michelle failed to complete the job as promised. The major issue was with the back seat cleaning. Michelle assured me that she would revisit to finish the job, but unfortunately, that never happened. Despite multiple text messages and voicemails, she was unresponsive and never bothered to fulfill her commitment. For the amount I spent, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. It's disheartening to see a business owner neglecting their responsibilities and leaving a customer dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing their hard-earned money with Xclusive Mobile Detail. The lack of follow-through and communication is not something anyone should tolerate, especially when paying a premium for services.

Recently purchased a 2022 BMW that was a previous fleet vehicle. It was in great shape but had had many automatic car washes and the paint was pretty tired looking. I contacted several mobile detailers and decided to go with Marvin of CKS detailing. From my first communication I knew I made the right choice. Marvin did a two step paint correction and finished with a SystemX Pro ceramic sealer. I could not be happier. I would say that 80-90% of the swirl marks and scratches are repaired and the paint really pops now. The pictures do not do it justice. Marvin’s pricing was fair, communication was excellent and the outcome is great! Highly recommend CKS detailing and would definitely use again.

Brand 2024 Ram 3500 Black with a bunch of swirl marks. This was my truck first wash and shouldn’t have scratches on it at all. I paid 80 dollars to have to go back and get a paint correction on my truck. On top of that, my inner wheels wells weren’t cleans. It’s sad, I will never go back to this place.

As a regular customer I was very disappointed in the customer service received today. It's posted inside the building to "Please Pay First" when I wanted to pay prior to them finishing up my car as the sign states the lady at the front desk was very rude stating that if I want my car washed I need to make sure I have more time. Confused as I was because all I wanted to do was pay as the sign states to do. I have recommended a lot of people to this car wash. After today I will no longer be recommending them, nor will I be returning.

Not only was the actual wash subpar, they overcharged me. After realizing I was overcharged during the car wash, I decided to ask who I can only assume is the horrible manager that other reviews mention for help. This interaction went as expected when incompetent managers are involved. In nutshell, the receipt his own employee gave me wasn't enough. He wanted me to "prove" I paid for the car wash by getting my card out of the car to match up the last four numbers. So instead of apologizing for overcharging me, and attempting to rectify the mistake, I was essentially accused of being a car wash bandit. The employee that helped me at the kiosk, who had to go inside to get a receipt for me mind you, looked me and the manager in the eyes and said he didn't ring me up. THERE'S LITERALLY CAMERA FOOTAGE OF YOU PUTTING MY CARD IN THE MACHINE, HANDING IT BACK TO ME, AND YOU RUNNING INSIDE TO SUBSEQUENTLY BRING ME A RECEIPT. Why lie about something so stupid and very easily provable? Likely because he'd get in trouble for knowing I was overcharged but not saying anything. So after refusing to dignify the managers accusation, I ended up leaving. Hopefully this review makes A LOT of people decide to go elsewhere. Weird way to run a business into the ground. I'll be posting this across every site imaginable.

NEW MANAGEMENT 2023. This used to be the only place I took my vehicle to get serviced and cleaned. However, over the last few months I have seen a definite decrease in services and the way customers are treated has declined significantly. This morning I went in to get an oil change and I expected to have my filter changed as well but usually the service people come out and go over a whole list of items that are good or need attention. This time they only pointed out three things that "it was time to service." Based on my previous trust in this company and location, I told him to go ahead and my bill came to over $400. After leaving, I looked up prices at other locations and they were about 20% lower. In addition, the free car wash that comes with the services is a very minimal car wash. I knew my car needed heavier vacuuming so I asked for the upgraded car wash. About 15 minutes later, I was called back to the bay area by the attendant who told me that they needed to detail my car and I needed to pay additional money. I told him I did not want a detailing. I just wanted a heavy vacuuming. The car wash person came out and started saying that my car was not appropriate for that service but I insisted and kept to what I wanted and the car wash was totally fine. I'm glad I didn't listen to him and purchase a much more expensive service. It's very unfortunate because even after moving further away from this location, I kept coming back here for the last 3 years and now this has pushed me to look for a different place.

I have lived on the east side of Pearland for 5 years, and occasionally, I go back here to give it another chance. I have NEVER had a good experience here. I took my daughter's car that was really dirty, expecting them to at least wipe down the dash (I was planning to go home and deep clean it), but they didn't even wipe the dust off or get the line off the window from when they wrote on it. I'm not sure if you can see it all from the pictures, but it was just the laziest job ever. If your car is already clean and you just want someone to run a vacuum or rinse the dust off, then that might be worth the $16 basic but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This car wash was bad for me. The high-pressure soap didn't work in the stall I was in. The soap brush worked great though. The high-pressure water was not clean or straight water. It was pushing out something that smelled chemically and the smell burned my nose. I don't know what was mixed in it, but it was coming out with suds. It got on me and the smell is really bad. Smh

Their touchless car wash here is great. Just wish it was always up and running. Half the time I make the drive over to it, it’s coned off. It’s a 5 star touchless wash, with 3 star availability. So 4 stars it is.

Hi I took my car to this place yesterday 09/27/2024 at around 5pm and ran it thru the car wash. It damaged my rear spoiler on my vehicle and the manager of the place denied it. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. Manager and owner KUSH PATEL told me that I had pre- existing damage to try and tell me that they are not liable for my damage when I have the evidence of Sparkles machines damaging my truck on camera! Yes I have an entire video of my vehicle getting damaged and the manager would not allow me to speak with the owner about the damages or give me any insurance information. Best advice is do not bring your vehicle here because these ppl have been damaging ppls vehicles for years and have been getting away with it until now. It ends here.

Do not go to this Car wash this man got in a women’s face. Their machine damaged my car and windows and top of my car and then stated they are not responsible by pointing at a dirty sign that no one notices. NO IM sorry or feeling remorse. He had no problem getting in my face. My children where in the car as witness how a man the owner of this place would get aggressive and go towards a women. His name is Patel and the owner of this place!!

First time here and they did a wonderful job on both our cars. The initial signage is a bit confusing, too many packages and add-ons, all each with their own price. We eventually pulled our cars forward and a nice lady was just standing there waiting to break it down for us. Picked our package, paid and into the tunnel we went. The package we got on both vehicles included outside wash, hand dry, interior detail, and some smell good. I got baby powder smell and my husband got leather. You can smell them but it's not over powering. After the tunnel we were shown where to park and a team of folks attacked our vehicles. They knocked out entire details on two cars in thirty minutes! Great experience, nice folks, clean cars, good prices. Highly recommend.

Y’all! I’m so grateful! We’re welcoming our first baby in the next week or two and wanted a clean slate in the car that’s been ours since my husband was in high school. It’s never been professionally cleaned before and was in need of MAJOR tlc. I was especially needing help with hard to reach areas, you know, with a baby belly, but honestly hadn’t even given it a good vacuuming in probably over a year. It was gross… It’s gorgeous now. My partner brought my car in for the highest level detail. First time here. We were told two hours and then they called after one to pick it up. The attached photos are after. Dirt and specs in all the vents and seams. The trunk is literally untouched. These photos are after the “detail”!

I've been here twice with my new vehicle. The first time was back in October and I noticed they didn't do a very good job, but I was also there close to closing time so I assumed they rushed through because they wanted to go home. Fine, my bad. But then I took it in a few weeks ago (mid-day), and hand to God, these are the AFTER photos. Hand. To. God. After!!!!! It was an interior clean only which included "vacuum and wipe down of everything". You can clearly see neither of these tasks were done very well at all. I did not complain, because I would just rather take my business elsewhere but based on my two experiences, I do not recommend this place.

Paid close to $24 for a sub-par, mediocre “car wash” when I think my neighborhood’s 10yo car wash fund raiser would of done a better job. I usually wash my own vehicles but was lazy and decided to stop here instead since my other usually car wash was closed. Well. I’m not impressed at all. Water spots all over the vehicle. Tire shine left on my fender and they didn’t even bother to wipe it off. If they want to get as much vehicles out with a timely manner, at least charge less for what horrible job they’re doing. Definitely first and last visit.

Took my vehicle in after being unable to get some extremely difficult and old adhesive/vinyl off. Thankfully Alex had all the right knowledge and tools to take care of my vehicle and get the job done. Not only was the adhesive and vinyl removed, but my 21 year old hood almost looks brand new due to the great polish job that was done. I highly recommend Alex for any of your vehicle's needs. Alex went above and beyond in mechanic services. We were given estimates of close to four thousand dollars on parts alone, not including labor at our dealership. This was my first time here and I’m disappointed because it looks like such a great place 😔 Paid for a wash and detail… I waited for 30 minutes before my car had even moved, I did watch two cars pass mine in line though which arrived after I had. Secondly, the inside of my vehicle was barely vacuumed, there’s obviously noticeable dirt and there were wipe and water spots all over my car. Lastly, the entire process took a little over an hour. Just not a great experience, for this price I could have gone to Texas Star and received a better wash and detail. Maybe I had a bad group, IDK, chances are I won’t be returning.

Horrible service!! What happened to this place? Obviously, new owners because this place is trash! My husband took our little Tacoma for a basic wash of $35. It's not the best job, but whatever. I take it the next time, and the same rude guy that doesn't greet you wants to charge me $50 for the same basic wash. Not sexist at all? There are plenty of other car washes in our area..no need to spend your time or money here.

THOROUGH | WORH IT | CONVENIENT. I got two large SUV’s cleaned by Ulises & Jose on a recommendation from my mother in law. We asked for both the interior and exterior to be cleaned and they did everything including under the hood though they do offer other packages with less options included. The exterior looks great but for me the real difference is the interior, the carpet shampooing and leather conditioning in particular make everything look phenomenal. They are very thorough, got underneath every single seat, inside every pocket and along every button of the dash. I think they even cleaned the seatbelts. One of the SUVs we recently purchased and it clearly had several messy children in it daily, but Uli was able to remove some pink paint/nail polish from the leather console, some sort of white crusty stain from the leather stitching on the seats (quite possibly icing or sugar), and by special request even worked to remove every mark on the ceiling. My husband didn’t think it would be worth it to get the new car detailed since the dealership “just did that” when we bought it a few weeks ago, but even he agrees it was absolutely worth the money; you would never know this was a family vehicle a few weeks ago. We live slightly outside of the usual service area but because we had two vehicles to clean they were willing to come to us which was very convenient. Prices are high if you need a large SUV or truck cleaned but based on the level of service and detail I’d say the prices are accurate and well worth it for the occasional deep clean. Uli was also communicative via text and willing to reschedule around some rainy days.
